Winter break was kind of a bummer. All we did was watch really crappy Christmas movies and eat fruit cake. The only thing that was good about the past two weeks is that I got the Samsung cell phone for Christmas; I guess that's a win in a way.

I even made my first phone call to Pixis. I was going to tell him about the phone call from mom but I screwed up and told him that everything is fine, got a new phone so call me anytime. I am an idiot. Big idiot. Major idiot.

I don't know what to do. Tell everyone about it or keep it away like mom asked me to do. I don't understand why I keep it to myself. I just don't.

School is back in business. We all talked about what we did this Christmas. Jean went to visit Marco, Eren and Mikasa didn't talk what they did so they stayed quiet about it, and of course the couples spent the weeks together. They talked about all the romantic things they did and how great it was. I can tell that this is going to be a long day, maybe a whole week.

After School…

"Finally, I can go home." I said to myself as I walked down the deserted hallway. The English teacher wanted me to after school to help her grade some over the break assignment from the freshman class. As I walked down the hall I heard some familiar voices around the corner.

"We can't do this here." said a familiar female voice.

"Come on. We did more than that before." said the other.

"Alright…just one okay."

"That's fine with me."

I slowly peeked over the corner and saw Krista pushed against the lockers with Ymir towering over her. They smiled lovingly at each other and slowly kissed.

'Holy shit! Krista and Ymir! What?!' Many ideas ran through my mind right now.

"I have to go. I'll see you tomorrow." Krista smiles.

"See you tomorrow…" says Ymir and she kisses Krista on the top of her head. Krista smiles and walks down the hall, leaving Ymir behind. Ymir leans up against the lockers and relieves a heavy sigh. I looked away and left the scene as quickly and quietly as I could.

'Oh my god! How can they be together? I mean Krista is with Reiner isn't she!?' I ran the scene I saw in my mind over and over again. I'm surprised. I knew they were close but not that close! Man, this is something I have never expected.

I slowly walked home until my cell phone rings in my back pocket. I checked the ID caller and saw that it was Pixis.

"Officer Pixis!"I quickly said into the phone.

"Hey Mousey!" he said.

"Don't call me that!"

"Why not? It fits you perfectly." He whines.

"No it doesn't!" I shout at him. I heard him laugh on the other end. "So did you need something?"

"No, I was just wondering how has the new life is going? Got any new friends that are actually worth to hang out with? How's the new family?"

"It's been great!" I told him everything that happened so far minus mom's phone call. As I talked to him, I came across the café. I entered the café still taking to him.

"Mickey! Welcome home!" Petra shouts from the counter. There were a few people in the café. There was a woman in the far corner wearing a black Hoddle, a man in suit drinking coffee near the window, and a couple in the middle of the café, being lovey dovey. "Who's on the phone?" Petra asked.

"It's Officer Pixis. He's just wondering if I was doing okay. You want to say hi?" I asked her and hold out the phone to her.

"Maybe later!" she said and continues to fiddle with the cash register.

"Who was that?" Pixis asked.

"That was Mrs. Smith." I answered.

"Mrs. Smith huh? Not mom." He said. I became silent for a moment.

"I feel…weird saying that."

"Oh come on, it won't be that bad."

"…Sorry, I need more time."

"That's fine. Besides, I don't think your mom will show up anytime soon."

"Y-Yeah…" I hesitated. I should them him.

"What's wrong?" He asked. I was about to ask him until I heard shouts on his end.

"Sorry, I got to go. We just got another body on our hands. Talk to you later." Then he hangs up. I put my phone away and then I met eyes with Levi in the kitchen. He was glaring at me as always. I waved a little to him but he just keeps staring at me. I slowly made my way towards the stairs and quickly climbed up.

'Levi is a scary person.' I thought, relieving a sigh. As I walked to my bedroom, I heard someone calling my name. I turned around and saw Petra running towards me.

"Yes?" I said to her.

"Mickey, do you want to go grocery shopping today? We are out of some ingredients." She said, smiling.

"Okay." I answered happily. She jumped happily, grabs my wrist, and pulls me down stairs. As we got to the café floor, Erwin calls us out.

"Where are you guys going?" he asked.

"Shopping!~" Petra answered singly. As she pulls me towards the door, Erwin stops us.

"Wait!" He shouts. Petra stops in her tracks and looks up at her husband. "May I go get groceries with Mickey?" he asked quietly and awkwardly. Petra's smile became wider and then she jumps him. She hugs him with all her might.

"Of course! I can do it next time! Go have fun!" She said and runs towards the kitchen, leaving me with Erwin.

"Let's go." He said as he takes off his apron. I followed him till I meet eyes with the woman in the far corner wearing the Hoddle. Her eyes were dark brown with black hair, framing her face. Her cheek bones were showing like she hasn't eaten anything in days but somehow she looks familiar to me.

"Are you coming?" Erwin asks as he holds the door open.

"I'm coming!" I said and slowly walked out of the café.

2 Hours Later…

We had a lot of groceries. I wanted to carry some but Erwin took all off the groceries. We hadn't aid a word to each other the entire time. It was really awkward.

"So…how's school?" he asked.

"Good…how's the café going?" I asked back.

"Good." He said bluntly and we became silent again. Then I caught sight of Krista in the distance with Ymir going into the park.

"Go ahead of me please." I said and ran off in their direction. I followed them to the other opening of the park. They were holding both their hands in front of an expensive black car.

"Krista!" I shouted. They instantly looked at me and pulling their hands away from each other.

"What the hell is going on?!" I shouted.

"Mickey it's not what you think!" Krista says as she throws her hands out, protecting Ymir.

"It looks like your cheating on Reiner!"

"You don't understand!" Ymir shouts.

"Your Highness, it's time to go." An old man says as he pokes his head out the car.

"Your Highness?" I said. 'What the fuck?'

"Sorry I have to go." Krista says apologetically.

"Wait, what does he mean 'your highness'!?" I shouted.

"I'll tell you soon!" Krista shouts and quickly gets in the car. The car quickly drives off, leaving me dumbfounded in the dust.

"Damn it!" Ymir curses angrily and turns her attention towards me. "You ruined it you bitch!" She shouts at me and quickly runs off.

"Ymir!" I called out to her but she continues to run. 'What the fuck just happened?' I thought as I stood there, trying to process everything that just happened.
