Chapter 7-Emotional relapse

Hey guys, new day new chapter! I have a general plan where I am taking this story I just need to work out a few little hikes along the way, but it should be okay from here on out. So I hope you enjoy this chapter and please review to let me know what you think. I don't own Charmed but Cassie is my creation! Enjoy!

It didn't take half as long as I thought it would Phoebe and Paige to find Piper. They grabbed me and orbed us over where they were. Piper was using a Valkyrie power to defeat one of the warriors, "Ooh, way to go Piper!" Phoebe cheered. Paige hit her arm, "What? She's good."

Piper knocked down one of the warriors before finally noticing us, "I'll take care of them," she assured the other Valkyries, before beginning to walk over to us.

"Oh crap!" I sighed.

"Reverse the spell! Reverse the spell!" Phoebe nagged.

"Alright. Uh, "Spell was cast, now make it pass, remove it now, don't ask me how."" Paige read.

Piper waved her arm sending Paige flying backwards across the room, "What kind of spell was that?" I yelled at her before turning around and coming face to face with the warrior Piper had knocked over. I ducked as his fist travelled towards me, throwing my leg out to send him flying backwards across the room.

Behind me I could hear Phoebe talking to Piper, "Okay, Piper, I know why you'd rather be one of them. It's because you don't wanna feel pain. But you have to feel the pain because if you can't feel the pain, then you can't feel the good stuff either, you know? Right?"

Apparently that wasn't what Piper wanted to hear because a second later Phoebe was flying backwards through the air landing next to Paige. I watched as the warrior made his way back to his feet and began to walk towards me for round 2.

It was then I heard a car screeching outside before Darryl voice echoed through the air, "Freeze! Drop your weapons!" everyone in the room stopped fighting, apart from the warrior I had been up against who pulled out his knife sending it flying towards Darryl, before it hit him Piper froze it in mid-air. Darryl turned around and stared at the dagger before the Valkyrie leader opened the portal.

"Now do you believe me? Go, get in," she said before the warrior grabbed the dagger out of the air. They all stepped through the portal, "Piper, let's go."

"Piper, don't go," Paige called out from behind her.

"Hurry," Was all the other Valkyrie said before she stepped through the portal. Piper followed behind her.

When we arrived back at the manor Chris and Leo were already there, "There's gotta be a way to get Piper out of there. I know it," Phoebe said pacing.

"Well, unfortunately the reversal spell as you so kindly pointed out didn't exactly help Piper remember who she was," Paige said.

"What do the Elders think?" Phoebe said turning to Leo and Chris.

"They think it had to be a demon who stuck Leo in Valhalla," Chris said.

"But they're not sure," Leo argued.

"Still, it's their leading theory," Chris finished.

I shook my head at them both, "Guys, they mean about Piper."

"Actually, the Elders believe that your new power is key to helping save Piper," Leo said to Phoebe.

"My new power? How do they figure? All it's done is make things worse," Phoebe argued.

"There's a reason you received it. They... We believe it's to help save Piper. So what exactly did you feel the last time from her?" Leo questioned.

"Not much," Phoebe shrugged.

Paige looked at Phoebe, "You said you felt something familiar, little things."

"Well, I mean, obviously I felt pain... and desire... to help," Phoebe collected her thoughts.

"Well, she helped Darryl and that wasn't with her Valkyrie powers that was with her Charmed powers," Paige pointed out.

"The witch within must still be alive," Chris said.

"And that's how you're gonna reach her," Leo agreed.

"Yeah, but how? I mean, just because I can feel some glimmer of Piper's feelings doesn't mean she can. She's completely cut off from them," Phoebe pointed out.

"Wait-wait-wait, hold it. Isn't there a spell in the book that allows somebody to feel what you feel?" Chris questioned.

"Which in this case will be Piper feeling what you're feeling Piper should be feeling. Did that make sense?" I finished for him.

Paige nodded, "Um, frighteningly it did. What about that spell I used on Cole last year. The one to make him sense whether or not you loved him. I could reword it for Piper."

"Actually, that's worth a shot," Phoebe said slowly.

"Problem is you still have to get close to her to try it and that's not gonna be easy," Chris stated.

"Yeah, especially with Piper's powers," Paige finished.

"Maybe I could orb you," Leo suggested.

"No, Leo, you're the reason she's in this emotional cocoon, you need to stay far away from her. No offence," Phoebe added quickly.

"Well, then the question is how do we get close enough to her without her kicking our butts?" Paige questioned.

"Could Phoebe use her new power?" I asked.

"How do you figure?" Chris questioned.

"Well, the charmed ones power are emotionally based, right?" I asked, everyone around me nodded, "So if Phoebe channels Piper's feelings, why can't she channel her powers and use them against her. Plus if I go with you as long as you can get her in arm's distance I can do my thing."

"That might just work," Phoebe said with a smile.

We orbed in to Valhalla and came face to face with Piper, "What are you doing here?" Piper asked.

"We're here to take you home," Phoebe responded.

Piper didn't seem to like that idea much as she sent Paige flying sideways once again, "Why does she always pick on me first?" I heard Paige ask.

I moved forward slightly but Piper sent me flying in the opposite direction, I landed on my arm, "Ouch!"

I could only watch on as Piper turned to Phoebe and tried to use her powers on her, but they barely worked. Piper looked at her in confusion. She tried again but nothing happened. Phoebe waved her arm and Piper went flying backwards, "Paige now!" Phoebe called out.

""Open Piper's heart to reveal, that part which only Phoebe feels, send it back from whence it came, but don't protect her from the pain."" Paige read the spell.

Red sparkly lights left Phoebe's body and hit Piper's with full force, just as loads of Valkyries ran out of the bushes surrounding us.

"No wait," Piper said before they could hurt us.

"Did they harm you?" The leader asked.

"No, they helped me. I know what you do here, I understand its purpose so you can trust that your secret is safe. But I think it's time for me to go home," Piper said softly. Freyja just smiled back.

When we arrived back at the manor we found Chris in the living room cleaning up the broken cabinet, "You don't have to do that you know?" Paige pointed out to him.

"Well I helped make the mess," Chris shrugged back continuing working.

I sat down on the edge of one of the chairs, "Is it always this mad with you lot?"

"Most of the time," Piper said sitting down next to me, "If you wanna get out of it now would be the time."

I shrugged looking down at Chris, "Is there a spell to get me back?"

"No," Chris said shaking his head, "It's only one way."

"Well then I guess I'm staying around, if you lot will have me?" I asked them.

"You helped us save Piper and Leo," Phoebe said smiling at me, "I think we can trust you."

"Speaking of Leo," Piper said getting up again, "I should probably go and check on him and Wyatt."

As she walked out Phoebe and Paige got up as well, "I have to see Jason," Phoebe explained before disappearing out of the door.

"And I have to get ready for a date," Paige smiled brightly before bouncing out of the room.

I got up and walked over to the door before pausing and turning around, "Leo's telling the truth isn't he?" I asked as I leant against the doorway.

"What?" Chris said looking up at me for the first time in the conversation.

"You sent him to Valhalla," I said simply back.

Chris rolled his eyes, "Not you too," He complained.

I shook my head sitting down next to him, "No, I get it. I understand why you did it."

"Really?" Chris asked sceptically.

"I come from the future too Chris. I know exactly what he is going to do to us. I know what he does to me. If by you getting close to the Charmed ones you can save him, then I'll help in any way I can," I promised him smiling as I did so, "Me and you Chris Perry. We're going to save the whole of the world!"
