Gryffindor Common Room

I caught the Snitch! Finally! My first Snitch catch! It was so great! The Hufflepuff Seeker had no chance, because I was way ahead of him when I spotted it. I did this cool dive too, not too close to the ground or anything, but it was super fun. I couldn't believe it for the first few minutes after the game had ended.

It's the first game we've won since I joined the team. Even James congratulated me (along with half the male population of the school. What is it with these guys?) and he's not even being that much of a jerk about it!

We're having a celebration in the Common Room, so I'm just sitting here chatting with Peter and Lily while everyone else comes up periodically to go through the last few minutes of the game with me blow by blow. I'll be honest, I don't mind. It's nice to be noticed for something I'm actually kind of good at!
