Hello everyone! I'm Kay, but you probably knew me as Cutiepie205. So a little background, I started this story when I was 13 years old and was fully obsessed with Lego Ninjago, and now I'm 21 and about to start nursing school and just barely getting back into the fandom. What I didn't expect to come back to was the people who are still reading this fanfiction and who still want me to update the story.
For those who were waiting, I'm officially coming back to writing this story and I will be making the chapters longer with a better plot and dialogue, and of course, the fan to character interactions for everyone since that is such a popular thing. Who knows, I could even bring it back in this author's note.. Anyways, I will be updating again; however, it will take a while since I have to fully rewatch the series from where I left off and see how I can incorporate a lot of my story into the original plot. But be assured that I will make a comeback—

Nya: Woah…Kaila?
*awkward staring from everyone*
Me: …This is probably weird, isn't it?
Kai: Where have you been?! You disappeared for years!
Me: Yeah… it's been a busy six years, but I'm back now and better than ever.
Lloyd: *staring*
Me: Is–is Lloyd okay?
Zane: He's just in shock, he'll be fine.
Me: *nods* o-kay…
Back to what I was saying, I will be working on the next chapter in the near future, it'll take some time, but I promise I'll get back to you guys. I will actually be doing a reunion chapter for me and the characters in classic fanfiction style later this week, so keep an eye out for that. For now, I'm glad to be back and I will be seeing you guys soon. I hope you're ready, the next chapter awaits…
