(4:30 am)
"Why is it so bright in here?" asked a tried Andrew.
He sat up from his bed and looked around the room. He looked over to the desk where he left his pokeballs and mega ring. He got out of the bed carefully not to distrub Glaceon who was sleeping on the bottom of the bed. He walked over to the desk and picked up his mega ring. It was flashing a light red color. Andrew was puzzled why it was doing that.
"There has to be a reason why you are flashing?" asked Andrew.
"There is Andrew." said a mysterious voice.
Andrew turned around slowly to see it was the mega guru and his Mewtwo standing in his room.
"I have not seen you since I got the mega ring. Why are you here then?" asked Andrew with a confused look on his face.
"A question without a straight answer. Should not be answered, but if an answer is so. You will have to wait." said the Mega Guru.
"I almost forgot you only talk in riddles." said Andrew.
"Forgotting something as meaningless as remembering how people talk is pointless." said the Mega Guru.
"That does not answer my question. Why are you here?" asked Andrew.
"The reason I am here is for the truth." said the Mega Guru.
"The truth?" said Andrew with a puzzled look on his face.
"Yes the turth." said the Mega Guru.
"The turth in what?" asked Andrew.
"The truth in destiny. It has been foretold that the next mega ring holder is here." said the Mge Guru.
"I guess that would be the reason why my mega ring is flashing." said Andrew.
"That would be correct." said the Mega Guru.
"Then who would it be?" asked Andrew.
"Destiny has not told me. All I do know is it will be a fire type pokemon. That be mega." said the Mega Guru.
"Then why is mine flashing?" asked Andrew.
"You are closest mega ring holder. Destiny has choosen you to help him. Like Mika helped you. You will help the person unlock the power the ring holds." said the Mega Guru.
"I get that, but I would like to know who that person is?" asked Andrew.
"Andrew always questioning others. Impatient to see what and who is destined to hold and have a great power. I have no idea who it is yet. I have only seen his pokemon. He is unlike many trainers. He cares and loves his pokemon. Almost as much as he loves her. Only he knows who that is. She fills the same way. Yet they will not admit to each other." said the Mega Guru.
Andrew did not have a responce for what he just heard.
"The future of each of the mega ring holders have already been painted it can only be altered by an outside force. Do not be that outside force. You are only to aid the person, not hinder his future. Remember I can see the unseen, and I will see you again." said the Mega Guru before vansihing.
What the guru just said left Andrew even more confused then he was just 40 minutes ago. The mega Guru left Andrew with more questions then he had before. He got his clothes out of the cloest and took a shower. Once out and dressed he rueturned to his room and picked up what he was doing before he went to bed about 6 hours ago. Andrew was not looking for Marco's strategy he was only looking for what pokemon he is using. Andrew did notice that he had a good mix of close and long range pokemon.
"The six pokemon I have now should get the job done. Then again I could change out Swampert for maybe Luxray or Electivire. Or I could use Aggron. The problem with him is I have not got use him yet. This is troubling me. I still have some time to think about it maybe this battle between him and Dan will aid me some." said Andrew.
He looked down at his cell phone it said 6:30. He packed up his room and then left the house to meet up with Hailey for breakfast. He walked over to Hailey's house and knocked on the door. He stood there for a minute and then Zack (Hailey's Brother) opened the door.
"Hey Andrew." said Zack.
"Hey Zack." said Andrew.
"I have not seen you in awhile. You missed it I just started trainers school." said Zack.
"Are you going to be a trainer?" asked Andrew.
"Yeah I am I going to be better then you." said Zack.
Once Andrew heard that it brought a smile to his face.
"You first have to pass trainer's school." said Andrew.
"That will not be a problem I have you and my older sister to help me." said Zack.
"I not sure what I can help you with. But I can if you need it." said Andrew.
"Zack is it Andrew." yelled Hailey from her room.
"Yeah it is." Zack yelled back.
Hailey walked down the stairs and saw Andrew standing in the door way.
"You ready to go get some breakfast?" asked Andrew.
"Do you want to just stay here for it?" asked Hailey.
"Sure we can." said Andrew.
(At the Varga Home)
"Good my mom is making her french toast sandwitch with ham, cheese, and an egg servered with homemade Orange Juice." said Hailey.
Hailey walked into the kitchen and told her mom to make an extra plate. Hailey then rejoins Andrew who was know sitting on the couch.
"Andrew can I play with Glaceon?" asked Zack.
"Sure." said Andrew calling out Glaceon.
Zack then chased Glaceon outside. Hailey's Jolteon was already out there playing with one of her toys.
"I forgot how much he loved Glaceon." said Andrew.
"He always played with him. When you were home. He tried playing with Jolteon, but Jolteon does not always like playing." said Hailey.
"How have you been?" asked Andrew.
"I have been better." said Hailey.
"What do you mean by that?" asked Andrew.
"I miss traveling with you. I miss seeing you in the front row cheering me on. When I saw Dan yell at Cat durning our match yesterday it reminded me of what you use to do." said Hailey.
"I fill the same way when I am battling. I always look into the stands and remember you cheering me on." said Andrew.
"Yet here we are. We both have accomplished a lot without each other." said Hailey.
"I guess we both knew that it was only a matter of time you know." said Andrew.
"Yeah I do. It has been hard. My boyfriend Geoffery is always out of the states looking for something that he has tried find for years now." said Hailey.
"I find it hard to believe you are still with him." said Andrew.
"I guess he was there when you and I relized we were not going to be together. He is nothing like you, but he can be caring when he is home." said Hailey.
"Atleast he cares about you." said Andrew.
"Yeah I just wish he was here more then he is in Russia." said Hailey.
"Is he on an expedition for the US region?" asked Andrew.
"I think so." said Hailey.
"I can get them back then." said Andrew.
"How?" asked Hailey.
"It pays to be the Champion." said Andrew.
"If you can get him back. I would love that." said Hailey.
"You just got to give me a week or so. I need to talk to Russia's Champion and get what their doing from her." said Andrew.
"I can wait. So tell me about you and Katie?" asked Hailey.
"What do you want to know?" asked Andrew.
"I just want to know if there is something between you and her?" asked Hailey.
"I am not sure yet I do have feelings for her, and I know she does for me, but I do not know much more then that." said Andrew
"I can see more then that. She really likes you, but she seems shy so telling it to you will be hard." said Hailey.
"Breakfast is ready!" yelled Hailey's mom from the kitchen.
After Zack heard that he ran in the house he was followed by Glaceon then Jolteon. Zack was covered in dirt and some ice in his hair from god only knows what he was doing outside. After Andrew finshed eating he thanked Hailey's mom for the meal and left towards the park.
(North End Park)
Once he arrived he was greeted by Katie who was waiting by the entrance for him.
"Why did you invite us to this. There are a lot of kids here." said Katie.
"I know that they are here to listen to me share some advice about pokemon and I thought you would be here rather then the pokemon center." said Andrew.
"You make a good point." said Katie.
"You better find your seat. It starts in a minute." said Andrew as he walked over to an older lady that was charge of the event.
"I thought you would be earlier." said the lady.
"Sorry I was caught up with something." said Andrew.
"You just missed your borther he dropped off the starter pokemon you are using today." said the lady.
Andrew looked over to the table to see three pokeballs sitting on the table.
"You know what to say?" asked the lady.
"I can guess." said Andrew.
"All I want you to do is share some advice introduce these three then answer some questions." said the lady.
"Ok I can do that." said Andrew.
The lady then handed him a mic and told him he had to start. He walked over to where everyone was sitting and begun talking.
"I am Andrew Hanson and I am here to talk to most of you about pokemon. Lets not waste anymore time and get started. Many of you have seen or have been around a pokemon. If you have not let me introduce you to one." He called out Glaceon and then continued to talk." This is my Glaceon and he is a pokemon. Pokemon are your friends and companions when you travel this region to either take part in Contests or Gym Battles. Treat them right and they will always be with you." said Andrew.
The young kids had their eyes glued on Glaceon. It was like they have not seen a pokemon before.
"Once many of you get that first pokemon you will need to train him or her and learn to grow with them. Do not treat them badly and they will always have your back. You could have one pokemon or three dozen it really does not matter. As long as you treat them right they will stand beside you through thick and thin. Through good time and bad, if you are going through a bad luck streak a good one they will always be there. A pokemon knows when you are angry and they know when you are happy. Many pokemon will share our emotions." said Andrew.
He then walked to the back ad grapped the three pokeballs sitting on the table. He then returns to young kids.
"These three pokemon in these pokeballs could likely be your starter. All new trainers recive one of these pokemon right at the begining of your journey. There are a lot to choose from, but they have one thing in common and that is the type. You can select either a water, fire or, grass type to start with. Here I will show you." said Andrew as he called out the three pokemon.
First a Mudkip poped out. Next was Treecko and last but not least there was Torchic. The three starter pokemon looked at everyone then at each other. The Torchic pecked Treecho on the head. Treecko swung his tail at Torchic but hit the Mudkip instead. Andrew had put a stop to the three fighting. he returned them to thier pokeballs.
"Now are there any questions?" asked Andrew.
He looked around and seen a couple hands shoot into the air. He pointed to the female in the lime green shirt in the front row.
"What is your favorite type of pokemon?" asked the girl.
"Mine would be fire type pokemon." said Andrew.
He then pointed at a young boy who had a white shrit and a pair of blue shorts on.
"What do would you say is best traveling around?" asked the young boy.
"Honestly I love seeing the pokemon that call this region home." said Andrew.
The last question Andrew answered came from another young boy who was wearing a Charizard shirt with black jeans.
"What region would you like to see the most?" asked the young boy.
"I would to travel to Japan. More specifcally I would love to visit the Hoenn Region." said Andrew.
The gourp of kids clapped at as a group said thank you.
"Thank you all for listening. We do have battle that is about place so you can stay were you are or you can leave." said Andrew.
They all stayed in their seats and waited for the battle to start.
"Ok it looks like you all want to stay. Know lets get this battle started. So I would like to ask the trainers taking part in the battle walk down to the arena the park has."said Andrew.
Minutes later Dan walked down to the arena and to the center where he waited for Marco to come down. Marco was in same old all black as he joined Dan in the arena.
(Pokemon Battle: Dan vs. Marco)
"Who is going to ref this match?" asked Dan.
"I can if you two do not mind." said Andrew.
"I am ok with that." said Dan.
"I can care less. It really does not matter who the ref is the results will be the same." said Marco.
"This will be a six on six pokemon battle. There are no restirctions on subsitutions. After three of ones pokemon have been defeated we will take a short break after that short break the battle will not stop till we have winner. I will allow you two to decide who goes first." said Andrew.
"I will be going first." said Marco.
"I am fine with that." said Dan.
"Nidoking, standby for battle." said Marco.
"Swampert, time for battle." said Dan.
Andrew raised both his hands into the air to signal the start of the battle.
"Nidoking use thunderpunch."
"Swampert take the hit then use hammer arm, then aqua tail."
Nidoking rushed at Swampert with his fist covered in electicity. He threw a punch at him. Swampert did not take a single bit of damage because she was a ground type. Swampert then slammed his right arm into the gut of Nidoking. His eyes widened as he was hit, but the attack did not stop there Swampert then slapped him with her water cover tail. Nidoking felt the attack,but it looked like he had barely taken damage.
"Nidoking return, now Metagross standby for battle." said Marco.
"Swampert use mud shot."
"Metagross use psychic to stop that attack."
Swampert shot off gloops of mud at Metagross. Metagross's eyes turned blue and he stopped the mud shot. Metagross then reversed them back at Swampert.
"Swampert bring up your arms to portect yourself."
Swampert brought up her arms to cover her face from taking any damage from the attack resersed back. The mud shot hit her arms. Swampert still stood tall and strong.
"Swampert return. Salamance time for battle." said Dan.
"Metagross use rock tomb."
"Salamance use your speed to dodge it then use flamethrower."
Metagross used his psychic powers to lift up a rock and toss it at Salamance. Salamance's speed allowed her to dodge it with ease and she then shot off a stream of fire that found its mark on Metagross. Metagross just stood its ground as he was pounded by the flamethrower. Once Salamance let up Metagross still stood were he was, but he did have some burn marks from the attack, but he looked as strong as ever.
"Metagross use sandstorm."
Metagross let out a yell, and a storm od dirt and sand was lifted and was sent at Salamance. Salamance found herself trapped in this sandstorm.
"Metagross use rock tomb."
Again Metagross lifted a giant rock up into the air with his powers and chucked it at Salamance. Salamance was hit on her back and it sent her into the ground.
"Now end it Metagross with rock slide."
"Meta'" said Metagross as six rocks fell and hit Salamance on her back. Salamance struggled to take the hit and he head fell to the ground this round was over for sure.
"Salamance is unable to battle, Metagross wins." said Andrew.
"Thanks Salamance for your hard work, return. Blaziken, time for battle." said Dan.
"Metagross lets continue this." said Marco.
"Meta." said Metagross.
"Metagross use zen headbutt."
"Blaziken use flamethrower."
Blaziken's fire attack was a lot stronger then Salamance's and was able to stop the charging Metagross. It even forced Metagross to stop his attack and fall back to near where his trainer was standing. More burn marks appeared on Metagross' body.
"Metagross return. Golduck, standby for battle." said Marco.
"Blaziken return. Sceptile, time for battle." said Dan.
"Golduck use ice punch."
"Sceptile use energy ball.
Golduck ran at Sceptile with his right hand coated in ice. Golduck was stopped as Sceptile's energy ball nailed him in the gut. It sent him flying back at his trainer and hitting the ground with a thud.
"Sceptile now use leaf blade, iron tail combo.
Sceptile was able to get to Golduck quickly and he was frist hit with the long green blade that formed on the elongated leaf on Sceptile's arm. Golduck was then slammed with Sceptile's iron covered tail. After the combo Golduck fell on his back.
"Golduck is unable to battle, Sceptile wins." said Andrew.
"Return Golduck. Typhlosion standby for battle." said Marco.
"Sceptile return. Swampert, time for battle." said Dan.
"Typhlosion use Sunny Day."
"Swampert use Hydro pump."
Typhlosion shot a orb of yellow into the sky. The orb intensified the sun that was shining over the arena. After the orb was shot off Swampert uleashed a powerful torrent of water at Typhosion. Typhlosion was blasted by the water. Which was less effective then it would have normally been due to the bright sun. yet the attack still did a lot of damage on Typhlosion.
"Typhlosion use solarbeam."
"Swampert protect.
Swampert incased himself in a green sheild that would take all the damage from Typhlosion's attack. Typhlosion abosorbed the sunlight and with help from the sunny day he was able to asborb faster. Once he asborbed enough sunlight he opened his mouth and shot out a beam of yellow at Swampert. The green shield took all the damage for Swampert.
"Swampert return. Gallade, time for battle." said Dan.
"Typhlosion use flamethrower."
"Gallade use psychic to change the trajectory of that attack."
Typhlosion's red spots on his neck had flames coming out of it as he opened his mouth to unleash a powerful flamethrower attack. Gallade's eyes turned blue and took control of the firey attack. Gallade then made the attack go above him.
"Gallade stone edge."
Rocks begun to circle around Gallade's body. He then sent them at Typhlosion. Typhlosion tried to portect himself from them, but that went without fail. The flame on the back of his neck out and Typhlosion fell to the ground.
"Typhlosion is unable to battle, Gallade wins." said Andrew.
"Return Typhlosion, Jellicent, standby for battle." said Marco.
"Return Gallade, Sceptile time for battle." said Dan.
"I thought you would do that. Jellicent use on ice beam on the feet." said Marco.
Jellicent opened her mouth and shot off a beam of bright blue ice and Sceptile's feet. The ice froze Sceptile's feet to the ground. Sceptile looked back at his trainer looking for direction.
"Jellicent use sludge bomb."
Jellicent opened her mouth again and this time fried off a purple sludgey bomb and Sceptile who had no where to go. This left Sceptile no choice but to take the hit. After taking the hit poison corused through Sceptile's body. The poison was to much for Sceptile and he fell to the ground.
"Sceptile is unable to battle, Jellicent wins." said Andrew.
"Sceptile return. Gallade time for battle." said Dan.
"Jellicent use ice beam on the feet."
"That's not going to work again Gallade dodge it then use leaf blade- night slash combo." said Dan
Gallade avoided the ice beam that came from Jellicent. Gallade then went for Jellicent with his blades all black. He made contact not once, but twice with night slash. He then quickly changed it to leaf blade and hit Jellicent a couple more times. Jellicent was unable to withstand the series of attacks and she fainted.
"Jellicent is unable to battle, Gallade wins. With that loss Marco has lost three pokemon which means we will now take a short break before continuing this battle." said Andrew.
Marco walks off the arena and hides amoung the tree till the break is over. Dan walked over to Cat who was sitting in the front row.
(Dan and Cat)
"I am up by one pokemon." said Dan.
"That is something to be happy about." said Cat.
"You are right about that Cat." said Dan.
"The next hard has to be that Metagross." said Cat.
"I have noticed that. I know Blaziken can handle it though." said Dan.
The break lasted another 5 minutes before both trainers found their ways back to the arena. Andrew also walked back onto the arena.
(Battle Continues)
"Since the break is over we will now not stop till a winner is determined." said Andrew.
"Swampert, time for battle." said Dan.
"Breloom, standby for battle." said Marco.
"Swampert use ice beam."
"Breloom jump into the air to dodge the attack then hit him with energy ball."
Breloom jumped off the ground to aviod the ice beam that came from Swampert. Once Breloom landed he launched a green ball that formed in front of his mouth right at Swampert. The energy ball nailed Swampert and he let out a cry.
"Breloom now seed bomb."
"Swampert protect."
A green sheild incased Swampert and now he is protected from all attacks from Breloom. Even though Swampert was protected Breloom still fried off some hard shelled seeds at Swampert. Swampert recieved no damage from the seed bomb.
"Breloom use leech seed."
Breloom sent out a seed that was planted on Swampert. All over Swampert's body there were engery sucking vines. These vines caused Swampert to get weaker and weaker as long as the battle progressed. Swampert did not last very long after getting seeded. He was unable to even get off another attack.
"Swampert is unable to battle, Breloom wins." said Andrew.
"Thanks for your hard work Swampert return. Lucario, time for battle." said Dan.
"Retrun Breloom, Nidoking standby for battle." said Marco.
"Lucario use bone rush."
"Nidoking wait till he gets close to you then use flamethrower."
Lucario brought his paws together and formed a bone between them. Lucario then gripped the bone and rushed at Nidoking. Nidoking waited for a couple seconds before opening his mouth and unleashing a stream of fire at the charging Lucario. Lucario was stopped dead in his tracks as the stream of fire hit him. Eventaully the fire was to much for him and he was sent back to his trainer. Once the flamethrower had stopped Lucario's body was cover in burn marks he was also on his knees after the attack.
"Nidoking use earthquake."
The ground around Lucario begun to shake. After the shaking the ground became to shift and created rocks on the arena. Lucario was hit with two rock and he was then finished.
"Lucario is unable to battle, Nidoking wins." said Andrew.
"Lucario return, Gallade time for battle." said Dan.
"Nidoking use shadow claw."
"Gallade dodge the attack then attack him with psycho cut- leaf blade combo."
Gallade avoided the claws of Nidoking. After doing so Gallade slashed with his blades that were a purple color and once they made contact it made Nidoking to whip his head in pain. The attack was not over as he was then hit with leaf blade.
"Gallade now hit him one last time with psycho cut."
The two blades on Gallade's arms turned a purple color as went for Nidoking. Nidoking could not even get off a hit before he was hit with a double dose of psycho cut from Gallade. This attack resulted in a quick end for Nidoking.
"Nidoking is unable to battle, Gallade wins." said Andrew.
"Return Nidoking. Breloom, standby for battle." said Marco.
"Gallade use psycho cut- night slash combo."
"Breloom use leech seed."
As Gallade went in for an attack he was seeded, but Gallade was still able to nail Breloom first with his psycho cut which took a lot out of Breloom. He then followed it up a night slash. Gallade was getting weaker and weaker as the battle went on. The end for Gallade was close once the leech seed did it job and took out almost all of his power. With nothing left Gallade fell flat on his face.
"Gallade is unable to battle, Breloom wins. Dan is down to his last pokemon." said Andrew.
"I maybe down, but my last pokemon can handle the work. Return Gallade, Blaziken time for battle." said Dan
"Breloom use leech seed."
"Blaziken flamethrower."
Blaziken let out a stream of fire that burnt right through the seeds and went right at Breloom. Breloom felt the full force of that powerful fire attack. even after receiving that Breloom still stood.
"Breloom use drain punch."
"Blaziken use blaze kick."
Breloom went for Blaziken and as he was about to hit him Blaziken brought up his foot and delivered a blaze kick to Breloom's face. This stopped Breloom's attack. Breloom just fell back after that attack.
"Breloom is unable to battle, Blaziken wins. Both trainers are down to their last pokemon." said Andrew.
"Return Breloom. Metagross standby for battle." said Marco.
"Blaziken use blaze kick."
"Metagross stop him with psychic. Then toss him back."
Blaziken ran at Metagross and his right foot became incased in fire, this was all for not thought as Blaziken was stopped with ease by Metagross' psychic attack. Blaziken tried to get free but could not. Blaziken was then tossed back like a rag doll. After hitting the ground Blaziken got right back on his feet.
"Blaziken flamethrower."
"Metagross use protect."
Metagross incased himself in a sheild. This sheild protected him from the stream of fire Blaziken unleashed at him.
"Metagross now drop the sheild and charge at him with zen headbutt."
Metagross quickly dropped the protect and the X on his face begun to glow blue. His head then lead the way as he went right for Blaziken. Once Blaziken was hit he was sent back and sent to the ground. Andrew looked closely to see if Blaziken was going to get up. Blaziken did get back to his feet.
(Mega Ring Event)
Andrew noticed that his mega ring was blinking again. Once he looked down at it the blinking got worse and worse. Minutes after it did the ring shot a beam of pink into the sky. after the beam went into the sky time begun to stand still. Marco and Metagross froze, the onlookers also froze. It had seemed like the whole city had stopped. Then the Guru reappeared with his Mewtwo in the center of the arena. Dan looked on in confusion.
"What's going on?" asked Dan.
"It appears destiny has choose a new mega ring holder." said the Mega Guru.
"It appears so." said Andrew.
The Mega Guru singaled for Dan to come over to him. Dan still confused walked over to him. Andrew also walked up to the Guru.
"Daniel now to answer your question. The event that is about to unfold has set you above others. Choosen by Destiny to hold a great in the plam in your hands." said the Mega Guru.
"How do you know who I am?" asked Dan.
"Its not important, but what is must come foward know." said the Mega Guru.
"I think..." said Dan before interrupted by Mewtwo.
"Silence trainer." said Mewtwo.
"Did you say something?" asked Dan looking at Mewtwo.
"I can speak through telepathy. I cannot understand why he was choosen." said Mewtwo.
"Mewtwo you cannot choose who is and is not a Mega Ring holder. That is for higher power to do." said Mega Guru.
"I get that, but can he even earn it." said Mewtwo.
"If destiny is right he will." said the Mega Guru.
"What the hell is a mega ring?" asked Dan.
"Andrew please show him yours." said the Mega Guru.
Andrew rolled up his left sleeve and on his wrist a black device that was glowing pink was showen.
"Dan that is a mega ring." said the Mega Guru.
"Ok. What does it do?" asked Dan.
"The power it holds will evolve one of your pokemon even futhur then ever before." said the Mega Guru.
"I don't get it my pokemon have all evolved to their last states." said Dan.
"Not exactly. Your Blaziken over there can go even futhur." said the Mega Guru.
"How?" asked Dan.
"With an item called a Blazikenite." said the Mega Guru.
"How do I get it?" asked Dan.
"You and you lone will find me. Once you do I will present you with the items. You will then have a battle with and Mewtwo. You can use all six of your pokemon I will only use Mewtwo. If you can beat me I will allow you to leave with these items, but if you cannot you will not be able to leave my home till you do. Once you leave you will then seek out Andrew and he will help you harness the power that Mega Blaziken can have." said the Mega Guru.
"Why would he help me?" asked Dan.
"I can answer that. Once Blaziken does mega evolve the power he know has can make him uncontrolable in most cases will cause the pokemon to go unstable. He will then attack anyone and anything." said Andrew.
"You sound like you know that from expernce." said Dan.
"Unfournatly I do. My Lucario is still somewhat unstable at times. Also my Charizard had some trouble adjusting to the new power he was given." said Andrew.
"You have two?" asked Dan.
"Andrew over there is one of the few to have two. His Charizard does and so does his Lucario." said the Mega Guru.
"How do I find you?" asked Dan.
"You will go to the mountain range of the east. You will then travel the path less traveled. Up to a cave this cave is home to all the Mega Stones. You follow that path to the top and you will find me. Once at the top you and I will battle. If you win you will then be teleported home. Once at home you will then seek out Andrew to finish your training." said the Mega Guru.
"You can come to DC to find me. We will leave right away to a location only reached by pokemon." said Andrew.
"What about my friend Cat?" asked Dan.
"She will have to stay at home." said the Mega Guru.
"After getting the mega items you can get her and she can come with us." said Andrew.
"Ok." said Dan.
"I have overstayed my welcome. Dan I will be seeing you soon." said the Mega Guru vanishing.
"We must resume this battle. You have to return to your spot." said Andrew.
Dan walked over to his spot on the arena. Time then slowly begun to come back. The battle had just begun again.
(Battle Resumes Again)
"Blaziken use blaze kick."
"Metagross psychic again. Then toss him into the air. Finish withzen headbutt right after."
Again Blaziken was stopped by Metagross before he could attack. Metagross then flicked his head which had sent Blaziken into the air. Metagross' X then became blue as he then charged at Blaziken. Blaziken was hit in the gut and hit the ground hard. This battle was over after that series of moves.
"Blaziken is unable to battle, Metagross wins. Marco is the winner." said Andrew.
"Metagross use meter mash on Blaziken." said Marco.
"What this battle is over." said Dan.
"Charizard use flamethrower." said Andrew tossing out a pokeball.
As Metagross was about slam Blaziken he was hit with a powerful stream of fire that hit him and it pushed him away into one of the trees just east of the arena.
"Marco that was uncesscary. The battle was over. There is no need to go on with another attack." said Andrew with a glare over to Marco.
Andrew's glare would stop anyone in their tracks all, but Marco. He just stood there with a smile.
"It seems like I just meet your strongest pokemon Andrew." said Marco.
"All my pokemon are strong." said Andrew.
"I guess we will see about that. Till Friday Andrew I bid you ado." said Marco walking off.
(After the Battle)
"Why would Marco continue to attack after the battle was over?" asked Dan.
"I wish I had that answer. A trainer that would and could do that should not even be a trainer. To a person like him pokemon are nothing more then tools of the trait." said Andrew.
"He has no respect for pokemon." said Dan.
"You might want to get Blaziken to a pokemon center." said Andrew.
"I am. And Andrew thank you for saving my Blaziken." said Dan.
"Dan I will see you in DC." said Andrew.
Dan and Cat left the park to the pokemon center to get his pokemon checked. Andrew stood at the park still. Brady, Emma, and Katie walked over to him.
"Marco doesn't seem to have a heart if he would have attacked a down pokemon." said Katie.
"He does not even deserve a battle with me." said Andrew.
"You have to battle him?" asked Katie.
"Yeah I do. This Friday at the Pokemon League." said Andrew.
"Why did you even agree to battle?" asked Katie.
"He has beaten my elite four that warrents a battle with the Champion." said Andrew.
"I see." said Katie.
"You three must be leaving tomorrow to Hawaii for the 5th gym." said Andrew.
"Yeah we are flying tomorrow." said Katie.
"Then I should give you these." said Andrew handing Katie three tickets.
"What are these for?" asked Katie.
"These tickets will allow you to tour the Ancient History of Pokemon Museum. They will also allow you to gain access to some of the peices about Primal Groudon and Primal Kyorge." said Andrew.
"What Island is the Museum on?" asked Katie.
"You should land in Honolulu. You can find the Museum there." said Andrew.
"Ok thank you for the tickets." said Katie.
"I wish all of you three good luck. I will see you all later." said Andrew leaving back to his home.
Brady, Emma, and Katie returned to the Pokemon Center for the rest of the day. dan and Cat have left back to Indian Head. And Andrew returned to his house grapped his bag and left back for DC.
It would have been out ealier if it wasn't for me trying to write the mega guru in the way I did. I had to make him seem all knowing. The way he should be. Hopefully that came across well enough. Dan barely lost his battle today, but the bigger battle is in store for him. He must know set out to find the Mega Guru. In order to get his Mega Items. It will be some chapter till I get to Dan. I think it might be four or five chapters.
(NO Trainer Updates. They should be back in the next Chapter. Since I am foucsing back on Brady, Emma, and Katie.)
