AN: Okay, about the BB/Rae/Terra thing going on, yes, BB likes Rae and yes, Terra openly flirts with BB (the little player) and Rae does feel something for BB. So if its a triangle you see, than a triangle it is. As for Eric's mention of a Cassandra/Kyle/Cissie triangle, no, Cissie is just an outspoken girl. But Kyle does like Cassandra. And glad you all like my rendition of Control Freak, like I said, this was a fun episode to write and happy you're enjoying it.

Animegirl426 - Thanks.

Eric - Control Freak as a distraction? Hmm... And Also I take it you did a trope on my story Riley spoke about. Thanks for doing that again.

AdmiralFirestorm - Yeah, Control Freak's a guy in the TT show but I thought having CF as a crazed fangirl would be more fun in this.

Riley 000 - Raven's actually worried about finding wee baby Carter due to Conner and M'gann taking her in and actually showing they will take care of her. So it's really a sense of taking responsibility of what;s happening due to her living actualy being part of a team, which is something she has never expierianced. It was mentioned when they told her about what Zatanna found out about her earlier. The reason everyone seems to turn to Garfield is because he's a veteran compared to them. He's been around the hero game much longer than they have. And the discriptions of how destructive the Apocolipse invasion was will pop up later on. It's just some places were targets over others.

Seycelles - Yeah, there was a short time jump but Terra and Garfied have met previously. It was in Darkness Falls during a Christmas party in Smallville when they first met ech other. I was short mention, kinda like a 'blink and you'll miss it' sort of thing.

ArtemisBAMF1218 - Thanks, happy you like them all and hope you enjoy the rest of YJ: Titans.

"Are you sure you checked the bedrooms?" Leaping over the counter separating the kitchen from the living area, Garfield ripped open the doors to the cupboards to see if Carter had gotten into them.

"I stripped the beds clean and crawled under them," Cissie yelled as she ran past the entryway to the living area.

"He's not in the vents," Kyle said as he retracted a green construct from a nearby vent shaft. He had his Green Lantern mask on with two telescopic tubes covering his eyes. Once they were out of the vent, he had his mask fade away before running out of the room. "I'll check the showers!"

"Not in the training area." Flying in, Raven landed and looked around the living area. Everything was a complete mess. "I think it's safe to say he's not on this floor."

"Okay," running back around the counter, Garfield clamped is hands on his head, "he's not in the living room, bedrooms, training room, vents-"

"No one in the showers or locker room," Kyle called from down the hall.

"Not in the showers."

"OLLIE, OLLIE, OXEN FREE!" Cissie yelled while entering the living area with the others who gave her a weird look. "What? It was worth a shot."

"Okay, he's not in any of the lockers," Kyle told them as he re-entered the living area.

"See what happens when you are not mindful of your surroundings?" Damian asked as he and Cassandra leaned against the far wall next to the Zeta Tubes.

"Well then, maybe you should help," Cissie told him, "instead of just standing there making your little comments."

"Why? He's not my brat."

Turning his head towards the young boy, Garfield's eyes narrowed as a grin slowly formed across his face. Never had the teen looked so, in one word, creepy, as he slowly made his way to Damian. Not a word was said as he passed by the others and bent down to eye level with the son of Batman, not that he knew of that fact.

"You even think of laying one finger on me and I'll-"

Striking fast, Garfield lifted Damian by the shoulders and pinned him to the wall. "Now you listen to me and you listen good." He began to sound like a certain Clown Prince of Crime as he spoke. "Carter is the son of Superboy, a clone of Superman, and Mrs. Martian, niece to Martian Manhunter. They are arguably the two most powerful members of the original team and are the leaders of our group, The Titans. If you do not shut up and help us look for them, I'll tell Conner, who can squish you like a bug with a flick of his wrist, that it was your fault Carter went missing. And after he gets through with you, my sister, M'gann, will make you think you're a chicken and make you try to lay eggs for the rest of your life. Understand?"

Staring at the green skinned teen holding him up, Damian had something of a 'How dare you' look mixed in with a 'You're bluffing, right?' look.

"But before they can get ahold of you," Garfield continued. "I'll make sure to 'get some' as I turn into an anaconda and squeeze the breath out of you, then have Cissie plaster your face with makeup, have Kyle write 'I'm an Oscar Mayer Weiner' above your head while marching you down the streets of Jump City, and have Raven here give you nightmares of the creature from Wicked Scary. Capiche?"

"And we'll do it too," Cissie said as she pulled out her lipstick and twisted the bottom to raise the pale pink coloring.

"Definitely," Kyle added with his ring glowing.

Raven did not say anything, she only had her eyes turn red.

"You don't scare me," Damian told them. "I wouldn't even need Cassandra to bring you all to your knees. I can do that myself. As soon as Batman gets back, I'm going to tell him everything and have this little...club shut down. You're all nothing but a joke."

RECOGNIZED, FLASH, ZERO, FOUR. ISIS WEST, GUEST.

"Now you're going to get it. Flash will see this place in ruin, see how you're treating me, and know you lost the little rugrat and then-MMPH!" The boy's words were stopped by a green gag over his mouth.

"I'll take little Mister Sunshine and Cassandra in the bathroom. You guys, um, yeah." Flying into the nearby restroom with Cassandra in tow, Kyle shut the door behind him, making sure there was no way for Damian to make any noise whatsoever as he had him completely surrounded in a construct shaped like a hamster ball.

Acting fast, the rest of the Titans hurried up and fixed the living area just as Barry Allen entered the room. "Sorry, did not mean to keep this thing waiting but Isis dropped her stuffed...me."

Looking at the three teens, Barry grew slightly suspicious. Garfield was lying on the couch, waiving to him with Cissie and Raven flipping through the channels on the TV. The two year old Isis stood next to him hugging a Flash doll innocently.

"Hey, Barry, what's up?" Garfield asked.

Watching the three carefully, Barry could not find anything wrong with the scene before him and shrugged it off. "Look, guys, I need a big favor of you. I got called away for a mission and can't watch Isis right now. The little lady's at work covering the firework celebration and my folks are still out of town on vacation. So I was hoping you could cover for me while I go back up J'onn and the others."

Hopping over the couch, Garfield gave a smile as the toddler clumsily walked over to him. "Sure, no problem. We got it covered."

"Great, really helps me out." Reaching for his wallet, the League's speedster gave another look around. "Hey, where is everybody?"

"Uh," Garfield said when Cissie spoke up for him.

"Terra decided to, um, do some extra training and Kyle, uh, took Damian, and Cassandra into the game room to, um, to play with Carter. He loves it when Kyle makes bumper cars." Giving a smile, Cissie hoped Barry would not press the matter and that Terra would not pick that moment to come back from searching the extra storage rooms on their current floor.

"Oh, okay then." Handing Garfield a fifty for his trouble to split with the others, Barry brought his hand up and pressed the side of his costume ring, causing his red and yellow uniform to pop out. He then spun himself into a tornado as he changed clothes then struck a heroic pose with his hands on his hips. "Alright guys, be back in a flash!" A half second later, he was gone via Zeta Tube.

"What were you thinking?!" Cissie yelled as she ran up to the green teen. "We still have a baby alien missing and now you want to take care of a little speed...thingy?"

"Look, I now this looks bad, but it could be worse," Garfield told her as Kyle and the others came out of the restroom. "We need someone to stay here and look after a kid who loves her cartoons and eats like Wally."

"Ew," Raven said at the 'eats like Wally' comment.

"And then, all we have to do is split up. I have a plan. Conner keeps a remote for Sphere on the table by his and sis' bed. I'll go get it and we'll have Sphere trace Carter through the biochip in his Martian onesie. She can tell us where he is. He has to be around here somewhere and if we can't find him by looking, we'll find him by-."

"Uh, guys," Terra said as she and Wolf entered the living area. "I couldn't find Carter, but Wolf did find something else." Holding up what the massive white animal had found, Terra showed everyone the discarded blue onesie Carter was wearing the last time they saw him.

"Oh, oh that's just great, man!" Kyle said as he dropped the gerbil ball construct around Damian and began to pace. "We're in some really deep poo now!"

"Okay, okay. We've now got a missing naked Krypto-Martian running around the Tower without a biochip. We can still find him." Looking around, Garfield saw everyone looking at him. "Um, we'll take the tower by floors. Kyle, you and Damian-"

"I'm not hunting down a rugrat," the boy sternly said with his arms crossed.

"YES YOU ARE!"

Staring at the green Titan, Damian grew silent and nodded. The sight of Garfield growing fangs as he yelled had the youth experience a flashback of the horror movie they just saw.

"Like I was saying, Kyle and Damian will take the top floor, the hanger. Raven, you and Cassandra take the floor below us, the interrogation floor and go ahead and search the holding cells. Cissie, take Wolf and search the first floor and the tunnel leading to the beach. He can't leave the building so those entrances will be dead ends. I will see if Sphere can do something to help us find Carter then search the mechanical and boiler room on the remaining floor. Terra, you look after Isis. She just eats and watches cartoons. So stay here and wait if Carter comes back this way."

"Fine by me," Terra told him, "but one question though, where's Isis?"

Looking around, Garfield and the others saw the strawberry blonde two year old was nowhere in sight, much less the room. "OH, CRAP!"

"That's just great, man! Game over, man! Game over. Now what are we gonna do?!"

Grabbing the Lantern by his shirt collar, Raven pulled him down to her level. "Are you done?"

"Oh, man. I don't know weather to cry, laugh, or yell." Garfield pouted.

Unknown Time

Letting out a groan, Wally rubbed his head as he lay on the he was, he had no idea. All he remembered was watching a crazed girl with a remote create a tornado of light before everything went black. Sitting up now, the ginger speedster slowly opened his eyes despite the brightness of the sun overhead. Apart from him not seeing, the first thing he noticed was the smell of leather. Then came the sound of an impatient sigh.

"Well it's about time you woke up," came a male's voice. "You're in my spot."

"Sheldon," another male said.

"Well, Lenard, he is in my spot."

"Where, where am I?" Leaning on the arm rest, Wally rubbed his temples.

"You're in my spot," the one known as Sheldon repeated. He was a tall, skinny young man wearing, surprisingly to Wally, a Flash t-shirt.

"What?"

"You'll have to excuse him, he's a little insane." The shorter of the two named Lenard said.

"I'm not insane," Sheldon told him as he went into the kitchen area. "My mother had me tested."

To this, a round of laughter was heard by the ginger. "What was that?"

"What was what?" Lenard asked.

"That. I heard laughter."

"I didn't hear anything. Are you sure you're okay? We thought you were in some kind of trouble when we found you outside our door unconscious."

"Hey guys." Opening the door to the apartment the two men shared, an attractive young blonde woman with a wide smile Entered the living area and instantly came to a stop once she saw Wally. "Oh, you two have company?"

"Company would imply he was invited and is or is in the process of becoming a quote, unquote, friend." Holding his hands up, Sheldon made air quotes, triggering another round of laughter by the non-visible people. "As of right now, he is nothing more than a hobo or amnesiatic Doctor Who. Of course, should he want to pursue a friendship with us, he would only need to read and sign the roommate agreement form."

Leaving the kitchen, Sheldon presented Wally with a mug of tea. "Hot beverage?"

"S'up playahs!" Joining the others, a young red headed teen girl wearing a trench coat loudly entered the apartment.

"You!" Wally yelled as he leapt to his feet.

"No, you!" Whipping out her remote, Control Freak blasted the window behind where Wally was standing.

Glass exploded outward along with papers, figurines, and the brick holding what was once the window. Running for cover, Sheldon, Lenard, and Penny dove behind the island in the kitchen as the two redheads trashed the apartment.

"Why can't I run fast?!" Rolling along the floor, Wally dodged another laser blast as it shot past his head and hit the wall just down the hall.

"MY COMICS! MY COMICS!" Sheldon cried while attempting to run into his room.

"Sheldon, get back here!" Grabbing the taller man by the pant leg, Lenard pulled him back, causing him to crash into the cupboards behind him. "What do you think you're doing?"

"Saving that which is important to me." Another blast covered them them with plaster from the ceiling. "I want these two out of here and our flag turned upside down as we are in a state of distress."

"Sheldon, one of them has a laser and blowing stuff up, I don't think they'll listen to you at this moment."

"God, I need a drink," Penny muttered.

"Come on out, Flaming C." Control Freak said in a sing song voice. "Let's set that hair of yours on fire for reals."

"And she adds an 's' after 'real'," Sheldon told Lenard. "I so don't want her as a friend. Not even on Facebook."

"Without your powers, this will be over faster than you can say 'Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious'." Kissing her remote, Control Freak twirled it around like a pistol. "Took me a month to learn how to do that. So glad I did. It looks freakin' awesome."

Diving behind an overturned desk, Wally covered his head as everything from plastic figurines, paperwork, computer discs, and office supplies rained down on him when a loud thud caught his attention. Looking near his feet, the powerless speedster saw a jagged edged object that looked awfully familiar.

Grabbing the item, Wally fumbled around with it until he found a button on the side, causing it to open up and take the shape of a metal Bat-A-Rang. A large grin stretched across his face as he instantly developed a plan.

"Come on out, Flaming C," Control Freak taunted. "How 'bout I give you a makeover? My remote is the ultimate power. So glad it has a record and erase feature. No speed, no big."

"Excuse me," Sheldon said from behind the counter in the kitchenette, "but could you please take this elsewhere? Unless you want to explain this to the landlord about how this is your fault so we won't lose our security deposit, I would advise you to vacate the premises immediately and-"

Popping up from his cover, Wally cocked his arm back and hurled the Bat-A-Rang at Control Freak as hard and accurate as he could.

"Oh no, not my limited edition Batman Arkham City Bat-A-Rang signed by Kevin Conroy!" Sheldon screeched just before Lenard and Penny pulled him back down.

Before Control Freak could react, she was struck in the hand by the collectible. Dropping her remote, she let out a yelp as the metal Bat-A-Rang fell and stabbed itself into the device. A small electrical sizzle popped out of it as a bright yellow light enshrouded Wally.

"ylbuS bortaS!" the greasy haired girl yelled as she shook her hand and went to pick up the fallen remote when a blur past in front of her. "Hey!"

"Well, now, lookie what I've got," Wally said with a grin. "And what do ya know? I got my powers back."

"Did she just speak Klingon?" Lenard asked.

"God, I could use a drink," Penny muttered.

"Give it back!" Control Freak yelled.

"Not until I get my friends out of here, whatever this is." Looking the remote over, Wally removed the Bat-A-Rang and pressed a few buttons. "Why won't it work? It's not too damaged."

"You dork, you shorted out the batteries, but I've got plenty." Pointing to her battery filled bullet belts, the ginger girl reached behind her and puled out another remote. "Universal remote, don't leave home without one."

With the press of a switch, Control Freak opened up a portal where the door to the apartment was. The swirling purple and black passageway blew out a light breeze as it waited for anyone to enter.

"See ya, Flaming C." With a tip of the imaginary hat, the remote wielding girl dove into the portal and vanished.

"Oh no you don't!" Shooting forward, Wally leapt after the girl with the portal closing behind him a second later.

Coming out of their cover, Lenard, Sheldon, and Penny looked the destroyed apartment over. Their jaws were on the floor as they took in the destruction when Lenard saw a content smile on his roommate's face.

"What are you so happy about?" Lenard asked.

Looking at his friend and Penny, Sheldon gained an additional look of superiority. "I'm friends with The Flash through the use of my Bat-A-Rang collectible. You're not."

Rolling their eyes, Lenard and Penny could not believe of all things, he would only care about that before adding, "Bazinga."

"Guys, we've got an emergency!" Running into the hallway and pressing her hand on the intercom system, Cissie fumbled with a few flashlights as a compact sized device she held blinked and gave off a series of rapid beeps.

"What's the problem?" Kyle asked from the hanger intercom. "Did something happen to Iris or Carter?"

"No, it's the communicator I got from my room. It's beeping really fast. I think the others may need help."

"Oh great," Terra said from the intercom she was at. "They need help and we're playing hide and seek."

"Where are they?" Garfield asked as he continued to look around the boiler room with his finger on the intercom near his position.

"It' doesn't say," Cissie explained. "I went to get some food to use for a trap to catch Iris when it went off and won't give me a definitive position on them."

"Check the TV," Raven suggested in her usual flat demeanor. "It might have a clue as to what's going on."

Hurrying to the couch where the remote was last seen, Cissie turned the large flat screen TV back on and saw something she never had imagined in her wildest dreams. On the screen was Dick Grayson, who she knew as Nightwing, who was currently dancing against his will with a large crowd around him. Shortly afterwards, a loud 'BOOM' thundered through the audience, who were scattering at this point, as Wally and what looked like a redheaded teenage girl with greasy hair wearing a trench coat appeared from a swirling purple and black opening in the wall. Laser fire shot around the fleet-footed speedster when Dick was finally able to stop dancing and quickly joined Wally in the fight.

"Um, guys?" Cissie said into the intercom after running back to it. "I found Wally and Nightwing."

"Where are they? What's happening?" came Terra's voice.

"Well, I think they're on Dancing with the Stars...and fighting a girl with way too much acne."

"WHAT?!" came all the Titans voices at once.

Within the confines of a noise filled hallway, Conner palmed a yellow device no bigger than a coaster. His fingers, donned in fingerless gloves oddly, flew over the few buttons as they pressed the emergency button repeatedly. According to the readout on the face of it, the other Titans were being signaled but he was not receiving anything back from them. Rather sending an all out emergency or individual ones, the Kryptonian just could not reach anyone no matter if it were through the device or his mental link with his wife. He was completely cut off from everyone.

"Hey, come on, you're up right now." Entering the hallway, a man dressed in black slacks, black polo shirt, and wearing a headset ushered him to come to the door. "Your music's about to hit and the crowd's waiting."

"Where am I?" Conner asked when he felt compelled to join the strange man. "Hey, where-"

Once he exited the hallway, a large group of people shouted at the sight of him. A few men in black outfits hurried up to him to help guide him into position. Large yellow letters spelling out security adorned their backs and it was not long before the leader of the Titans was standing at the top of a long flight of stairs leading into a darkened arena.

"Hey, someone tell me what's going on!" Conner demanded when loud, thundering music began to play.

"You're on, go!" the man from earlier shouted.

Once again, Conner felt compelled to move against his will. The sound of the electric guitar and drums was drowned out by the loud shouts of the people around him, people who had filled up an entire sports area. Voices echoed from the loud speakers, what they said, he did not know but it sounded like a name. Wanting to stop but not able to, he soon arrived at a barrier separating the ocean of people from a large twenty foot by twenty foot wrestling ring in which he climbed into.

"Okay, somebody obviously wants me here," he muttered to himself. "Can't leave without being forced back."

Catching his image in a large screen above a stage with a ramp leading from it to the ring, Conner saw he was not in his civilian attire from earlier. Instead of his clothes he left the tower in, he now wore black boots, black cargo pants, and a black military style combat vest with blue highlights.

"What is happening to me?" he whispered when his enhanced hearing picked up on a group of men sitting at a table.

"This young man has worked hard for this night," a dark haired man in a black shirt with 'King' written on the chest said as he leaned on the table before him and looked into a nearby camera. "Coming back from injury, standing up to the Authority, he has more than earned this championship opportunity."

"I could not agree with you more, King," said another man in a gray suit with blonde, well coifed hair. "He has shown nothing will stop him and has only one more challenge ahead of him before claiming the grandest prize in the business, the WWE Heavyweight Championship."

"But can he do it?" a third man, wearing a dark blue sit asked. "Can the Superman Punch take down The Beast incarnate? Can he stand up to the champion and not only survive, but beat him in the middle of the ring?"

"Pardon my intrusion, but it is now time to announce the man who is going to put a stop to the man in the ring." Stepping out onto the stage under the large screen, a balding man in a dark gray suit and carrying a microphone took pleasure in the jeers he was hearing. "My name is Paul Haymen, and I am here to announce my client as he graces you lower class people with his magnificent presence."

Staring at the plump man on stage, Conner kept his eyes open for any sight of his friends, wife, and the greasy haired girl from earlier.

"Introducing," Paul Haymen went on, "the man responsible for ending the longest streak in Wrestlemania history, the man who single handedly conquered the Cenation, the man who turned a Rock into a pebble, the man who skinned a Viper, and the man who will burn Rome to the ground tonight, my client, your champion...BROCK LESNER!"

Rhythmic drums thundered over the speakers as the crowed jumped to their feet. Some booed, others cheered, as a large, blond, muscular man in black and red MMA trunks came out on stage. A large knife tattoo adorned his chest with other ink work covering his arms and back. His hands were covered in MMA stye fighters gloves and looked to be as large as hams. And around his waist sat the golden WWE Championship belt he was to defend.

Titans Tower

"Guys, we're back." Landing in the living area, Kyle and Raven, in their mission gear, saw no one had found either of the children they were looking for.

"So what'cha find?" Laying out a trail of Cheetos from the hall to the living area, Terra and Cissie were adding the finishing touches on their trap to capture Isis.

"Hey, does she have super speed yet?" Cissie asked. She gave a shrug when she saw the others shrug back that they did not know the answer to that question.

"Okay," Kyle began. "We found the last place they were at before we got the distress signal. They were at the convention center, stressing the word 'were', and are not anywhere near there anymore."

"Which has us believe they are all in the TV somewhere." Raising a hand from under her cloak, Raven had a light appear in the middle of the living area with a red energy in its center. "I managed to pick up on some residual magick. I think I can get them back with the aid of one of my books but need time in doing so."

"How much time?" Terra asked.

"Yeah, Barry and J'onn will be back at any time." Cissie added.

"Depends. I'll need the space in front of the TV and no disturbances," Raven described. "Reversing spells like this takes time and energy so I'll need concentration."

"Got it," Kyle nodded. "I'll make a barrier between you and the speedster trap when you're ready."

"And with the others searching with Wolf and Sphere, let's hope finding the superbabies won't take too much long-"

Stopping Terra's words, and making the four, except Raven, jump, was a loud blood curdling scream.

Ten minutes ago:

Inside the control center of the tower, Garfield over looked the main system control panel with a readout of every corridor, room, and floor. Next to him, Sphere was linked to the main computer terminal as she searched for not one, but two wondering infants. Given they did not have trackers on them, there was only one other way to search for them, other than search the tower on foot with Wolf following their scents, and that was to have the living orb known as Sphere run a motion sensor sweep throughout the building in the hopes of finding them.

"Okay, girl. Show me what you see." Standing over the screen of the terminal, Garfield watched as the schematic of the tower showed a pulsating wave flowing through every open space on the monitor when he got a beep with a white dot popping up sometime after.

"Jeez, this one's moving fast. Has to be Iris."

Watching the dot appear, disappear, then reappear, the green teen tried to figure out where it was going to then noted it was mostly staying on the same floor as the living area.

"Sphere, seal off the doors below the main floor of Titan Tower. Let's keep her up here with us."

Giving a few beeps, sphere had the doors seal and lock. The message appearing on the small device meant for translating her noises displayed, 'Corridors to levels one through five, sealed" when another beep went off.

"Who's up in the hanger?"

Again, Sphere gave off a series of beeps, telling him Damian was the last one in the area.

Raising his comm unit, Garfield brought up communications with the stuck-up snob. "Damian, this is Garfield, over."

"Yeah, what do you want?" the son of Batman responded hatefully.

Rolling his eyes from the rudeness, Garfield pulled up his position on the computer screen. "Damian, I think Carter's in the hanger with you."

"Well I don't see anything." Looking around the darkened area meant for the docking of aircraft, Damian could only see shadows in the low light area. It was not his idea to have it to where he could not see clearly, it was just he could not find the light switch on the way in.

"He's in there with you," Garfield said over the communicator. "He's somewhere in your vicinity."

Looking around, Damian tried to get an idea of where the infant Krypto-Martian could be when the sound of chains rattling caught his attention. It was impossible to see what made them move as nothing was there in the little light available. Investigating, the dark haired boy looked around the ceiling but saw nothing when he heard the sound of a can being dropped on the floor.

"Um, Ga...Garfield?" There was a hint of fear in his voice as images of the movie came back to him when he shook his head and recomposed himself. "Garfield, give me a position."

"He should be right there. I see your position on the motion detecter and he's right there."

"Where?"

"Move and I'll tell you."

Wiping his brow of a few drops of sweat, Damian took a deep breath and headed towards the door. His current situation reminded him of the scene from 'Wicked Scary' where one of the characters was in her kitchen and heard a noise from the garage. She had chosen to investigate but found nothing in the dimly lit room except for her car. As the camera focused on her, the viewer could see the creature appear behind her, drooling and waiting for her to turn around. As she slowly did so, the camera switched position to get a close up shot of her face when she screamed at the sight of the monster. She was not seen for the rest of the movie.

Back in the control room, Garfield could see Damian's dot move towards the entrance when another dot appeared behind him. A beeping occurred every time they moved with a dull thump sounding whenever the motion detector's pulse shot through the tower.

"Damian, he's right behind you," Garfield said as he watched the two dots on the screen.

Looking behind him, Damian could see nothing but darkness. He began to grow nervous as the very shadows began to appear as if they were moving, changing into the creature he saw on TV. A light skitter caught his ear, sounding like it was to his right. Walking backwards now, Damian had his eyes open as wide as they could get when Garfield informed him Carter was circling around him according to the motion sensor.

"Where is he?" Damian asked in almost a panic as the face of the creature again popped into his head.

"There, right there. He's right beside you."

"I can't see him. Are you reading the sensor right?"

"I'm reading it right, Carter is right there."

Looking frantically at every noise he heard, Damian grew tired of searching for the infant and gave up. "Never wanted to find the brat anyway. They can look for him without me."

Turning on his heel, the prepubescent boy rushed for the entrance, letting his imagination get the better of him, when he heard a strange noise from above him the moment he placed his hand on the switch to open the sliding door. Looking up, he saw a wiry, bat-like, white skinned creature with a mouth full of teeth dive down at him while giving an inhuman shriek. Its red eyes burned brightly as they focused on him with its arms attaching themselves securely around his neck.

Letting out a high pitched scream of pure terror, Damian struggled to get the creature off him. After succeeding in ripping is shirt off and letting the creature drop to the floor, the boy took off running out of the hanger as fast as he could to the safety of the others.

Climbing out from underneath the shirt, the small creature gave a tiny cry as it sat alone in the hanger in nothing but his diaper. Shifting from his true Martian form to his human one, Carter stared with wide red eyes where Damian ran screaming for his life. The infant then gave a giggle before crawling out of the hanger.
