''So you've realized it as well, Natsu'' Era said said fire mage nodded ''Change into your giant armor and we must head to the village tower''. Though she did not like to be ordered around Era complied and followed the pinkette ''This will cause hell'' Grey ground ''This should be impossible'' Lucy moaned ''This is funny'' Happy chirped.

Ounce the two were on the tower Erza summoned her 'Evil crushing spear' and explained her plan to Natsu, he nodded and got behind her fist raised. ''I don't want to see how this turns out'' Grey sighed. Era aimed directly at the moon and began her throw, ''Natsu!'' she yelled. He punched the back of the spear giving it more force and sending it rocketing from her hands making her stumble.

Everyone watched wide eyed as the spear hit the moon, it began to crack. The villagers cheered, ''NO WAY'' Grey and Lucy yelled. Suddenly the sky seemed to shatter revealing a normal Grey moon. ''Eh!?'' the villagers yelled, ''What is this?'' Grey asked. Erza smiled at her success ''The island was covered in a layer, think of it as exhaust fumes from moon drip, it created a hard layer over the island making the moon appear purple,, she explained.

The villagers began to glitter ''Now the curse will be broken'' Natsu said bored, ''So pretty'' Happy exclaimed. The glittering stopped but nothing changed ''Oh no'' Happy nearly cried ''Nah this is their regular appearance'' Natsu yawned. ''W-wait so you mean'' Lucy shuddered ''These people at demons'' Grey finished her question. ''Yep'' both Natsu and Erza said as if was the most obvious thing in the world.

''It just affected their memory''. Lucy fell to her knees, Grey turned to the nearest monster next to him ''F-for real''. The demon scratched his cheek ''Um... I'm still confused''. ''Amazing, I'm glad I left this in your hands'' the mayor gasped ''Bobo!?'' ''Ghost!'' Lucy squealed. ''We demons don't die from being stabbed in the chest'' he laughed ''Wait weren't you the sailor?'' Grey asked ''how did you disappear from the boat?''

Bobo disappeared but Grey found him in the sky, the demon had sprouted wings. The mayor stared at his son with tears in his eyes ''Bobo!'' He yelled flying after his son and the two laughed. The whole village then flew after the family 'look at them' Natsu thought 'how I envy you'. ''Today we feast!'' the pinkette said loudly though his voice lacked enthusiasm.

Up in the tree Zarti still smiled, he turned to the lacrima beside him ''Did you see?''. Segrain sighed ''They did better than I expected, Humph, Fairy Tail. They better not get in our way''. Zarti removed his mask and his old male features smoothed and he now took the appearance of a raven haired woman ''I agree'' she said.
