It was now the day before Father's Day, and Carlos was excited he had the next day off so he could spend it with Logan.
He knew Zane had a surprise for Logan, and that he wanted him to help with it.
He was currently cutting pizza when he started singing along to the radio.

Its been tearing me apart, never knowing what we are

Now it's time to make a move and that's what I'm gonna do

When he was done, he went on his lunch break, and started to talk to Stephanie.
"So? Anything for tomorrow?"
"We're going to make Logan breakfast tomorrow and then go to his parents house for a Father's Day barbeque."
"That's all?"
"Yeah."
"But doesn't Zane considering you his other dad?"
"Yeah, but all he's been talking about lately is his surprise for Logan."
"Maybe Zane is planning something for you for tomorrow."
"Well, it wouldn't be the first time he surprised me" Carlos smiled.
"Either way, Father's Day is gonna be great for you guys. Watch, come Monday, you'll have a really cute story to tell me."
Back at home, Zane was talking to James and Kendall about the next day.
"Uncle James, Uncle Kendall" Zane started.
"Yes?" James said. Just like he predicted, Zane had begun calling Kendall Uncle Kendall, and he was alright with it.
"Do you think my daddies are going to like the surprises?"
"Of course" Kendall said.
"They'll love it, Zane."
At that time, Carlos got home from work, to which Zane ran toward shim and hugged him right away.
"Hi, Carlos!"
"Hi Zane. Why are you so happy?"
"Cause I happy for…..Daddy's surprise" Zane smiled.
"Okay. Do you know where your daddy is?"
"He at Grandma and Grandpa house"
Immediately, Logan came home.
"Hi."
"Hey." Carlos said a she kissed his boyfriend.
"What did your parents say?"
"They said the barbeque starts at 5 tomorrow."
"Okay."
The next day, Carlos felt something poke his arm when he was sleeping.
"Carlos." Zane kept whispering.
"Hmm?"
"Carlos. I time for Daddy's surprise."
"Okay."
Carlos then slowly got out of bed, and made his way to the kitchen without waking Logan.
While in the kitchen, they began to make breakfast for Logan.
"Zane, wanna help me mix the batter for pancakes?" Carlos asked.
"Uh-huh!"
While Zane and Carlos were helping make pancakes, James and Kendall were cooking eggs, and bacon.
When Logan woke up, he was surprised he didn't feel anything in his bed.
"Hello?"
"He's coming." James said as they hid behind the counter top.
"Hello?"
"SURPRISE!"
"What's all this?" Logan asked.
"Your surprise for Father's day!" Zane said.
"Thanks, guys."
As they ate, Carlos couldn't help but feel a little bit sad. He knew Zane considered him his other father, but why didn't he get anything?
But he couldn't be mad at Zane, he was only four years old, and he knew Logan would get mad at him.
Logan could also feel how Carlos was, but he knew he would feel a lot better later.
"Did you like your surprise?" Zane asked Logan.
"Of course. Thank you Zane."
Later that day, when they got to Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell's house, they were greeted by Logan's parents and the rest of the family.
While Carlos was talking to Mr. Mitchell about an hour after arriving, Logan came up to him.
"Carlos. We need you in the backyard."
"Why?"
"You'll see."
When they went to the backyard, Mrs. Mitchell was in front of him.
Carlos, we know how much you love Logan, so we know that you've been like our other family member, so we invited you parents here too.
"You did?"
"They did!" He knew that voice. It was his dad.
"Thank you guys for being here."
"But that's not the only surprise." Logan said.
"It's not?"
"Nope."
"Zane, come here and show Carlos his surprise."
Zane then came up and gave Carlos a small gift-wrapped rectangular box.
"What's this?" Carlos asked.
"Your present." Zane said.
"M-my present?" Carlos said shocked at the fact that Zane did get him something for Father's Day.
"Uh-huh. I couldn't give it to you earlier, cause then it no be a surprise." Zane said.
When Carlos opened the box, he saw something he never expected for a present from Zane.
It was a picture of Zane and Carlos from the first time Carlos took care of him.
The picture was even in a picture frame with the word 'DAD' on top.
"You got this for me?"
"Uh-huh. Happy Father's day Carlos. Thank you for being my other daddy. I love you."
"I love you too, Zane." Carlos said kneeling down and hugging him.
He couldn't believe he thought Zane forgot about him.
It was the first Father's Day he ever got to celebrate, and it was all because of Logan and Zane.
