It's been awhile huh? Sorry, I have been busy with school and stuff. The good news is that it's almost summer vacation so I get to work on this story more!

"Ugh I'm so nervous!" I am going on my first date with Eren today. We agreed to meet at the lake in the park. I'm wearing the blue dress and white cardigan that I got when I came to this city. I thought that wearing this was more appropriate to wear than jeans and a T-shirt. It's neither too casual nor fancy.

I waited for a few minutes at the lake like we promised. I looked at the time and see that Eren is ten minutes late. 'Is he not going to make it?' I thought. I started to feel a bit depressed. I mean it is the first date I have ever gone on in my entire life.

"Mickey!" I heard a familiar shout. I turned around and see Eren in his leather jacket, white shirt, and dark jeans, running towards me.

"Eren!" I called out surprised. "I thought you weren't going to show up!"

"I'm really sorry! Mikasa held me up with last minute chores." He says out of breathe.

"Really?"

"Yeah, they were really dumb ones like dust the TV or clean up the table that barely had anything on it." He said.

"Aw, poor you." I laughed a little.

"Hey, you better watch it." He said. He then pinches my cheek playfully.

"Sorry, sorry." I said with a smile. Then grabs my hand and we both start to walk.

We walked around the park for a few hours. We bought lunch from nearby food stands and eat on a bench facing the lake. We talked and talked about school and weird stories about the others before they met me.

"Sasha really likes potatoes huh?" I said not all that surprised. Potatoes are like the main course of her diet.

"She's a strange chick." Eren says leaning back on the bench. "What time is it?"

"It's almost 4:30." I answered.

"I got to show you something. Come with me." He holds out his hand to me.

"What is it?" I asked before grabbing his hand.

"You'll see." He smiles and escorts me to a very secluded part of the lake. The water was shimmering as the sun shined down on it. I saw the ducks fly and land in the water. It looked like one of those gorgeous scenes from a nature documentary.

"Wow! It's beautiful!" I cried.

"I found this place when I just moved here. I come here when I need to think." He says smiling.

"I am happy that you showed this to me." I smiled back. Eren stood there, staring at me, not saying anything.

"Is something wrong?" I asked. Then he suddenly walks up to me and kisses me. 'Woah.' After the kiss ended he looked into my eyes.

"You're beautiful Miku." He said deeply. 'He used my name…' I flushed deeply and tried to hide my face by looking down. He grabs my chin and gently makes me look at him.

"Don't hide. You're adorable like this." He said, turning a little red. Like magnets, our lips touched again. The kisses became more passionate and rougher. I felt his tongue slowly enter my mouth and caressed mine. Without thinking I moved my tongue against his, kissing him back. Suddenly I ended on the ground with Eren hovering over me out of breathe.

"Miku…" he said breathlessly.

"Eren…" I called his name.

"You're too cute…" He said turning scarlet. I giggled at his reaction and kissed his cheek. He kisses my cheek back and chuckled.

"You're the only one that makes me feel this way Miku." He said, giving me a gentle smile. "Oh sorry! I meant Mickey. I'm sorry, I know you want to be called Mickey but I called you Miku." He quickly apologized and covered his face.

"No, you can call me Miku if you want!" I said flustered. Him saying my name is like music to me. I want to keep hearing it over and over again. I kissed him, reassuring him that it was okay. Our lips became hot and we both were gasping for air. Then, out of the blue someone pulls Eren off me. I looked up and saw Mikasa hovering above me as she holds Eren up by the collar.

"Mikasa put me down!" Eren shouted. Mikasa pinches his neck and he instantly becomes unconscious. She puts him over shoulders like he was a sack. Then she turns to me and gives one of the scariest glares I've ever seen.

"Stay away from Eren." She said in a low voice that made me shiver. "Eren needs me, not you." She said darkly and walked away. As I watched her walk away from me, I felt my heart beating out of my chest. 'Mikasa?' I wondered. 'I don't understand. What does she mean by that?' I wanted to shout at her but my voice got stuck in my throat, making me unable to say anything back.

'Well that date was a total bust. I wonder if Eren is okay? How did Mikasa even do that? Maybe I should bring some cookies to them tomorrow as an apology and a get well soon kind of thing.' I thought as I walked back to the café after Mikasa carried Eren away. All well, maybe next. Thinking that made me smile.

I as I was about to enter the café, I heard loud shouts and laughter from the café. I carefully opened the door and find five rowdy teenagers in the middle of the café, cussing and yelling at each other. I slowly went around them, trying to keep my distance until someone called my name.

"Mickey!?" The voice shouted, making it echo through the café. I turned around and see that all those teens looked familiar.

"Holy hell it's Mickey Stevens!" said a boy in a green cap, yellow sweat jacket, and baggy jeans. Oh crap, I know him.

"H-Hey its Josh…" I said trying to sound happy. Josh was this strange guy back at Brass. I guess you can say he's the class clown but in a more of a vulgar way.

"What about me!?" shouted the short blonde haired girl in a pink tank top with very short shorts.

"And me!" shouted the curly brown haired girl in a strapless blue top and green shorts.

"And me!" said a boy in a white shirt and ripped jeans.

Oh my god, these guys are from my old school.

"Don't tell us already forgotten us already." said the girl in the pink top. "It hasn't even been a year yet you airhead." Oh I remember her. That's Ruth, the school's slut.

"Why isn't it Ruth…" I am trying so hard to sound surprised but it just isn't working.

"How about me?" asked the other girl.

"Oh hey Kitty…" Oh god, I can't believe they are actually here.

Josh pulls me over to their table and they all started to talk about all these 'things' they were doing and how awesome it was which in my opinion was really stupid. Most of it was in slang so the people around us probably didn't understand a word. Unfortunately, I did and sadly I wish I didn't.

"Doing all that, I was able to get enough money to come visit you!" Josh happily said to me.

"Aren't you happy to see us?" said the boy in the white shirt which was Gary who I knew since forever. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed but I don't really mind him.

"I know she did! We been friends for like ever!" said Ruth as she nudges Gary with her elbow.

"She's changed a lot. I mean look at her. She's wearing a dress!" Kitty shrieks.

"Whoa calm down Kitty. Don't…Don't have to be so loud." A guy in a blue jersey said. That guy is James or people like to call him Stoner. He's always high when I see him. I usually stay away from him to avoid the smell of marijuana.

"Can't you ever stop smoking Stoner." asked Josh.

"Probably when pigs fly." snorted Ruth.

"Wait, pigs can fly?" Stoner asked. Kitty smacks him in the head.

"You gotta stop smokin' dude." She said.

"So how have you been Mickey!" says Gary. "How has this new city been treating you?"

"It's been good. I have been having a good time." I replied with a little smile on my face. "How's Brass been doing?"

"It's getting better." said Ruth. "We got chain stores now to increase employment."

"They even re-built some of the buildings on the worst part of town." Kitty said with a large smile.

"The school is even better now. They fixed it up a lot!" Gary added.

"Even Officer Pixis re-modeled you're old place. I heard that he used his money to do it." Josh said.

"It's all thanks to that Historia chick." said Stoner.

"You shouldn't use the word chick for a royal Stoner." I giggled. They really haven't changed. "So I guess everything is going very well then." Then they all stopped smiling and went quiet. That's weird.

"What's wrong? Did something bad happen?" I asked.

"Well…yeah." Ruth spoke up.

"Do you remember IIse Langnar?" Kitty asked.

"Yeah why?" IIse was a really close friend of mine. She was a few years older than me and lived in the same apartment complex as me. The others didn't know her very well but they respected her because she was my friend.

"During reconstruction of your old place the workers found her body." Josh said slowly.

"What? What do you mean her body?" I asked.

"She was murdered Mickey," said Stoner, "killed by the Aberrant Killer."

My hands started to shake and I felt the tears in my eyes. I covered my face and started to cry non-stop.
