CYNTHIA'S POV

"Oh gods she's coming! HIDE!" I squealed as I saw Lucina and Robin go back into the castle. Gerome sighed. "I told you she would see us." He said sulkily. Inigo, on the other hand, was grinning like a fool. "It was worth it though, eh Gerome?" He said, giving Gerome a pat on the back. Gerome grabbed his hand and judo-flipped him onto the ground. Inigo made a sound between a whimper and a squeak.

"So, are we just going to sit here and get a tongue-lashing from Lucina?" I said, my eyes darting towards the door. Severa snorted. "I think Robin is the only one who got a tongue lashing…" Alexis burst into laughter, and Nah smiled faintly. Joshua sighed. "I'm leaving." He said, and opened one of the windows. Laurent's mouth opened in protest. "He's not going to attempt-" He began, but then his voice dwindled to an inaudible whisper as Joshua leapt off the ledge. There was a flash as he flew past the window to the roof in dragon form.

Nah was halfway to the window when the door flew open. Lucina was standing there, somehow glaring at everyone at once. "My don't we all sit down?" She said in a deadly calm voice. Note to self: Lucina is the villain next time. She has the voice for it.

We all sat down on the floor as Robin came into the room, out of breath and red in the face. "Stupid… staircases…" he said between breaths. Severa and Alexis laughed into their hands. Robin sat down and dabbed at his face with a handkerchief. "Honestly, Robin. You shouldn't be running up six flights of stairs the morning after recovering from a devastating fever." Laurent said, glaring at him. Note to self: Laurent could make a great evil-scientist villain.

"Now. How much did you see?" Lucina said smoothly, looking at everyone in turn. There was a general murmur of unease. "Well," Inigo began, hoping to smooth things over. "Everything." Serena said, smoothing out a crease in her dress. Several glares were sent in her direction. "…Sister…goody-goody…" Alexis mumbled under her breath. Note to self: Alexis could make a great rebellious henchman.

Lucina smiled briefly at Serena. "That makes things easier. Now, I just have one point to get across." Inigo sighed audibly with relief. "W-what is it?" Noire squeaked, one hand inching towards the pocket where she kept her talisman.

"Yeah, what is it?" Robin asked, looking at Lucina. "Its obviously that she has to let them ki-" I began, but Brady smacked my shoulder. "Don't infuriate her more!" he hissed under his breath. "If any of you tell Father I will hunt you down to the ends of this earth and maim you in ways that haven't even been invented yet." She said, looking at each and every one of us in turn. Yes, Lucina will definitely play the villain next time.

ROBIN'S POV

Gods, she's beau- Err, frightening. Yes, very frightening. Anyway, she gave me nightmare fuel because of one thing. Chrom. "Hey, Lucy?" I said as we were walking down to lunch/ "What's wrong? Are we going to fast?" she asked, immediately slowing down. I sighed. We were already walking at a snail's pace. "No, Lucy. I'm fine; honestly. Although, I'm wondering how Chrom will react to this." I said gesturing my hands.

Lucina stopped on the staircase. "Nobody will tell him." She said after a minute of pondering. "Lucy, we can't just not tell your father that. Especially when the wedding comes around. She turned a very light shade of pink at the word 'wedding'. Geez, I'm getting ahead of myself.

We kept walking in silence. "You could tell him." She said after minute. I laughed. "'Oh, hi Chrom. I'm kind of courting your future daughter. Bye!' I wouldn't get five feet without having myself skewered." She laughed uneasily. "Maybe YOU could tell him?" I offered, grinning. She sighed. "'Oh, hi Father. I'm kind of courting your best friend. Bye!' I wouldn't get TWO feet without him skewering YOU. He'd be running after you before I calmed him down."

We both sighed. "Let's just worry about it… later." I said, and we walked down to the dining hall in silence.

CHROM'S POV
Night had fallen. I was drinking tea (Frederick insisted I try his 'Special new royal blend') and looking out the window at the castle gardens. "How is it, milord?" Frederick asked as I took a sip. I shrugged. I wasn't really a tea person. "Its delicious Frederick." I said, knowing he would probably go to Ferox and back trying to find a blend that suited me.

"I'm glad you think so, milord. May I ask what is on your mind?" He said, looking at me quizzically. I sighed and put the cup down on the windowsill. After two decades of service, I couldn't get anything by Frederick. "Honestly, I'm a bit worried about Lucina." I said after a minute or so. Frederick's eyebrows furrowed. "I don't understand, milord. Could you be more specific?" he asked, his mind probably racing to every possible conclusion.

I thought about how to properly voice my concerns. "Well… it's just… I think something's wrong with her. She keeps returning to her room later and later each night, and when I've asked her about it, she just mumbled something about training and changed the subject." Frederick thought about this for a moment.

"I cannot say this about my own son, milord." Frederick began, mentioning Brady. "But I do believe she is meeting someone." I'm happy I didn't have any tea in my mouth, because I would have spattered the window with it. "Wh-what? That's preposterous that's…" I thought about it for a minute. "…Completely fathomable, actually." I said with a sigh.

Frederick nodded. "I'm going to retire to my bedchambers now, milord. I shall see you tomorrow." Then, he was gone from the room. I continued to look out the window, sipping my tea. Then, I spit it all over the window. Go figure. I hastily wiped the window with my sleeve to get a clearer view.

Frederick was spot-on. From the faint light the windows cast on the courtyard, two figures walked into the courtyard. One of them, with her long sweeping blue hair, was Lucina. The other figure stuck close to the shadows of the trees, and I could not see their face. Undoubtedly, it was her 'special someone'. Suddenly, Sumia was next to me. "What's wrong, my love?" She said, putting a hand on my shoulder.

I gestured to the window. Sumia's face went through a number of facial expressions. "I AM GOING DOWN THERE!" she screeched, and then practically dashed for the stairs. "Sumia wait… and she's gone." I sighed. I watched the two for a minute as they sat, oblivious to the threat coming right for them. Apparently, Sumia was making quite a racket, for Lucina leaned in close to the figure for a moment and then they both ran for the far exit.

"I suppose I could intercept them…" I muttered, and went down the southern corridor. A few minutes of waiting, and Lucina ran up the staircase. She saw me, and her eyes widened. "F-father!" she cried, looking at me with an edge of suspicion. "What are the odds of seeing you here?" I narrowed my eyes. "Oh gods…" Lucina muttered and began to slowly back down the stairs.

"Who is it?" I said, a steely edge of calm to my voice. Lucina continued backing slowly down the stairs. "Lucina, try running to your room. I will simply follow you. Lucina opened her mouth, and then promptyly shut it. "Don't you be-" I began, but then everything went black.

LUCINA'S POV

"Aunt Lissa!" I said, in a mixture of surprise and shock. Lissa snorted in laughter and twirled the sleep staff in her hands. "Us girls gotta stick together, am I write Lucina?" I nodded, still somewhat shocked by what just transpired. "Now, if we're lucky, he won't remember this at all. He may think of it as a dream, but no promises." I laughed uneasily. "You sound like you've done this before." Lissa laughed. "I have, actually. Three weeks ago, Sumia fell down the stairs. Minor concussion. Chrom was sitting awake at her bedside for six hours so I drugged his drink."

My expression must have been priceless, because she snorted again. She put on her Chrom voice. "'Lissa… what did you put in my coffee?'" I laughed, still a bit unsettled. I'm going to avoid getting on Lissa's bad side, that's for sure.

"Now, get some sleep!" Lissa said sharply, pointing to my door with her staff. "Also, if Chrom asks, I was down in the gardens pruning the roses." I laughed. "If he believes that!" I said jokingly, and walked into my room for some (much needed) sleep.

Jack's Corner

I felt like Lissa didn't have enough attention, so there we go. HOORAY FOR SLEEP STAFFS! Anyways, enjoy!
