"We followed the car tracks that you lift behind and that is how we found out where you lived, Carlisle." Gabriella told him and then lifted to go back home to the Halliwells.

"Phoebe, we found out where Carlisle lived and he shouted a bit bitterly at us." Tommy said.

"Well, I guess he's just a bit upset about Isabella dying after the baby was born and even they couldn't turn her into a vampire. But I guess Ella's friend, Isabella is next in line to be a vampire and to take over." Piper said, walking into the living room.

"Do you think she could be pregnant in the next few years?" Phoebe asked, as she saw Ella walk in to join them.

"Maybe. In the future." Piper said, getting ready to make a vanquishing potion in the kitchen.

Meanwhile in the living room with Ella and Tommy.

"Ella, are you alright?" He asked, worried.

"Yes. But I still feel a little bit sick." She said, as she ran to the toilet to be sick again and he rubbed her back for her.

"I think you need to get some rest." Tommy said and picked her up, then put her into bed.

"Tommy, how is she?" Prue asked, a bit concerned.

"I think me and Ella are going to go back to our own home back in Angel Grove and we won't have these concerned questions!" He yelled and orbed out with Ella in his arms.

He watched as Ella was asleep and she woke up, realising that she had a raging fever.

"Hey, are you alright?" He asked, checking her temperature.

"Your burning up." He said and went to phone Carlisle.

"Carlisle, we need to get to the hospital. Ella's burning up." He said, as it went to voice mail and he took her to the hospital without him.

"My name is Derek Shepherd and this is my wife, Meredith Grey. I'm going to be Ella's doctor." He said, as he put Ella into a stretcher and rolled her down the hall.

"Do you think she'll be okay, Derek?" He asked worried about her.

"Of course she will be alright. I mean that she's got a fever and we going to see if we can get it of her chest." Derek told him.

"And she's also pregnant." He added.

"We'll keep an eye on her and watch the baby." He said and Meredith came out the room to speak with him, then Tommy went to sit at Ella's bed side, while Meredith talked in private with Derek.

"Did you know that she was pregnant, Derek?" Meredith asked him.

"Of course I knew that she was pregnant and Tommy told me that she was." Derek sighed.

"I guess I stand corrected then." Meredith smirked.

"We need to see if she's awake from the coma.." Derek said, walking back to the room to check on Ella's heart rate, then her monitor started to bleep.

"What's going on?" He asked, as he was pushed out and, then he waited out in the hallway. "Ella, please stay with me." He thought and then one of the doctor's came out of the room.

"Is she alright? Is she alive?" He asked, then she nodded her head.

"Yes. She's still alive. But she's still in a coma." Meredith said, then he ran to see Ella and held her hand tightly in his own.

Sky's are crying.

I am watching, catching tear drops.

In my hands

Only silence, as it's ending.

"Please, come out of the coma for me, Ella." He cried. "I need you and the baby inside of you needs you." But then she went into cardiac arrest and then the doctors ran into the room.

"We need to get her heart beating again." Derek said and then someone held an oxygen mask over her nose to get her breathing again.

"Come on, Ella." Izzie said. "You need to be strong."

"Izzie, how old is Ella?" Christina said looking through the window.

"She's 20 years old and pregnant with a baby girl." She said, then noticed Derek moving the bed. "What are you doing?"

"Taking her down to the CT room." He said, as the others wheeled her out into the hallway, then after that they rolled her back into the room.

Then she started to wake up with Tommy holding her hand and, then she looked over to him and saw that he had been sleeping and woke him up.

"Your awake." Tommy said, looking at her.

"Of course I am and I know that you need me to be alive for you." She told him and he kissed her fore-head.

"I could never live without you. You changed my life, did you say it?"

"Yes, I did say it."

Then she started to sit up and saw some people on the TV.

"Ella, I brought you some water if you need it." He told as she looked at him.

"Thank you, Tommy." She said, thanking him.

"Your welcome." He said and climbed in beside her.

"So what's gonna happen now, Tommy?" She asked him.

"I don't know what's going to happen now, Ella." He exclaimed to her and they both fell asleep.

The next day, Tommy took Ella back home to recover.

"Tommy, is she awake, yet?" Leo asked, walking into the room to sit on the sofa.

"No." He said. "And why do you sound anxious, Leo?"

"Because I'm just trying to be curious, about things. But not anxious, Tommy." He yelled and left the room to get a drink of water for Ella when she woke up.

"Tommy, how is Ella?" Phoebe asked, anxiously, then walked towards a window to stare at the clouds and then back to Tommy.

"How can you talk about someone, that is right in front of you, when their asleep, and can hear you?" Tommy said, as he leaned down to kiss Ella's fore-head and she woke up, gently to stare at him.

"Hi, Tommy." She said, looking up at him. "How long have I been out?"

"Only 7 weeks." He stated. "You've been in a coma for a long time and I missed not having your voice around, even not seeing you walk around in the house." Then she starting taking a sip of her water.

"I'm alive because of you and, I'm glad you kept me alive." She said, thanking him.

"I'm proud that your alive too." He said, smiling at her.

"So, what's gonna happen now, Tommy?" She asked, curiously.

"Well, your pregnant and, I have no idea what's gonna happen now." He said, as he kissed her fore-head.

"I wish we both knew what was going to happen now." She sighed and got up. "I can walk again. I haven't walked in days." Then she started to walk around for a bit, but then she almost stumbled to the floor and Tommy held her balance for her.

Like we never had an chance.

"I think you need to rest, Ella." He said, concerned about her. "It could take a while, before you can walk again, but for now. You need to rest."

"Okay," She agree. "I'll rest, before I can walk again.

"Don't forget, Ella." He said, standing by the sofa. "I'll be by your side."

"You will always be by my side," She said, as he sat her down on the sofa. "no matter what happens to me. I'll know that you'll be in my heart for a very long time, even forever. Is a good thing. For us." Then she sighed and took a sip of her water.

"No-one could ever come between us, or our children." He said, as she fell into a deep sleep and he kissed her fore-head. "Don't have any night-mare's, Ella." He whispered into her ear.

Later that night, Tommy had heard a knock on his door.

"Hi, Edward." He said, greeting him and then he took him into the living room.

"Hi, Tommy." He said. "I heard that Ella was at the hospital, but Carlisle said that we need to keep an close eye on her before she drops again." Then Ella turned on her side, but her eyes didn't open. They just stayed shut.
