"Power Outage"
Sorry for the long wait. Please enjoy and review!
After Phoebe dressed Daina in a baby blue colored dress that had gold sequins along with thin straps and fixed her hair in ringlets and gave her a pair of gold sandals, the Charmed Ones took her out to P3 to have fun and to also talk about the schedule for the next day.
"All right, look, we know that Balthezor is not going to stop until he kills us. Phoebe." Prue called to her sister who was staring at the door.
Daina moved over and snapped her fingers in the lavender dress wearing woman's face making her turn back to her two older sisters, Prue is a black dress while Piper wore a black tank top and dark colored pants.
"Phoebe. Hi. I hate to interrupt your whole staring off into space aimlessly thing that you got going on right now, but in case you forgot; evil Triad agent." Prue said.
"Like you would ever let me forget, Prue." Phoebe chuckled as she went back to searching for her boyfriend.
"Well, if he's as powerful a demon as Leo says he is, he's probably going to be immune to our powers. We need to practice our counter attacks for the next time he shows up, we can get some demon flesh." Prue explained.
"Demon flesh?" Daina crinkled her face in disgust.
"White meat or dark meat?" Piper joked.
"Yeah, I don't like the idea of demon felay either, but it can help us with the vanquishing potion. Hello, Pheebs!" Prue called.
"Cole is 45 minutes late. You would think he would be on time after he sleeps with a girl, you know?" Phoebe chuckled humourlessly.
"What does having a sleepover have to do with him being late?" Daina asked confused.
Everyone clammed up there since they didn't want to taint the girl's innocence, but knew they would have to sooner or later.
Especially when she started her menstrual cycle since it should start soon considering her age, but they were still debating who would tell her.
Leo offered since he was a doctor in his past, but all three sisters shot the idea down quickly and loudly.
"Can we fast forward because I've got Fastball coming in a couple of days and I need to get some stuff done." Piper changed the subject.
"Cole!" Phoebe yelped making Prue, Piper and Daina turn to see the man was walking into the club, searching for Phoebe.
"He's here, he's here. Is there lipstick on my teeth?" Phoebe asked as she leaned down to Daina and gave a grin that showed off her teeth.
"You're good." The Keeper answered.
"All right, we are practicing the, uh…" Prue trailed off as Cole walked over.
"Sorry I'm late." Cole apologized.
"It's okay." Phoebe smiled as she held his hands.
"The earthquake drill," Prue said hastily making Phoebe look at her annoyed.
"Tomorrow at 3:00." She finished.
"Sorry Madam President, but I have a doctor's appointment." Piper interjected.
"Piper, you never know when an earthquake is going to strike." Prue said as Phoebe looked nervous and Cole watched them curiously while Daina innocently sipped at her 7Up.
"I guess not. I guess I'll reschedule then." Piper said through gritted teeth.
"Phoebe, we need, uh, talk?" Cole asked.
"Uh, Phoebe, earthquake drill. Tomorrow at 3:00." Prue reminded.
"Okay, but if you need me there by 3:00, you have to loan me your car because I have a class right after it." Phoebe informed.
"Fine, just try not to leave my gas tank on empty this time." Prue said.
"I left your gas tank empty once, okay? Get over it. Let it go." Phoebe chuckled in annoyance as she turned to Cole.
"Twice." Prue whispered holding up two fingers.
"I'm sorry. Wh-What were you saying?" Phoebe asked.
"Actually, if we could, uh…" Cole trailed off.
"Oh, and Pheebs, I need the car back by 5:00 because I have a photo shoot at P3 tomorrow." Prue interrupted.
"Uh, P3? Did you forget to inform the owner of P3?" Piper asked.
"I'm sorry, but my location fell out at the last moment and I couldn't find you and I thought that you would say yes." Prue amended.
"Of course you did. And did you forget about the home owners' meeting that's at our house tomorrow afternoon?" Piper reminded.
Cole shared a look with Daina, the girl shrugging as an apology for her sisters.
"I totally spaced. Um, Pheebs, would you cover for me?" Prue smiled.
"No way. At the last one, it took them two and a half hours to decide where to put the garden gnomes." Phoebe refused.
"Um, all right, do you want the car or not?" Prue asked.
"I hate you." Phoebe sang.
"No you don't. You love me." Prue teased.
"I'd love to get back to work." Piper said.
"Okay." Prue said as they stood up.
"Aw, we're moving?" Daina whined.
"You two kids behave." Piper said as she pulled Daina along with her.
(The next morning…)
"No, I'm planning on getting to P3 early to confirm with the stylist. All right, I'll see you there. Bye." Prue hung up the phone.
Piper and Daina were setting the bagels, fruit and juice on the table in the conservatory for breakfast.
"Hey, where' Phoebe?" Prue asked setting the phone on the table.
"I'm here." Phoebe said as she ran into the room with her book bag slung over her shoulder.
"Do you know if Cole called?" she asked sitting at the table.
"You mean since the last time you asked? Hmm? Nope." Daina shrugged.
"Okay, I need some sisterly advice. Is he doing the whole 'blow her off after sex' thing and I'm just not reading the signs?" Phoebe asked.
"Probably not since the signs Prue read as an Empath proved that he loves you." Piper said after she removed her hands from Daina's ears when Phoebe said 'sex'.
"Okay, well, super natural guarantees aside, I am getting the feeling that he is avoiding me. I have no idea where we stand." Phoebe took a bite of an orange.
"Well, maybe it's got something to do with whatever he's hiding from you." Prue said.
The glass doors were then kicked open by Belthezar making the sisters go alert.
"Demon!" Phoebe called as she levitated and kicked him in the head, sending him stumbling back into a table.
"Piper, watch out." Prue said as an energy ball was sent at Piper who froze it.
Prue then astral projected behind the demon, standing on the table.
"Uh, excuse me?" she said making him turn and she kicked him in the face.
He stumbled into the glass table as Prue somersaulted off the table in the dinning room.
"Daina, now!" Prue said.
Grabbing the knife on the table, Daina made sure her barrier was around her as she swung the knife at Belthazar's neck making him groan in pain.
"Ouch! You got skin." he whined as he was covered in blue orbs and transformed into Leo.
"Ooh, sorry, Leo." Daina winced as she set the knife down.
Astral Prue smirked as she then returned to her body.
"Hey, Leo, you think you could make yourself look like Brad Pitt?" Phoebe asked.
"All right you guys, that was, um, good. Although, Phoebe, I think you need more force on your kick and Daina, little less hesitating on the slicing and dicing, okay? Should we try it again?" Prue asked.
"No, I'd like to have a boyfriend left when this is over." Piper said.
"Okay, where are your keys, Prue?" Phoebe changed the subject.
"Hey, don't forget to pick up food for the home owners' meeting." Prue handed her keys over.
"Okay, now how am I possibly gonna pick up food when I have to get your car back right away?" Phoebe asked.
"Well, I can't do it. I have to prep for my shoot." Prue said.
They both then turned to smile at Piper.
"What? Don't look at me." Piper said as her sisters smiled at her and she scoffed.
"So I guess I'll reschedule my doctor's appointment again." Piper said.
"I'll help you set up for the meeting thingie." Daina offered.
"This is why you're my favourite sister." Piper hugged the girl who smiled.
"You're cute." Phoebe sent a kiss at them as she then left.
(Later…)
The neighbors came at noon and started arguing the second they walked into the manor.
Piper and Daina were hidden away in the kitchen cooking for the guests when Leo walked into the room.
"These people are driving me insane. They sound like kids for Kami sake." Daina ranted as she rolled up some bologna and then stuck it with a toothpick.
Piper scoffed in agreement as she carried a tray of mini bagel pizzas that's he had baked and was walking around the island.
"Watch the, uh…" Leo pointed at the camera gear that was sticking out on the floor.
Piper gasped when her foot was caught and she almost fell, but Leo caught the tray and Piper used the island to steady her as Daina quickly ran to her side.
"Prue!" Piper yelled I annoyance as Leo chuckled as he made sure none of the food hit the floor.
"Welcome to Prue's world of clutter photography. I can't believe I got roped into this." Piper took the tray.
"How did you get roped into heading the refreshment committee?" Leo asked.
"They didn't have time." Piper set the tray on the island.
"And you do?" Leo asked.
"Well, my doctor's appointment doesn't count as high priority." Piper wiped her hands on a dish towel.
"If you drop dead, I'm gonna be really mad." Daina stated as she got back to work.
"Couldn't you make something simpler, like chips and dip?" Leo asked.
"Leo, I was a chef. I can't chips and dip." Piper sniped.
"Maybe you need to tell your sisters how you feel." Leo suggested.
"Or just tell them no." Daina added.
"Honey, I know you had one sister, but when you have more than one to deal with, you can't just say no. I mean, one minute you're arguing about something and another you're arguing about who stole who's Barbie in 1979." Piper ranted.
"I am so happy I grew up with one sister." Daina sighed.
"Hey, is Phoebe home yet?" Prue asked as she walked into the room with her equipment bag.
"No! And where-where is all the mineral water?" Piper picked up an empty box.
"Uh, there's some down in the basement." Prue nodded.
"I'll get it." Leo offered as he went down into the basement.
Piper picked up her tray of the pizza bagels and walked out into the living room to set the tray down for the arguing neighbours to eat.
Suddenly, the arguing stopped and it was silent which made Daina perk up, but shrugged it off as she figured that Piper had frozen them.
Leo then walked out of the basement with a bottle of mineral water as Daina picked her tray up and they walked out to check on the group to see Phoebe and Piper talking by the stairs.
"Ever plan on unfreezing the neighbours?" Leo asked.
"I don't know. I like them like that." Daina commented.
"Piper, just this once. You know how much I want this relationship to work." Phoebe begged.
"Well, I guess I don't have much of a choice." Piper sighed as Phoebe then pulled her into a hug and then rushed up the stairs.
"You are so helping me run this meeting." Piper pointed at Leo just as a heavenly jingle was heard.
"Uh, they're calling." Leo said.
"What?" Daina asked.
"Oh, no, no, Leo." Piper shook her head as he orbed off and she caught the water he dropped
"You chicken." Piper called up at him.
"Great, now we gotta deal with these brats ourselves." Daina groaned as the group was unfrozen and resumed their arguing.
They were yelling to each other about building a fence and about others snooping in on their property.
Groaning, Piper walked over to try and get the group to calm down as they started arguing about the fence, an old woman saying the fence would block the sunlight from her azaleas.
Daina went back into the kitchen to bring the empty glasses into the kitchen, a man watching her from the window and her eyes glowed gold, sensing him.
Picking her head up, she turned towards the window, but the man quickly ducked down and hid just as Phoebe came down the stairs dressed up for her date when the doorbell rang.
Walking out of the kitchen, Daina watched as Phoebe blew a kiss to Piper as she and Cole walked out of the door.
"Phoebe, Phoebe! Those are my earrings. Hey!" Piper called as the couple left.
The arguing seemed to get louder and Piper suddenly got angered as she turned to the group.
"Everybody shut up!" she snapped shocking Daina and the rest of the group.
"I have had it with your petty problems. And-and your stupid fence, stupid flower bed. There are bigger problems in the world to worry about. Just get a life and grow up." Piper told them.
"Oh, you can't speak to us like that!" a plump redhead woman yelled.
"Oh, yeah?" Piper asked as she threw the food off the tray at the people making them gaps in outrage as Piper then dropped the tray and pointed at the door.
"Everybody out of my house. Get out of my house before I throw you out." Piper demanded.
"With pleasure."
"We're going. Gone."
"I should build a fence to keep you in."
The neighbours as headed for the door in a single line, their voices almost overlapping as they continued to complain.
"Good idea." Piper sniped as she followed them.
"I'll speak to your sister about the way you behaved." The redhead warned.
"Better idea. Move it, move it, move it. And stay out!" Piper yelled as the door was slammed closed.
Huffing, Piper then turned back to Daina who was just staring at her with wide innocent eyes.
"What?" Piper snapped.
"What was that?" Daina asked.
"Oh, come on. Like you didn't want to throw them out. I swear, those people are just so aggravating and they act like children." Piper ranted as she stormed into the kitchen.
Blinking at the woman, Daina was curious and wondered if the reason Piper had gotten so angered had anything to do with that strange presence she had sensed before.
Shaking her head, the girl then walked over to the pizza bagels on the floor and started to pick them up.
(Night time…)
Up in the attic, Daina was leafing through the Book to find an answer as to why Piper had suddenly gotten so angry.
"Come, give me a sign. Give me an answer. Help me out here." The girl muttered as she flipped through the Book.
Clattering came from downstairs along with shouting which made the girl look up in worry as she picked up the Book and walked down the stairs to hear Prue and Piper arguing.
"This is not natural. Come on; show me what I'm looking for before blood gets spilled. Please." Daina requested.
Her head then picked up when she heard Phoebe come home and heard Piper and Prue yell 'Shut up!' at her.
Peaking her head through the railings, Daina saw Phoebe was hit with a red light and suddenly she got angered ad joined in on the argument.
The Book then flipped its pages making the girl look down at it in confusion as the pages fluttered onto one marked with a man named Andras.
"Andras, the spirit of rage. Uh oh." Daina gulped as she looked up in time to see the sisters' fight had turned physical.
Piper had pulled Phoebe's earring off and then the blonde aimed a kick at Piper who ducked down to avoid the kick.
Standing up, Piper then pushed Phoebe into Prue who pushed her away into the chair in the corner and Daina quickly ran down the stairs.
Standing, Phoebe threw the camera on the chair at Prue who then telenetically threw it at Phoebe who levitated out of the way while Piper froze the camera.
"STOP!" she yelled as her eyes glowed and all three sisters were hovering in the air, stuck in their own golden barriers.
"Daina, what the hell are you doing?" Prue demanded.
"Stopping you from making a mistake. Listen to me. You were infected by a demon and he's making you guys act out on rage." Daina told them.
"Oh, right. A demon is responsible for this. You know, I am sick of you always acting like you're smarter than us or better than us." Phoebe turned her anger on Daina.
"Hey, leave her out of this." Piper snapped.
"Sure, go on and play favourites. It's obvious that you care about Daina more than you do about us." Prue said.
"Well, at least from her I get some respect." Piper shot back.
"Guys, would you just stop arguing!" Daina yelled.
"Shut up!" Prue yelled as she swung her arm.
Daina was then forced back and hit the wall from the attack, her barriers fading away from the sisters who landed on their feet.
Just then, they realized what they had done, looking over at Daina in worry as they saw the girl staring up at them in sadness as Phoebe then rushed out the door.
Pushing herself up off of the floor, the Keeper stared at the two women who then rushed over to her.
"God, honey, I am so sorry." Prue apologized as she helped the girl stand.
"I'm fine." Daina said.
Just then, Leo orbed into the room and stared at the sisters' with an accusing look.
"What's wrong?" Piper asked.
"You tell me." Leo said.
"Uh, well, we had a little…" Piper trailed off.
"Tiff." Prue said.
"Must've been more than little because they felt it." Leo glanced up at the ceiling.
"What do you mean they felt it?" Piper asked.
"Whatever happened severed the Power of 3." Leo explained.
"Leo, that's impossible." Prue protested.
"Freeze this." Leo picked up a glass bowel and dropped it.
Piper moved her hands to freeze it, but it hit the floor and shattered making everyone stare in horror.
Walking over, Prue tried to move the glass with her telekinesis, but the glass remained on the floor making her face her harsh reality of being powerless.
"What happened to our powers?" Prue asked.
"That's what we have to figure out. Let's start with your little tiff." Leo suggested.
Lifting her hand, Daina made a barrier appear around the glass, moving the pieces together to clean up the mess easier.
"Well, that's a bit of an understatement. It was big." Piper said looking guilty.
"How big?" Leo asked.
"Um, do you remember Pearl Harbour?" Prue asked and mimicked an explosion sound and moved her arms to replicate an explosion.
"Okay, so what triggered it?" Leo asked.
"Uh, I-I don't know. Little things I guess. I really didn't wanna do the stupid meeting and…" Piper shrugged.
"My car ran out of gas and because of that, I missed my job." Prue said.
"That's it?" Leo asked.
"No, that's not it." Daina cut in making everyone look at her.
"When I came down here to break up the fight, it was to tell you about information I found in the Book." She explained.
"The Book? You think a demon is responsible?" Leo asked.
"Andras, the spirit of rage. He can turn anger that is already there and enhance it into pure rage until the victim does an unforgivable act. I'm guessing someone hired him to turn the sisters against each other. After all, who else is strong enough to take out the Charmed Ones but the Charmed Ones themselves." Daina explained.
"Belthezar. He must have teamed up with this Andras guy." Prue realized.
"Okay, but back to the argument. There must have been something tied in there to sever the bond. You yelled and threw stuff?" Leo asked.
"We used our powers." Prue confessed looking down.
"Wha… On each other?" Leo asked.
Piper and Prue both looked around guilty, the jade eyed woman looking over at Daina, hoping she hadn't hurt the girl when she threw her into the wall.
"All right, well, then that's what happened. Your powers are rooted in your bond as sisters. Using them against each other must have severed that bond. All right, you-you need to repair the damage to your relationship fast because without your powers you're extremely vulnerable, so you need to get Phoebe-"
"Phoebe's gone." Prue cut Leo off.
"Gone? Where?" Leo asked.
"We don't know. She just stormed out." Daina explained.
"Oh. Try to call any of her friends to find her. Daina, get the Book and try to find a vanquishing spell or a potion for Andras. Quick." Leo said.
Nodding, the sisters quickly got to work; Daina grabbing the Book off the stairs and gasped in when she saw only her mark was on the Book while the triqutera was separated.
"Problem. We've got a problem." She said turning to her sisters and White Lighter.
"What now?" Prue asked.
Daina showed off the cover of the Book making the sisters gasp to see the triqutera was separated and Leo paled slightly.
"Oh no. we need to find Phoebe and fast. You scry and I'll make some calls." Piper said as she ran down the stairs.
(Later on…)
Kit mewed as she watched Daina flip through the Book to locate a vanquishing spell or a potion to get rid of Andras, but she couldn't find any.
"Great. No one ever came up with a way to kill this guy." she groaned ash laid her head on the table.
Prue then walked into the kitchen to check on the girl and saw her laying her head on the table.
"Any luck?" she asked.
"Nope. There's no vanquishing potion and no spell. We'd probably have to make one up." Daina told her.
Nodding at this, Prue then walked over and sat down beside the girl and pulled her into her arms.
"Honey, I'm so sorry I used my powers on you." she apologized.
"It's okay. I mean, I know you would never hurt me. It was all Andras' fault." Daina said.
"No, Andras doesn't create anger from thin air. He amplifies it. Piper, Phoebe and I have always argued with each other and have issues. I guess some of us have issues with you too." Prue confessed.
"Why though? Have I done anything to piss you guys off?" Daina asked looking up at her with wide innocent eyes.
"No, honey. It's just…I feel a bit jealous of you. I mean, I've been working on this witch stuff for almost three years and still have trouble, but you're picking this up so easily." Prue told her.
"That's why witches learn the craft when they're young. We have better access to our powers and get stronger from learning then. I mean, if you and the others had your powers from day 1, then you'd be more powerful than you are now." Daina said.
Smiling, Prue kissed her baby sister's head and they both then stood up to check on Piper's progress with locating Phoebe.
"Any luck yet?" Prue asked.
"No. I can't find her anywhere. If something happens to her, I'll never forgive myself." Piper said.
"Nothing is gonna happen." Leo assured.
"Leo, something happened to Grams, something happened to Mom. It kind of runs in the family." Piper told him.
The sound of the door creaking open and them closing made the group all look over curiously and in hope.
Walking over to the conservatory was Phoebe.
"Phoebe. Thank god." Prue said.
"Has the tribal council spoken? Am I booted off the island?" Phoebe asked.
Piper walked over and hugged her.
"Are you okay?" the middle sister asked.
"Yeah." Phoebe sighed into her sister's long brown hair.
"Where were you?" Prue asked as the sisters pulled out of the hug.
"I was at Cole's. And after a lot of talking and a lot of tears he convinced me to come home and deal with what happened." Phoebe explained.
"Balthzar is what happened." Prue spoke up.
"What?" Phoebe asked.
"Abbreviated version, he used some underling spirit to enrage us and when we fought, we lost our powers. No more triqutera, no more Power of 3." Piper explained.
"Wait, we have no powers?" Phoebe asked.
"Except for me, but, yeah." Daina nodded.
"But that means that…" Phoebe trailed off.
"He's gonna try and come kill us. Which when you didn't come home, we thought that he had already…" Prue shrugged.
"No, it's okay, I'm fine. So what do we do? A spell, a vanquish, a potion?" Phoebe asked Leo.
"You need to try and restore your bond as sisters. I'll, uh, give you some privacy." Leo set the Book on the table and walked out of the room.
It was then silent in the room as the four sisters looked at each other, unsure of what to say.
"Potion would be easier, huh?" Prue joked.
"Oh yeah." Piper agreed as she then shared a look with Phoebe.
"Um, Phoebe, Grams didn't say you'd never amount to anything. That was just me being mean. She was-is very proud of you." Piper said.
"We all know that sometimes I'm not the most responsible person in the world." Phoebe looked down.
"No, Phoebe, that's all kind of ancient history isn't it? I mean, you've grown up a lot and I don't treat you like I have half the time." Prue apologized.
"That's okay. And since Mom died…" Phoebe trailed off.
"You did take care of us and you do still look out for us all the time and we don't always say thank you. Sometimes we take you for granted." Piper said.
"I don't think I'm the one who's been taken for granted around here. You know, who needs Oprah when we can do it ourselves?" Prue smiled.
"I say you did a pretty awesome job." Daina grinned as Phoebe pulled her into a hug.
"Do you think we have our powers back?" Phoebe asked.
The sisters all shared a look when the glass doors were then kicked open making them turn in fear to see Balthezar had arrived.
Prue moved her arm to try and send him flying, but nothing happened.
"All right, no. You try." Prue said as Piper tried to freeze the demon as he stalked over to them, but it didn't work.
"Oh, mine aren't working either." Piper said.
"We worked on our issues." Phoebe stared up at the ceiling.
Leo then walked in and slammed a chair on Balthezar's back, but the man was then hit by the demon and he flew into the other room.
"Leo!" Piper called and went to go help him but was held back her sisters.
"No, wait. You guys run, I'll hold him off." Prue told them.
"You don't have any powers. Stay behind me." Daina said as her eyes glowed gold.
"No, we're in this together." Phoebe said.
"No matter what." Piper agreed.
The triquetra on the Book then glowed a coral color and started to form together making the sisters look at it as Balthezar walked back over to them with a athame in his hand and smirk on his face.
"Look, the Book." Phoebe pointed as the triquetra reformed and stopped glowing.
Holding a finger up, Prue then sent the athame flying out of the demon's hand.
Roaring, he sent an energy ball at the sisters, the energy ball hitting Daina's barrier and it hit Balthezar, Andras being forced out of his body.
"Okay, that's new." Prue commented.
"Demon with demon filling." Phoebe said.
"Nobody crosses me." Balthezar turned to Andras and sent an energy ball at him, killing the demon.
"Uh oh." Piper said as Balthezar picked up the athame.
"Okay, positions." Prue said as the sisters separated and got into position.
"Hey." Phoebe called as she levitated ad kicked him in the jaw, but she was sent falling to the ground as he stumbled slightly.
"Piper." Prue said as Balthezar threw the athame at the woman who froze the weapon.
Prue then astral projected behind the demon and kicked him into the cabinet.
"Piper, the knife." Prue called.
Grabbing the athame, Piper ran over and sliced off some skin from Balthezar's stomach making him roar in pain as the flesh hit the floor.
Angered, he grabbed her wrist and started twisting it, then Daina ran over and used her barrier to pick Balthezar up and threw him outside, the doors shattering from the impact.
Phoebe groaned as Prue helped her up and they ran over to find the demon, but he had already shimmered off.
Leo woke up and walked over as Piper had her arms around Daina, both relieved that things had gone well.
"He's gone." Phoebe said.
"Just for now." Prue said.
"Ow. Are you okay?" Piper asked as Leo checked her wirst.
"Yeah. Good thing I'm already dead." Leo commented.
"Aw, gross." Daina gagged as she picked up the red demon flesh.
It was still warm and it made her face scrunch up in disgust.
"Oh, yum, the other white meat." Prue joked.
"Better him than me." Leo said as Piper gagged when Daina placed the flesh in her hand.
"Well, at least now we can work on a vanquishing spell." Phoebe said.
"Well, we better hurry before Balthezar's encore." Piper spoke up.
(The next night…)
Fastball was on stage performing as the sisters sat in the corner watching, Daina smiling and bobbing her head to the music.
Prue was then seen walking through the crowd, late from her photo shoot to join the other three as she shed off her jacket.
"Hey, how did the photo session go?" Phoebe asked.
"Not as good if it had been done here, but definitely better for our relationship." Prue said.
"Well, next time just give me some warning and I'll be happy to accommodate you." Piper told her.
"Oh, I promise. By the way, how was your doctor's appointment?" Prue asked.
"It was fine. Everything was normal, except my stress level." Piper said.
"Oh, I don't mean to stress you out anymore, but I ran into Ellen and Claire and they said they worked everything out with Mrs. Snyder." Phoebe said.
Daina chuckled as she saw Piper's embarrassed look.
"What did you say to them anyway?" Phoebe asked.
"Oh, uh, nothing. I just spoke my mind." Piper said.
"And struck terror into their hearts." Daina teased making Phoebe laugh.
"Maybe you should handle all the meetings." Prue suggested.
"No. Absolutely not." Piper refused.
"Wow, you're getting good at saying no." Phoebe chuckled.
"Thank you." Piper nodded.
"Anyway, I think it's good that we got everything out on the table. And for the sake of Innocents everywhere, I think we should always just tell each other how we feel." Phoebe said.
"Uh, not everything or at least always. No offence, but I don't want World War 4 to happen." Daina teased making everyone laugh.
"Okay, most of the time. Just to keep demons away from splitting us up." Phoebe corrected.
"I agree with that." Prue said as Phoebe then turned her attention to the door, waiting to see if Cole would appear.
He had been missing for a few days and it made her worry about where he was or what could have happened to him.
"Haven't heard from Cole yet, huh?" Prue asked.
"No. I still can't figure that guy out. But I will." Phoebe said.
"Uh, maybe he has a case to work on. I'm sure he'll turn up soon enough. Just have faith." Daina said.
Standing, she then held her hand out to Phoebe who smiled and the two went off to watch the band up close and dance.
To be continued…
