[Kasuka's POV]

"Yeah, I'll be right over. No problem." the actor replied quietly, thanking Shinnosu for calling him before worriedly hanging up. He hadn't let it into his voice before, since Shinnosu was acting like there was nothing to worry about, but Kasuka knew better. No one touched his boyfriend's phones without explicit permission and not without a reason, even if Izaya was in the bathroom. If he had been then he knew the ravenett would have had no problems doing it before he went in or waiting until he was out.

Shinnosu seemed genuinely calm though, at least in his voice. Maybe I'm just being paranoid… It wouldn't be the first time. Kasuka noted to himself, shuffling along to his door after he'd slipped on some pants and shoes, having been in the middle of yoga when he was called. But then his mind, his admittedly over paranoid mind at the moment, went right to the last time he'd had a panic attack due to his own paranoia. Which had led him to accidentally saving his boyfriend from his own brother, a boyfriend he might not have now if he hadn't listened to his gut. Fuck it, if Shizuo can listen to his instincts 24/7 then so can I.

The actor made his journey to Izaya's apartment quick, not wanting to be late if it was as serious as last time, and made it there by foot in record time before knocking on the informant's door. It swung open to reveal Izaya's smiling face. It calmed him down instantly, most of the anxiety he'd began to feel half way there melting away again, though with still a twinge left. "Hey, you wanted to hang out?"

"Yeah, so did Shinnosu. Thanks for coming, Kasu-kun." his boyfriend greeted back, stepping closer to him and cupping his cheeks before leaning in for a kiss. Kasuka complied easily and pressed back, letting the kiss continue on for longer than he'd expected without any protests as well. They finally separated when Shinnosu finally made his presence known, obviously being a patient one since there was no doubt that they'd been at it for at least 10 minutes by now.

Izaya stepped away from him and escorted him inside instead of making him continue to stand in the hall, dropping down onto the couch when Kasuka and Shin sat next to each other. The actor glanced at his lover and wrapped an arm around his waist before doing anything else, getting a small smile in return that made him worry again. You usually blush when there are people around. he mentally told the other, though knowing he wouldn't get the message he just tried to keep himself calm and looked at Shinnosu, giving a small smile because of the familiarity this person still held to his brother. "So how have you been since last time? Staying out of trouble?"

The blond just grinned a bit and shook his head. "Depends. Is me working at all trouble to you?" Shin asked back, seeming to know that Kasuka knew about his work. The actor just shrugged.

"Depends. How dirty do your hands get?"

"I wear gloves."

Kasuka rolled his eyes at that, thinking he should leave this part of the conversation at that so he didn't pry too much. Even if Shin was cool with him and his boyfriend there was always a possibility of him feeling the need to inform his boss; he was sure that anyone in any gang was obligated to at least that.

The ravenett's attention was soon caught by Izaya again, the informant leaning his head on Kasuka's shoulder lightly as he listened to their banter. He seemed to be content there in silence, unlike how he usually was demanding to have Kasuka's full attention, but he had a distant look too, making Kasuka shift him lightly.

"Hey, you alright?" he muttered, getting a small sound in response.

"I just have a small headache. My eyes are finally re-adjusting to something other than computer light." the informant chuckled, giving him a genuine smile this time. Kasuka tried to give him one back.

"Alright. If you wanna lay down or anything just let me know." the ravenett offered, pressing a kiss to Izaya's forehead and temple before going back to him and Shinnosu's conversation. The two finally decided that they should do something more interesting than make jokes about each other and they put in a game, one that Kasuka had boughten Izaya just a couple days ago because he thought he might like it. He had no idea if he would, seeing as the only game he'd so far enjoyed was Zelda and he'd boughten him a Mario Bros game, but it was worth a shot.

Kasuka shifted his boyfriend to get his attention again before offering him a controller and smiling to himself as the informant worked out what controls did what on his own, having skipped the tutorial on accident due to hyper clicking; Shinnosu seemed just fine without it though. The two kept playing until they beat a world together and then whoever got the least points would switch off, all of them having a pretty nice time together for a few hours.

The actor couldn't help noticing that besides the comments he made while playing, and dying while playing, the informant hadn't said much so far but he could see that the other was distracted about something so he let it slide. I'll ask him once Shinnosu is gone. Kasuka decided, giving the blond a high-five as he once again won the little competition. So far Shin had only lost one time while Kasuka and Izaya had switched off at least 4 times already, but none of them commented on it.

After another couple rounds Shinnosu's phone went off and he answered it, there being a pretty one sided conversation going on before the blond sighed and agreed with whoever was on the other line. "Sorry guys, I gotta head out. This was awesome, hope we can do it again." he explained, getting a nod from Kasuka and a hug from the actor's boyfriend, Kasuka trying his best not to mind. Shinnosu let himself out and the couple cuddled closer now that they were on their lonesome, Kasuka almost deciding to not ask about earlier now that they were so comfortable. No.. I should still ask, something might be up.

"Hey, Iza-chan. I know you said you have a headache but, are you really okay? Even for a headache, you were really quiet today." Kasuka commented slowly, not wanting sound accusing. Izaya just looked at him for a second, smiling lightly before nudging him to lay down.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Now that I'm pretty much done with assignments all the extra energy I had went away. Thanks for asking though." the informant replied, shifting to lay on top of him and relax now. The ravenett laid his head on Kasuka's chest and took a deep breath, eyes sliding closed before Kasuka could question him further. He does seem really, really tired... Everything's fine, I should stop worrying so much. "Okay, I understand. Just get some sleep then.. I love you." Kasuka muttered, wrapping his arms around the other man.

Izaya let out a small hum before whispering it in return, eyes sliding closed again before Kasuka decided to join him.

And everything looks like shit again... But that's probably the broken AC talking again, so ignore me.

I like writing a concerned Kasuka, it's sweet, but I have no idea sometimes of how to keep things interesting when Kasuka doesn't know anything yet and is so understanding that he's also oblivious..
