"We'll only be gone for a few days." Petra sang as she and Erwin taking their luggage into the taxi.

"Armin is in charge while Petra and I are spending our wedding anniversary at the most expensive, fanciest hotel and spa in the whole city." Erwin says, kissing Petra on the temple.

"Have fun mom and dad!" Lucas said, running over to hug him.

"Remember, listen to Armin." Petra reminded us.

"Enjoy your anniversary." Armin says hugging them. I stood there awkwardly, not really knowing if I should try giving them a hug or not. Erwin notices me and opens his arms wider. I smile shyly and slowly came up to them. Erwin gently gave me a tight hug as he was hugging with everyone else.

"Have a safe trip." I said softly. I was about to call him dad but I stopped myself. I couldn't call him that still. He looked at me with a sad smile and patted my head.

They said their goodbyes again and the taxi drove them away.

"Let's close up for the day." Armin says, going inside.

"Let's play Mickey!" Lucas grabbed my hand and dragged me to his room.

It was 5:30 now. Lucas fell asleep after watching a Spiderman movie marathon. I put a blanket on him as he slept peacefully the floor. Then I quietly snuck out of the room, trying not to wake him up.

It's time to prepare for dinner. I know a little cooking like grilled cheese sandwich or something really simple. 'I wonder what Armin wants for dinner?' I thought as I went to his room. I opened the door to see him but saw Annie instead.

She was straddling Armin on his bed, all sweaty and out of breath. Annie gave me that stoic look like always as Armin gives a look of fear.

"...I'm sorry to interrupt…I'll come back…later…" I said, trying not to look. I quickly shut the door and ran down the stairs to the kitchen. "Grilled cheese it is…" I muttered as I prepare food for everyone.

I made four sandwiches. One for me, Lucas, Armin and Annie if she going to stay. I carefully carried the sandwiches upstairs to their rooms, balancing them on my arms.

I went to Lucas's room first. He was still asleep so I put a sandwich nearby so he will see it.

Next, I went to Armin's room.

"Are you guys done in there?" I asked through the closed door. Then the door opened, showing the fully clothed couple. "I…made grilled cheese..." I said shrugging with an awkward smile. Armin takes two of them from me, avoiding my eyes and gently shut the door on me.

I went to my room and ate my food alone. I stare into space for awhile as I ate. My mind kept coming back to Armin's room. I kept shaking my head to stop thinking about it.

'I need a distraction.' As I thought my phone went off. I answered it, seeing that it was Eren.

"Hey you." I said smiling.

"Hey, you busy right now?" he asked.

"No I'm free why?" I asked.

"Come over?" he sounded hesitant. I was silent for a moment thinking about my answer. Then my mind drifted to that scene again.

"YES!" I said a bit too loud.

"Oh okay see you in a few." He said, hanging up. I quickly gathered my stuff into my bag and rushed out my room.

I went by Armin's room in a flash. Then again I should tell him where I am going. I don't want to be a bother later.

"Armin I'm going out and staying over at a friend's house!" I shouted through the door and quickly made my escape.

I knocked on Eren's door in many different patterns as I waited for him. Finally, Eren opened the door and let me into a dark and a bit empty house.

"Where is everyone?" I asked him.

"Mikasa is at Ymir's house to spend the night and my dad is out of town for a conference in Wall Sina." He answered, shutting the door behind him. "Come on let's go to my room." He said, taking my hand, taking up stairs to his room.
