Hello again. Here is the next update.

Disclaimer: I don't own Supernatural.

Gabriel woke to the smell of burgers cooking. Strictly speaking as an angel he didn't need to eat, but he did like burgers. With that thought he pulled himself out of the bed and made his way to the kitchen in time to hear Dean's yell of "son of a bitch." he rounded the corner in time to see Cas healing Deans hand. He smirked when he saw the thoughts flit across Deans mind through his eyes. It was about time that idiot realised that he knew what he was talking about.

"So burgers for diner. Hope you made enough for me." He said smirking from the doorway.

At the sound of Gabriel's voice Castiel turned and smiled at him.

"I helped Dean make them." He said proudly to his big brother.

"Well they smell good, but I'm sure they'll taste even better if you helped kiddo." Gabriel replied smiling down at Castiel.

Castiel beamed but then a frown came over his face as he realised something. "Gabriel, angels do not need to eat." He said frowning at him.

"I know. Doesn't mean we can't enjoy it." Gabriel replied with a smile.

"Does that mean I can try a buger?" Castiel asked in wonder. He had never thought to try human food but having helped Dean cook it he would like to see how it tasted.

"Sure can buddy." Came Deans reply from where he was plating up the burgers and getting Sam's ready for him. He then stuck his head out the door into the corridor and yelled at Kevin that dinner was ready before returning to what he was doing. "Right, I'm gonna take this to Sam and eat with him. Grab what you want." He said to the two angels as he left. Not looking Gabriel in the eye.

Gabriel just rolled his eyes at Dean behaviour but didn't comment. Instead he went and helped Cas get a burger and take it to the table with one of his own, Kevin came in and grabed his burger before leaving again. Returning into the bowls of the bunker from whence he came.

Castiel examined his burger and then watched as Gabriel took a bite of his to see how he was supposed to eat it. He gingerly picked up the food and went to take a bite when all the filling fell out the back. He glared at it as if it had personally offended him. How could Gabriel make it look so easy. Surely eating wasn't that hard. The humans seemed to manage it just fine.

Gabriel watched Cas trying to eat his burger with great amusement until Castiel slammed it down on the plate and crossed his arms, glaring at it as if he would smite it.

"Come here." Gabriel said and proceeded to show Castiel how to eat. Once shown Castiel tried again and this time got a bite of juice burger. He chewed and while it tasted okay it tasted...of molecules. Frowning he put the burger back down.

"What's up Cassie?" Gabriel asked once he had finished his mouth full.

"All I taste is molecules." Castiel replied. He was upset, the Winchesters seemed to like this kind of food so much and yet he couldn't share this human experience.

"I know kiddo. Don't worry about it. As you said, angels don't need to eat." Gabriel replied trying to cheer up the fledgling. When that got no response he decided to change the subject. "So did you enjoy learning poker?" He asked with a smile.

Castiel turned to his brother, forgeting about eating as he remembered the fun he had had with Sam.

"Yes I did. I beat him every time after he taught me the rules." Castiel replied smiling up at his brother.

"Yeah I bet you did. How did he take that?" Gabriel asked smirking at the idea of Sam getting whipped at poker by his little brother.

"He didn't seem so happy." Castiel replied with a frown causing Gabriel to laugh out loud.

"I sure he wasn't." He finally managed to reply.

"Dean told him it was his own fault and he shouldn't play poker with an angel." Castiel carried on the retelling for Gabriel.

"Oh I can well imagine."Gabriel replied quietly as he thought about what he imagined Sam's response to that was.

Dean walked down to his brothers room carrying the two plates of burgers. Once there he pushed the door open to see his brother still immersed in his computer.

"Hey. Dinner." He said putting one plate down on the bedside table and sitting down in the chair by the bed, putting his feet up onto Sam's mattress and receiving a bitch face from his brother. Not that he cared.

Sam looked over to Dean with a glare as he watched him take a massive bite of his burger. God he was disgusting when he ate, he thought turning to his own buger and taking a bite.

"So find anything on those names?" Dean asked through a mouthful of food.

Sam rolled his eyes as he answered. "Yeah. One of them seems to be on the east coast."

"Okay, who do we know out there who could deal with it?" Dean asked causing Sam's eyebrows to rise. He had thought that Dean would be out of the door as soon as he had finished his dinner to go and get rid of the demon.

"You not going?" He asked, trying to work out if he was relieved that Dean wasn't going demon hunting alone again or worried that Dean wasn't going to take out the SOB.

"Na, I promised Cas I wouldn't go anywhere til you were better and could come with. For the best I guess. I mean can't expect Gabe to come to the rescue all the time right?" Dean replied shrugging nonchalantly to his brother but Sam could see that Dean was happy to be staying here for a while. Sam knew that to Dean the bunker was home, and now with all of them in it he knew would want to spend as much time as possible in it with them. Dean, for all he claimed not to be, was a complete mother hen sometimes. And now he had somewhere to call home he was determined to make it into one.

"Okay." Sam replied to his brother thinking over what that meant. "Just as long as you stop arguing with Gabriel." he continued narrowing his eyes at his brother.

"What? He started it." Dean replied glaring right back at Sam.

"Dean, he is Cas' big brother, not you." Sam said.

"What? I know that." Dean replied getting riled up by Sam's comments.

"Do you? Really? Cos from what I've seen you've been treating Cas like you used to treat me when I was little." Sam replied matching his brothers attitude. Dean was starting to annoy him now.

"What's wrong with that?" Dean asked confrontationally causing Sam to sigh. He would get nowhere with Dean if he just argued back.

"Nothing, just remember that he's an angel, and Gabriel knows what he's doing when looking after him." he finally said to Dean calmly.

"Yeah fine, whatever." Dean mumbled not looking at Sam but at the food on his plate.

"Good." Sam replied in a nonsense tone hoping against hope that Dean would behave, not that he thought there was much chance of that. With that they both went back to eating there meal in silence.
