Three more episodes left everybody, including a large war at the end. So many questions to be answered, so many heroes lost and on the ropes, and one big bd to deal with. Let's get it on!

Gordhanx - Sadistic writer? Me? Naaaaahhhhh. :)

Eric - Actually, the shout out by Raven was not from Ghostbusters, but from a certain theme song from a certain show as a little Easter Egg. And I have to admit, having a demon god as an enemy like Trigon is dificult in writing with as powerful as he is. I just wanted the chapter to be compleate chaos with loads of MIAs for the heroes.

Natilie - I'm trying to make it diferant from the TT show with dealing with Trigon. As for Raven and BB, you'll just have to stay on the ride for that one.

Tysongirl123 - Glad you liked the referances to BBT and enjoyed Control Freak being a girl. I'm normally srictly against changing a character from their original conception, but since he was such a minor one in the show, it could work. And now here's the next chap.

XXkelsey39 - Thanks, happy you like the story so much. And a good cliffhanger always leaves readers wanting more. Which is why I wrote these two seasons after the show ended.

Guest - Well the next chapter and episode is here, no more waiting. Enjoy.

With a loud crack, a purple and white portal opened in a light bluish-purple sky. With a deep 'woosh', five teenagers dropped out from it before closing up and vanishing. Hitting the ground first, Terra landed on her shoulder as Raven gently floated down next to her. The girl was in a trance with no reaction to what was around her. Lantern managed to fire a construct of a pillow to fall into while Arrowette landed in a combat roll. The last was Beast Boy who landed on his face.

"That was freaky," Arrowette said as she stood.

"I know, I felt like Gumby." Having his pillow fade out, Lantern Helped Terra up.

"What's a Gumby?" the Earth mover asked.

"Who cares?" Arrowette told them. "Where are we?"

Looking around, the group's eyes went wide at their surroundings. The sky they fell from seemed to surround everything, including the stone pathway they stood on. Lined with a gray, concrete-like railing with smooth, round, vase-like columns holding the waist high barrier, the group got the feeling the land they were on was floating in the middle of nothing. Strange floral sat in black obsidian planters, ending with purple buds and open flowers. Each resembled something between a calililly and a rose while giving off the distinct smell of honey.

"How's Raven?" Arrowette asked while taking out her medkit incase she needed more patching up.

"She's breathing," Terra told her. "But I don't think-"

"She's healing," Lantern told them. "We need to give her time. But you're gonna want to see this."

Directing the group to another part of the area, Lantern took several long strides up a set of stairs. Passing several white, Roman-style columns holding up a semicircle ceiling, he showed the girls what he caught a glimpse of when they arrived. Some hundred yards ahead, the stone ground narrowed into a bridge. Nothing held it up as it curved to the left to another mass of floating land some distance away. Overgrown plants wrapped around the railing and columns with more of the purple flowers at the end of the vines. Broken rocks littered the ground with busted railing looking as if it had once been whole some years ago, yet still fresh.

"Looks like something scooped up the ground and hung it in the air." Grabbing her binoculars, Arrowette zoomed in on the far off mass of land. "Looks empty. Something's up there but I can't tell what. A temple maybe?"

"Hey, where's Garfield?" Having the others look around, Terra hurried back to the edge of the stairs and saw the green shapeshifter sitting against the railing with his knees drawn up to him while his head rested on them. His arms wrapped tightly around his legs as he made small jerking motions.

"Gar! Hey, Gar!" Yelling out is name, Lantern flew down to his friend with the girls following after him.

Arriving where Beast Boy was, the three heard quiet crying. The small movements he was making were from the natural motions made from doing such an action. No one questioned why he was upset as they all remembered him yelling for his adoptive family.

"Garfield." Removing her mask, Arrowette knelt beside him. "Garfield."

The teen continued to cry, ignoring the archer's efforts to console him.

Depowering, Kyle joined Cissie with Terra following them both. "Hey, Garfield. It's, it's okay. They saved us. They got us time to get out."

"Yeah. If they hadn't held the others off, we wouldn't have been able to get away," Terra told him.

Continuing to cry, Garfield held himself tighter. The others could not help themselves and let everything catch up to them. They had no choice in the matter as the events of a few minutes ago finally caught up to them. It was their first defeat and it came with the highest of consequences as their team, their family had been decimated.

After a few minutes, Garfield had finally stopped weeping long enough for the team to move. Setting up camp, the group made Raven as comfortable as they could as Kyle created a floor bed for her. Using some of the plants, Cissie and Terra made a fire to keep warm since the air became cool now that they had the adrenaline out of their systems. It was hard to tell how long they had been there. There was no sun, no moon, no light to go by.

Staring at the fire, Garfield remained quiet as he felt his world completely gone. This marked the third time he lost his family. The first was when his father left his mother with the second being when her life was taken by a mind controlling dictator. Now with the Martian who had saved his life and adopted him, and the once rejected clone who treated him more like a son than his own father had, he felt completely alone for the first time in his life as they were now gone.

"So, does anyone know where we go from here?" Terra asked as she threw a pebble into the fire.

"We don't even know where here is." Cissie told her.

Moving next to Garfield, Kyle rubbed the bridge of his nose before making sure his friend was okay. "Hey, Gar. I miss them too. But we need to think of something. Raven needs our help and we need to figure out what we're going to do."

Wiping his face again, Garfield swallowed a lump in his throat and leaned his head back. "Why? We lost to that thing."

"Yeah but, there has to be something we can do. Everything has a weakness, right?"

"You saw it. Brother Blood's a god. We fought as best we could, the League and black ops team fought as best they could. No one stood a chance. They were just too strong."

"Gar," shifting to face him better, Kyle crossed his legs to face him from the side, "Jaime found a way to reverse Scarecrow. There was something in his pulse canon that unbrain drained him or something."

"Do we have his tech?"

"...No. But I think with a powerful enough hit, we can."

"Let it go, Kyle," Terra told him. "We don't even know how to get back in the first place."

"Neither did Conner when he was trapped in the Phantom Zone. But he got back."

"That's cause he had the League helping him on our side."

"And that Karen woman on his side. If it hadn't been for her, Conner, Kara, and Clark would still be trapped there."

Letting out a breath, Garfield pressed his back to the wall and looked up where the broken ceiling showcased the strange colored sky above. "I wouldn't know where to begin thinking about a way out of here and finding a way to fight that thing. You still have your lantern and Raven's book?"

"Over there by Cissie's gear." Holding his thumb up, Kyle pointed behind his back to where the items sat. "Nothing's come at us and we haven't seen any living thing here. So I guess we can rest for a bit longer. And if anything happens, Terra's got the place rigged to go down while keeping us safe."

"Um, if I can make a suggestion," Cissie broke in, "what if we just head for the other floating island? Kyle can fly us there with Raven and we'll be able to get a better idea of where we might be."

"Do you think you can get her there without disturbing her too much?" Garfield asked.

"Yeah," Kyle told him. "I can move her while Cissie takes point and Terra guards our rear. But I think we should wait until tomorrow."

As the two males of the Titans spoke, the sky seemed to darken until there was no way of telling where anything was outside the light of the fire. The sky, as clear as it was, had no stars or moon, nothing to cast any light. It was as if a thick blanket had been draped over the world with nothing able to break through the darkness, when it happened. The area around the group slowly began to light up in an erie turquoise color. While not bright enough to completely replace the light from earlier, it was enough to chase away some of the darkness and bathe surfaces in its glow.

"It's the plants," Terra said, slightly in awe. "They glow in the dark."

"Creepy." Holding her cross bow up, Cissie was on high alert in the near darkness.

"Welcome to Pandora." Powered up, Kyle produced more light and scanned the glowing flora with his ring. "No match? Does this thing even work?"

Having his eyes become reflective, Garfield first made sure nothing was using the darkness for cover to attack them then made his way over to Raven to check on her. The unconscious girl was still lying still on the construct Kyle created for her, surrounded by the glowing plants with no threat to her.

"So, who's going to take first watch?" With all eyes on Garfield, the others took glances among themselves.

"I can make a dome," Kyle told him. "Make it last all night. Nothing in or out, just incase. We can all sleep with nothing able to get to us."

"If we can sleep," Cissie commented.

"Well we can't all stay up."

"Nothing's out there," Terra told them. "I vote we all sleep under the dome."

"Make it small," Garfield ordered. "We sleep close to Raven. But, make sure nothing can get in."

Nodding, Kyle left the plants alone and joined the others, casting a green dome to surround the group for them to sleep and regain their energy.

As time passed, the group slumbered almost quietly with the construct providing protection. The fire had long burned out as it stayed outside the green barrier. Inside, every one of the teens were ready to spring into action should they wake for any reason. Garfield had his enhanced hearing, like that of a canine, keeping a sensitive watch for any sound while Terra made sure to have several rocks nearby. Kyle had his lantern battery between his legs, reciting his oath before falling to sleep. Being the closest to Raven, Cissie had an arrow knocked in place as she slept with her bow in her hands. All sat up and leaned against something to minimize the time to get to their feet.

Outside of the dome, a shadow moved across the glowing plant life. Not a sound was made as the form came close to the glowing, green construct. Floating around Garfield, the form lightly touched the barrier as it looked down at the first of the teens, as if studying him. The same was done to the others, each time spent on looking them over when it arrived at the still form of Raven.

Pausing, the shadow watched as the girl slept. Pressing closer against the wall, it placed both its hands against the green in an attempt to get closer, but the barrier held solid. Lightly moving one hand, it swept it over the face of the cloaked teen girl as if caressing her cheek. After a moment, the shadow took another look at those around the inside of the dome before flying off, leaving it behind as it disappeared into the darkness.

Flying over the glowing plants on the bridge, the shadow made its way to the second floating island. Dashing between pillars, both broken and intact, the form made its way up a long series of stairs at amazing speed. Arriving at a large, semi-demolished temple, the shape entered the structure through the destroyed door with the other still standing tall in the closed position. Sailing over fallen rubble, plants, and shredded tapestries, the shadow swiftly came to a small room with a robed figure sitting on the floor. Coming to a stop, the dark form floated above the being and assumed the same position it was in before descending to meld with the figure. A pair of eyes opened shortly after and took on a surprised expression.
