Okay, before this chapter starts, just want you guys to know that this was done some time ago, thanks to a little help of a certain ghost writer. Well, most of it that is. Now, in this chapter, it will feature what happens down below with the other Straw Hats against the Darkside and Twilight Thorn. And believe me, it will be quite epic.
Disclaimer: I do not own One Piece or Kingdom Hearts. I do not own Guthrie and Allen. Well, actually I kind of do own him.
*OPENING*

OH! OH! under the sun
(They all prepared themselves for battle. Marines fired cannon balls at them)
OH! OH! If it's you, you can make it! Throw away your pride and FLY!
(Luffy, Zoro and Sanji sent the cannons back at them. Usopp fired a cannon of their own with Xion, in her Wisdom Form, unleashed Triple Firaga at them, followed by a Thundaga, clearing their path)
Everyday is plain!
Real talent makes the world go round
(Going Merry sailed through the smoke. Everyone looked content as they enjoyed the sea breeze)

Last time:
"Guthrie, I don't have to tell you this, but I will anyway. This is a battle you have to win, no matter what!" Chirithy demanded. "No matter what you do, you'd better not lose!"
"That was not my intention!" Guthrie answered, glaring up at the Darkside in front of him, then back at the Twilight Thorn behind him. "Though, this might be a bit of a challenge, what with two of these big guys around."
"Then I can handle this Twilight guy!" Allen told him. "Focus on the big, black monster!"
"Might as well join in on the fun," Zoro muttered as he stood by Allen's side. "If we have nothing better to do here, then we might as well handle things here until Luffy, Xion and Nami return."
"Besides, it's not like our captain will return without doing what he intended," Robin pointed out, coming next to Guthrie to fight with him. "He did plan to do 'that'."
"... When he says he's gonna do something, he does it."
"Xion!" Nami called out, as she and Luffy rushed to her side.
"Are you okay?!" the captain asked, as he tried to turn her vice captain, Xion let out a scream in pain.
"My... My arms..." she managed to say.
The navigator, both worried and confused, gently rolled up Xion's sleeves. The two Straw Hats let out a loud gasp at the sight of what the Keyblade wielder's arms had become. Xion's arms were dark purple in color and covered in cuts, with blood leaking out of the cuts.
"What the hell...? You overdid it, didn't you, Xion?!" Nami questioned, as the two active Dream Eaters started to heal her master as best as they possibly could.
"I... had to... There wasn't... any other way..."
*BACK DOWN BELOW*
"GRRAAAH!" Guthrie roared as he charged at the Darkside, who threw a punch at him. He made a quick stop and leapt back, avoiding the head-on collision as the punch to the ground created Shadows from a black portal. Guthrie ignored them as he raced up the the arm of the Heartless. Usopp and Robin took care of the small fries, while Guthrie went straight for the head and slashed it with a combo of swings before landing on the ground away from it. He looked back to see the Darkside pull his fist out of the ground, turning to him with a glare.
"Well, that wasn't a decisive blow..." he muttered.
The Darkside suddenly knelt down and leaned back as he charged up something in the heart-shaped hole in its heart.
"What's it doing now?!" Ussop questioned in terror.
"I believe we're about to find out," Robin answered, as the Heartless was fully charged.
Suddenly, large shots of energy were shot out from what it gathered and homed in on Guthrie. He grimaced as he dodged the first pair of shots that came at him, but barely. He saw the next pair, which were coming in a lot quicker than the last ones, and dodged them, too. However, the last set was in fours, and he was a lot closer to the Darkside, thus making the travel shorter and not giving him enough time to avoid the attack. He cried out in pain as he was consumed by a billow of dark energy and an explosion of cloud.
"Guthrie!" Ussop roared as Robin looked shocked at what had transpired.
"Aeroga!" Guthrie roared. The darkness and cloud cleared, with a blast of wind that struck the giant Heartless. The Keyblade wielder had his Keyblade pointing at the monster, covered in injuries from that attack, but otherwise okay. "It's gonna take more than that to beat me, you hollow-bodied Heartless!"
On the other side, Zoro, Chopper and Allen were avoiding black and white, streamer-like energy shots from the Twilight Thorn. Allen used his dancing skills to avoiding all the attacks he could, but it was quite tricky and he was grazed a few times as he got closer to the chest of the beast. He roared as he used his lightning sword to slash it. The Nobody monster reeled back in pain, ceasing its attack. It then whipped its body around like a snake, and whacked Allen towards the ruins nearby with his hand, sending him colliding with a stone structure. His lightning blade went flying somewhere further off.
"Allen!" Aisa shouted in worry.
"Get away from him!" Chopper roared, racing towards the Twilight Thorn in Walk Point, before leaping and going into Heavy Point. "Heavy Gong!" He swung his fist at the Nobody, but it swerved its body out of the way to avoid the attack. While the doctor was startled at how flexible and swift the monster was, he was sent plummeting to the clouds by a blast of the same streams of energy, shooting from a ball of energy above him.
"Ittoryu: 36-Caliber Phoenix!" Zoro shouted, using an opening to unleash his flying sword attack at the Twilight Thorn. It struck, but it did not faze the Nobody. Instead, it swerved about until it was hanging over the Pirate Hunter, its head hanging upside-down as it charged up its arms and legs, transforming them into thorns as they stabbed the ground all around the swordsman. "What the hell?" he questioned, as more Creepers appeared from around the thorn limbs in the ground.
Chopper and Allen recovered to see the Pirate Hunter being targeted as streamers of energy came at him, along with the Creepers transforming into spears and hurdling themselves at him.
"Santouryu: Tatsumaki!" Zoro unleashed a swirling shredding stream from all around him. His attack sent the Creepers flying, countered the attack from the Twilight Thorn, and even started to shred the chest of the looming Nobody above him. He continued to press this attack, until the Twilight Thorn was dislodged from the ground and sent spinning upwards.
"How can someone be that awesome?!" Chopper exclaimed, seeing the wonder that was Zoro's attack. Allen was shocked at the pirate's incredible strength against that beast.
The Twilight Thorn suddenly recovered and, in its hands, started to create a ball of energy that got bigger and bigger, until it was the same size as its own body. Everyone, including those fighting the Darkside, stopped to see the attack starting to form. Then after a few seconds, it hurled the giant ball down at Zoro, who knew that he couldn't dodge the attack in time.
"ZORO!" Ussop shouted, acknowledging that the attack would kill his fellow crew member.
Suddenly, Allen shot himself right above Zoro, wielding a dial in his hand. He raised it high as the ball of energy connected with him. Everyone was shocked that he would take the hit. However, instead of doing the damage it should've done, it instead stopped in midair, then started to get absorbed into the dial Allen held, which turned out to be an Impact Dial. After several seconds of baited breath and straining from Allen, he managed to take in the whole attack.
"He did it!" Aisa exclaimed. "He absorbed the attack in the Impact Dial!"
Wyper was surprised at his cousin's daring and how effective he was able to stop the attack.
Allen fell backwards onto the clouds, panting as Zoro looked down at him. "I... really didn't think that would work!" he gasped, raising his Impact Dial in his palm. "But at least... I got a really strong impact to use."
"Nice going, Allen!" Ussop cheered. "I should really think about getting one of those, as well!"
"Rumble!" Chopper shouted, biting into a spare rumble ball he had. "Jumping Point!" Entering his jumping point form, he leapt high into the air as the Twilight Thorn fell. The two passed one another as Chopper entered Arm Point, readying his hooves. "Kokutei Cross!" He spread his hoof fingers as he connected them together and struck the back of the Nobody, forming an X-like shape on its back. This sent it crashing into the ruins, creating a billowing cloud formed from the debris.
"Yeah! Did you see that?!" Chopper cheered as he fell, entering into his Brain Point once more.
"Now that was impressive!" Chirithy stated. After a few seconds, he sensed something and looked up. A stream of white and black energy suddenly was flying down from the clouds where God's Shrine was at, the same place Luffy, Nami and Xion were at. It curved down at Guthrie, who was striking back at the Darkside before looking up in time to see it come at him. He braced himself for the impact, but instead, the energy seeped into the gem on his shoulder guard. He looked at it, startled as the energy poured into it. After it was all in, the gem shined and glowed a dark energy. Then out came a medal that was unlike any he had ever seen yet. It was a deep, dark purple, and it had an outline picture of the knife Larxene carried.
"What the heck is this?" he questioned. "A dark medal?"
"A Reverse Medal!" Chirithy gasped, getting the attention of Ganfall, Pierre, and the two Shandians with him. "It's another kind of medal that you can gain by absorbing a person's darkness. Usually, you get the gold medals, which are known as Upright Medals. However, on some occasions, there are medals that allow you to safely use the power of darkness in the form of powerful attacks. These are the Reverse Medals."
Guthrie looked down at the dark medal in his hands for a second, hearing all that his Dream Eater said. Why was he given a medal like this? Why would he need the power of darkness? And more importantly, where did this come from?
"Guthrie, look out!" Ussop shouted. The Keyblade wielder looked up to see the Darkside raised its hand, as if ready to grab him. He leapt back just as it lunged forward, creating a shockwave that blew him, Robin and Ussop back a bit. It created a pool of darkness and this time, it seemed to be trying to grab something from within. When it pulled its hand out, it carried a large black and red ball of energy in its hand, which it then cupped in both.
"It's planning to do something with it," Robin noticed, while Ussop panicked at what it was planning.
They watched as the Darkside tossed the ball of energy upwards. It suddenly transformed into multiple smaller balls of energy, which started to fall down at all of them.
"Crap, this ain't good!" the sniper panicked. "We're gonna be blasted by those things if we don't do something."
Guthrie looked up at the attack. He didn't have any attacks that would stop all of those attacks at once. However, the only thing he could rely on, right now, was the new medal he had in hand. He didn't have time to think; he had to act.
"Let's see what this can do!" he barked, tapping the medallion of his Keyblade, swapping out his Ice Dash medal with the black one. After setting it in place, he waved his Keyblade up at the raining balls of black energy. "Savage Knives!" The tip of his Keyblade glowed dark. All of a sudden, it started shooting out ten of the knives Larxene wielded, streaming about and striking the balls, making them prematurely explode before they could do any damage to the crew. Everyone was surprised at the attack, which didn't stop there as Guthrie created an eleventh knife, which was large than the others, and shot it at the Darkside itself. It struck the upper chest of the body and exploded, causing the Heartless to fall backwards and crash to the ground, temporarily fazed by the attack.
"Whoa! What the heck was that?!" Ussop exclaimed.
"It reminded me of that Organization woman's weapons," Robin recalled.
"Yeah... I felt the power of her attack coursing through me when I unleashed that attack," Guthrie stated, looking at his Keyblade. "Wonder what that could mean?"
"If the energy that formed medal came from up where Xion and those other guys are, then that could mean..." Chirithy gasped in realization and looked up at the sky. "That Organization member was defeated! It's the only conclusion!"
The conclusion caused some of the team to either be surprised or happy.
"Yay! Xion-nee won!" Chopper cheered.
"Guess I was worried for nothing," Allen stated with a grin.
"She is tough, that's for sure," Guthrie stated.
"LOOK! Something else is coming down here!" Ussop pointed out, seeing something though his goggles. Everyone looked up and saw something diving down to them. After a few seconds, they discovered what it was.
"Isn't that a pegasus?" Chopper asked.
"It looks a bit funny..." Zoro noted.
Unlike most, though, Allen knew exactly what was coming down. "No... That's Xion's Dream Eater!" he exclaimed, much to their surprise.
He was right; it was Xion's weakened Pegaslick, flying down to meet the team, mainly at Chirithy. While the five pirates and Allen noticed their opposing enemies starting to get back up again, Pegasus finally reached their level, only to topple over slightly, worrying them.
"Hey! What's wrong with it?!" Usopp gasped.
Pegaslick let out some neighs, in which none of them could understand. Except one that is.
"What?! You didn't have to go that far!" Chirithy told it. "And not only that, but Xion did that?! There's a limit to how reckless this crew can go!"
"Do you know what it's saying, monster cat?" Aisa asked.
"The name's Chirithy! Not 'monster cat'!" the small Dream Eater corrected. "Anyways, yes. Like I said, Xion defeated Larxene, but is too injured to do any more fighting right now. And this Dream Eater is extremely exhausted after performing a new link of sort with her." Hearing this worried everyone. "But it's okay! Xion's other two Dream Eaters are healing her up as we speak! Other than that, he's giving us a message from Nami. She wants us to cut down the beanstalk and make sure it topples towards the west, where Eneru's ship is docked."
"But, what'll happen if we do that?" Ussop asked, confused.
"Who cares?! Xion, Luffy and Nami are up there, so they have to have an idea once that happens!" Allen exclaimed, using his wind spear to strike back one of the limbs of the Twilight Thorn.
Just then, sunlight above them started to catch their attention and they looked up. The clouds were parting to reveal a horrifying sight; another giant thunderhead, one much larger than the last. All of them went into a shock or panic, while Ganfall and Wyper hissed words of spite at him.
"Do you see that?!" Ussop exclaimed. "This one's even bigger!"
"Yeah, we can all see that!" Chirithy barked. "And it's too big for us to avoid it!"
"What do we do?! What do we do?!" Chopper cried out in a panic, scampering back and forth. "Xion-nee, Luffy and Nami are all up there?! They're gonna end up getting hit by that thing!"
Guthrie looked to Pegasus, who was clearly still trying to recover itself from helping its master defeat Larxene. He looked back up at the cloud where their allies were at, then at the massive thunderhead.
"They must have an idea as to how to handle that thunderhead," he heard Robin utter.
"If they're trying to make Giant Jack fall, the only explanation that makes sense is that they are planning to use it as a ramp to leap towards the flying ship," Allen assumed. "It's the only thing I can gather from the info they given us."
"Let me get this straight, you're saying they're gonna jump to the ark from the falling beanstalk?!" Ussop summed up, making an example with his hands and arms.
"You got any better ideas?" Zoro questioned him.
"That does sound crazy..." Guthrie muttered, getting the attention of the others. "... But knowing this crew, and our captain and vice, the things that don't make sense tend to work out, so let's trust them."
"You can't be serious?!" Ussop retorted.
Suddenly, the team noticed the Twilight Thorn and Darkside rising back up, glaring down at the group again.
"They're asking us to do the impossible while these things are about?!"
As if to add more to the trouble, large bolts of lightning started raining down from the falling thunderhead coming close to them as they avoided the blasts.
"If you don't wanna get caught up in the battle where our very lives are at stake, then run to the forest and get under cover!" Allen barked at the coward. "Take that cook of yours with you! Wyper, Aisa, you get out of the way, too!"
"Robin, take Chopper and run!" Guthrie ordered. "Ganfall, you take your bird and Chirithy, and go with them!"
"What do you plan on doing?!" Chopper asked, scared for him.
"We're gonna find a way to cut down this beanstalk, and stop these monsters!" Zoro answered. "We just have to cut it down so it falls towards that ship, right?!"
"That's the plan!" Guthrie answered, readying his Keyblade as he, Zoro and Allen stayed behind, ready to take on the tasks.
Robin used her powers to toss Sanji into Ussop's arms and raced off towards the forest with Chopper in Walk Point. Everyone else followed behind her as they ran in between the two massive beasts, who looked down at the two. They raised their fists and aimed at the group.
"Watch out!" Ussop cried out as they saw the fists coming down at them.
Suddenly, Allen and Guthrie appeared, getting in front of the Nobody and Heartless, respectively.
"Have a taste of this! Impact!" The former slammed the Impact Dial he used before into the fist of the Twilight Thorn, creating a powerful shockwave that, after a few seconds, send both opponents reeling backwards. Twilight Thorn collapsed on its back again, while Allen hit the ground hard, dealing with the recoil of the dial.
"Stay back, you monster!" Guthrie roared, unleashing a Spark Blast to counter the fist. It struck point-blank with the Heartless's limb, and while it did give the fleeing team to get away, the Darkside eventually powered through and slammed Guthrie into the ground, creating a billowing of clouds in his wake.
"Guthrie!" Chirithy exclaimed, seeing the two boys on the ground as he ran.
"They can't fight those monsters alone!" Chopper cried out.
Both Allen and Guthrie rose back up onto their feet again, shaking off the damage they took.
"You do realize we don't have much time before Eneru slams that thunderhead on all of us, and it's game over," the Shandian pointed out to the counselor.
"True, which is why we have to surpass our limits and beat these monsters! Let your heart be your guiding key. It's the only thing you can rely on in dire situations," Guthrie advised.
Meanwhile, Zoro turned and readied his swords, racing at Giant Jack. He avoided the lightning that was trying to hit him. He guessed Eneru was trying to interfere, wanting to end him before he could cut down the beanstalk.
"Eneru, I am so sick of you!" he barked, making the leap over the gap towards Giant Jack. He swung his sword, creating a wave of energy that sliced around one part of the spiraling plant, chopping off a giant piece of it.
"Alright! He did it!" Ussop cheered, while everyone looked either amazed or pleased at his feet of strength.
This was short-lived, as soon after, another lightning bolt came down at Zoro while he was defenseless in the air. It struck him hard and he fell to the ruins below, charred. Guthrie and Allen looked in horror at what had happened.
"ZORO!" Ussop cried out in horror. "He did it! He got zapped, but he did it!"
"Oh, no. The vine!" Robin pointed out, indicating the beanstalk. Despite the good cut that Zoro delivered, it was not falling over even the slightest.
"It's not moving!" Guthrie noticed, avoiding getting hit by a slug of the Heartless's fist.
"Well, of course! Giant Jack isn't gonna be taken down that easily!" Allen pointed out. "It has been around here for as long as anyone could remember!"
"Then we're just gonna have to try using our enemies strength against it!" Guthrie declared, racing towards Giant Jack and using Aeroga to blast himself over the gap onto the vine. He turned to the Darkside from afar as he taunted, "Hey, can't get me over here! Come on, bring it on! Or are you just a sorry excuse for a Heartless, after all!"
"What is he doing?!" Chirithy asked, wondering why in the world he would jeer such a powerful Heartless like that.
The taunting seemed to work, as the Heartless suddenly summoned multitude of dark spheres, sending them hurdling at the Keyblade wielder, who waited for the opportune moment. Finally, when he saw it, he dashed up the vine as the energy spheres hit Giant Jack, blasting it hard enough to leave some dimples, like ones on a golf ball, but still not enough to make it topple.
"Well, that's a start..." he muttered. "But it'll take too long at this point. There's gotta be a faster way." He suddenly felt some tingling on the back of his neck and knew something was wrong. He made a leap back towards the battlefield once more, as a massive bolt of lightning almost struck him. "Geez! Eneru doesn't want anyone to get at the beanstalk!" Guthrie looked back at where the bolt struck, which also caused damage to the beanstalk, but again, not enough to make it topple.
"Guthrie, look out!" Allen shouted.
Guthrie turned in time to see more energy shots from the Darkside. With no time to react to the shots, he took a full blast of them to the face, creating an explosion. He fell to the ground, close to the edge of the clouds, almost falling like Zoro.
"Dammit!" the dancing Shandian grimaced, turning to the Twilight Thorn, who unleashed more ribbons of energy at him. He used his wind spear to try and parry them, followed by some fiery breakdance kicks with flame dials. However, the Twilight Thorn unleashed a numerous amount of streams that shot from all over, slamming at Allen, breaking his spear in the process. He fell backwards as the full surge of the attack pained him all over.
"It's no use! Those two can't seem to take down those things AND knock over the beanstalk!" Ussop cried. "What are we gonna do?!"
"Pathetic. This is what you outsiders get for butting in..." the pirates heard Wyper as he rose up, with a hesitant Aisa next to him. "We, Shandians, are the descendants of Kalgara. Not that kid in the straw hat, nor that girl with the Keyblade. If anyone should ring that bell, it should rightfully be us... except for Allen. He's already shown he is not truly one of us."
"How could you say that?!" Chirithy demanded. "I know he attacked you, but he was trying to deceive Eneru to save you! He knew that impact wouldn't kill you, and he cried because he felt he betrayed you and his friends and family!"
"It's true! I saw him cry because of what he did!" Aisa seconded, grabbing Wyper's arm.
"And now he and Guthrie are doing everything they can to stop those monsters and help Luffy, Xion and Nami reach the golden bell!" Ussop finished. "You are far too injured to do anything for us or them, and we'll just be in the way if we set out there to fight! The only thing we can do is put our hopes in those who are fighting right now!"
Robin looked at Wyper, who tried to remain ignorant to the trio's words.
"About that bell... Four hundred years ago, an explorer from my world said he stumbled upon a city of gold," she started, catching Wyper's attention. "People laughed at him and called him a liar, but he has a descendant who still believes the stories, and spent years searching the Blue Sea for any evidence of this city of gold."
Wyper's eyes went into shock. Surely, it couldn't have been the same one he had been told about before, could it? Was this woman really talking about 'him'?
"If that golden bell can be rung, then everyone would know the city is in the sky, and not a myth," the archeologist continued. "That's the reason Luffy is up there. Now do you understand? Noble, isn't it? Trying to vindicate a man he never met. He's had chances to escape, but he stuck around to see this thing through. That guy's nuts."
"Yeah, well if you ask me, all of us our nuts, especially the guys who are fighting out there," Ussop muttered, watching Allen and Guthrie fight with all their might against the giant Nobody and Heartless. "And Xion? Don't get me started on her. She seems to walk to the beat of her own drum and is way too serious way too much."
"And let's not forget she can't help but help!" Chopper chuckled. "Xion-nee is the best at helping others, no matter how big or small."
"Really? Guess she is a handful for you guys, isn't she?" Chirithy asked. "Must be tough to be around her."
"More like if we laze off while she's on duty, she gets really angry," the sniper muttered. "The only one she seems to get along well with is Chopper. Everyone else, she more or less tolerates them."
Wyper, who didn't say a word for a while, finally asked Robin, "What was the name of this explorer's descendant?"
Robin turned to him and answered, "Montblanc Cricket. Why?"
The name stirred something in Wyper's heart. The family name of the man was the same, no doubt. There was no way this could be just a coincidence. Tears started to pour from his eyes. "The name of his ancestor that came here... Please, tell me. Was it Noland?"
The pirates looked to him, amazed. How did he know the name of the man who was considered a liar, whose tale was so well known in the North Blue? How could such a man be also known by the people in Skypiea?
Wyper looked to the skies, wondering. Was this a sign by Kalgara? Was this some sort of miracle? He didn't know. All he did know was that the straw hat boy was doing something for the sake of not only a man that had long since left this world, but also for his descendent.
Back in the battlefield, Guthrie had just unleashed another series of Savage Knives at the Darkside, countering the orbs that came at him. He was exhausted and beaten, but was still able to go on. Allen was even worse than him, finding himself in a bind against the Twilight Thorn.
"This is getting us nowhere!" Allen grimaced as the two boys stood back to back. "My Impact Dial is the best weapon I have, but it's not enough to take it down completely."
"We can't stop fighting, but we can't knock down the beanstalk in time, either," Guthrie panted. "We need to think outside of our limits. I won't let my life end like this!" He set his gaze on the Darkside, the electricity sparking in his pupils, filled with his determination.
Up above, Eneru looked down at the battles below. "This is getting boring," he sighed. "Perhaps I should eliminate one of the two so as to deliver a swift death to him." He raised his hand, ready to unleash another bolt of lightning.
Guthrie charged at the Darkside, who unleashed another fist at him. "I'm tired of this fight! Get the hell out of my way!" he roared, unleashing another point blank Spark Blast at it, creating a shockwave of electricity and dark energy.
The two attacks canceled each other out and the Keyblade wielder was hung in midair from the attack. It was then that he noticed a blue light and looked up to see a bolt of lighting swiftly coming down at him. His eyes reflected the oncoming bolt as his body started to glow with energy, unbeknownst to him. The bolt struck him, and everyone saw his silhouette in the electric attack.
"Guthrie, no!" Ussop, Chopper and Chirithy shouted as one.
Robin was in total shock at the damage he was delivered. Aisa and Pierre gasped in horror, while Ganfall and Wyper stared in total horror. Allen, who close to where he was at, turned behind to see the bolt consuming Guthrie.
"GUTHRIE!" he shouted in terror.
Up above, Eneru laughed at what he had done.
"Consider this 'God's mercy'," he boasted. "You could've been worse off once Raigo was unleashed, but considering the situation, I didn't want to see you struggle anymore. It's a shame really." He continued to laugh a bit more, then stopped. His Mantra suddenly told him something. It was not over for the Blue Sea Dweller.
Down below, everyone waited to see what had happened to Guthrie, fearing the worst had happened. However, what they saw next startled them. He was fine. In fact, he was emanating an electric yellow aura all around his body, and his Keyblade sparked with electricity, as well.
"He's okay!" Ussop gasped.
"But how?! He was hit by that lightning bolt hard!" Chopper pointed out. "And why is he glowing like that? He looks like Xion when she fuses with her Dream Eaters!"
"No... It's something else," Chirithy realized. "This form... it has to be that!"
"Style Command: Thunderbolt!" Guthrie roared. "Guess this is the power past my limits, huh? Lets test it out!" He dove at the Darkside, who summoned orbs of energy into the sky, only for them to fall down at Guthrie, who swerved out of the way at lightning speeds. He then aimed at the Heartless's face and unleashed series of combos, ending with a lunge that sent a surge of electricity at its face.
The Darkside stumbled backwards as Guthrie landed on the ground. "I'm not done yet!" he barked, leaping up at the Darkside and performing a Sonic Blade, unleashing consecutive dashing thrusts that punctured the Heartless numerous times before coming to a position that had him in a straight line with the Heartless and the beanstalk.
"Gotcha now!" he shouted, leaping up and charging up the last of his Style Commands power into a finishing move, unleashing a sphere filled with powerful electricity and shoving it above the heart-shaped hole of the Darkside. There was a massive surge of electricity that paralyzed the monster for a moment, before the last burst sent it flying off its feet, falling back into Giant Jack, and hitting it hard to cause the place to shake. Within moments of it hitting the beanstalk, it vanished into dark vapor and scattered into nothingness, while Guthrie's aura dissipated. He panted in exhaustion, but looked to see the Heartless vanish, and knew, without a doubt, that he beaten his opponent.
"Nice!" Allen cheered. "Now all is left is my-" He turned and saw in time a hand reach out and grab him, then tossing him away from an oncoming Wyper.
He tumbled along the ground, until his cousin stopped him by planting one of his feet on his body. Grimacing, the dancing Shandorian looked up at his brother, who looked down at him with a glare. For a while, the two didn't speak. Allen couldn't smile. After all, he knew his cousin thought he betrayed him. He wouldn't blame him to hold a grudge after what he had done to him in the ruins below.
"You and that monster are in the way," Wyper finally spoke up, looking at the Twilight Thorn, who turned to Guthrie, who was still recovering from his last fight.
"'In the way'?" Allen echoed. "What are you planning to do?" He noticed the arm that had the Reject Dial on it shift slightly, and feared the words he was gonna use next.
"I'm gonna knock over Giant Jack so Strawhat can ring the Golden Bell. All for the sake of the great warrior Kalgara's friend from the Blue Sea. His descendant is waiting to hear the ringing of the belfry."
"And you plan to use the Reject Dial to do that?" Allen slowly rose to his feet. "Are you out of your mind?! You already used the dial twice! Your body cannot stand a third usage!"
"And what do you care?!" Wyper demanded, glaring at him. "You didn't care when you blasted me before! Yes, I know it was all to trick Eneru and protect us, but you should've given your life instead to stop him! That's what a real descendant of Great Warrior Kalgara would do!"
Allen looked down, his eyes shadowed from view, hearing what his cousin had to say. "Well I'm only half-Shandorian, right? I'm not as great as Kalgara, and I will never be."
Wyper looked surprised at his admittance to the truth.
"I thought I was being smart back then, where you thought I was being a coward and a traitor. I know you will never forgive me for what I did to you, and I can accept that. But the least I can do for you now is give my life to make sure the Fire of Shandora is lit."
In one swift movement, Allen grasped Wyper's arm and ripped the Reject Dial from his palm, taking the bandages with him.
"Allen, what are you-!" he gasped as Allen used his skates to dash back towards the Twilight Thorn, who was trying to hit Guthrie, while he was barely hanging on.
"Hey, thin-limbs!" The Twilight Thorn turned to see Allen leap up at him, attaching his Impact Dial to his skate. "You're in the way of this four-hundred year war to end! Impact Breakdance!" He swung his leg around, activating the Impact Dial, and blasting the Twilight Thorn with an intense kick, enduring the recoil that came with it. The attack sent it into Giant Jack, much to Guthrie's surprise.
'Great Warrior Kalgara... I wonder what you would think of one of your descendants as half Shandorian?' Allen thought to himself as he leapt over to where the Twilight Thorn was at. 'Considering your dearest friend was a Blue Sea dweller, would you be happy? Or disappointed? Would you be proud of the man I am? Or do I need to prove myself more?' He landed on the body of the Twilight Thorn, who looked down at him with its masked face.
Guthrie, Wyper, and all those sheltered underneath the trees could not look away, wide-eyed at what he was planning to do.
'I'm sorry, my cousin,' he apologized, placing the bandage-covered Reject Dial on the body of the Nobody. 'I cannot tell you how sorry for being a hopeless Shandorian. However, if I can make it up to you with this simple act, one that might cost my life, then I'll be glad to take the opportunity.'
He pressed down on the dial with both hands. "REJECT!" With a single click, the blast from the dial became so powerful, it almost instantaneously shattered Allen's arms off, as the guy coughed out some blood in the process. However, this attack did the job well, for it blew a gaping hole through the Nobody and the beanstalk behind it, damaging both immensely.
"What the hell was that?!" Guthrie question in shock.
Wyper, his pupils dilated in horror, witnessing his cousin falling backwards, his body almost lifeless. "That idiot!" he gasped. "He didn't have to go that far!"
"Allen!" a paled-eyed Aisa shouted in a panic, while the pirates were in shock as they witnessed the damage and the recoil done to the dancer.
"That fool! A Reject Dial!" Ganfall gasped, also petrified by the damage.
Allen barely held onto consciousness, and looked up to see the Twilight Thorn vanishing into nothingness and witness the damage done to the beanstalk. 'Now... fall Giant Jack. Give Xion and Luffy a path to the golden bell. Make the Fire of Shandora dance through the air, ringing into everyone's ears.'
His wishes came true. The damage that Allen did to Giant Jack was enough to make it start to fall towards Eneru's ship. They had succeeded in their mission.
Above the group, where Luffy, Nami and Xion were, after formulating the plan to get to Eneru's ship, the three pirates were on Nami's waver, for different reasons that is. Nami was to get Luffy up to the God, Luffy was to beat him up, and Xion... she was unable to call out her Dream Eaters with how her arms were. So it was either fall with Giant Jack and die or go with them and possibly live. Xion's two Dream Eaters and the still-unconscious Me Me Bunny were also on the waver with them, the latter to continue healing the female Keyblade wielder's arms.
"It's tipping!" the navigator informed, preparing the Jet Dial.
"Give it all you got!" the captain shouted.
Before they drove up, Nami confessed, "To tell you the truth, I've never tested the full speed of the Jet Dial. After all, it's so powerful, even I can't control it completely."
"No better time than the present then," Xion said. "Go for it! I'll even have Lapin back you up."
"Okay!" With that, Nami got the dial going at top speed, getting the waver to go up the stalk. As it went up, Lapin stopped healing Xion and went to the back, unleashing a strong fire magic, pushing the waver to go even faster.
As they rode up, the pirates saw the thunderclouds generating more electricity.
"Something's coming!" Nami shouted.
"Don't give it a second thought!" Luffy told her. "I'll deflect whatever he throws at us! Xion! Don't do a thing!"
Lighting rained down... only none even came close to hitting the waver.
"Not even close! You suck!" Luffy insulted Eneru.
Unlike him, however, the girls knew what his real plan was.
"We have to go even faster..." Xion said, facing the back of the waver. "He's trying to get the beanstalk to collapse by destroying the base."
"What do you mean?!" the rubberman asked.
"She means, if he destroys the ground that supports the beanstalk, we can't make it to his ship! We mess up, and that's it!" Nami explained.
"Which is why... we have to go... even faster!" The two pirates looked back and saw Xion raising her still-injured arms.
"Oi, Xion!" Luffy called.
"This is not the time to think of another way!" she interrupted. "I'll give my magic at full blast! Both of you, prepare yourselves!"
Knowing that neither of them can change her mind, both Nami and Luffy just looked forward, letting the girl do as she wish.
"Keep up with the healing, Ace! You too, Lapin!" Xion told her Dream Eaters, both whom nodded at the command and resumed healing her arms. "Aeroga!" With a large burst of wind, the trio were going up the stalk at an even faster pace than before.
