After New years Emily flew home and everything with the BAU returned back to normal. Everyone was in the office working on paper work. Roxanne and Garcia were up in Garcia's office and doing what they had to get done.

"Rox." Penelope said worridly.

"What's up pen?" She asked.

"I think I'm in Labour." She answered.

"How often are the contractions?"

"Every 20 minutes. And I'm pretty sure my waters are breaking in my depends." She answered.

"Okay. That's lovely to here Pen. Do you want me to get Kevin?"

"Please Rox." She answered.

"Okay. I'll be back in a couple of minutes" She said before heading downstairs to get Kevin.

"Kevin." Roxanne said.

"Roxanne is Pen okay?" He asked.

"She's in Labour. Can you come up to her office.

"Of course I can." He answered. Going up the stairs to see Penelope."

"Pen everything okay?" Kevin asked standing beside her and running her back. "Do we need to get to the hospital?"

"I think so. Are you okay on your own Rox?"

"I'm fine pen. Go have your beautiful girls. I'll be down to see them when their born."

"Okay Rox. I'll see you later." She responded before Kevin helped her up.

"Good luck." Roxanne wished.

"Thanks Rox. Call me or Kevin if you need help while I'm on leave."

"Will do." She responded as Penelope left for the hospital.

At the hospital Penelope was taken into a room and upon request given an epidural to help with the pain of the contractions and pushing to birth the twins. Kevin and Penelope were alone in the room while the OB was checking on her other patients.

"Kevin?"

"What's up pen?"

"What if they die?" She asked. Having become attatched to her twins.

"They won't die. Their only a few weeks early. They will be fine."

"I guess so. I love them so much already. I couldn't bare to leave them."

"Me neither." He answered. "Stroking penelope's hair. "Hopefully we'll meet the darlings soon."

"Yes hopefully." Penelope agreed. "I can still feel the pain a bit." She grumbled.

"Anything I can do?"

"Just being here." Penelope responded. "And stroking my hair is nice."

"Good. I'm glad you like it." He answered, continuing to stroke Penelope's hair.

Soon after the OB came in to see how Penelope was doing. Seeing she was 8cm dialated she told Penelope it wouldn't be long and replaced Penelope's catheter bag as her current one was full.

"I'll be back to check again soon." The OB said and told them to call her if Penelope felt the urge to push before then.

About an hour later Penelope was ready to push. "What if I poop?" Penelope asked hesitantly. Having heard a lot of women poop on the birthing table.

"Then I'll clean it up." The OB said. "Its really common so don't worry about it happening. Let's just get your beautiful baby's born." She continued and guided Penelope through when she had to push and encouraging her to carry on until she'd delivered both the twins and this placenta.

"You've got two beautiful girls who look incredibly healthy" The OB said. After having given both a quick check up. "Would you each like to hold one?" She offered.

"Yes." Both responded before one twin being passed to each of them.

"What would you like to call them?" She asked.

"We're going to call the first one Sarah and the second one Grace." Kevin told her. "With Garcia for the surname."

"Okay. Thankyou. They are lovely names." She answered before leaving the room.

"Do you want me to phone the team now or would you like to rest before they all bombard you and coo over the twins." Kevin asked.

"Call them now. I can rest once they've gone."

"Okay." He responded and called Hotch so he could notify the rest of the team.

"Hello Kevin." Hotch answered.

"We've had the twins so you can all come down when your ready."

"Congratulations!" Hotch wished. "I'm sure we'll be down soon. I'll tell the rest of the team."

"Okay. See you soon." Kevin answered.

The team all arrived at the hospital 40 minutes later. "Congratulations Pen" JJ wished. With the rest of the team following.

"There so cute." Roxanne said, looking at the twins.

"Thankyou Rox." Garcia answered. "Would you like to hold Grace?" She asked.

"Please Pen." She answered and went over to Penelope so could pass grace over."

"Hello sweetie." Roxanne greeted to grace whilst cradling her.

"She really likes you Rox." JJ observed.

"Yeah. She does." Penelope agreed. "You seem to have a real gift with baby's."

"Thanks Pen. I think Grace is just going to be as really lovely baby for you to raise."

"Well hopefully they won't be too difficult." Kevin answered, worried about raising children.

"It'll be fine Kevin." Hotch told him. Being able to sense his worries about being a new father.

"Thanks Hotch." He answered.

The team all talked for some more before saying goodbye to Penelope and Kevin. Leaving her to get some rest.
