Dragon Ball NA
Last time on NA: After a lengthly trip from Saturn, our heroes arrived on Planet Namek... only to be attacked at three different villages. Tenchu stayed behind at the eastern village, Deena's group fled the northern one thanks to her Solar Flare ability. Shrodd made sure Sanfan and Evelyn escaped before making a line of blue fire seperating the Namekians from him. Before Bull's group could reach the western village, Bull took a call from none other than Dr. Anthony himself. What message does he send? Find out on Dragon Ball NA.
"What did you say!?" Bull was outraged at what Anthony was telling him, and fellow reformed Darryn.
"I said, Qube Corp. is losing stock and your parents, mainly your mom, is freaking out." Bull put two fingers on his forehead and his thumb on his left cheek. He closed his eyes and quickly thought of various ways to get mass capitol and keep the company flourishing.
"Tell mom, to tap into my secret account, under the name Blezz. She'll find various schematics and untested products I did before I met the boy." Dr. Anthony closed his eyes, and was pushed away by his mom.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU HAVE A SECRET ACCOUNT!? HOW LONG HAVE YOU HIDDEN IT FROM YOUR OWN MOTHER!? Bull went white as a ghost, and his hands trembled with fear.
"I didn't keep it a secret from you, MOM. But I've kept it a secret for about ten years now. I did it in case the company started to into the red. YOU taught me that." Then he said under his breath to which his mom couldn't hear. "Dang shrew." Bull had forgotten that his mom could read lips, and she got even more furious at him.
"I AM YOUR MOTHER, YOU CRAP BRAT! JUST FOR THAT, I'M CLOSING YOUR SECRET ACCOUNT, AND WHEN YOU GET BACK I'LL SHOW YOU A REAL PAIN YOU HADN'T EXPERIENCED BEFORE!" Bull's mom turned off the holographic communications, which caused him to hit the cave walls a couple times. Just after the second hit, Darryn and the two girls returned from their small playing adventure.
"Master Bull, sensors indicate you are troubled. What did Dr. Anthony have to vocalize to you?" Bull got on the skiff, and revved the engines up.
"Get on you three or I'll leave you here."Greanne, Lizza and Darryn got on, and was sped back to the ship. Upon their return, everyone but Tenchu was there. "Craptastic. Guessing everyone here had an unfrindly chat with the locals." Bull was the first to get off and walked towards them.
"Ferno was immediately attacked, Tenchu stayed behind to figure out why." Rugai just leaned by the landing stand, as everyone else told their version what happened.
"Well this went from craptastic to fan-freaking-tastic. We never reached our village, Just found out that MY company is about to go under." Everyone looked sadder, both Greanne and Lizza gave bull a hug, trying to cheer him up.
"Not to change the topic of conversation, but I've taken a sample of this planets water and broke down its chemical composition. Like on Earth, it has the same H2O valiue. Upon further breakdown, I concluded various proteins that give the Namekians the much needed nutritions. I further concluded a mind altering drug that will only effect the same Namekians, possibly our Kamekian ally as well." Most of the gang was shocked, Bull was slightly depressed, and pulled out a Qube. Upon hitting the activation side, he tossed it on the ground and appeared three special suits.
"Those are scuba suits that can deal with water pressure 100'000'000 fathoms deep, those masks can convert the water into breathable oxygen." Bull went into the ship, leaving the rest of the group to discuss who's going. Just before the first word could be muttered, Tenchu returned, beaten and exhausted.
"Should not have bought you guys time." Tenchu nearly collapsed, Rugai quickly caught him and rushed him into the infirmary with Jeena, Lizza and Greanne.
An hour passed...
Rugai returned and grabbed a pressure suit and stood by the water's edge. Ferno, didn't waste any time and nabbed the second one. "Though it pains me that a Saiyan is going to try and save these people, I'm not letting you have all the glory." Ferno lightly hit Rugai's shoulder. Unsuspectedly, Kanashimi was ready in the last pressure suit.
"Still going to beat you one day. Might as well use another Super Saiyan to make whatever this is go smoothly." At the corner of Rugai's right eye, Kanashimi transformed into a Super Saiyan, looked at Ferno, then reverted back to normal. Ferno couldn't believe that she could go Super Saiyan. "Look, at first only the male Saiyans could go Super Saiyan. However, some 2500 years ago, Paxillix was the first female Saiyan to achieve Super. Though it did cost her, her humanity and her life as she exploded with such rage, she literally destroyed half a solar system." Ferno couldn't believe what he heard, Rugai knew that Kanashimi gets mad easily, but she contained it to what he thinks is distain for anyone dumb enough to cross her.
"Lets get this over with." Rugai was the first to jump in and just examined the area. Ferno and Kanashimi jumped in, in tandem, and folowed him. Minutes passed, and the area didn't yield anything. Rugai motioned that they explore in different directions and to raise the power level if anything out of the ordinary looked suspicious. Ferno headed south-west and decended 500 meters, while Kanashimi took the east and made her decent 900 meters. Rugai just went straight down going to the bottom where a Namekian crab guarded a hole leading to unknown depths. Rugai landed on the other side, not making any sudden movements. The crab never moved an inch. He got closer to it, placed his hand on the leg, causing it to crumble and break off. As Rugai inspected, the crab was hollowed out, and a large cut from its underside indicated that someone took its insides. Rugai tried to figure it out, when what looked like a shark was rushing towards him. The shark had two dorsal fins on the top, like it had two mohawks. Four fins in total from both sides of him, an extra long nose with eight rows of teeth, and a dolphin like tail that look tattered like an old pirate flag. Rugai pointed his hand at the shark, waited til he was close enough, and fired an energy blast that killed the being. Before Rugai could swim over, the shark exploded into tiny fragments then dissovled, turning the area around the shark a dark purple tint, then back into a clear sea green color.
Ferno and Kanashimi converged at Rugai's position. "Looked everywhere for the cause, and nothing on my general direction." Kanashimi only said 'got crap on my route.' Rugai told them about the shark, and what looked like a purified section. After a minute of head scratching, Rugai was the first to dive into the hole, Kanashimi and Ferno did the same. As they condinued their decent, the depths of Namek were getting darker with each fathom reached, the undersea lifeforms started to look...disturbingly weird.
"Disgusting." Kanashimi landed at the cliff, overlooking what appears to be the abyss.
"Not so different than the other lifeforms accross the universe." Rugai said to her. Then he noticed a trail of lights in the distance, and headed towards it. Moments passed, the trail of lights they were following, led to nowhere. They reached a cliff overlooking a chasm, deep enough to hide an underwater facility. "Guess we know that those lights serve a purpose." Ferno spoke up.
"Lets just blow it up and save us a crap load of time." Kanashimi's idea, caused both of the guys to look at her weird-like.
"Yea, no. For starters, we don't know if people there are trapped against their will, or the 'explosion', might turn the waters toxic and kill the Namekians." Rugai chimed in, while staring at the structure. "Ferno, bud. I know you don't have to do this, but its your choice if you want to continue or not."Rugai said after slightly turning his head at him.
"I must put a stop to this bad blood between the Namekians, and the Kamekians. Even if my own kind is against me." Ferno, under that breathable mask, had a determined expression.
"Exactly!" Kanashimi got excited. "Lets blow up this place, and be on our way!" She held her hand at the place, before she can gather the energy, both Ferno and Rugai forced her hand down.
"No blasting!" Ferno released his grip, then float-swam towards it slowly. Both Saiyans did the same thing.
Back on dry land...
Bull was heavily building something in his workshop, with the doors locked. Jeena sat across from it, just staring at it. Deena, handed her a plate of food. "Can't burn a hole in the door, just by looking at it."
"I could, but I don't want to. He just looked so sad." Jeena pressed her legs closer to her chest.
"Bull's family really cares about him. He doesn't want to admit it, but he loves and misses them greatly." Deena leaned against Jeena. "He's strong, not like Rugai strong, but strong enough to endure all this. Give Bull some time to..." Suddenly, the doors flew open, and Bull emerged wearing a strange belt and arm guards.
"If you two say one word about your conversation, I'll blast you right there." Both girls were confused, and scared of his words.
"Wh... What are you..."
"Artificial powers. Can do what the boy can do. Got a problem with that?" Bull kept his death stare at them.
"No." Said Jeena. "Let us accompany you, please." She got teary eyed and hugged him tightly. "If anything were to happen to you..."
"Fine, you two can go with me. I'm really starting to hate babysitting." Bull, while Jeena kept her tight hold on him, went outside again.
Rugai, Ferno and Kanashimi stopped nearly at the waters' edge. Ferno stopped them from emerging as he saw nothing in the loading bay. After slowly emerging, they quickly took to either side of the doorway. Ferno barely peaked around the corner, and again saw nothing. Slowly, they snuck down the corridors, stopping to check when faced with a new area. When they entered what looked like a combination laboratory and survelance center, light humming noises came from random places in the room. "So... A human, a Saiyan girl and a fellow Kamekian hve infiltrated my secret facility." The voice in the chair turned around, and a Kamekian, wearing a dark blue toga and white cape. "Brother, why don't you join me, we can exact our revenge against the Namekians for them booting us off OUR planet." Kanashimi started to charge at the Kamekian, but Rugai stopped her.
"You're no brother of mine." Ferno readied himself. The other Kamekian laughed a bit.
"No, you're not. But you are a brother to our cause..." He extended his left hand. "If you join that is." Ferno looked at Rugai and Kanashimi, then nodded.
"Sorry 'brother', but I'm siding with the Namekians." Ferno raised his hand quickly, and fired a ki blast at the monitors, destroying them. Rugai and Kanashimi just stood there.
"How dare you! I offered you a chance to help our Kamekian race get revenge, but you side with them! Die by my hands traitor!" The Kamekian charged at Ferno, and was caught in his face, then slammed hard on the floor causing cracks. Rugai made an ouch expression, while Kanashimi stood there with her arms crossed.
"Tell me how to fix the Namekians... NOW!" The Kamekian that is on the floor, started to chuckle at first, then full out bursted into laughter.
"You foolish traitor! There is no way to stop my mind controlling chemicals. By altering their outlook on other worldly visitors, I'm making them the most inhospitable race ever!" Just then, a row of gigantic, razor sharp teeth slowly went by. Kanashimi nearly fell on her butt, Rugai got oddly excited when the teeth passed and the entire side of the creature swam pass.
