He stood stoically to the side arms crossed waiting for the idiots on his team to remember the real mission. Erza humphed ''Your mission hasn't ended yet, you still need to fix the villagers and you'll still be punished when you get back''
Lucy, Happy, and Grey froze, Natsu yawned then began to walk away. Grey glanced at him ''Well how do we return them to normal?'' he blinked then turned to Lyon. ''Don't know'' he said plainly we've never messed with the villagers and they never visited, I doubt moon drip has any affect on humans anyways''.
''What makes you say that?'' Lucy asked ''We've basked in the light for three years'' Lyon replied. ''This has become complicated,'' Era mused ''Come we must go'' the team began to walk away following Natsu, Grey glanced back at Lyon, ''What?'' said mage asked, Grey smiled ''You should join a guild. You'll have family and I'm sure you'll find a new goal''. Lyon turned his head ''Whatever just go already''.
Grey, Era, Happy, and Lucy reached the storage area but no one was there, not even Natsu. ''I'll grab some first aid'' Grey said, one of the villagers came from their left, ''Please we must hurry to the village!''
They were shocked at the scene when they arrived ''The village looked as if it was never destroyed. ''How'' ''But it was destroyed''. Natsu stood in the center looking around auspiciously 'Did Zarti do this?' he thought. ''When will you destroy the moon!'' a yell broke through the festive mood. ''We will obliterate the moon in due time but I would like to confirm something'' Erza spoke 'She said that like a regular thing' Grey sweat dropped.
''So you gained this form after the moon appeared three years ago?'' The mayor nodded ''Only when the moon comes out do we transform''. Erza continued ''The ritual has been held for the same amount of time, you should have noticed the light from the rui-KYAAAH'' Erza fell into Lucy's pitfall ''I DIDNT DO IT I DIDNT DO IT'' Lucy covered her ears in worry. Era got up and continued talking 'Such nerve' some villagers thought with a sweatdrop ''Why didn't you investigate?''
The people glanced uneasily at each other and the mayor sighed ''We aren't able to get near the ruins, if we walk in a straight line we just end up back in the village''. ''That explains everything'' Everyone turned to Natsu, up in a tree Zarti watched with a smile on his face ''Amazing that salamander, he's already figured it out'' he grinned wider though it was hindered due to his grotesquely swollen cheek.
Natsu leaned against a building, ''We really just have to destroy the moon''.
