Leonard opened his eyes and groaned as the bright light above blinded him for a moment. He heard a separate groan to his left and looked over to see Howard stirring on the bed beside his. Raj was standing by the window sipping on a slushie. A couple of IV stands were between the beds, saline bags hanging from them. Nausea welled up in his throat and he had to swallow quickly.

"Hey, guys." Leonard looked over at Amy and Bernadette weakly. Amy walked over and sat down beside Leonard's bed. "Sheldon found the both of you in the hallway outside your apartment. He called 911. You're at Huntington Memorial. You apparently hit your heads and lost a bit of blood. The doctor said you'll be fine, though. You just need some rest."

"Oh god!" Howard moaned as his memory cleared. "Sheldon…Penny…oh crap!"

"Sheldon and Penny?" repeated Bernadette. "They're fine. They are getting some tea and coffee from the cafeteria."

"They're married," Leonard sobbed.

Amy and Bernadette looked at one another. "Huh?" asked Raj.

"We heard them," Howard said with a gulp. "They're married. Penny and Sheldon are… Oh, god! I bet they've been having sex!" he said with a shudder.

The door opened up and the two in question walked in. "Hey. How are they?" asked Penny worriedly. Raj rushed over and threw his arms around Sheldon and Penny, squealing happily.

"Penny! Make him stop!" Sheldon yelled, frantically trying to push Raj away. Penny rolled her eyes and pulled Raj to her side. He sobbed happily and hugged her tight.

Amy looked at the two of them with tear-filled eyes. "Why would you do that?" she cried softly. "How could you and Penny get married? I always suspected you two were hiding something between yourselves!"

Sheldon jerked slightly. "Married? Me and Penny? Why would you think we are married?" He turned to Penny fully. "Penny! She thinks we are married!"

"You are," Leonard accused loudly. "We heard you! You told Penny that marrying her was the best thing you ever did! Then we heard…" Leonard groaned and clutched his stomach.

"We heard you two kissing," Howard said with another shudder of uneasy.

Penny groaned and her head tipped backwards. "Idiots! Our characters got married! We weren't kissing! We were eating popsicles, you jerks!"

Sheldon nodded quickly. "Queen P and Sheldor were married by a half-mage, half-Celtic knight named Hendarious. It almost tripled our characters stats. By uniting them in matrimony it linked our characters so that any spoils or stat increases one earns, the other earns as well. It's a glitch in the game that we are exploiting."

"Seriously, Leonard?" Penny said with exasperation. "You believed that I would cheat on you? You know what, I am so damn tired of your unfounded jealousy. You ended up in the hospital because you don't trust me. Even though I have never, I repeat NEVER, given you reason to doubt me. Grow up!" With that, Penny pushed away Raj, spun and stormed out.

Sheldon looked around the room. Raj was still a bit weepy. Bernadette looked confused. Howard had a sheepish expression. Amy and Leonard still looked distrustful and angry. "You know, I believe Penny may have the right idea. I, too, am tired of certain behaviors. Leonard, you owe Penny and myself an apology. Amy, you do as well. Now, excuse me, I need to see if Penny will give me a ride home."

It was silent in the room for several seconds after the door closed behind Sheldon. Bernadette crossed her arms and glared at the two men. Howard closed his eyes and feigned sleep. Leonard gave her his best puppy eyes. "Oops."
