Author's Note:
Sorry once again for getting a late start on this chapter. I was also having some laptop issues with my keyboard and I had to end up borrowing a USB one in the mean time since I do need to work.

The youngest Goddess Yukari finally makes her long-awaited appearance and causes a few problems for the main couple.

Okay, onto chapter 9. Please enjoy!

...

Mid-July, 20XX. Tariki Hongan Temple, Nekomi Japan.

Since the six-week-long, summer break had finally arrived, Tsukune thought it would be easy-going and stress-free until the fall term began in September. At least he somehow managed to pass his classes with flying colors despite how much time he had missed when Moka first showed up in late March.

That was of course until his sempai decided to "honor" him with the chore of assembling a new drag-racing bike for the upcoming inter-collegiate contest during the last weekend of July.

The majority of the colleges in the surrounding cities of Chiba prefecture were attending and the prize money alone was incentive enough that it was insane, not to participate in.

Even though he had drawn the winning straw, he still felt as though he were somehow set up.

"Hey, it should be easy for a mechanical genius, such as yourself, Tsukune. You should feel honored and privileged that this task has been bestowed upon – I mean won... by you," Gin told his kouhai with a congratulatory slap on this back, all the while Moka looked on with slight concern.

Moka knew that he liked to tinker and maintain his classic BMW RS-54 motorcycle and silently prayed that he would not be overwhelmed to handle the assembly on his own.

"Gee thanks, sempai" the underclassman replied with a heavy sigh as he slumped his shoulders in defeat. Tsukune knew it was no good talking them out of something once they set their mind on any sort of new project which involved motorized vehicles.

"Hey man, the Motor Club's countin' on ya'. With your skills, this is gonna be easy as pie," Haji said with a bit more enthusiasm than was absolutely necessary.

"Yeah, yeah. I got it. I can't let the club down," Tsukune said with a halfhearted fist-pump as Moka walked over to his side and held his left hand in a comforting gesture.

"I know you can do this Tsukune. I have complete faith in you. Even Kurumu and I will be here for you," the Norn of the present said with a bright smile.

"Moka..." Tsukune said with a slight blush as she gave his hand a light, loving, squeeze.

"Hey, don't get me involved. I'm not even a part of this 'motor club' – let alone the college and their harebrained, extracurricular activities. But if Moka says so, then I guess we can help out if needed," the blue-haired goddess replied with a shrug as her younger sister Moka shot her an all-knowing look.

Kurumu wanted more than anything to support Tsukune and her sister, Moka's relationship but she knew next to nothing about earth-based vehicles and was stumped on how they actually operated, let alone were manufactured.

Besides, Tsukune was the one who bought her Saké on a weekly basis and she more or less owed him that much to be as supportive as possible.

"Alright, man. Best of luck," Gin said as he and Haji turned around and left the temple grounds.

All that remained behind were the rolled-up diagram for the motorbike and numerous, cardboard boxes with the name of the part, printed on each side which the two motor-heads dropped off.

"I guess I should get started on this," the young mechanic said as he walked over to the longest box, peeled back the clear tape, and then opened it.

It was the lightweight, metal frame of the bike itself, which was painted navy blue.

"Is there anything I can do to help you out now, Tsukune?" Moka asked as she knelt down by his side and inspected the object in question as he lifted it out of its container and then set in on the grass-covered ground.

"Thanks for asking, but I need to go over the blueprints first and make sure that all of the parts are the right size, since those two always manage to screw something up and I'm the one who ends up fixing their mistakes," he explained as he looked over to her smiling face.

"I see. Well if you do need any assistance, please sure to let me know, okay?" Moka said as she stood up and admired the immediate vicinity which was littered with the boxes in question.

The pink-haired deity also noticed that he was determined to do his absolute best since he wanted to finish it before the appointed deadline. Once the sports-bike was completed, it had to be thoroughly tested to see if any adjustments needed to be made before the actual day of the drag-race.

"Sure thing Moka and thanks," he said as he gave the blueprints a read through.

"Of course Tsukune. I'm always going to be here for you, no matter what," she said then patted him gently on his shoulder and then walked back into the house with Kurumu hot on her heels.

Meanwhile up in Asgard, a dark-haired, young goddess dressed in pink and red, sat at her computer terminal as she made no progress to tell where the sudden bug outbreak had started and why.

"Damn it. Where are they coming from? If this keeps up, they might infest other realms too. Oh no! They're on Midgard now? Big sis is the problem? No way! There's way too many of them! Screw this! I need to go down there and see what's the real cause of this mess!" Yukari said as she hopped of her seat with a plan in mind: to solve the bug problem and bring Moka back to Asgard, no matter what.

Back at the temple, two hours later.

"Damn it. The engine mount's off by two centimeters. I'll just have to re-weld it, I guess," Tsukune said to nobody in particular.

"Hey, I bet I can give you a hand," Kurumu said as she walked out of the house and onto the back porch.

"Hey Kurumu. What's up?" he said as he tightened a few bolts which held the motor in place.

"Oh I was just wondering if you needed a hand or not," she replied as she inspected the motor up close.

"No offense Kurumu, but this is something I can handle on my own," he said as he wiped the sweat from his brow.

"Don't give me that. You underestimate me," she said as raised her hands over her head before Tsukune could protest.

"Come together. Link as one! Listen and obey!" she said as a bright, blue, light shone from her hands.

"Hey Kurumu! Wait!"

* KA-BOOOOOM! *

"Hey, Tsuki... I got the mesh hose you needed," Kyoko said as she rounded the corner of the house just as the thick, black, smoke cleared. She saw that both her cousin and Kurumu were covered in soot and motor oil.

'Whoops. Sorry about that," the blue-haired goddess sheepishly replied.

"All that work for nothing. I hope I can fix it. I'm gonna go take a bath. And no more helping out," Tsukune said as he walked back into the house and down towards the bathroom.

"Hey, Tsuki. Wait a minute..." Kyoko said as he was soon out of sight.

"Looks like I screwed up. I better tell Moka before she gets the wrong idea," Kurumu said as she walked back into the house, with Kyoko right behind her.

...

"I guess I'll have to start all over again. Damn it. I can't believe my bad luck," Tsukune said as he sat in the wooden bathtub with his hands over his face. He then heard a bubbling sound on the opposite side of the large tub.

A bright, pink, light then shot out of the water as the surface bubbled and glowed around the whirlpool.

"Ah, damn it. Now what?" he said as he looked on at the supernatural phenomena.

Just then a young girl around 12 years of age floated out of the portal with a smile on her face.

"Big sis! I'm here!" Yukari happily announced upon her arrival.

She was average in height for a goddess her age with long, dark brown hair and violet eyes. Much like her older siblings, she wore her traditional, Asgardian, gowns, except hers was pink with red and white trim. In her right hand, she carried a long, silver-handled mallet, with a smaller, red handle on the bottom and a matching, double-sided, head.

Yukari's goddess symbols were dark blue, each one shaped like an elongated "O" with the flat part on top; one in the center of her forehead with one each under her cheeks, just below her eyes.

"Hello? Is anybody home?" Yukari said as she floated above the tub, with a very nude Tsukune looking up at her, still in awe. She then looked down and noticed him, much to her embarrassment.

"Ahhh! Pervert!" she yelled out as she instinctively swung her hammer down and knocked the young man out with a single, well-placed, blow to his head.

* wham *

Just then the bathroom door slid open.

"Hey Tsukune, what are ya' doing in here making so much noise?" Kurumu asked as she looked for the source of the sudden scream.

"Oh, hi Yukari," Kurumu casually said as Moka walked up behind her and peered into the open bathroom.

"Big sis!" Yukari said with a smile as she floated over to Moka and gave her a warm, sisterly hug. Moka then ended their embrace a moment later and looked into her younger sisters eyes, unsure of why her sudden visit.

"Yukari, what are you doing down here?" Moka asked.

"I came down here to see you big sis. But did you know that some strange man's in your bathtub?" Yukari answered as she pointed over towards an unconscious Tsukune.

"Oh no! Tsukune!" Moka shouted as she quickly rushed over to his side and pulled his face out of the water before he drowned because a certain someone made an assumption and knocked him out cold.

"Go on, Yukari." Kurumu said as the two sisters along with Tsukune and Kyoko all sat at the kotatsu table in the tea room once the only man in the house had recovered, thanks to Moka's healing magic.

"I'm sorry," she said with a bow.

"Hey, it's okay Yukari. I'm not upset so don't look so sad, okay? I'm Tsukune and this is my cousin, Kyoko who knows about goddesses already," Tsukune said with a smile as he rubbed his neck with his right hand out of nervous habit.

Kyoko just smiled at the younger goddess and decided to stay quiet. She somehow knew that life was going to become more interesting in their "family", as odd as it sounded.

Moka then walked into the tea room with a wooden serving tray. She then set it on the table and served everyone present a slice of cake.

"Alright! Moka's homemade cake," Kyoko said with a grin.

"Here's yours Yukari and this is for you, Tsukune," Moka said as she took the empty seat on his left.

"Thanks Moka. It looks great," he praised.

"You're welcome and thank you."

"Yukari, did you apologize to Tsukune for what you did?" Moka asked as she looked across the table at her younger sister, whose head still hung low. She then raised her head and looked at her big sister, Moka whom she idolized more than anyone in all of the nine realms.

"Yeah, because Kurumu made me," she bitterly replied.

"You're such a baby," Kurumu scoffed.

"I am not," Yukari said as she cut off a small piece of the angel food cake and then plopped it into her mouth.

"Hey, this is really good. I could totally get used to this mortal way of living," the raven-haired goddess continued.

"Of course it's good. Moka made it. Everything she makes is great," Tsukune said after he tried the cake for himself.

"Thank you Tsukune. That's very sweet and you always know what to say," Moka said as her cheeks tinted red at his compliment.

"Uh, yeah. No problem."

"You don't think I know that? Moka's the best goddess in all of Asgard," Yukari stated.

"Anyway. What are ya' doing down here? Shouldn't you be at your post in system administration?" Kurumu asked.

"Oh yeah. I almost forgot. I was doing routine debugging on Yggdrasil when I noticed a glitch in the system which had caused numerous bugs to pop up everywhere, even down here on Midgard," the Norn of the future replied.

"Bugs?" Tsukune inquired.

"Yeah, bugs. They kinda look like rabbits from down here on Midgard, or Earth as you say, except they're much smaller and have eight, skinny, legs. They can cause all sorts of problems in the system. That's one of the reasons why I came down here. I mean, besides seeing Moka, of course," Yukari explained.

"So you're saying that the cause of the glitch is here on Earth?" Kurumu asked.

"Yep. As a matter of fact – it's because of big sis being here," the young goddess said.

"What?" Moka and Tsukune said in unison.

"Yukari, isn't it your job to maintain Yggdrasil in the first place?" Kurumu asked.

"Yeah, but it's all his fault in the first place! My sister has to live down here... her heart is unstable... and I miss her... I'm all by myself up there," Yukari said as she pointed an accusing finger at Tsukune before she turned her attention on Kurumu.

"And you! You're one to talk! Who was the one who crashed the server last month?" Yukari said as she broke down and heavily cried.

"Oh Yukari..." Moka said as she looked on with sympathy towards her younger sister. She did not mean for it to happen because of Tsukune's wish. But Moka enjoyed living on Earth and being next to the one she had fallen in love with over a decade before.

"Uh, Moka. I can tell that you girls need some time alone, so I'll head back out and work on the bike for a while," Tsukune said as he finished his slice of cake and then stood to his feet.

"Thank you, Tsukune," Moka said as he walked outside.

"Hey Tsuki, lemme give you a hand out there," Kyoko said as she ran up to him and then followed him outside.

Once the two mortals were well out of earshot, Moka scooted closer to Yukari and gave her a hug which seemed to calm the younger goddess down a small degree.

"Yukari, you mentioned earlier about bugs being here on Earth and a problem with Yggdrasil," Moka said in a soothing voice.

"Yeah, there's been a huge outbreak of bugs and it's totally unprecedented. That's why I'm here. I need you and Kurumu to come back with me right away to Asgard so we can fix it," Yukari said rather firmly.

"I have to go back? Is the situation that serious?" Moka asked as she looked outside and saw that Tsukune and Kyoko were hard at work on the motorbike. Luckily for the young mechanics the damage to the motor was not too severe and was an easy fix.

"Yes. You gotta come back with me right away. It's because of his wish that's causing this problem and if we don't stop the outbreak it could compromise Yggdrasil and the entire system could fail," the Norn of the future said.

"But I can't. This has nothing to do with Tsukune. It has to be something else," Moka replied, worry clearly evident on her features.

"Terminate your contract and come back with me before it gets any worse," Yukari stated firmly.

"Yukari, please stop this. This has nothing to do with out contract," Moka pleaded.

"Terminate our contract?" Tsukune said as he walked back into the tea room.

"Yeah. Like I said before, this is all your fault. If you hadn't made that ridiculous wish then my big sis wouldn't have to live down here like a common mortal."

"The first thing we need to do is to be sure that the bugs aren't wreaking havoc here on Earth and I know that you're up to the challenge," Moka said with a smile.

"Big sis... that really means a lot to me," the younger goddess said. Yukari then quickly noticed that something had caught the corner of her eye.

"Oh no. They're here already," she said as she pulled out a pair of amber colored glasses from her blouse and handed a pair to each of her sisters. She then raised her hammer above her head and pounded the bug on the floor. It then disappeared in a burst of white light followed with an audible 'pop'.

"Let's go and see if there are more," Yukari replied as she handed each of her sisters a hammer. They then walked down the hallway and into the kitchen.

"There's a whole butt-load of them in here," Kurumu said as bugs were everywhere from the floor, the walls, and the ceiling.

"Oh my," Moka said in disbelief as there were several dozen on the refrigerator, pantry doors, and stove as well.

"Let's get them!" Yukari said as she ran into the kitchen as she swung her hammer at each of the easier-to-reach bugs. Several loud bangs, screams, and crashes were heard throughout the house as the three Norns went on a bug-hunting mission.

"I'm beat," Kurumu said as she, along with her sisters, sat back-to-back in temple's main hall.

"I'm certain that we got rid of a significant amount of them," Moka said with a sigh. They then put their specially-designed glasses on and looked around their immediate surroundings.

"Wah!" they said in unison as the ceiling rafters were covered with the odd-looking bugs.

"No, no, no! We're totally screwed!" Yukari said as she shook her head in ire.

"Hey!"

"Tsukune? Where are you?" Moka asked as she looked around the large room and did not see him anywhere.

"Hey, down here," he answered.

Moka then glanced down in the direction she had heard his voice and was surprised to see that he had somehow shrunk down to the size of a small mouse.

"Awww... look how cute and compact he is," Kurumu said as she bent down and gently picked him up in her hand. She then cuddled him up to her face.

"Kurumu! Stop it! You're choking me!" the 8 centimeters tall man said. (about 3 inches)

"Tsukune? Are you alright?" Moka asked as he stood up in Kurumu's right hand.

"Yeah, somehow. But I did get chased by a black cat. It was pretty bad but I somehow managed to lose it," he answered as he rubbed the back of his neck as he appeared to be miraculously, somehow unharmed.

"Oh no. That sounds awful. I'm so sorry you had to go through that," Moka said with a small frown.

"Well... there's no need to be because it wasn't your fault, Moka. So, how's the bug problem going?" tiny Tsukune said with a blush. Kurumu then held up one of the amber lenses so he could see for himself.

"Holy crap! There's that many of them?" Tsukune said in stupefaction as there were easily tens of thousands of the eight-legged, long-eared, pests.

"See? I told you so. You're going to have to come back with me sis," Yukari said as she looked to Moka for some sort of moral support.

"Having such a useless sister can be a major pain in the ass. Tell ya' what. I'll go back up there instead," Kurumu said with a sigh.

"And tell me, what good will that do?" Yukari asked with a sneer.

"What the hell's that supposed to mean?" the blue-haired goddess retorted.

Moka just looked on as she grew more concerned by the second. The last thing she wanted to do was just leave Tsukune since she had no idea how long she would be gone if she had to return to Asgard.

"Haven't you been listening? Moka's unstable heart is the cause of all this!" Yukari snapped back.

She then turned her focus on her big sister, Moka and held her hands in her own.

"Won't you please come back with me, big sis?" she appealed.

"But... I'm here on a mission from the Goddess Relief Agency... I have to stay with Tsukune... because... because..." Moka said as she trailed off.

"I know you've always been responsible and you want to do what's right – I get that. I respect you for that. But if we don't do something quick, it'll start affecting Tsukune and everything else here on Earth will get all screwed up, too," Yukari said as she still held her sister's hands in her own.

"Of course, Yukari. I know you're right... but..." Moka sadly answered.

"Hey, Yukari can be pretty serious for a kid, huh?" Tsukune asked as he still stood atop Kurumu's hand.

"It's all an act. I can tell that she's hiding something," Kurumu quietly replied.

"Um, Yukari..." Kurumu said.

"What do you want?" she inquired with annoyance in her voice.

"Didn't you invent some kinda bug zapping device a long time ago?" the elder goddess asked.

"Eh!" Yukari yelped, caught off guard by her elder sibling's rather direct question.

"Oh yes. That's right. And you told us that there would be nothing to worry about with your machine around," Moka said once she gave the query some thought herself.

"Uh, well... you see... um... the stupid thing broke, okay? And I'm really upset over it," Yukari said as she looked away for a moment.

"It broke? You don't say? That's rather unusual for you. 'Every single one of my inventions are flawless. They never break down,' Isn't that what you always tell us? What a shame. It's the only good trait you're know for. But what's this? Your inventions are defective and break down? I guess you really are useless," Kurumu said in a mocking tone.

"What?! I never invented a defective thing in my life! I could get that thing up and running right now if I wanted to!" Yukari half-shouted, then realized in mortification that she had said too much. There went her perfect "take big sis back to Asgard" plan, down the literal drain.

"I figured as much," Kurumu replied with a smirk.

"What's wrong Yukari?" Moka asked.

"It's just that ever since you left, I've had to look after Yggdrasil up there, all by myself. I was so lonely... I couldn't take it any more..." Yukari said as she cried yet again.

"Oh boy... here come the water works," Kurumu said with a sigh.

"Why don't you shut up for once? You're the one who bailed and left me with all the work!" Moka then wrapped her right arm around her little sister's shoulder.

"I understand what you're saying, Yukari. But we can't leave things the way they are now. Can we?" the middle Norn said with a warm smile.

"Yeah, I suppose you're right," Yukari answered with a frown.

Once Tsukune returned to his original height, he stood in the backyard along with Moka and Yukari. In the center of the yard was positioned a round, white, contraption, approximately 3 meters tall and 2 meters in diameter.

Several hoses stuck out at odd angels which were connected to other parts, which included a round gauge of some sorts in the center. The top was wide opened and had a round, silver, vent off to the right-hand side.

On what was assumed to be the front was a control panel located towards the bottom which had numerous valves, switches, and buttons.

"So this thing's gonna make things go back to normal?" Tsukune asked once he saw how strange it appeared.

"Hey you. Watch your mouth. Don't make fun of my Bug Chomper 3000. He'll obliterate every one of those bugs in five minutes flat! You'll see. I combined a functional form with a glorious design. What a masterpiece," Yukari said as she admired her creation with a great deal of love and even drooled a little bit.

"She's not normal, is she?" Tsukune whispered to Moka.

"We can talk about it later. Did you see where Kurumu went?" Moka replied back likewise.

"Alright! Let's get this show on the road," Yukari said as she pulled out a small, rectangular, device from her blouse and walked over to the bug chomper.

"Hey, quit slacking off. We have bugs to hunt. Oh... I see that you finally came around, after our chat little sister. Is that thing really gonna work?" Kurumu said as she slid the door open and stepped onto the porch.

"Of course it's gonna work. I am doing this for big sis, after-all," Yukari said as she realized that her sister was indeed happy where she was. She was not thrilled with her having a mortal boyfriend, but she wanted to do whatever she could so Moka would not have to go back home for an extended and unknown, amount of time.

"Yukari..." the pink-haired Norn replied.

"Alright, here we go... please work..." the young genius said as she placed her right hand on the main lever and slid it up until it clicked. She then ran back and stood next to her sisters and Tsukune, who sat on the rear deck of the house in anticipation.

"Um... Yukari..." Kurumu said.

"It'll be fine. It has to be," she said as she looked on with her hands folded in front of her as if she were almost praying.

Several, silent moments later, the large machine hummed to life. Suddenly, a bright, red, light blasted out of the round opening in the top and reached toward the heavens above. Everybody then donned their amber-colored glasses so they could see for themselves that the machine actually worked as promised.

"Ahhhh!" they all said in accord as the bugs were drawn towards the bug chomper by the thousands and sucked into the top of the huge machine itself.

"Well I wouldn't expect anything else from Moka's little sister," Tsukune said with a smile as the bugs were being done away with.

"Then that means I can stay by your side, Tsukune," Moka replied as she leaned against him and held his right hand with a sigh of relief.

"Yeah, yeah. I have something to say. You're happy here. I get that. So in order to be sure this bug outbreak doesn't happen again, I've decided to live here with my sisters" Yukari said as the last of the bugs were properly disposed of.

"Huh?" Tsukune replied with a sweat-drop.

"After-all, I have to keep my eye on you to make sure that my sister's heart doesn't become unstable, again. Isn't that right, Tsukune?" Yukari said with narrow eyes.

"But Yukari..." Moka said before she was cut off by her younger sister.

"It's no use trying to talk me out of it. I've already applied for my for my Earth training license and I have to make sure that Moka's happy, right? If you make her sad, who knows what sorts of problems could occur in the future," the raven-haired Norn said with a smug look on her features.

"Well, I guess it's okay. I mean it wouldn't be fair for you to be alone again, right?" Tsukune shot back as he took the sudden news with a grain of salt.

"That's right. I miss my big sisters... and I guess you're okay for a mortal. So let's get along from now on, okay?" Yukari said as she reached out and energetically shook Tsukune's right hand. She then walked back to the house in search of ice cream since she a rather worn out.

"Uh, yeah. Sure... no problem," he said with a sweat-drop. Moka then walked over to his side and gave him a reassuring hug along with a chaste kiss on his lips.

"It'll be fine Tsukune. At least we're a happy family again," the Norn of the present said as she continued to hug him.

"Well, you have a good point Moka. I guess it'll be fine. I mean, how much trouble could she cause?" he said with a nervous laugh.

"What?" the youngest goddess shouted after Moka explained to her that she and Tsukune share a bed and that Yukari would move into her former bedroom since the other two rooms were already claimed and occupied by Kurumu and Kyoko.

"Yukari, please calm down..." Moka pleaded.

"No! I won't calm down! Was this part of his wish, too? That big pervert! I knew he was up to no good and taking advantage of you like that! You poor thing!" Yukari bellowed as she stomped towards the back yard to exchange some heated words with the male in question.

"Yukari. Please don't. Poor thing? Well... the truth is... that I've been in love with him for over twelve years now," Moka calmly said as she reached out and pulled her little sister back.

"What? What do you mean by that? That's impossible, Moka," the junior deity replied with a huff.

"It's something that happened just before you were born. I – snuck down here to Earth to get away from my mentor Alucard, for a few days. I had heard about this wonderful realm from some of the older goddesses who worked in the Goddess Relief Agency with mother back then. I was completely fascinated by the notion alone and could not think about anything else at the time."

"So one day I opened a Gate without permission and came down here to see for myself what it was like. Once I had arrived I actually landed in a clearing in the woods behind this very Temple. But I was spotted by someone... and that someone was Tsukune. I was surprised that a human had seen the Gate and asked him if he was a friend of nature. I could tell right way that he wasn't like anybody I had ever met anywhere else and that he had a good heart."

"We became friends immediately and we played together for days. I knew it was only a matter of time before He would find me. Tsukune even took me to a local festival and I had spotted a toy ring I liked. He wanted to buy it for me but he didn't have enough money left over at the time since he had bought many types of treats for us. When he dropped me off where he first found me, we made a promise to meet the next day as he had something he wanted to give to me."

"It was an innocent, childhood promise but it meant so much to me, so I happily agreed to it. At the end of my fourth day here, The Almighty One eventually found and chastised me rather harshly. He told me I had already broken several laws and were to be punished for my actions. Not only had I come down here to this realm unescorted and used the Gate without permission, but I had unknowingly made a contract with Tsukune."

"Wait a minute... how is all of this possible? I thought you were perfect big sis and you made a huge blunder like that? None of this makes any sense. And what's that about a contract?" Yukari inquired as she digested what her elder sister had confided in her.

"Well the thing is, the promise I had made with Tsukune had all the validity of a Goddess contract and since I was still not yet licensed to do so, I had broken the biggest law in all of Asgard. The Almighty wanted me to seal Tsukune's memory of us ever meeting, otherwise I would be severely punished. Since I had lost track of the time, I had forgotten to meet up with Tsukune... and he found me in the woods... arguing with Him."

"Tsukune had heard our entire conversation. I explained to him what happened and he told me that he didn't want me to be be sad and punished because of our promise – so he willingly told me to seal his memories of us ever meeting. I was so heartbroken as I had already... fallen in love with him. I cried so hard as I was not only about to lose my first friend but my first love as well."

"When I was about to seal his memories, he said that – he said that he would never... never forget me and that – he loved me and he had dropped the toy ring on the ground... the very same one I had liked from the festival..." Moka said, now out of breath and shed several tears as the painful memory bubbled to the surface.

Yukari was shocked at the sudden revelation and had not a clue on how to reply.

It made perfect sense why her big sister Moka did not wish to go back to Asgard for any reason. She had somehow been given a second chance if it were to make things right, even though Tsukune was still blissfully unaware of them ever meeting as children.

"Big sis Moka... I had no idea..." Yukari said as she gave her a sisterly embrace.

"It's all true. I told Kyoko what happened and Kurumu already knows... but he is to never find out. If he did, the bug problem would look mild in comparison."

"Oh sis. I understand even though it's kinda sad..." the younger sister said after they ended their hug.

"Thank you, Yukari. Please understand that he had a very rough life growing up. I wish I was around for him back then. Maybe he would never have been hurt by Mara."

"Mara the demon? What did she do?" Yukari yelped when she heard the blonde-haired, demon's name mentioned.

"Well, the short answer is that she knew him many years ago while he was in junior high school. He had confessed to her and she flat-out rejected him but she told him he could be around her if he assisted with her schoolwork. However, that was short-lived and she later told the entire school that he had paid money to date her."

"That skank!" the younger goddess retorted, clearly upset at the news.

"Yukari, language please. Anyway, that's why I'm glad to see him again after so many years. He really is so sweet, kind, and loving, despite his past. When he first made his wish I was a little bit caught off guard, but the more I had gotten to really know him, I soon realized that he was the same sweet, kind, boy I had met all those years ago."

"Even though he was so shy at first... I'm helping him with that as well although we are in no rush to further our relationship. We don't do anything like you may have imagined, or at least not what you should be imagining at your age. It's all very innocent and I like being by him at night. He makes me feel safe and loved," Moka said with a sigh.

"Big sis... I'm sorry. I didn't know. I guess he's not that bad. At least you seem happy."

"It's alright Yukari. I know that you're concerned about me and my unstable heart, but I am fine and very happy with him. Anyway, it's getting late. Try to get some sleep since you had a busy day and we can discuss this further at another time," Moka said as she gave Yukari another hug and bid her a good night.

"Tsukune... it's getting late," Moka said as she slid open the porch door, stepped outside, and into the back yard.

Her mechanic boyfriend had a large, overhead lamp set up since it was well past sunset and rather late in the evening. At least he had somehow managed to get most of the motorbike's main components assembled with Kyoko's help, before she had to head off to her job.

"Oh, hey..." he said as she came closer and placed her hands on his shoulders.

"I see that you've accomplished quite a lot today," the pink-haired goddess said as she gave his shoulders a gentle squeeze.

"Ah, yeah... well, despite how crazy things have been lately, Kyoko was a big help earlier. And you're right... it's getting late. Just lemme cover this up and then we can retire for the night," he said as she stood up and threw a blue, plastic, tarp over his work area which also included the partially-built drag-racing bike. He then shut off his work lamp and silently prayed for good weather for the remainder of the week.

"That's the best idea I've heard all day," she said with a smile as she wrapped her left arm around his own and gently pulled him towards the house.

After a relaxing bath together, the couple eventually wound up in bed, as they went over the events of their very interesting day. Tsukune knew that living with the three sisters would be even more interesting. However, he was also quite glad that they were reunited and not living apart as they had previously been. Time really does fly, he mentally noted.

"Tsukune... thank you once again for today. I know that having Yukari here puts some stress on our tight budget, but I was wondering if it would be alright if I took a part-time job as well?" Moka asked as she cuddled up to her boyfriend and gave him a kiss on his cheek.

"Hey, it's the least I could do. I'm just glad that she accepted the news of us being a couple so easily. I was kinda surprised, I guess. I gotta admit – I was also half-afraid that she'd try to come in-between us or worse. Well, we do need some help at the convenience store downtown. I'll talk to my boss next week and see what he says. I guess you can use your cover as an exchange student since you're not technically a resident of Japan..." he replied as he gave her query some thought.

"Well, I really do appreciate it Tsukune. If she does try something, then I suppose that I'll have to sit her down and have another talk with her. Or have her stay in Kurumu's room, as cruel as that may sound," Moka said with a giggle.

"I see. So I take it that they don't get along very well, do they?" he asked as he pulled her closer.

"No, they do not despite the fact that they both work in system administration," Moka said with a sigh as she rested her head on Tsukune's chest and used it as a temporary pillow.

"I still find it hard to believe that she has a job like that even though she's kinda young," he said.

"Believe it or not, Yukari's our best programmer and debugger in all of Asgard. Even though she may seem young by mortal standards, she's quite the genius and her inventions are well-known throughout the nine realms," Moka explained with a smile.

"Still find it hard to believe, anyway," he said with a chuckle.

"It's alright Tsukune. I just hope that she can complete her Earth training in a timely manner since she lacks any skill in magic and relies on technology to accomplish just about anything or solve any sort of problems she encounters," Moka replied with an exasperated sigh.

"So she can't do magic like you and Kurumu, right?"

"I'm afraid not. Since she must be taught by a first class goddess, that responsibility automatically falls solely upon me since Midgard is under my watch," she answered.

"That kinda sucks Moka. I don't mean that in a bad way, but will she be a good student? I mean you two seem to be on better terms than compared to her and Kurumu, from what I saw today."

"Thank you for your concern Tsukune, but she will listen to me since she looks up to me so much even though they do love each other as sisters do – I just pray that she doesn't get sidetracked like she normally tends to do and fall back on her inventions. If that is the case, then she'll never be able to support an Angel when the time arrives for her to do so."

"Hm, well you're the goddess so I guess you'd know more about that than I would."

"That's true, Tsukune. Um, are you sleepy yet?" Moka asked with a small smile as she looked up to him with a gleam in her eye.

"Um a little bit. I mean we did have a pretty crazy day with those bugs and whatnot. Being only a few centimeters tall was no fun, if ya' ask me," he said as he recalled that strange moment after being chased by a cat earlier.

"Would you feel better if – um – maybe we kissed for a while? I read in a magazine that it's an excellent way to relieve the body of stress... that is if you want to, of course," Moka asked as she bit her bottom lip a bit, as she awaited his reply.

"Of course I wanna kiss you and I've kinda wanted to all day, actually..." he said as he reached down and gently pulled her closer. Before she could reply, he slowly moved closer to her as she met him half-way. A their lips touched, they both moaned into each others mouths which only caused their kiss to intensify.

Several minutes later, the pair broke their intense kiss as they both desperately panted for life-giving air.

"Wow..." they said at the same time.

"I must admit Tsukune, I really do like to kiss you, more-so than before," Moka admitted with a bright blush.

"Uh, me too, Moka. Your lips are so soft and you always smell nice... what am I saying?" he said with a blush of his own.

"Tsukune... that's so sweet of you..." she replied as she glomped him and held onto him firmly.

"Uh, well it's the truth. But I dunno if we should be so expressive in front of Yukari though. I don't want her to get the wrong idea about us," he said with a sigh.

"Oh Tsukune... well, it's something that she'll have to adjust to, but you may have a point. Although it will be rather difficult to not kiss you here at home, I suppose I can try to hold myself back but I cannot make any promises," the Norn of the present replied.

"Moka... where did that come from? I mean we've kissed in front of Kurumu and Kyoko, but your little sister might be, ya' know... kind of impressionable," he said disbelievingly.

"You know that I always tell the truth Tsukune, even though I have been relieved from duty as a wish-granter for as long as I'm here with you, but I still hold the rank and title of Goddess First Class and am unable to even tell the smallest of lies," Moka replied, somewhat upset.

"I'm sorry Moka. I didn't mean it to come out that way, but I was just kinda shocked to hear you say that much, I guess," he answered as he placed a kiss on her right ear, which caused a prickle of pleasure to travel down her spine and to also moan aloud.

"Ah, Tsukune... it's alright. I forgive you. I know that you didn't mean anything by it but I meant what I said. I do enjoy being with you, learning so much about your culture, and living here as a mortal in general. Yukari will just have to accept the fact that we are together and there's nothing that she can do about it. Just like I told you about Kurumu; if she gets in our way then she will have to deal with me," she said as she kissed him on his ear, which caused him to shudder at the affectionate gesture.

"Oh Moka... um... thanks. But you do have a good point. I just hope that she can behave herself and adjust to living here just like you and Kurumu have," he said with another laugh.

"Of course, Tsukune. She will behave as long as I am her instructor and elder sister. If not, then she will find herself going home to Asgard a failure of a goddess and sister, which I am most certain she doesn't want. Besides, mother will be more disappointed than any of us."

"Alright Moka. You'd know her better than anyone and I do believe you. Let's try to get some sleep as wanna get an early start on the bike tomorrow," he suggested as he pulled her a bit closer.

"Thank you Tsukune. I shall do my best to keep her in line, as it were. And yes, it has been a busy day and I do need my beauty sleep as they say. But I was wondering if we could maybe do something tomorrow if it was alright..." Moka said as she sat up for a moment and looked into his kind, chocolate-brown, eyes.

"Uh, no problem and just do your best, Moka. So, um, what did you have in mind?"

"Well, I was wondering if we could go to Tokyo tomorrow? It would be nice to go somewhere different and see the sights of the city? Would you not agree?" the deity implored with a smile.

"Uh sure. I guess we could do something different. But if we're all going, we'll have to take the bullet train instead," he replied once he gave her idea some thought. It would be nice he reasoned and it would give the three sisters something to talk about afterward.

"Oh thank you Tsukune. We can head out first thing after breakfast. Maybe I could do a little shopping as well. I wonder what I should wear?" Moka squealed out with delight as she gave the very notion some more though.

"Hey, it's no problem since I haven't been to Tokyo for a few years but I still know my way around. Sure, why not? It sounds like a lot of fun, right?" he said as she laid down with a wide smile upon her lips.

After their last kiss of the night, the pair fell asleep as they cuddled up next to each other for the remainder of the night. At least now that the three Norns were under the same roof, life was going to be rather interesting from this day forward.

A/N:

Well this chapter came out better than I had planned, despite my recent issues with insomnia and laptop problem which I already mentioned at the start of this chapter. Anyway, Yukari, the Norn of the future makes her appearance and will be living under the same roof as her sisters, Tsukune, and his cousin Kyoko.
