A/N:
I humbly apologize for the lateness of this chapter. I've been busy with other projects and also having a bit of writer's block as of recent. (again)
I knew what the main plot was going to be but had a difficult time deciding on where I wanted them to have their Golden Week vacation at. All members of the Aono family will be present in this arc that will most likely cover at least 3 chapters.
If you like this or any, previous, chapter, please feel free to leave a comment. Thanks!
The original characters of Grandma Tamiko Aono and Tamiko Akashiya Aono belong to me and cannot be used in any way, shape or form. Same goes for plots!
Much thanks to darkheart66 from FanFic for the dinner idea and to Train48 from deviantArt for the idea of them going over their vacation plans with Grandma Aono. Thank you guys! ^_^
Beta by Train48, ColressLawliet, and PropertyofLamb from deviantArt. Thanks!
By the way, this "reboot' has just passed 125,500 views as of this writing!
Thank you all so very much for the continued support. I really appreciate all of the comments, PMs, Faves, and Follows! I would not still be writing today if it were not for you.

Wednesday, April 29, 2015. 4:30 PM. Osaka, Japan.
Tamiko Akasha Aono was moderately nervous to a small extent.
The young vampire girl in question would be meeting her great-grandmother today as she and her family would be spending the Golden Week holiday at her home in Osaka.
After driving for just a bit over 3 hours, Koji pulled the family car into the driveway of his mother's house. The very same house he grew up in. The Aono family matriarch waited outside, dressed in a dark gray kimono with pink trim, and waved to them as the car came to a full stop a moment later.
Her son Koji then placed the car's gears in park and shut the engine off. Koji and Kasumi opened their doors and then stepped outside. Moka and Tsukune repeated the action from the rear doors. Moka had to lightly coax the small vampire out of the back seat, since she could sense that her daughter was somewhat troubled.
"Hi Mom," Koji said with a smile as he walked up to, then bent down, and gave his mother a warm hug.
"Hello, sweetie. Welcome home," she said as she returned the gesture. Kasumi joined in on the embrace as well.
"Thanks," he muttered.
"Hello Mom," Kasumi said with a smile of her own.
"Hello dear. It's so good to see you again," Grandma Aono said with a small smile as the trio ended their group hug a moment later. Tsukune and Moka held Tamiko's hands as they walked up to the front of the large, Japanese, house to address the elder Aono woman as well. The house was constructed of a dark wood and mortar which was painted a light eggshell white.
"Hi Grandma," Tsukune greeted with a smile of his own.
"Hello, Grandmother," Moka said likewise. Tamiko hid behind her surrogate parents and stared at the short, older, woman in front of her.
"Hello, sweetie and Moka, dear," Grandma Aono answered with a smile. They then both gave her a quick hug.
"So is this the young lady that I've heard so much about?" Grandma Aono asked as she bent down a bit to inspect the little girl in front of her, who clung rather tightly to Tsukune.
"Grandma, please allow me to introduce to you our adopted daughter, Tamiko Akasha Aono," Tsukune said. Moka gave her daughter a gentle nudge so she could give a proper greeting to her great-grandmother, herself.
"Um, it's nice to meet you grandma-ma," Tamiko said with a small smile followed with a bow.
"It's nice to meet you as well, great-granddaughter. Oh my goodness! You're so cute and very polite," Grandma Aono said with a bright smile after they had exchanged greetings.
After the pleasantries were out of the way, Tsukune and Koji volunteered to retrieve the luggage that was neatly stored in the family car's trunk so everyone could unpack for their extended stay.
…
The interior of the huge, wooden and plaster house was simply furnished and looked as though it belonged to a different era. Unlike Tsukune's more "modern" western-inspired two-storey home, his grandmother's single level home was rather "old-fashioned" with sliding shōji-doors covered with rice paper, and bamboo, tatami-matted floors. Even though it was an older home, built back in the late 1950's, it was very quaint and inviting.
Once everyone was settled in and unpacked in their individual rooms, thirty minutes later they all met in the living room so they could have a short chat in order for Tamiko to get better acquainted with her great-grandmother.
"Well, like we explained over the phone grandma, Tamiko came from an alternate world. She was sent here by her mother because their world was about to end," Tsukune said to his grandmother in the simplest of terms.
The ebony-haired male did not want to go into any, further, detail as he did not wish to upset his surrogate daughter who sat in between himself and Moka. Koji and his wife shook their heads yes in agreement. They understood the reason behind "why" and warmly welcomed the five-year old, orphan girl into their home and loved her unconditionally, just as Tsukune and Moka had.
"I see. Well if vampires and yokai truly do exist, then I guess alternate worlds could as well," she answered.
"Well even though the circumstances of her arrival were rather sudden, we do love her as if she were our own," Moka added in as a single tear slid sown her right cheek. Tsukune could sense the sadness in her voice as he reached over to her, and then placed his left hand atop her right. Tamiko leaned against Moka and gave her a hug from the side.
"I can see that you'll make a wonderful mother, Moka dear," Grandma Aono said. She could tell that the vampiress had indeed grown rather attached to the young girl and in such a short amount of time.
"Oh, thank you grandmother," Moka replied as she felt better somewhat. Tsukune knew that she had tried to be the best surrogate mother for Tamiko and that it had not been easy. At least the young girl was well-behaved and quite intelligent for her young age. Koji and Kasumi offered their help and advice whenever needed, naturally.
"You're quite welcome, Moka dear. Since it's nearly dinner time, I thought we'd all go out tonight. I know a lovely restaurant that's not too far from here. My treat of course. And be sure to dress up," Grandma Aono told her family members. Moka's hazel-green eyes lit up like a Christmas tree on the Fourth of July. She was quite excited to be given any opportunity to dress up.
"Oh, thanks mom," Koji said as he sat up. He offered his hand to Kasumi who happily accepted it.
"You're quite welcome, sweetie. We can leave at six, so that gives us about an hour to get ready."
Tsukune sat up and offered a hand to Moka who smiled at the simple, loving, gesture. Tamiko hopped off the couch and held each of her parent's hands as they made their way to the rear of the house to their shared bedroom so they could get themselves ready. Tamiko's temporary room was located next to theirs. Moka had the perfect dress for the occasion and silently hoped that he would not pass out from a massive nosebleed when he saw her all dressed up in it.
…
"Tsukune, I'm going to help Tamiko get dressed."
"Oh, okay. I guess I'll wait in the living room for you ladies, then."
"Thank you love. We'll be finished, soon," Moka said as she leaned against Tsukune and gave him a kiss on his cheek. She then blushed hard as she quickly went into Tamiko's room and then closed the door behind herself.
Tsukune then walked over to and slid the door open to the bedroom he shared with Moka. Even though they were not technically married in human terms, his grandmother had no objection with them sleeping together in the same room.
Her grandson had explained to her what it meant for him and Moka to be as blood-mates, which she did not fully understand. He also told her that vampires do have certain customs that humans were not familiar with.
Sleeping in the same bed was one of them.
Maybe the elder Aono was not as old-fashioned as he was lead to believe. At least his grandmother had warmly accepted Moka into their family and loved her as well. She was just happy that he had found his soul-mate, if it were.
Tsukune quickly made it over to the closet and slid its door open. He had to find something nice to wear for their impromptu dinner. After-all, his grandmother said to 'dress up', right?
After he rummaged through the clothes that were hung neatly up for about five minutes, he eventually found what he was looking for: a sharp pair of black slacks with gray pinstripes and a short-sleeved, aqua, button-down, dress shirt. After he changed his clothes and put on a pair of black socks, he grabbed his shaving kit and left the bedroom.
He then walked down the long corridor to the restroom located at the very end. He then quickly brushed his always-messy hair that roughly resembled a bird's nest and shaved (with herbal-treated water), since he wanted to look presentable for his fiancée, Moka.
…
Tsukune sat patiently on the couch in the living room, next to his father, who was dressed similarly, except his shirt was navy blue, and his slacks were a dark, heather gray in color.
"Hey son."
"Hey dad."
They both remained on the sofa in content silence while they awaited for the ladies to join them shortly.
A few, minutes, later, Tamiko walked into the living room, dressed in a black dress that came down to her knees with white trim. Her long, ebony hair was tied into twin-tails, as usual. She walked up to Tsukune and gave him a hug.
"Hi daddy and grandpa," she said.
"Hello honey. You look very cute," Tsukune said once they ended their hug. She then climbed on the couch and sat in-between them with a toothy grin upon her lips.
"Thank you daddy. You look cute, too," she said with a giggle.
Kasumi then walked into to meet her boys with Grandma Aono by her side.
"Wow," Koji said in disbelief when he saw his spouse.
Kasumi wore a beautiful, silk dress, royal blue in color that rested just above her knees. She blushed from his simple compliment and took a seat on his left. Koji's mother was attired in a silk kimono, silver in color with pink and lavender sakura petals sewn into the sleeves and back. The obi (sash) matched the hue of the embroidered flowers.
They were lastly joined by Moka, who looked as radiant as always.
The vampire princes was garbed in a red, silk, Chinese-inspired, dress which was outlined with silver trim. Along either side of the curve-hugging dress, there was a thigh-high slit that gave an unobstructed view of her shapely, creamy thighs and legs.
Moka's long, auburn hair was fashioned into a long, complex, single, braid that traveled down her back, all the way down to her slender waist. She also wore a little blush on her cheeks, dark silver eyeshadow oh her eyelids, and red lip-gloss on her plump, pouty, lips.
Tsukune was stunned silent when he saw just how amazing she looked. Naturally his nose bled, just as Moka had quietly predicted. He swiftly took out a handkerchief from his right, front pants, pocket and wiped up the mess before his fiancée got a whiff of his delectable scent.
He stood up from the couch and gave her a firm hug. Tsukune took notice that she wore a splash of vanilla perfume as well, which was his favorite and she knew it. Moka only wore it for him whenever they had a night on the town.
'Oh Moka, you look so gorgeous.'
'Thank you, love. You look rather handsome, yourself,' she wordlessly communicated back, via their bond.
"Mommy! You look so pretty!" Tamiko commented once the couple ended their brief hug a few, moments later.
"Thank you sweetie," Moka replied, her cheeks tinted pink.
…
A few minutes later, everyone put on their shoes and then walked to the car after Grandma Aono had locked the front door of the house. Tsukune, Moka, and his grandmother sat in the back seat. Tamiko happily sat in the front seat, between her grandparents.
"Sweetie, we're going to Matsuzakagyu Yakiniku M, Hozenji Yokocho," Koji's mother said as he backed the car out of the driveway.
"Okay. And where's that?" he asked. Even though he was familiar with the area, he had not lived there for over twenty years and it had changed drastically. There were over 8,560 restaurants in the immediate area, anyway!
"Oh. It's at 1-1-19 Namba Drive, downtown."
"I know where it's at now. Thanks," he said as he placed the gears in drive and headed in the proper direction of the downtown district.
Approximately fifteen minutes later, they finally arrived in the downtown district. Luckily for the family, it was not as busy as one would expect during Golden Week, since most families would go on trips much further away from Japan, like Hawaii or even California in the United States.
Before long, Koji found a decent parking spot at a nearby lot and everyone walked the short distance to the restaurant and discovered that it was of the "high-end" variety. A simple, white sign was affixed to the façade of the building, with black lettering, which indicated the name of the eating establishment. There was also a stylized bull's head, which was their logo, of sorts.
Tsukune held the glass door open and allowed his family to enter first. They were quickly greeted by the hostess who sported a tuxedo / dress combination that matched the interior, dark, walls of the restaurant itself.
"Good evening. How many this evening?" she asked with a bow.
"A booth for six, please," Grandma Aono answered with a bow of her own.
"Very well. This way, please," the hostess replied as she led them towards the rear of the not-too-busy restaurant. Tsukune placed his right hand on the small of Moka's back as he could tell that several men had their eyes on her. She was a natural beauty who always had some unwanted attention more times than she could wished to keep tally of.
Everybody was astonished how nice the inside of the restaurant was: dark, wooden floors, recessed lighting, and a wall-length bar completed the luxurious décor.
...
Moka, Tamiko, and Tsukune sat on the left side of the cozy booth with Koji, Kasumi and Grandma Aono on the opposite side.
"Order whatever you like," the elder, Aono matriarch announced as everyone perused over the extensive menu which focused mainly on Matsuska beef, along with other traditional Chinese and Japanese-styled, barbecue dishes.
Considered as "the art of meat, " Matsusaka beef get its tasty reputation and virgin status from the special treatment the cattle are given. Raised between the Izumi and Miyagawa river in the suburban area of Matsusaka city, for several years all cattle are managed with the highest degree of quality and care. To ensure satisfaction to their customers, all cows are served beer to create a healthy appetite, along with a body massage with a mixture of shochu. (a Japanese clear-distilled spirit, similar to vodka)This particular treatment creates a smooth blood circulation throughout the body of the cows, which results in a higher quality of beef.
"What do you think, Moka?" Tsukune asked as he looked over the menu and was perplexed on what to order. Not only that, be he was shocked at the prices, as well. He truthfully had no idea how well-off his grandmother was, after-all.
"Well, how about the Special Course from the Set menu?" she recommended.
"Hm. Let's see... It comes with assorted appetizers, Matsusaka lean beef sushi, grilled medium toro kalbi short-ribs, fresh house salad, four types of Matsusaka Beef, along with rice or noodle soup, and dessert. What do you think, Tamiko?"
"Mm, it sounds yummy," she said with an adorable grin.
"Well it should be more than plenty for us to share," Moka replied with a nod.
"Sounds good to me," Tsukune agreed.
"I wonder if they have any tomato juice, though," Moka asked aloud to nobody in particular.
Before Tsukune could reply to his lovely mate, the waitress made her way over to their booth.
"Good evening folks. My name is Mariko. May I take your order please?" she asked with a bow.
"We'll share the Special Course from the Set menu," Tsukune answered.
"Excellent choice. Would you like something to drink as well?" she asked in return.
"Do you have tomato or V-8 juice?" the raven-hair male asked.
"Yes, we carry it," she replied at the unusual request.
"Three chilled glasses, please, but no ice," Tsukune requested.
"Very well, sir. And for you folks?" the server asked as she turned her attention towards the right side of the booth.
"We'll have the same for us as well except we'll have three glasses of Oolong tea, please," Grandma Aono answered with a smile.
"Of course, ma'am. I'll bring your drinks and salads out in a moment," the waitress replied with a bow as she made her way to place their dinner order and to retrieve their drinks and salads as promised.
…
"So Moka dear, are you and my grandson getting along well?" the elder Aono woman asked the beauty who sat across from her.
"Yes. We're getting along just fine," Moka answered as a pink blush overcame her features. Moka knew what the elder woman meant by her inquiry, but answered honestly without adding anything unnecessary.
"That's good to know. And Tamiko, how are you doing? Are you getting along well in school?"
"I'm doing okay, grandma-ma. I have a lot of friends and learn a lot of stuff ever day."
"That's good to know, dear. When is your birthday?"
"Oh, my birthday is on June twenty-ninth. I'll be six years old, then," Tamiko answered.
"I see. And Moka dear, when is your birthday?" Grandma Aono asked.
"Oh, mine's in two weeks, on May eleventh. I'll be twenty."
"Ah, I see... so my grandson likes older women. I never knew that," she said with a hearty laugh. Koji and Kasumi joined in as well.
"Grandma! She's only seven weeks older than me," Tsukune protested with a flustered look across his brow. Could his grandmother not behave herself, just for once?
Apparently not.
"I know sweetie. I was only kidding. You're so easy to tease!" Grandma Aono said as their server returned to their table. Mariko then set down a large, bamboo bowl in the center of the table along with six, clear glass, salad plates. She then set a chilled glass of tomato juice in front of each vampire on the left and a glass of iced, Oolong tea in front of everyone on the right side of the booth.
"Please enjoy your salad. Your meals will be along shortly," Mariko the waitress said with a polite bow as she held the serving tray behind her back.
"Here, sweetie," Moka said as she served a small amount of the house salad for Tamiko on the plate in front of her.
"Thank you mommy."
"You're welcome, sweetie."
"Oh my goodness. I really can't believe how cute and polite she is," Grandma Aono commented as she served herself. After everyone's plates were full, they called out in unison "Itadakimasu!" per the Japanese tradition.
…
Dinner went along without a hitch and conversation was light and amusing. Koji told his mother how much of a difference Tamiko had made in their lives and she was happy that they could assist the younger couple whenever any issues came up. It was something Moka and Tsukune were rather grateful for.
"This is really yummy, daddy," Tamiko said between bites of her beef ribs.
"Well it's not as good as your mommy's cooking," Tsukune said as he patted his stomach.
"Oh, thank you love," Moka replied with a blush.
When dinner was finished, the server brought over their deserts, which was green tea ice cream. Tamiko loved ice cream and devoured hers in a matter of seconds. She then closed her eyes with a blissful sigh.
"Thanks again, grandma," Tsukune said.
"Yes, thank you once more for dinner," Moka replied.
"Thanks mom," Kasumi and Koji chimed in unison.
"Oh, you're all quite welcome. It was my pleasure. I'm so glad that you came down to see me for the holiday," she replied with a small grin.
"Well, it's something we felt like we had to do, since life's been pretty hectic lately," Koji said with a nervous laugh.
…
After Grandma Aono paid the dinner bill, they all made their way back to the car which was parked just a brief walk away. It was evening and the full, silvery, moon hung low in the inky sky above. Several hundred stars sparkled, which made for a romantic mood.
Once they arrived at the car, they all climbed in so they could head home. Tamiko could barely keep her eyes open so Moka had to help her into the back seat. The little vampire then leaned against her mother, closed her eyes, and then began to lightly snore.
"Oh you are most definitely a cutie," Moka said as she held Tamiko closer to herself.
Fifteen minutes later, they arrived back at grandmother's house and Koji drove the car into the short driveway, placed the gears in park, and then shut off the engine.
"Sweetie, we're back at grandma-ma's house," Moka gently said in an attempt to wake her daughter. Tamiko's green eyes fluttered opened as she let out a healthy yawn.
"Um... I'm up," she replied with another yawn, that time with her canines exposed.
"Oh my, she really is a vampire," Grandma Aono remarked when she saw Tamiko's tiny, pointed fangs. Even though they were not as obvious as Moka's, which were from time-to-time, they were quite visible when she let out a decent yawn.
...
After everyone had changed out of their evening clothes and into their night wear, they all gathered in the living room since it was still a bit early to retire for the remainder of the evening.
"So, what do you have planned for the rest of the week?" Grandma Aono asked.
"Um... well, we were thinking of going to the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan tomorrow," Koji replied as he faced his mother after he gave the question some thought.
"That sounds lovely. I haven't been there in ages," his mother replied.
"An aquarium? What's that?" Tamiko asked as the answer roused her curiosity.
"Oh it's a place where you can go and see all sorts of fish and sea life, like whales and sea turtles," Tsukune explained.
"Really daddy?" the little vampire inquired with childlike wonder.
"Yep. We also might be going to Tennoji Zoological Gardens," he stated.
"Is that the same thing as a zoo?" Tamiko asked as she became somewhat, rather excited more-so at the very notion. Or it could just have been from the ice cream she ate, just a short, while ago.
"I guess you can call it that. It has some rather unique animals that you won't find at a regular zoo," Tsukune said as he scratched the back of his neck out of habit. He wanted to keep most of the vacation plans a secret from Tamiko, but now it would seem as though the cat was out of the bag, so to speak.
"Oh wow... I wanna go," she said as she climbed on his lap and looked into his kind, chocolate brown, eyes.
"Well, we are going to have a lot of fun this week sweetie. All of us, your grandma-ma included," Moka said.
"Yay! I can't wait to go with grandma-ma!" Tamiko happily squealed with a bit more enthusiasm than usual. All children loved animals at that age, right? Besides, it would be an opportunity for her to learn something as well.
"We're also going to Osaka Castle Park for a picnic and maybe go out shopping another day, too," Kasumi added, which piqued Moka's curiosity. That was one thing the vampiress loved to do more than anything else: (except whenever she spent some quality "alone time" with her mate): go shopping for pretty clothes.
"Those all sound like excellent ideas. I can hardly wait myself," Grandma Aono said with a soft smile as she thought of what else to do for the Golden Week holiday that had just began. At least her family was there and she would not be so alone like she normally would.
Being a widow for all those years was not easy on her, but she had several neighbors close to her age whom she spent her free time with. Although she was retired, she still kept quite active and had several hobbies, one of which included the game of mahjong.
…
As the adults talked amongst themselves into the later hours of the evening that eventually turned into night, Tamiko found it reasonably difficult to keep her eyes opened and remain focused on the current topic of conversation. She was not used to staying up anytime past 9 PM. The youngest member of the Aono clan was usually in bed by now, per her usual custom since she had to wake early for school, five days a week.
Due to the rather boring subjects of discussion, Tamiko eventually fell asleep and rested quietly. She was propped up and sat at an odd angle between her surrogate parents.
"Moka dear?" Grandma Aono asked.
"Yes, grandmother?" the vampiress replied in the same fashion.
"I can tell that you and my grandson have done a great deal of maturing recently, haven't you?"
Tsukune decided to remain silent until he believed would be the best time for him to chime in, since he knew through their blood-bond where Moka was going with her answer.
"Well, yes. I suppose we have. Since this little bundle of joy came into our lives, I've been quite happy. Content, I guess you could say. Even though Tsukune and myself are not her biological parents, we've grown to love and accept her as if she were our own," Moka explained as her heart ached. Not in a melancholy way, per se. But, for the loss which Tamiko had experienced, just prior to being sent into their world, from her own. Tamiko had only been with her new family for a while over a month and had bonded with them, at her own pace of course.
"I see. I guess that would explain her first and last names," Grandma Aono hypothesized once she thought over what Moka had told her a moment ago.
"Well, our other selves were her parents, so it's natural for her last name to be Aono. But as for her first and middle names, she was named after you and Moka's mom. Her original family is no longer around and her world was destroyed. That's why she was sent here; for a second chance. To start over if it were. Moka and I had to take her in. It was the right thing to do," Tsukune said as he reached over and held Moka's hands in his own.
"Well, that's nice to hear. And I suppose that you do make a good point, sweetie. But I do feel so bad for her. No child should have to go through that sort of ordeal and at such an impressionable, young, age. Um... anyway, it's getting late. If it's alright, I'd like to turn in now as we have a lot planned for tomorrow. I suggest we all get a peaceful night's sleep as I'm usually awake around six in the morning," Grandma Aono said as she stood up from the couch and started the walk back to her bedroom.
Taking the silent cue, everyone else followed suit and did the same.
"Goodnight", Tsukune and Moka said to his parents and grandmother as the male vampire carried his adopted daughter back to her bedroom, with Moka hot on his heels.
"Goodnight", Koji, Kasumi and Tamiko senior answered in unison.
…
Shortly after, the vampire couple tucked Tamiko into her bed and both kissed her forehead before they retired to the bedroom for the remainder of the night. Even though it was rather early, Moka and Tsukune were thankful for some alone time.
Once they were under the soft bedding and cuddled up next to each other, they just laid there. Moka had something on her mind that she wanted to ask her mate, but was unsure of how to phrase it, exactly. But she knew in her heart that he would become concerned as usual, since nothing was truly hidden for long, thanks to their unique blood-bond.
"Um, Tsukune? Are you still awake?" Moka asked as she lightly bit her bottom lip.
"Yeah. What's up?" he said as he turned to his left and faced her. Since she was in her true form and free of the confines of her limiter, she looked more beautiful than ever. The full moon shone it's silvery-blue light into their room and made her appear, in the simplest of terms, irresistible to ignore.
"I was wondering... am I a good mother... to Tamiko?" she asked with a hint of uncertainty in her voice. Their earlier conversation weighed heavily on her mind and she had to know what her mate thought. She knew what he thought, of course. She just wanted to hear it aloud, is all.
"Of course you are," he said with complete and honest conviction.
"You really meant that, don't you?"
She then held him closer.
"Yeah. You're the best mother she could ever ask for or deserve."
"Oh Tsukune... thank you love. I guess – I just needed to hear that," she said as a small smile tugged at her pink lips.
"It's the truth Moka. You know that as much as I do."
"And you're the best father she could ever ask for as well," she said as she reached up to him and captured his lips in a heated, fervent, kiss.
Once they ended their kiss for life-giving air several, minutes, later, Tsukune pulled Moka closer to himself and held her for all she was worth.
"Thanks Moka. I know it hasn't been easy since Tamiko showed up, but it's been a learning experience, that's for sure," he said with a hearty chuckle.
"It's the truth love. At least your parents have given us plenty of advice that has helped immensely," Moka replied with a happy sigh.
Before either teen had realized it, they had both fallen soundly asleep in each others arms, and dreamed of the future. Whatever their long lives held for them, one thing was certain; they would always have each other and that was the most important thing. Now, they had a true, loving, family and they were both better off for it, no matter how their strange relationship began, just over four years ago. And their Golden Week vacation had just begun.

Author's Notes:
I'm done! I know this is a short chapter – just over 5,500 words, but this is just part 1 of the Golden Week family vacation arc. The second part will be out in a week or so... at least I hope. I already have several activities lined up that have been pretty much for the most part, planned out.
Any other GOOD family vacation ideas are welcome as long as they take place in and around the Osaka, Japan, area. Please leave your suggestions below.
Also comments are more than welcomed if you liked this chapter.
Thanks again for the continued support. 'Til next time! :)
