So many questions as to what's going on here. Also, I have a new Tumblr called mikessims4world you can check out for a SimOpera I'm doing with my original characters I made for my game. Just started today and haven't decided if it should stay PG-13 or R rated. If the latter, it won't be too bad, like watching an uncensored episode of American Dad or Family Guy. The link is on my profile page.

Now on to part three.

Titans Tower

"What was that?" Raven asked the group as they kept their eyes open with Kyle providing the only light in the living area.

"Sounds like a bear. Or a wolf," Terra stated.

"Worse," Garfield told her. "It was Conner."

"What are we gonna do?" Cissie asked everyone. "We can't stay here. Why are they doing this? Why are they attacking us?"

"Figure that out later. We need to get out," Kyle told her. "The way M'gann looked at us before phasing through the floor, it's like she was playing with us."

"Ye, yeah," Terra agreed. "They could come and get us any time they like and we're trapped in the tower without power with the blast doors covering the windows to lock us in without any chance to escape and...and..."

"Terra, calm down." Grabbing her by the shoulders, Garfield attempted to get her to settle down. "Just breathe. It'll be okay."

Hugging him tight, Terra's breathing began to slow. A few feet away, Raven forced herself to look elsewhere while the others kept a look out for any sign of their turncoat leaders.

"Can't, you know, raise a boulder to smash the shutters?" Cissie asked.

"Not from up here," Terra told her. "I'm too far away from the ground."

"Terra," Kyle said, "what does your holo-computer say about the exits?"

Pulling away from Garfield, the Earth mover brought up her screen. "All, all exits are locked down. The closest one was the window Raven tried to open. We've got the bottom front and back doors, the tunnel that leads to the beach, the emergency exit down the hall, and the hanger."

"Hanger's out," Cissie said. "It needs power to open."

"So that makes four left. Our best bet is the emergency exit in the locker rooms." Taking command, Garfield ran to the kitchen and ripped a drawer open to pull out a flashlight. "The other doors each have a manual override hidden under the electrical panel. Once we get there, we need to lift it up and pull the switch underneath. When we get outside, we need to contact the others to see about Conner and sis."

"I have to get my lantern before we go," Kyle told Garfield. "I'm low on power and don't know how long I have left."

"We stay in teams. Raven, back up Kyle when he goes for his lantern. Cissie, you cover our rear when we get to the door. How many bolts you got?"

"Five electrical ones in this clip. I can grab another three gel impacts in my locker and..." Reaching under the dining table, the Titan's archer produced another clip. "And one more net clip from here."

"Good. Let's go."

"But what if they're waiting for us?" Terra asked.

"We have to chance it," Cissie told her. "That, or stay here and let them come for us."

"Any reason we should get Sphere?" Kyle asked. "She could help us get to the mainland."

"She may be too loyal to Conner," Raven pointed out. "She's a gamble."

"If we can't get out through the emergency exit on this floor, we'll have to try to get to her in the computer room as a backup," Garfield explained. "Everyone clear on what we're doing?"

Nodding, the team got ready to move out. Each had the question of what was happening on their mind and why their leaders, the two people they trusted to guide them, would turn on them like they did. Leading the way, Cissie and Kyle covered each other as the teen Lantern took down his wall construct while the blonde archer slid to her knees and checked the corner. Signaling all was clear, Garfield dashed ahead of her in the form of a cheetah then morphed back as he took position down the hall. Raven was up next as she did the same, signaling all was clear once she was in position.

Going from the back to the front, Kyle squat-ran past Garfield and slammed his back against the wall known for leading to the locker rooms. Holding his right arm like a gun, he turned to face down the corridor with his ring glowing brightly, ready to fire or create something to block an attack. Motioning with his head, Terra came up beside him and brought up her holo-computer.

"What's that?" Keeping one eye on the hall, Kyle looked at what Terra had pulled up on her screen.

"Been trying to contact anyone outside the tower but I get nothing, so I pulled up a motion detector Nightwing came up with."

"Anything?"

"We'll see in a second."

Holding her left arm out, Terra had the wrist mounted computer send a sound pulse down the corridor. A high pitched buzz sounded as the device took readings and came back negative. Looking at her partner, she shook her head.

Nodding, Kyle advanced first, keeping his arm out with Raven coming up behind him. Terra remained behind her with Garfield and Cissie bringing up the rear. Seeing their potential way out, Garfield moved beside the blonde Earth shaker and saw they were still alone with no one else even remotely close. Motioning with his hand, he had the five divide into groups while he went about getting the door open.

"Alright, just give me a second to pry this open." Flicking his wrist, Garfield went to work prying the electrical panel up using his claws.

"See anything?" Terra asked Cissie who guarded their rear. She had her holo-computer trained at the hallway they had just come from.

"Nothing." With her gaze carefully scanning every dark corner she shone the flashlight, Cissie found herself growing anxious and imagining things that weren't even there.

With a pop, Garfield managed to take the panel out of place, raising it to lock above where it was, and gawked at what he saw. "Oh crap."

"What?" Terra asked. "Can we get out of here now?"

"It's, it's busted."

"What?" Cissie asked as she turned to face him.

"They knew. They knew we would get out through here."

"Oh, come on!" Pounding on the door, Terra attempted to pull it open herself, not that it did any good. "I have to get out of here!"

"Terra, calm down!" Garfield told her, just as her motion detector went off.

Behind the alerted group, a near invisible form stuck to the shadows, making sure to stay out of the area of the flashlight. Every time the wide illuminated circle moved, the form would dodge or stay perfectly still.

"M'gann's there," Terra whispered.

"Where?" Cissie asked.

"In the hall."

"M'gann!" Garfield called, "why are you doing this? Why are you and Conner after us?"

No response came.

"Is this a training exercise? If it is, then why hurt us like you did earlier?"

Still no answer came and the three took quick looks at each other.

"Sis, please. I-"

Flashing her eyes, M'gann attacked by forcing Terra and Garfield into the wall, leaving shallow dents from the force she used. Acting fast, as she saw the Martian's movement, Cissie fired a net trick arrow down the hall. It missed as the sensor failed to detect a target in front of it due to the Martian woman density shifting. Re-aiming, she fired another net arrow only for the same thing to happen.

"Gar, Ter, you two okay?" she asked as she fired another net arrow. With no target presentable, she looked around for options and centered her sights on an overhead sprinkler. She then quickly switched bolt clips to her electrical ones.

"Yeah," Terra said while rubbing her head.

"F, fine," Garfield told her.

"Hope you don't mind getting wet then." Firing an electrical bolt, Cissie saw where it imbedded itself in the ceiling and let out a few electrical sparks from being close to metal. The result was the nearby sprinkler head triggering and dousing the hallway in a hard rain, revealing M'gann's shape despite her camouflage mode when Raven came running out of the boy's locker room.

Entering the boys' locker room, Kyle and Raven hurried through the rows of lockers to where he kept his gear and lantern.

"This won't take long," Kyle told her as he ran to his locker.

"Better not." Taking position in the middle of the locker room, Raven did not move her eyes from the door incase they should receive some unwelcome company. Or if by any chance the others were to fall back to where she and Kyle were.

Seeing his lantern in his locker, Kyle sprinted forward while reciting his Green Lantern oath. "In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape my sight. Let those who worship evil's might, beware my power, Green Lantern's-UGH!"

Flying backwards, Kyle landed hard on the floor and skidded to a stop as Conner came erupting from underneath. Tile, concrete, and even metal showered down to the floor as he set his sights on the scrambling teen Lantern. Turning momentarily, the Krypto-human grabbed the locker's handle and twisted, jamming the door and keeping the lantern inside. With his eyes back on Klye, Conner floated to the floor and began to stalk forward, cracking his knuckles with every thunderous step.

"Hey! Muscle head!"

Looking up, Conner was met in the face by several ripped out lockers, each striking him in the head or chest as Raven sent them after him. By the time the forth one struck him, he was against the lockers and was punching each new one to the side as the Gothic girl went to help her comrade.

"Come on, leave it." Taking the still down Kyle's arm, she was surprised when he let out a scream of pain.

"It's my ankle." Grabbing his leg, Kyle gritted his teeth from the pain shooting up from his right foot when they heard Conner let out a roar and smashed his fists into a wall of lockers, knocking them over in one hit. "Here!"

Grabbing a small bag from beside him, Kyle shoved it into Raven's arms as he tried to use his ring to fly. It lasted all of two seconds as the last of his power ran out.

"What's this?" Raven asked as she tried to help him again, only to be pushed away.

"Just take them and,YUUAGGGH!"

"Kyle!"

Before he could say anything more, Kyle was pulled away from his teammate as Conner grabbed his other leg. The two disappeared through the hole in the floor as the lockers fell around Raven. In one last attempt to help her friend, she tried to hit Conner with a bast of her majick when she felt the floor shake. Taking to the air, she flew out of the locker room just as it was destroyed by Conner using his TTK.

Arriving back outside in the hall, Raven found herself in a torrential downpour as the other three were trying to stand against M'gann's attacks. The Martian leader would not let them around her as she constantly bombarded them with anything she could pull off the walls and even had parts of the ceiling fall to catch them. It was a melee with what she was doing to them.

Taking matters into her own hands, Cissie attacked her leader hand to hand. She was no match for the Martian who had such superior fighting skills and was soon thrown back down the hall by the front of her shirt. Coming to a stop in front of Terra, the archer needed time to recover, leaving the other girl open for attack. It soon came as M'gann rushed her and threw a fast striking combo, ending with a kick to the girl's forearm.

"M'gann!" Staring down his blood sister, Garfield had his hands balled and was ready to move. "Please, stop!"

Looking at her blood brother with a sneer, M'gann held her hand back and ripped a sizable chunk of the wall out to throw at him. The attack was so incredibly fast, he did not have time to move.
