Dragon Ball NA
Last time on NA: After narrowly escaping Argonia's planetary defenses, our heroes find themselves on a ruined planet devoid of nearly all life. With five people repaiing the ship, Rugai's group went exploring, and found a familiar face from Jeena's past. With the events of Lyc's brutal attack being told, they finally made their way to Pargonia. With the confrontation standing across from them, will our heroes survive? Stay tuned to Dragon Ball NA.
"Dear sister, why did you allow yourself to ask the pathetic weaking for help? He wasn't much of a fighter on Vegeta, and yet he was allowed to enter the sacred halls of our place, to disgrace OUR family with his weak nature! Why allow yourself to side with this weakling? ANSWER ME JEENA!" Rugai held back his anger to great degree. Kanashimi closed her fists tightly, while looking at Corrynthia seeking revenge. Nearly everyone else stepped closer to Jeena, only to be pushed slightly away.
"Rugai is a lot stronger than he looks. Don't EVER look down on him." Lyc laughed loudly, and placed a hand over his eyes.
"Look down on him? He isn't worthy to be set on a pedistal. Look at him!" Lyc then pointed at Rugai. "Changing his... outfit doesn't make him any stronger! Once a weakling, always a weakling. Like his father..." Rugai quickly teleported in front of Lyc and knocked him into the air. The rest of the Saiyans was shocked, by not quickly seeing how fast Rugai hit Lyc. Corrynthia tried to follow, but Kanashimi forcefully turned her around and punched her into the ground. Rugai flew towards Lyc and kicked him into the countryside. Kanashimi pulled Corrynthia off the ground and threw her towards the ruined city.
"Guy got strong." Vivek said as he watched the events transpired before him, and the other Saiyans. After both Rugai and Kanashimi were out of view, Vivek took a few steps closer, took off his scouter and crushed it in his left hand. The other three Saiyans then followed suit. "We don't want to fight you guys, we actually want to allign with you guys." The Earth Fighters was shocked to say the least. They were expecting a fight with Lyc's warriors, not an immediate surrender.
"Why...?" Tenchu was at a lost for words, Jeena teared up a bit.
"Look, we didn't want to follow Lyc. We admired Dugai like hell, and aspire to be him. Lyc forced us to shadow him, and was also forced to start up his syndicate gang. We are tired of him, and Corrynthia is well... hopeless." Vivek got on his hands and knees, and put his head on the ground. "Please, help us." The other three Saiyans followed Vivek's lead, and also beeged for their help. Tenchu and Deena got closer and helped the Saiyans to their feet.
"We will help you. Rugai would be very happy to have more friends to help him." Deena smiled and nodded. Jeena teared up and made her way towards them, and stopped when she saw Kanashimi being thrown back to the group.
"I don't remember this psycho chick being this strong." Corrynthia limped back, angrier and extremely muscular. Kanashimi got back on her feet, partly squatted, closed her fists and moved them up to chest high powering up. The ground began to shake, She yelled moderately and her body pulsated a bit. Her hair slowly went a wild look, her eyes slowly turned to jade-emerald. And with a final push, transformed into a Super Saiyan. The Earth Fighters slightly smiled, then looked at Corrynthia like 'You're screwed now'. Their Saiyan friends' eyes bulged out of their sockets, and spoke gibberish. "Round two, freak." Kanashimi rushed at Corrynthia with a punch and backhand combo, followed by a knee, spinning kick and power kick. Corrynthia got pushed back to the ruined city. The Saiyans looked back at the Earth Fighters with their eyes still bulging.
"She did achieve Super Saiyan status some time back. Although Rugai was the first to reach that plateu." Everyone there, just looked in the direction Rugai went wit Lyc.
Corrynthia went through a few nearly destroyed buildings, Kanashimi stood in front of the one with an Amazonier sized hole, raised her left hand and fired an energy blast large enough to level a small village. After lowering her hand, Corrynthia busted through another building, and punched her on the side of her head. Kanashimi quickly recovered and lunged at Corrynthia. Both female fighters punched each other at the same time, caused a large enough shockwave to level the buildings around them. Both launched a flurry of punches and kicks at each other, Each then threw a poerful punch, causing them to get pushed back and slid a few feet. "Corrynthia defeated you before. Corrynthia will defeat you again, for master Lyc." She then cracked her neck and hands, then increased her muscle mass. "Corrynthia will kill you now."
"I really hate when you talk about yourself in the third person, it really ticks me off!" Kanashimi put up her aura, and dragon rushed Corrynthia with powerful blows to her face. Corrynthia fell back slightly, and tried to respond with powerful punches of her own. Kanashimi quickly got behind her and punched her in her back a few times, then a double kick, pushing Corrynthia to her hands and knees. "Finally got you to bow to me. Now if ou could just die already, I would be really greatful." Corrynthia got angry, and pushed herself up, Kanashimi put some energy into a punch, and hit her in the back of her neck. Corrynthia went down hard, and didn't get up again. The bulky mass of Corrynthia receeded to a skinny and fragile form. Kanashimi placed two fingers on Corrynthia's neck, when she felt no pulse, she stood up and blasted Corrynthia's body to dust. "Ashes to ashes, and whatever. Just glad that I don't have to keep hearing talking in the third person anymore." Kanashimi reverted to her normal state, and staggered towards her friends.
Tenchu and the others nearly lost their tempers at Lyc's actions their new Saiyan friends. Vivek kept apologizing to them for trying not to stop Lyc and his evil actions. "You did everything you can. My brother is very stubborn, and I don't care anymore. Rugai is my brother now." Vivek felt at ease for the first time since before joining Lyc, and his conquest. "You've seen Rugai's nature on Vegeta, he hates meaningless fights. This fight he's in, decides the fate of the remaining Saiyan race." Everyone just looked towards Rugai's fight.
Kanashimi finally stumbled back to everyone. When she just gave a thumbs up, Corrynthia tackled her from behind. "Corrynthia isn't done with you yet. Corrynthia will kill you, and help master Lyc take on your friend who attacked him. Corrynthia is..." Kanashimi transformed and used her aura to push Corrynthia off. When Kanashimi finally got to her feet, Corrynthia punched her in her face, putting her back on the ground. Deena and Sanfan tried to rush in and help Kanashimi, but Tenchu quickly grabbed them by their collars. When they turned around, Tenchu just shook his head. Deena and Sanfan just held themselves back. Kanashimi slowly got back to her feet, exhausted and angry than before. She put her golden aura back up, and powered up to her maximum. Corrynthia's body slowly gained muscle mass, only to stop just at healthy muscular. "Corrynthia can only get 16% Corrynthia is mad now. Corrynthia will..." Kanashimi finally finished powering up, and punched Corrynthia harder than before. Kanashimi's aura made parts of her body shine the same gold as well. The Saiyans witnessed for the first time, a fully powered up female Super Saiyan.
"Watch in awe fellow Saiyans. As the first female who achieved this in over 6000 years, I have made history." She dissappeared and then reappeared behind Corrynthia, and high kicked her in the back. Corrynthia flew into another ruined building, Kanashimi blew past everyone and went on a full offensive on Corrynthia. Corrynthia just barely got on her feet, when Kanashimi grabbed the back of her head, plowed her through the other side of the building, and dragged her face on the ground and a few more buildings. Kanashimi floated high above the buildings, cracked her neck, put her hands together by her thumbs. Her hands glowed bright white, she put nearly all her energy in this attack. "HAVOK BLAST!" She launched her attack at Corrynthia. It connected and caused a large enough explosion to level the area. Soon as the smoke and dust cleared, the only thing that remained of Corrynthia, was a partial torso and half a head. Kanashimi reverted to her normal state, and flew back to the others.
Elsewhere...
Lyc landed on his feet far from the others. Rugai slammed the ground just a couple feet away. "So the weakling thinks he could take on an elite royalty. You're not worthy to lick my boots clean." Lyc started to wallk away, Rugai teleported in front of him every time. "You think you can stop me? You refused to fight anyone on Vegeta, claim that fights without honor is meaningless. THIS fight is meaningless, and you are a hypocrite for trying to stop me." Lyc started to laugh. "So step aside, weakling." As Lyc tried to walk pass, Rugai placed his right hand on Lyc's chest and fiercely pished him back.
"All thoughs fights on Vegeta you tried to force me in, are meaningless. There was no honor in forcing two people to fight." Lyc started to chuckle, then laughed again.
"Honor!? Honor is for the weak, like you." Lyc tried to brush past Rugai, only to be pushed back harder again. "Get out of my way, you hypocritical weakling! I am the crown prince of the Saiyans, so move aside or die by a Super Saiyan!" Lyc did a half transformation right in front of Rugai. Lyc's short, Raditz style hair, turned into a very dark yellow color while his eyes stayed the same normal color. Lyc's aura stayed his normal dark-purple. Lyc chuckled, Rugai was slightly concerned that Lyc didn't achieve Super Saiyan level.
"Lyc, that thing you're wearing, isn't what you think. Its just..." Lyc fired an energy blast at Rugai.
"You will address me as KING Lyc, or your royal highness. NEVER CALL ME BY MY NAME WITHOUT THE PROPER TITLE!" Lyc continued to chuckle.
"Your power isn't real. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TRUE POWER IS! STOP YOUR EVIL WAYS, LYC!" Lyc got real serious by Rugai's words.
"My power isn't real? This... coming from a worthless Saiyan whelp, who kept refusing to fight, and called it meaningless! POWER IS FOR THOSE WHO CAN RIGHTFULLY TAKE IT, AND USE IT TO FORCE OTHERS TO SUBMIT! YOU... WHO SPENT YOUR WORTHLESS LIFE BEING A PATHETIC WUSS, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT REAL POWER IS!" Rugai just transformed into a true Super Saiyan right in front of Lyc's eyes. Lyc, being arrogent as he is, just laughed at disbelief that Rugai has obtained power through means of protecting the helpless and crushing evil, much like his father and the rest of the Saiyans before him.
"THIS, is my power Lyc. THIS is the power our ancestors forged for our people to use to defend the weak, not to be used to crush them. It's not too late Lyc, stop your evil ways, please." Rugai extended his hand at Lyc, Lyc walked closer and smacked Rugai's hand away.
"You worthless worm, don't EVER tell me what to do. You worthless being, claiming that you achieved the level of Super Saiyan. THAT right is reserved for those like myself, who IS a true Super Saiyan, and those I see fit to becoming one." Lyc turned on his scouter, and was showing him readings of multiple lifeforms where his championed fighters stood. The only reading it didn't show him, was Corrynthia's energy signal. Lyc then got mad. "Know this worm, any deaths that will happen, will be on you. YOUR hands will be stained with blood." Lyc put up his aura, and dragon rushed towards Tenchu's group, Rugai put up his Super Saiyan aura, and did the same thing. Rugai blew past Lyc with ease, then slammed on the ground right in the middle of everyone.
"Guys, leave here at once! Lyc is out for blood... MOVE!" The Saiyans that changed sides, was once again shocked to see Rugai's Super Saiyan appearance. Tenchu and Deena each took Kanashimi's arm, while Jeena turned around just at the moment in which Lyc hit her with a concentrated energy beam, hitting her through the heart.
"What are you waiting for... KILL THAT WORTHLESS WORM AND HIS SO CALLED 'FRIENDS'!" Vivek, Ivan and the other two Saiyans looked at Lyc, and gave him the finger.
"We no longer follow a spoiled brat. We follow Rugai now." Rugai fell to his knees, and blankly stared at the lifeless body of his bestfriend from planet Vegeta. Ferno gently picked her up, turned and looked at Rugai.
Lyc laughed maniacally. "I told you didn't I you worthless worm, ANY deaths that occur, WILL BE ON YOUR HANDS!" Before anyone can react, time suddenly slowed down to a near stop. Fires that raged, looked like still frames from a snapshot. Bodies that move and breathe, now look like life-like mannequins. The spirits materialized around Rugai, one was his proud father, one was his bestfriend's twin brother. The last was a being he never seen before.
"My son, how you made your father, and the rest of the Saiyans proud. Meet the former king of the Saiyans, Harugo." Rugai couldn't believe what he was seeing. The father of Jeena and Lyc, was floating before him.
With Jeena's death caused by Lyc, Rugai fell deep in a shock. What will happen to our Saiyan hero? Find out next time, on Dragon Ball NA
