Dragon Ball NA

Last time on NA: With just a couple days away from oblivion, Rugai and the others search frantically for Lyc and Blackfist. Wth Shrodd's defeat, Rugai used his instant transmssion, and took three others with him to West City. Later, Darryn defeated Blackfist, and Rugai is taking on a Lyc in his Super Saiyan 2 form. Can Rugai do it? Stay tuned to Dragon Ball NA.

Rugai backhanded Lyc towards the ocean with nearly half his full strength. Rugai cracked his neck and used his instant transmission without putting two fingers on his forehead. Kanashimi got moderately irritated that Rugai was able to handle Super Saiyan 2 so well. "6 years...I hate that he flaunts his powers right in front of me." Tenchu turned his head slightly towards her.

"He isn't flaunting because it makes you mad, his desire to protect his friends and everyone drives him to achieve higher levels in power. That's what he's trying to teach you." Kanashimi just glared at Tenchu for a moment, then returned to where she now sensed Rugai's energy is at. "Look, Rugai sees you as one of his greatest allies and cherished friend. Yet, you see him as an opponent, why?" She then took to the sky, and flew towards one of the tallest builting.

Lyc finally caught himself just barely before hitting the water. Before he can grasp his position, Rugai was floating behind him. "Give up Lyc, and return to hell. Please." Lyc got furious and tried to sucker punch Rugai, only to be blocked.

"I am the rightful ruler of the Saiyans. Your pathetic...just like your weak ass father before you, and his father before him." Rugai crushed Lyc's left hand, then gut punched him hard.

"My father is a great man. He truly brought honor to the Saiyan race. Don't you EVER sully his name!" With a strong left kick to Lyc's right side, Lyc screamed in pain. "Do you understand now? This is true power. Power to protect the ones you love, the innocent people who can't protect themselves from those who would wish them harm. The Saiyans are protectors Lyc, not enslavers." Lyc got for the first time in his life, fear. The fear of someone stronger than him, the fear that shook him to his bones, someone he hated all his life, tossing him around like a rag doll. Then Lyc started to laugh out of that same fear.

"Y..You aren't... no way that you... for me to have..." Lyc was stuttering. He couldn't formulate complete words. Lyc then tried to fly away, but was futile no matter which direction he went. Rugai launched flurries of punches and kicks to Lyc, then ended it with a point blank Shotgun blast, ending Lyc. As Lyc fell towards the water, Rugai quickly got into his Kamehameha readied position, and charged it. The ball in his hands was a light reddish color this time.

"KAMEHAMEHA X20!" Rugai launched the attack, hitting Lyc. Lyc's body deteriorated, then disappeared altogether. When the smoke and dust cleared, a great calmness washed over everyone from the people of the Earth, every living being in the universe felt it as well, as well as the inhabitants of Other World. Rugai powered down to his normal state, and used his Instant Transmission to where Tenchu and the others are.

Moments later...

Lyc was shackled and put in a special cage and presented to King Yenma. "I demand to be released from this imprisonment! I am the king of all Saiyans!" King Yenma got up, went around his desk, and put a special stamp on Lyc. Soon Lyc was sent to the furthest depths of hell, one in which no one has ever attempted to escape.

"King Yenma sir, why send him to hell level 9? I mean its only been seconds that sir Rugai defeated him again." King Yenma stroked his beard as he returned to his chair.

"I'm going to tell you all something that shouldn't be repeated to anyone living or dead. There is a 10th level in hell, one in which there is absolutely no escape and no chance to be reincarnated some millenium later. Getting him back here was class SS priority."

"Good thing Rugai came here after the explosions of Pargonia and Argonia. Almost like someone had hand in coming here." Saba leaned on the doorframe spinning his crystal ball like a basketball.

"Whatever do you mean Saba. Now that oblivion has been prevented, things have resumed in its proper order of life and death."

Earth, three months later...

Rugai and the rest of the Earth fighters, after their victory party at Qube Corp., went on a journey around the world. Rugai explained, that no one should used their flying technique until the training is over. They reached Korin's Tower, and the tribe which dwells at the base. "Welcome back Rugai." The large, muscular man and Rugai himself clasped each others' arms.

"Good to see you gain, Zupa. Been too long if you ask me." Zupa only nodded. "My friends here, will be climbing Korin's Tower today." The rest of the tribe murmured quietly enough, while Zupa checks over them closely.

"I see." He stops his gaze at Kanashimi, then looks up at the tower. "Very well. However, I have one minor condition, that the tailed female right there stays here with my tribe." Rugai didn't have to turn around to know that Kanashimi didn't like to be left out of things. "Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that she will make it to the top of the tower, I just want to have a polite conversation with her." Rugai crossed his arms, closed his eyes, and nodded while debating internally about this request.

"Whatever, I'll stay behind." Kanashimi just sat on the ground, looking away from the tower and everyone else. Rugai turmed towards his friends, and just nodded. The Saiyans and the rest of the Earth Fighters started their ascent to the top of Korin's Tower, except for Rugai who elected to stay behind as well. "Shouldn't you climb with them?"

"I've already completed that particular training regiment. Besides, I need to spend some time with Deena, or she will kill me." With a quick wave, Rugai put two fingers on his forehead and teleported to where Deena is.

Nearly a quarter mile up...

Tenchu looked up, and saw more of the tower. "Man this sucks! Its like it goes on forever!" Vivek yelled as he spoke.

"Quit complaining, our king climbed this and he has gotten stronger because of it!" The larger Saiyan looked down at Vivek, then resumed his ascention towards the top. It was late afternoon/early evening when our heroes reached the halfway point of the tower, and everyone started to breathe heavily. "Guess...the higher...you get...the more...it takes...out of you." The larger Saiyan nearly released his grip from the tower, but quickly recovered and held it tight.

"Its...like you...said earlier..." Tenchu started to breathe harder than before, took a few inches up, then paused again. "Rugai...climbed this...and...made it..." Tenchu then hit his head a couple times on the tower, then resumed his ascent. The others merely watched him as he passed and went through the cloud that was nereby. With quick glances at each other, everyone else followed Tenchu to the top.
