"Naruto, I need you to sit down!" One of the ANBU yelled at him "It won't be long!"
Naruto's face paled and get whiter when he saw the equipment they set on the table. He looked around the treatment room. There were nothing else could be creepier than the light illuminating the room without windows. The smell of drug and antiseptic get to his nose, making him just wanted to sneeze but he was too afraid to to even move. He started to question himself why did he accept Kakashi's, the Sixth Hokage, request to join the ANBU. After all, he had no idea that getting a tattoo means sticking a needle through your skin!
"Naruto...it will not hurt, I promise" Kakashi reassured him, knowing his fear of needles. The Hero of Konoha is afraid of needles, ya...that sound right.
"Are you joking with me Kakashi-sensei!?" Naruto yelled at him "It's not just going to be one stab, but multiple stabs and they will do it continuously for every single second!"
"The tattoo is not big like those you see in the bandit group. Just a small symbol on your arm...It's not going to be long" Kakashi sweat dropped, looking at Naruto whimpering and begging was just amusing. He did not expecting this at all, to see such a big and childish reaction from Naruto, but to hear that he did not know how tattoo was form was too much for Kakashi to even handle.
"I thought you do was just paint on my arm!" Naruto started to screamed as the medic started to clean the needle and put it in a machine while the other prepare the red ink color
"How on the earth will paint be stuck on your arm for the rest of your life?" Kakashi asked "Paint will not even going to stay for long, not even one day"
Naruto started to paled even more as he whimpered like a five years old "Sensei...are there anyway at all to have a tattoo without being in pain? A seal for example?"
"A seal hurt more than a tattoo though, I believe...Even if it doesn't, there is no such a thing Naruto" Kakashi answered him and watched as the medic stated to put the paints between the needles. That was not a pleasant sight to Naruto, unfortunately.
Kakashi did not feel bad for Naruto. In fact, he was proud when he told Naruto that he was strong enough to serve as his right hand while Sasuke was away. Seeing Naruto like this though, was a rare sight that many had missed, except for him, two medics and an ANBU in this room. Naruto stares at the needle that will be going to his arm and looked at his Sensei for a final 'Help me'.
Kakashi smiled sadistically and said "Good luck, Naruto"
A scream then can be hear throughout the ANBU headquarters
...but when Naruto opens his eyes again to see his arm, his smile was the brightest
