Author's Note: Shameless Leorai warning! I think this would take place sometime in the first season, probably shortly after they met. That can be up to interpretation :) Enjoy!

All he wanted was to have some fun.

Leo was tired of always being the responsible one. The one who had all the answers. He just wanted to have some time to himself, and just a few hours previously, he had been handed the opportunity on a silver platter.

Karai was stunning, fun, sassy, and a kick-ass ninja to make the perfect package. The fact that she was in the Foot Clan didn't make as much of a difference to him as it should have done. The only thing that really mattered to him was that she wanted to show him a good time. Whatever that might mean.

He'd been waiting on the rooftop for over an hour, eager for the opportunity to see her again. Leo scanned the rooftops, his anticipation nearly at fever point. She should have been there by now… Where was she? For a fleeting moment of horror, he wondered if she had stood him up. What if he wasn't cool enough to hang out with her? What if-?

"Didn't think you'd show up."

He turned sharply to see her leaning against the supports of the water tower, lazily flicking a shuriken in her fingers. Dangerous, mysterious, alluring. Karai was everything that was forbidden and untouchable, yet she stood only a few feet from him, offering him everything that he never thought he could have. Clearing his throat awkwardly, he tried to make himself look aloof, but he felt like a bad stage performer trying to play an ill-fitting part.

"What? You thought I'd chicken out?"

Karai smirked as she slinked toward him, all feral and feminine, like a lioness on the prowl. Leo couldn't keep his eyes from roaming to the suggestive sway of her hips, the pale column of her throat, her enticing amber eyes.

"More like your sense of morality might have taken over and made you stay home like a good little turtle."

Suddenly, she was in his face, smiling seductively. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him close. Leo felt himself getting hot all over at the intimate proximity, and he hoped that he wasn't blushing.

"Yeah… well… I guess… you don't know me as well as you thought."

Leo was very conscious of the fact that he sounded like a complete idiot. On the other hand, Karai looked as at ease as she had the first time they met. Her eyes sparkled mischievously as she ran her gloved fingers lightly over the skin of his throat and down to his plastron. It took every ounce of self-control that he had to not moan at the feather light touch. Arching her neck, she pressed her lips softly against the curve of his jaw; a promise of the things to come.

"Well, let's see if I can fix that," Karai said huskily. Just as suddenly as she had approached, she separated herself from him and was on the ledge overlooking the next alley. She looked over her shoulder with a cunning grin. "Are you coming?"

Leo, his mind still reeling from her caresses, scrambled onto the ledge next to her. "Y-Yeah… I'm coming."

"You had better keep up. I won't slow down for you."

"Don't worry about me," Leo replied, a little more confidently than before. "So, where are we going?"

She gave him a coy smile and wink as a response.

"I can't tell you… it's a surprise."

Karai sprang from the ledge like a cat and sprinted away on lightning fast feet. Leo bolted after her, determined not to lose her. This was everything that he could have hoped for and more. He could forget his responsibility, his morals, everything, for a few hours and just focus on this kind of reckless freedom.
