I blinked at the ridiculously large house in front of me. Of course I was use to seeing abnormally large buildings, but it always seems to surprise me when I actually know someone who owns said building. I scratched my head and yawned. It was pretty early in the morning. The ginger twins had sent a car to pick up Haruhi, Rin, my sisters, and I. The rest of the gang wasn't here yet so I can only assume that they were pulling a trick on them. Or they all really are running late. I don't know for sure.
"They seriously live here?" Ana asked with awe in her voice. "That's frickin' awesome!" Her tone raised in excitement.
"It's alright I suppose." Stephanie said with her arms crossed over her chest.
"Rich people." Haruhi sighed. "I swear they don't need all of this space."
Rin giggled. "I almost forgot that you all were commoners." She paused. "No offense."
"None taken." I said. I heard this all the time at school.
"I take offense to that!" Ana said pulling off her glasses.
"Hey, give those back!" She yelled.
"Nope!" She said skipping away.
"Come on Ana stop teasing her." I said as I rolled my eyes. "She's literally blind without them." Rin glared in my direction, well, near my direction. She really is blind.
"Please." She said as she held on to Haruhi so that she wouldn't trip.
"Okay, okay, but first you have to..." She made a quick glance behind us and grinned. I raised my brow. What was she up to? "You have to admit that I'm the sexiest person alive-"
"Ana." I warned. Though she didn't seem to care.
"And you have to say it in a romantic voice." She declared.
Haruhi sweat-dropped. "Wow, you're really childish."
Ana put a hand up to her chest and gave a dazzling smile."Aw, thank you Haruhi"
"That wasn't really suppose to be a compliment." Haruhi mumbled.
"Idiot." Stephanie added. She only glanced in her direction before twirling over to the girl.
"Come on, Rinny the pooh. I'm waiting~" She sung.
Rin's eye twitched. "Fine, you want to play it that way? I'll do it."
From the corner of my eye I thought I saw something there. When I turned around I saw nothing. I raised my brow. "Um, Rin I don't think-"
She put up a hand and I closed my mouth. "No, it's fine." Rin turned to me and gave me a dazzling smile. Rin pulled out her wavy hair out of her braids and shook her head. "Oh Ana~"
The said girl blinked. "Uh, yes?" Rin walked toward her with a strange yet open smile.
"You know, I've been thinking about you lately."
"Yeah?"
"Mm hm."
"That's nice?" Ana said.
"Not as friend, no, not that. Something much closer." She said with a smile.
I glanced at Haruhi with a nervous look on my face. "What is happening?"
She shrugged. "I don't know, but I can't say that it looks good."
"I suppose Rin is doing what she's asked of her." Stephanie said. We glanced at each other then back at the scene.
Ana backed up a bit. Rin tilted her head. "Where are you going? I just want to tell you something."
"Okay..." Rin held Ana's face.
"I just wanted to say that you are the sexiest human being alive." She said with a smirk. "Now can I have my glasses back, please?"
"Sure." Ana said as she blinked. "That was strangely uncomfortable." She gave them back to the chestnut haired girl.
When she put them on she turned. "So besides the discomfort, how did I do? Was it romantic enough?"
"Yeah, totally." Ana said with a grinned and began to laugh. "Hey! Hikaru did you hear that, your girlfriend thinks I'm sexier than you!" Rin turned around to see the twins standing there and Hikaru held a blank expression. Which made Ana laugh harder.
Rin turned to her with a twitching eye. "I'm gonna kill you!" She ran after Ana as fast as she could.
Ana went to run past Stephanie and she put out her foot to trip her. "Hey!" She said as she falls to the floor. Rin jumps her and Ana continues to laugh. "No Rin I know I'm irresistible, but this isn't the way to go about it!"
"Argh! Your so irritating sometimes you know that?"
"But you love me for it, right?" Rin stared at her. "I'll take that as a no..."
"Guys come on." I said with a sigh.
Suddenly there was a cough heard from behind us. The twins mother along with Caleb and his mother were standing there. Mrs. Hitachin was smiling though I couldn't imagine why. This was one of the weirdest things my sister has ever done. At least what I've seen.
"Uh, hello..." I said with a nervous smile. "I realize this is kind of weird but...uh...yeah..." I couldn't think of anything to say to fix this.
Stephanie stepped up closer. "Please forgive my sister she's an idiot." She glanced to the tall raven haired boy. "Hello Caleb, Mrs. Lawford. It's nice to see you again."
Haruhi leaned toward me. "How can she be so...calm?"
I shook my head. "She's use to this." I was to, but it's been a while. Plus I don't live with her anymore.
The ginger twins walked toward us unusually calm and I raised my brow. Are they planning something? Or I could just be paranoid. Or both, I could be both.
"It's fine." The ginger haired woman waved it off. "Besides, I've been wanting to meet my sons' friends. I'm not sure what's going on, but you've certainly made an impression." She said with a laugh. I raised my brow. She's really carefree. I glanced over to see the twins walking over to us. "Now Hikaru which one of these girls is it?" I blinked.
I was assuming that she meant who was his girlfriend. So does that mean that she didn't hear any of the racket we were making? If not then this would be interesting. "Can I guess?" She asked looking to her son.
"Go right ahead." He said giving a glare to Ana as she gave him an innocent expression. This little exchange seemed to go unnoticed by his mother. Hm, I wonder what type of girl she thinks he likes.
She put a finger up to her lip. "Hm, let's see. I guess I need to go through process of elimination. I don't think it's...you." She pointed to Ana.
"What, I'm not good enough, is that it?" She held mocking hurt expression. "This is like the bachelor only the mother is picking." Mrs. Hitachin began to laugh to herself.
"Your quite the silly one, aren't you?" She looked back at us. "Hm, I don't think it's you either." I saw that she was pointing to Stephanie.
She shrugged. "Fair enough."
"Hm, your very different from one another." She said in a matter of fact tone.
"It would be quite unfortunate if I wasn't." Stephanie mumbled. Ana glared at her.
"Well let's see." Mrs. Hitachin said clapping her hands together. "Mm, maybe you..." I blinked when I realized she was pointing at me.
"What?" I said with wide eyes. Hikaru and I looked at each other and my face scrunched up in discomfort. Never will I ever think of Hikaru in any type of romantic sense...no offense to him. Not that I don't like him. He's just no where near my type...at all.
"Oh well your expression kind of tells me I'm wrong." She says with a care-free laugh.
"She's into older guys who like cake." Ana said. I elbowed her in the side. "Ow! Well it's true."
"Well I guess it's just between you two." I glanced over to see Haruhi and Rin.
Well...this is awkward.
"I think that it's..." She paused for a moment. "You, am I right?" I saw that she pointed to Rin.
"You think that its me?" Rin asked in surprise.
"Oh was I wrong?" She asked with pout.
"No, no your right...I mean...uh." Rin began to blush and push up her glasses.
"Aw isn't she cute. Your a lucky boy Hikaru." She said patting his shoulder.
"Well it's nice to meet you..."
"Uh, Rin Mazaki ma'am." She said in the most polite tone possible.
"That's such a pretty name." She cooed. "And all of you are?"
"I'm Ana Carson." The blond girl said proudly.
"Stephanie." She didn't bother saying her last name because it was a given.
"Haruhi Fujioka." She said politely.
"And I'm Krystal Carson, uh, their older sister. Not, Haruhi, obviously...cause...well, never mind just call me Kris." I said rubbing the back of my arm.
Yep, still incredibly awkward.
"Your all so cute. It would be really nice to dress you up." She said. "Oh I have an idea!"
She turned to Mrs. Lawford and they began to whisper among themselves. Caleb began walking over to me. "Hey." He said quietly.
"Hi." I said with a wide smile.
"This house is huge." He whispered in amazement. I laughed a bit. "But you must see this all the time hanging out with them."
"Yeah, but you never really get over it." I said with a grin.
His expression changed a bit. "So you've been over to...all of there houses?" He asked.
"Um, everyone except for Mori and Kyouya's. But we've been to his beach house." I remember that trip well. I was flirted with, beat up, thrown in the ocean and Mitsukuni...I blushed for a second. That date is certainly coming around quick. I need to really think of what I'm going to get him.
I blinked out of my daze and realized his face was in front of mine. "Krystal?"
"Oh, um, yes?" I asked.
He smirked. "I thought I lost you for a second."
I gave a nervous laugh. "No I'm still here." He was quiet for a moment and his smile slowly turned to a nervous grin as he rubbed his neck.
"S-so your friend ah Mitsuni?"
"You mean Mitsukuni?" I asked with a tilt in my head.
"Yeah him...your pretty close, am I right?" I raised my brow. What is that in his tone? I couldn't place it and it was bothering me.
"You could say that." I mumbled. For some reason I didn't just out right and say that I was dating him. I bit my lip and looked up at him. "Any reason why you asked?"
"Well it's just that, you know, it seems like your really friendly is all." He said all this while avoiding my eyes which was making me even more suspicious of his actions.
"So what are you getting at?" I said as I furrowed my brow. I took a step closer to him and he took one step back with a blush.
"Nothing, nothing." He said quickly.
"Really?" I asked.
"You know Krystal, I remember you being a lot more shy." He said trying to change the subject.
"Yes, well people change." I said as I crossed my arms. He took a look into my eyes and I stared back at him.
"I suppose they do." He mumbled.
Suddenly Mrs. Hitachin turned around with a wide grin. "Mrs. Lawford and I have got the greatest idea. We would like you to try on some of our new line of clothing and put on a little fashion show for us.
"Are you for real?" Ana asked. She nodded. "Yes! This is so awesome!" She pumped a fist into the air.
"That sounds interesting enough." Stephanie said with her head turned away but I could tell she wanted to.
"I would be honored." Rin said. Though I could tell that she really just wanted to get on her good side. But Rin was a good person so I doubt she could ever be on anyone's bad side.
"Do I have to?" Haruhi asked.
"Oh you don't want to?" Mrs. Hitachin asked.
"To be honest not really." She said. I glanced over to her and sighed.
"Well Haruhi if you do it, I'll do it." I said. She gave me a 'I really don't want to do it' look.
"I have no choice, do I?" She muttered. "Alright, I'll do it too."
Mrs. Hitachin clapped her hands together. "Absolutely wonderful walk this way then. Boys you all stay over there and just wait." She said as they walked down the hall.
"Are you sure we can't help mom?" Hikaru asked.
"Now Hikaru I know you want to see Rin, but you have to be patient." She said with a wink.
Hikaru's face turned completely red. "That's not it! Forget it I'll wait here." He said crossing his arms.
Everyone else started to laugh at his expense. I cracked a smile and shook my head as we walked down to the core door. I was starting to wonder when the others were going to get here. I guess that I'll ask them when we're done. Though I wondered what they were going to make us wear. I should have asked that before I agreed to do with this.
When we walked into the dressing room there was a large rack of clothing and two maids standing there. Oh I remember them. Those are the ones who changed me into my swim suit. I hope I don't get anything that makes me feel uncomfortable.
"Hello Mistress." They said with a bow.
"Hello ladies, I'd like you to look through the line and pick out one dress for each of them please."
"Yes, Mistress." They said turning towards us. I jumped at their expression. They looked like they were going to eat me. I'm scared.
"Hey something about these girls is freaking me out." Ana mumbled. Stephanie nodded in agreement.
Mrs. Hitachin smiled. "Well I'll be waiting outside. Mrs. Lawford and I will make any other further adjustments when your done."
I glanced to Mrs. Lawford and smiled. She gave me a brief wave and smile. We never really did much talking before. I guess I can't expect her to just jump to the gun with open arms. I turned around and yelped when one of the maids were staring at me very closely.
"I remember you." She said.
"Yes..." I said dumbly.
She grabbed me by the arm. "Come this way." I followed her unwillingly and she stopped in front of a short baby blue dress. "This one is for you."
"Uh, I don't know." I glanced over to it again. It was pretty but I don't think it was right for me.
"If you need assistance then I can help you undress." She said bluntly. She put her hand up to my collared shirt.
"No! That's fine. I-I can do it." I really don't have any other choice. I pulled the dress off the rack and walked into the changing room. I folded up my shorts and shirt, putting them in the corner. I then pulled the thin dress over my head. The dress was Strapless. Dang it. I frowned at myself in the mirror.
You know I've always known this, but this dress really makes me realize something.
I'm really flat chested.
Can this be considered a dress? It's so short...I tried my best to pull it down.
There was a knock at the door. "Are you done in there? Would you like me to come in and help you dress?" The maid said. What is with this woman and wanting to see me naked?
"No I'm done actually..." I slipped on my black Keds and walked out of the dressing room.
"Wow sis, lookin' good." Ana said with a thumbs up she is flipped her hair over her shoulder. Of course she was wearing red and Stephanie wore a green long green dress. Together we made the power puff girls.
"Uh, thanks." I turned to Haruhi, she wore a long pink ruffled dress with a white lace bow in the middle. "You look pretty."
"Thank you. Um, is it really okay to try on such nice clothing?" Haruhi asked. "I wouldn't want to damage anything.
The left maid said. "These are just the prototypes."
"Yes the mistress wouldn't give you the real products." The maid on the right said.
"That's comforting, I guess." Haruhi mumbled.
"I don't mind that they are just prototypes. There beautiful dresses." Rin said. She was wearing a really nice long red velvet dress.
I blinked. "Hey, now wait just a minute. Why am I the only one with a super short strapless dress?"
"Yeah, I wanted one too." Ana added. I glared at her.
"No your missing my point I don't want-" Before I could finish my sentence Mrs. Hitachin and Mrs. Lawford came in.
"Oh you all look lovely. I could just eat you up, so pretty."
"Um, excuse me." I called.
She glanced to me. "Oh it's just like they said it would look."
I blinked. "Come again?"
She gave a guilty smile. "Well I have to be honest. It wasn't exactly my idea to let you all dress up. My boys wanted to see you wear the clothing."
"What do you mean by they? Hikaru and Kaoru wanted us to wear these specifically?" I asked.
She turned to the woman beside her. "Well, Mrs. Lawford and I had colaborated on the designs my boys had a hand in making those dresses."
"So the dresses we're wearing, they made them?" Rin asked.
"Well yes." She said with a smile.
"That's it, that's it, I'm definitely marry your son now." Ana said. We all turned to her in silence. "Uh, Kaoru, not...Hikaru..."
Mrs. Hitachin giggled. "Oh I have no problem with that."
"Great, when can we set up the wedding?" She said with a smirk. "I'm thinking a winter theme you know? But not so much white that it over powers my dress."
"Oh I understand completely. People are so scared to add in black, but I think that it could work for you."
"Really? I'm so flattered. I think that Kaoru should wear..." They continued to talk and I stared at them in amazement. They were talking about a hypothetical wedding that the said to be groom didn't even know about.
"How can they even talking about this?" Haruhi asked with a raised brow.
"Don't question the logic of an idiot like my sister." Stephanie said as she sighed. I shrugged and held my arms behind my back. I looked down at my dress with a raised brow. So they designed this just for me?
I feel like they made mine short on purpose.
Their probably laughing at me right now. I turned to Mrs. Lawford. "Hello."
She smiled. "How are you doing? It's been quite a while since I've seen you."
"I'm doing fine and yourself?" I asked politely.
"I can't complain. Caleb tells me that he went to see you all yesterday."
I rubbed the back of my arm. "Yeah that was a bit of a surprise, but it was nice to see him."
"He was very insistent on coming here when he found out I had business here. I'm sure that he really missed you."
I blinked. "Oh..." I was starting to feel uncomfortable again.
"And look at you. Your wearing dresses and grown out your hair. It's hard to believe it's really you. You've always been very pretty but I'm impressed."
"Thank you." I said tucking my hair behind my ear.
"So have you met any nice guys here?" She asked.
I was a bit startled by her question. "Guys?"
"A boyfriend, someone your interested in?" She asked in a tone that I couldn't quite place.
"Well, actually...I-I you see-"
"Here we are." Mrs. Hitachin said. "Now I'll let you in on a little secret. I called all of your friends later so that they could witness our little fashion show."
"Seriously?" Haruhi asked in a dry tone. "I should have known this was going to happen.
"Oh come on this will be fun. You can strut your stuff and impress a certain french blond boy." Ana said as she wiggled her brows.
Haruhi looked startled. "W-What did you say?"
"Nothing, nothing." I said quickly and giving her a look. She shrugged at me.
"So whose going first?" Mrs. Hitachin asked. I glanced outside of the core door and saw that the gang was all sitting down in chairs. I noticed another man along with them sitting next to the ginger twins. He looked like them too.
"Is that your husband?" I whispered over to her. She gave a nodded.
"Yes, I told Ageha that he should see his boys work." She said proudly.
Rin moved to the front of the group. "Ageha Hitachin? He's here? He helped improved computer software speed to 3.46 percent and graphics for all fourth generation tablets by initiating various components of the system! I'm a big fan real big fan. Can I go first, please?"
Mrs. Hitachin blinked. "Um, go right ahead."
She squealed and walked out as fast as she could. "Mr. Hitachin, I'd love to talk to you about theories for the next generation of computers!"
"Well what do you expect out of a girl whose father owns an electronics company?" I mumbled.
"I though Mazaki sounded familiar." Mrs. Hitachin said with a smile on her face. She looked like she was scheming something to herself. "Hm..."
I took a step back. I see the twins in her. "Oh, I'll gone next!" Ana yelled as she skipped out into the hall. "Kaoru I want you to know that we're getting married! Your mom suggest an all black winter theme." I saw Kaoru look at her in a sputtered confusion. I smiled a bit.
"Well like always I'll just go after Ana." Stephanie said as she threw her hair over her shoulder. She walked out with her arms crossed and said absolutely nothing.
"Hm, always so serious." Mrs. Hitachin said with a with nod. She turned to Haruhi and I. "Well, whose going next?" Haruhi and I looked at one another. I thought for a moment. I don't think I want to be the last thing that they see. Plus Ana was kind of right, Haruhi looked really pretty and that could get Tamaki's attention. Then it's settled.
I turned to her. "I'll go next."
"You sure?" Haruhi asked.
"Yes." I said with a smile. I bent down and whispered. "Go impress him." She blinked at me.
"W-Who?"
"Oh no one." I said with a grin.
"Kris." She said in a warning tone.
"Sorry, got to go." I said as I walked out in a straight line. I looked out over everyone and saw Tamaki clapping for me with tears running down his face. I sighed at his actions and looked over at the twins. Hikaru showed an expression of approval and Kaoru was just staring. I'm not really sure what that means. I glanced to Caleb and it could have been my imagination, but I thought I saw him blush.
I reached the end the hall and I was suddenly jumped from the side. "K-chan! Your sooooo pretty~" He said before twirling me around. I looked over at Mitsukuni as he held his arms around my neck. From the corner of my eye I could see Caleb looking at us.
"Thanks." I said with a smile. "Everyone does." I glanced over at Tamaki cooing over his 'little girl'. She waved him off, but I could tell that she liked his attention. I smiled over at her.
I was startled when he swiftly kissed my cheek. "I think your the prettiest one here." He declared.
"Not in front of everybody." I said with a blush.
"What, no ones paying attention." He said though I didn't realize that Caleb and him made eye contact with one another while he said this. He smiled at the boy and turned back to me and put his chin on my shoulder. "So cute, so cute, my K-chan is so cute." He sung.
"Stop it, Mitsukuni." I said with red cheeks. He gave me a flowery smile.
"Well this was fun don't you think?" Mrs. Hitachin said.
"Yeah, definitely." Ana said as she crossed legged next to Kaoru. She turned to him with a grin. "What kind of ring do you want koala bear? I'd like to get my birthstone in mine."
Kaoru raised his brow. "Your serious?"
"Of course." She said with grin. He only stared at her. "Come on think about it. Your hot and I've been dubbed the sexiest person alive by Rin. That means a lot." She said with a nod.
"Well I guess it's settled then. We're getting married." He said with a smile starting to appear on his face.
"Great, Mrs. Hitachin set our wedding for next Winter." She said with a laugh.
"That's wonderful I'm so happy for you both."
"I am surrounded by morons." Kyouya mumbled.
Stephanie raised her brow. "Your surrounded by morons? You don't live with her." They nodded in agreement. I turned to look at Rin talking animate to Mr. Hitachin about computers.
Hikaru walked past me with furrowed brow. "Why didn't she tell me she like computers so much? I would have talked to her about it." He mumbled. Mori was standing solemnly in the corner observing us all.
"I'm gonna go get changed." I announced.
"Can I come with you?" Mitsukuni said in an innocent tone.
My face turned red. "No!" I walked out of the room quickly and went to the changing room. Why does he keep saying stuff like that? I puffed out my cheeks and began to change my clothes. When I was done I walked out and saw Caleb standing there.
"Um, hey." He said awkwardly.
"So is there any reason why your just standing in front of my changing door?" I asked setting the dress back onto the hanger.
"Well, I just wanted to ask you...are you dating him?"
"Him meaning Mitsukuni?" I asked. He nodded. "Yes...why do you ask?"
"How long?" He asked tilting his head to the side.
"Almost a year." I said.
He blinked in amazement. "Wow, that's...that's a long time."
"Yeah, it is." I said quietly.
"So is it fun being with him?" He asked. I nodded. We were both quiet for a moment. "Nothing bad has happened to you right, no bullies?"
I coughed. "Well things have happened but-"
"Like what?" He demanded.
"Just...some things. But I'm okay now, really. It's not like it was before."
"Right, because I'm not here." He said with a forced smile.
"No, no, your wrong Caleb. I'm just learning to really stand up for myself." I said. "It wasn't you I just couldn't do that before. I was bullied because people liked you and you hung out with me rather then them."
"So it was me."
"No, your missing the point. People were mean because they knew I wouldn't do anything back." I said firmly. "It's not your fault. I just didn't want to tell you. I'm fine now really."
He stared at me for a moment before walking forward. "You seem happier here."
"Well, I am I suppose."
He pursed his lips. "I'm...glad that your happy and I uh..." I walked toward him.
"What is it?" I tilted my head.
"You see I-I.."
"K-chan are you done?" We both turned to see Mitsukuni standing there with an innocent expression.
I opened my mouth but wasn't sure what to say. "Go on." He mouthed. I felt conflicted he looked like he's going to say something important. He turned around and looked at the smaller blond with a smile and Mitsukuni smiles right back thought it felt weird.
"Come on." He said with a flowery smile. He pulled my hand and I watched him as I walked out of the room. Mitsukuni continued to walk and I began to wonder when he was going to stop.
"Uh Mitsukuni, what's happening? Where are we going?" I asked. "Mit-su-ku-ni." I sighed and pulled my hand away. "I asked you where we're going."
A pout formed on his face. I wish I knew what he was thinking.
Honey's POV
Mitsukuni was tired of being the jealous one. K-chan never seems to get jealous and that made him pout at times. Maybe it was because she was use to seeing him in the host club. She went to school as a guy so it wasn't like guy's would fall all over her...usually. He often wondered if she thought of him as man among other things. Maybe it was his voice or face or even his height. But she had said that none of those things bothered her.
"Hello Mitsukuni?" She repeated. "What's wrong?"
"I just don't want to feel like this." He said with puffed out cheeks.
"Feel like what?" She asked. She stood there for a moment and blinked when she seemed to realize it. "Are you jealous of Caleb by any chance?"
"Maybe..." He said.
"Why?" She asked in a baffled tone. "Mitsukuni there's no reason to be jealous of him. He's just...just Caleb, you know. Just a friend." She tried to reason.
"I know, but..."
"What will take for you to believe me?" She asked with a sincre expression.
Hundreds of thoughts swormed through his head at once and he wasn't sure which one to listen to.
"I'll do whatever you want. I just need you to believe me." She continued. Three thoughts came to mind.
Mitsukuni looked up at her. "Anything?" She nodded. He took a step closer to her held onto her hands. He tilted his head. "You mean it?"
"I mean it." She said with determination making the boy smirk.
"Down here." He said waving her down. She did as he said. He brushed her hair to the back of her shoulder and moved her collar over the side of her neck. He looked in her face and saw that she was beginning to blush. This is the expression that he loved to see on her face. He gave a flowery smile.
"What are you going to do?"She asked.
"Something I've been thinking about." He said in a easy going tone.
"L-Like what?" She asked as she tripped over her shoe and hit the floor. He continued to smile as he leaned over her.
"Can I still do it?"
She closed and opened her mouth unsure what to say. "Uh..." She closed her eyes and sighed with a completely red face. She gave a quick nod. It couldn't be that bad right? He grazed his teeth gaze against her collar bone and bit onto it. K-chan jumped away.
"Why would you do that?" She squealed
"The same reason you bit my ear." He said with smile.
"Well thats..I...oh.."She sputtered. He giggled and moved closer.
"I can do that too if you want." He said with a tilted head.

Please review! Has anyone seen this movie call "Hotarubi no mori e". It made me cry so hard. You'd think something so simple wouldn't make you so sad. But it did.
