Natsu rested his forehead on the barrier dead to the world while Makarove tried fruitlessly to get the teen's attention. Despite the old man's yells and the battle updates flashing frequently in front of his face the dragon slayer just stared out into the street watching the civilians clearly unamused. Happy eventually flew over landing by his feat and nudged him.

"Naaatsuuu? C'mon the guild really needs your help. Master is all stressed because Laxus is making everyone fight each other," The feline only succeeded at making the male sigh.

"Ah,there are 42 members remaining," Happy stated looking up at the barrier. Makarove clenched his fists eyes wide 'only 42!?" he yelled internally. Looking back at the younger mage he caught Natsu straing up at the barrier with eyebrows furrowed.

'Elf-man vs Evergreen?' he thought frowning when not even five minutes later the barrier read 'Victor: Evergreen,' he sneered and let out a heavy breath before turning to Makarove with frustration.

"what do you want me to do?"

"I honestly doubt that Laxus will kill all of them," Natsu said motioning to the petrified women on stage.

"You think I'm bluffing pinky?"

Natsu sighed in annoyance as the man in question appeared behind him.

"What are you still doing here in the first place? I thought the old man would have persuaded you to leave already,"

Natsu rolled his eyes and strode away from the obnoxious man ignoring his conversation with Makarove.

"Do you surrender?"

Natsu glanced down at the old man, Makarove grit his teeth but remained silent.

"We still have Gray!" Happy yelled in defense much to the Master's surprise.

"Psh, you've got high hopes for that loser?" Laxus sneered.

Calming slightly Makarove let out a breath "It would be best not to underestimate Gray, Laxus,"

Laxus laughed loudly while the Makarove and Happy stared shocked at the barrier. Natsu sighed blocking his ears from the loud gaffs echoing in the hall.

"Who's gonna beat them now huh?!" the blonde man chuckled much to Happy's fury.

"What about Gajeel!" he yelled.

With one last snort Laxus began to pick at his nails now bored with the whole ordeal. "He's not participating, not like he really cared about the guild anyways,"

Natsu raised an eyebrow mildly surprised before pressing against the barrier searching for weak points in the magic. Makarove dug his fingers into his palms then let out a deep breath and forced himself to relax.

"Alright," The old man spoke calmly "I surrender, Laxus"

Natsu's flicked his eyes to him then turned to Laxus once more. The blonde man smirked hand glared down at them.

"That won't do~" he purred chuckling "We can't have the great master of Fairy Tail give up so easily. No, If you really want to resign you'll give me your title as guild master"

Makarove tensed again, "So this is what you were after, Laxus!"

The blonde man smiled wickedly, "There's only an hour and a half left old man! Better think this one over good!"

Yes, I come back after half a year and give you this shit. Gomen...I'm not sure when I can update again. I might even have to repeat this year...I might kill myself or run away if that happens. seriously, I will give someone my info so they can continue for me if that happens. I doubt it will though, I'm too much of a coward and well this word may suck but it's still fun to live.
