"Why the hell is there fruit and yogurt on the ceiling?!" A voice demanded. Yuki was on her phone, trying to get a hold of someone who can get the stain out of Kyoya's shirt after she just finished cleaning Kyoya's glasses spotless. She walked swiftly to the kitchen, but the rest of the Host Club members already beat her to it.
"Hazu-chan!" Hunny called, rushing up to her and jumping into her arms.
"Wow. I bet this is the longest time we've been apart. Hardly 24 hours." Hazuki said sarcastically. The twins snorted.
"What are you doing here?" Haruhi asked.
"I should ask you the same. It is my house, after all." Hazuki bounced back.
"Our wonderful daughter dearest invited us to your lovely home! It's wonderful! I applaud! Bravo!" Tamaki cheered. Hazuki slightly blushed at his charms and she was slightly embarrassed as well.
"Can you get a hold of Taylor? I got smoothie on Kyoya's shirt and its not coming out. And she's not answering my calls." Yuki entered the kitchen.
"Tip for the future, you have to put the lid on the blender before you turn it on." Hazuki teased. Yuki scowled and shoved Kyoya's shirt at Hazuki. Yuki went to the closet to get a bucket of water and a mop.
"I never noticed you and Daichi were so alike in size. If I looked at you two from behind, I wouldn't be able to tell who's who." Hazuki remarked to Kyoya.
"How are your older brothers, by the way?" Kyoya asked.
"Good. Very good. All done with school, but they have been for years now. Last you saw Michio, he was still in grad school. Daichi's married to this girl he met in school, Erika. They're already expecting, too! And Michio's engaged to a woman from Germany, who he also met in school, Julia. They work very hard with dad." Hazuki winked at him.
Yuki and Hazuki looked at each other, and there was sudden unspoken communication. Yuki tensed, and Hazuki smirked.
"Well, that's my house! You even got to see my room! So, thanks for coming! Have a wonderful New Years!" Yuki began pushing the members of the former Host Club towards the entrance.
"But why, Yuki-chan? Why can't we spend New Years together?" Hunny asked teary-eyed.
"She's hiding something!" The twins accused.
"Yuki! You should never hide things from your daddy! Confess!" Tamaki was shaking Yuki's shoulders. Yuki quickly freed herself and lunged at Hazuki, who opened her mouth.
"We're throwing a party tonight at 10." Hazuki announced quickly. Everyone looked at her. "So be there or be square." Hazuki winked. Yuki was confused. She was expecting Hazuki to tell them about the dinner party her father throws every New Year's with his business associates that Yuki and Hazuki are forced to attend. Yuki was terrified that Hazuki would tell her friends and then they would ruin the dinner. And she knew all hell would break loose if the third son of his archenemy showed up...
"Party?" The twins asked.
"Yeah. You know, social gathering. People. Music. Food. We can all count down and kiss at midnight." Hazuki replied.
"Is it okay with your dad?" Haruhi questioned. Yuki was wondering that too. If they get caught, they're so grounded. And Hazuki was quite the partier...so, no doubt that she will bring alcohol.
"Yeah. Don't worry about it." Hazuki assured.
"That's so kind of you, Hazuki, dearest! You and Yuki have been so hospitable! And we shall gladly accept your invitation!" Tamaki went on.
"Now, my question is: what will you two be doing until then?" Kyoya asked suspiciously. Oh, crap. This perked interest in Tamaki, the twins, and Hunny.
"We can eat cake until then!" Hunny suggested. "What kinds of cake do you have? Vanilla? Chocolate? Red velvet? Yellow?"
"Unless they already made plans." Kyoya pointed out.
"We have. We have to get the place ready." Hazuki lied. She didn't want them at the dinner party either. Tamaki opened his mouth, but Hazuki quickly cut him off. "Alone."
Yuki and Hazuki were forced to go to the annual dinner their father hosts on New Year's. Yuki and Hazuki never learned why they had to go every year because they were not a part of the family business. It bored them to death, so as a little payback, they dress identically so nobody could tell them apart.
Before the dinner, Hazuki made many phone calls and as they were at the dinner, people she hired came to set up for the party. So by the time Yuki and Hazuki went back to their house, everything was set up and people already arrived, the party in full swing, even though Hazuki and Yuki weren't ready yet because they were so dressed up.
Yuki and Hazuki slipped upstairs to their old bedrooms and changed into more casual clothes. Yuki removed her hair pin that kept it bunched up on her head and tossed the pick in her desk drawer, not bothering to fully shut it. She pulled her hair back up into a ponytail. Yuki and Hazuki then returned to the party.
And, surprise, surprise, the host club was there.
"Yuki-chan! Hazu-chan!" Hunny rushed up to them.
"I thought this was a house, not a club." The twins joked.
"Oh, come on. I think I throw great parties!" Hazuki protested.
"But you're too young to drink! It's against the law! The cops will throw you in jail!" Tamaki cried.
"All college kids drink. Relax and enjoy yourself. Have a drink." Hazuki helped herself to some alcohol she provided. Yuki couldn't resist a beer. It was just one plastic red cup. What harm could it do?
The DJs blasted the music loud, the fake floor lit up and changed colors. There was food and alcohol provided for everyone. The DJs had glitter confetti cannons that they sent off every so often. So everyone was covered in glitter and confetti.
"Please my body, rock my body, boy you make me go. Na na na na na me go" The music played.
"Hazuki! What the hell are you playing?" Yuki yelled above the music.
"It's Nicki Minaj!" Hazuki replied, smiling.
"Change it!"
"No!"
"This song is about sex!"
"You danced to this song for your Vegas audition!" Hazuki reminded. Yuki shut her mouth.
"Vegas audition?" This caught the attention of the mischievous twins.
"Yeah. Las Vegas performs more shows than Broadway! Yuki auditioned for one once! And she was going to get some really good jobs, but then they found out she wasn't 21." Hazuki explained.
"Yuki!"
"We don't talk about that, Hazuki!" Yuki hissed. "In my defense, the pay was really good." The twins laughed.
