Chapter 59:

Natsu stood at the edge of the forest waiting. His back was to the tree, numerous bandages wrapped around his body. "Natsu" a ghostly voice whispered, he turned his head "Kyoko, what do you need?". A parchment floated towards him, he snatched it from the air and glanced at the details. "Ill get it done as soon as I can". There was no response.

Natsu returned to the guild and began lifting planks, a small tower of wood rested on his shoulders as he walked towards the construction site. "Ah Natsu your back" Happy said, the pinkette nodded and whispered something to the feline. Happy's ears drooped "Be carful", Natsu glanced at him and sighed "I'll try, Happy, ill try".

Natsu set his load down and suddenly smelt something delicious. He glanced over at Grey who was holding a Benoit box in his hands, to his left a blue blur was running away. Natsu raised an eyebrow but continued to work.

"Grey" a weak voice allerted Natsus ears "Could you give these keys to Lucy". Natsu frowned at the weak form of Loke. He was thin and pale, clearly swaying on his feet. "We'll go check on her" Grey said.

Natsu stood outside of the small appartment bored "Why was I dragged over here". A blue ball alerted him "Natsu! Lucy left". Natsu gave a look that read 'And I should care why?' before watching the other two run down the steps. "Come on!" Grey yelled heading for the train station.

"Luuuuucyyyyyy!" Grey yelled running towards the blonde standing in front of the large grave. She turned around surprised to see Erza, Grey and Happy rushing for her a joyful reunion was what they experienced after all of the confusion was resolved.

"Hey where's Natsu?"

"On a special mission Aye!".

Natsu stood on a hill overlooking the dark city bellow. Dark overcast hung ominously over the gray buildings, smoke billowed from the streets and terrified screams filled his ears. Natsu looked dow at the parchment in his hands, DESTROY YAMERTOWN. He slowly removed his scarf and draped it over a tree branch.

Discarding the paper he walked down the hill, grass burned under each step. A twisted grin soon curled onto his features, "Father would be proud".
