Calvin and Hobbes: Cousin of Harry Potter Book1

Calvin is 11. He is still very short and he still only wears that red and black striped t-shirt. Hobbes is still his best friend and he still is very imaginative. He is now in 6th grade but still doesn't care enough to lift his grades past a passing grade. This all is thrown into the mix of him going to Hogwarts and finding that his cousin that is his age is Harry Potter.

5. Chapter 5

Author's Note: Sorry I haven't updated in a while. I just got on the soccer team and they have three practices a week and we have had other stuff to occupy us for a while. Like I said, I will TRY to update a new chapter every day but it might not happen. Please review.

Calvin ran to his house, opened the door called "I'm home!" and was was tackled by Hobbes speeding out the door.

"Yay you're home! Now we can play Calvinball, find snakes, and have gross club meetings." Hobbes exclaimed excitedly.

"Get off of me you murderous moron! I finally got my wand and I don't want to break it!" Calvin yelled furiously.

"Oh, sorry I thought that you were being pranked." Hobbes said apologetically.

"No I'm not being pranked. Watch." Calvin waved his wand and red and orange light spilled out of the wand. "See?"

P.M. came out, saw the light and took Calvin's wand from him. "You are too young to be doing magic outside of school. It is dangerous and against the law."

Calvin pouted. "Aww. I wanted to teach Now not to pick on me anymore."

"Moe?" P.M. asked.

"Yeah, a 5 foot tall hulk who started shaving at six. He has bullied me for years." Calvin saud angrily.

"Oh, that must be the half giant I heard about." P.M. said calmly.

"Moe is a giant!?" Calvin yelled.

" Half giant. He is a bit of a mystery. No one really knows who his parents are. Don't worry he isn't coming to Hogwarts. Also when we got your trunk I cast a spell that will make it infinately spacious. You can put anything you want in it. I will see you on Saturday."
