[Kasuka's POV]

I hope he's alright.. Kasuka thought to himself, a hand running through his hair as he leaned back in his seat.

The actor was currently busying himself with reading, a book in his hand that now looked like it didn't hold words. This always happened when he was distracted, he found it harder to comprehend things in front of him and he couldn't quite hold a conversation.. He'd gotten better at focusing over the years so he could get things done but every once in a while he would just get this feeling in him like he needed to do something, needed to talk to someone. Lately, almost every time he'd gotten the feeling, it was because of Izaya.

Kasuka closed the book with a sigh as he picked up his phone and toyed with it. For some reason he just couldn't settle down right now, like he was restless or there was something he'd forgotten rumbling around in his head. He knew there wasn't though and he should be able to focus right now; he had had breakfast, done his yoga, taken a shower, done everything he usually did in the morning in perfect succession and knew that there wasn't anything he'd misplaced that his mind was alerting him to. So what's wrong with me? he asked himself, standing up and wandering around the apartment to see if there was anything to do.

Sadly, at the moment there was nothing out of place. Nothing to really clean, nothing to put away, nothing to finish. His schedule was completely free at the moment as well, with nothing for him to do until tomorrow. Maybe that's it. he thought, wondering if he had let Izaya know yet that he wouldn't be able to hang out or go on a date tomorrow. He knew the informant was waiting for another date night, most likely Friday, for them to go out again, so maybe his mind was telling him to not disappoint the man on accident? That had to be it.

The actor went off to grab his phone again and started typing, hoping this would make him feel better. [Hey. I just wanted to let you know I'm going to an interview tomorrow, so we won't be able to meet up. It's for a magazine, so I hope you understand.] he sent, hoping that would do the trick.

He sat himself down on the couch again as he waited for a reply, feeling slightly better than before but not much, making him frown again. Let's see… I could have eaten something wrong. There might have been chicken broth in that soup I had earlier… I haven't heard from Shizuo much lately, maybe I'm worried about him? Well, I'm always worried about him, but maybe more than usual…

Kasuka picked up his phone again and sent a text to his brother, asking how he was and what he was up to and if he was alright. The actor ended up sending a similar text to both Shinra and Celty as well, just to check on them and hopefully make the feeling in his gut go away. After the messages were sent, he laid his head back on the couch, now just playing the waiting game to see who would respond to him first. To his pleasure, Izaya was the first one. To his displeasure, his boyfriend didn't seem like he was in a very talkative mood. Maybe he really did have something planned for tomorrow.. Shit.

Kasuka replied with an offer to meet up that day, since he had nothing to do anyway and he would hate for the ravenett to be mad at him. He waited before another reply came, denying him with the excuse of work. Ah.. he's really mad… Kasuka decided, knowing that the other didn't have that much work to do right now; the man had said it himself. Shit, shit, shit. Please don't stay mad at me for long…

[If you need to talk just let me know.] he texted the other, hoping it would make things a little better. After a couple minutes he finally got a reply from his brother but waited on answering it, checking immediately when Izaya replied as well. The actor calmed down when the other wrote 'love you', like they were magic words. He sent them back to his boyfriend with a smile before getting to his brother's text, glad to hear that things were okay.

[Izaya's POV]

Of course, she never cared. She's just here for them, so they're happy… Izaya hissed in his head as he walked down the street, a scowl on his face as he tried to focus on getting home. So far he really couldn't, his mind too preoccupied with the woman he'd just left behind, along with his sisters. The informant actually felt bad for leaving them like that, they hadn't even gotten to hang out properly, but there was no way he'd be able to keep a smile on his face while knowing Kyouko was in the other room. It would have just been awkward anyways, they had definitely heard at least half of his yelling from where they were. I'll invite them out tomorrow or something, so she won't be there to bother me. he decided, his mind calming down a little and letting himself think about other things now that he had a plan.

As he walked, his phone went off multiple times, most of them being texts from his siblings, only one of them so far being from Kasuka. He'd checked Kasuka's immediately, reading it to find out that Kasuka would be pretty busy tomorrow with an interview by some magazine.

[Alright. Don't push yourself too hard.] he'd sent back, getting a reply almost instantly.

[Are you home? Do you wanna get together now?]

[No, not right now. I feel like getting a couple assignments done today, sorry.]

[It's fine. If you need to talk then just let me know.]

Izaya couldn't help but smile a little at the last text; Kasuka could always tell when something was wrong, even when he didn't say anything. The informant guessed the other had also gotten a hint from him not wanting to talk right now, but it was still amazing how the other could pick it up so well.

[I will. Cya later, love you.]

[Love ya~]

The informant pocketed his phone again, this time turning it off, as he walked down the street to Russia Sushi, deciding that getting himself a little treat would also help with his stress while he worked back home.

Chapter 105!

So yeah, this chapter is pretty much filler, but at least I got it out fast.

Hope you guys don't mind it too much ^^;

And yes, I know it looks short - it looked a heck of a lot longer when I typed it in google docs though, so sorry about that, but it is still the normal length of a chapter! I have a standard of keeping every single chapter 1,000 words, at the least, and this is kinda over it, so I dunno why it's so short...

I hope you all liked this chapter, anyway! Favorite, follow and review to see more!
