"I don't know," she said. "But she'll need to be safe with us."
"Until," He sighed. "Try to convince them."
"It'll be a few days before they can find out that Gabriella is a vampire," she tried to explain. "For all eternity."
"The Voltouri won't listen," Rosalie shouted. "they'll go looking for a fight, and then, they'll kill us."
"We know," Alice shouted back. "That's why we mustn't let anyone get near to her or the triplets."
"Gabriella is under our protection now," Esme said. "Carlisle, do you think the Voltouri will come to an understanding arrangement?"
"I think they will," he answered. "But first the wedding needs to be sorted out."
"I can organize it for you both," she replied. "You won't have to worry about a thing."
"I know," He said, as he took his stepson into his arms, and laid him into his cot.
Then Alice knew that Gabriella's birthday was coming up.
"Gabriella, do you mind if I talk to your husband to be for a momen?"
"Sure," She said, walking out onto the terrace.
"What are you going to get Gabriella for her birthday?" She asked him.
"A new five bedroom house," he told her. "And brand new car."
"Okay," She said. "What about a wedding ring for her and you?"
"We can find one,"
"Alrighty then," she said, as he went on to the terrace to join his wife to be.
"So," he sighed. "What are you going to do for your birthday?"
"I know," she sighed. "Spend it with you and the kids."
"And you're going too," he told her her as he got down on one knee. "I know I haven't known you long. But I would like to see more of you in my life, Gabby. Will you do me the honour in becoming my wife?"
She had to take a moment to think about it.
"Yes," she yelled. "I will marry you, Carlisle."
"Do you want to get married in December or we can get married tomorrow if you want to, even right now?" He asked
"Yes," she said. "Since we can get married right now if you really want to be married right here."
"Okay," he sighed. "Promise me that no-one can or will never hurt you, Gabriella?"
"I promise you that no-one will or cannot hurt me," she promised him. "Because you love me too much to see me get hurt, the way Troy hurt me."
"I know," he said, taking her in to his arms. "We're going to have to protect our children."
"Believe you, me, I won't let anything happen to them," she told him. "You're the only family have close to my cold dead heart."
"You said it, Darling," He said, kissing her neck, and turned her around.
Then they headed back in side, while Alice and Jasper were playing a game.
"Alice," Gabriella called. "What game are you playing?"
"Snap," she replied. "Do you you want to play?"
"Yes," she said, keenly. "I would love to play. Can you you show me how to play?"
"Okay," She said, Cooley. "Jasper, do you mind do the honours?"
"Alrighty then," he said, as Carlisle went to talk to Rosalie and Emmett.
"I need you to build us a five bedroom house," he told her. "So, we have something to look forward to."
"But can Alice and Jasper help?" She asked.
"Only if you ask her," he told her. "And what about you, Emmett?"
"I agree with Rosalie," he said, sighing. "Alice and Jasper can help, they know a lot of style."
"They do actually," Esme said, joining them.
"I know," he said, as he went to see to Gabriella.
"So," he began. "How was the game, Gabby?"
"Fun, actually," she said, holding Isabella in her arms.
"My turn," Rosalie said, taking Isabella from her mother's arms.
"Where does Isabella, Justin and Vanessa sleep?" She asked.
"Isabella sleeps in mine or Emmetts," she replied. "But Vanessa sleeps in Esmes or Carlisle's. Justin sleeps in Alice's arms."
Suddenly, Isabella put her hand to her mother's face.
"What did she just show me?" She asked, alerted.
"She showed you the first memory she has of you," he told her. "She's gifted."
"Can she show me how?" She asked.
"How does Alice see the future," Edward replied. "And how I can read minds? We're gifted."
"I know," she said, smiling at him and Carlisle.
Later that day, Gabriella got into her wedding gown, while her husband to be got ready, and met her at the alter.
"Do you, Gabriella Montez, take this man to be your husband?" The priest asked.
"I do," she replied.
"Do you, Carlisle Cullen, take this woman to be your wife?" He asked.
"I do,"
"I man now pronounce you, husband and wife," he said, as they both kissed each other on the lips.
After that, they went to the ball.
"It seems you may have got your dream come true, Gabby," he whispered into her ear. "And I got mine."
"I'm your dream?" She asked.
"Yes," he said. "You are my dream. I waited for you for a thousand years."
"I know," she said, leaning to lie in his neck.
"Come there's someone I want you to meet," he told her, as he leaded her away from the crowd.
"Who's this?" She asked.
"That's Danny," he answered. "He's been wanting to meet you in ages."
"Hi, Danny," she said softly.
"Hi," he said. "I heard so much about you."
"You have?" She asked.
"Yes," he keenly said. "He won't stop talking about you."
"I know," she claimed.
"I best be going now," he sighed. "I have work in the morning."
"Okay,"
Then they both went back to join the others, and when it was all over, Alice and Jasper did the cleaning up, while Rosalie helped put the triplets into bed.
"It's all yours," Alice said, handing Gabriella the key. "Have fun."
They went of into the woods to find their house, that they were going to live in.
"What do you think?" He asked, looking at their new house.
"It's perfect," she told him. "And I love it."
"But do you think it's big enough for the five of us?" He asked.
"Yes," she smiled, looking him in the eye.
"Let's have a look inside," he said, smiling back at her, as they both entered the house.
"The triplets bedroom," he said, closing the door.
Then they were to their bedroom.
"Alice picked the clothes out for you," he said, as she looked through them.
"They're lovely," she said when he lead her into their bedroom.
"Bed?" She asked.
"It's not entirely, intended for sleep." He told her, lifting up a lock of her hair, and kissing her neck
"Vampires don't sleep," she told him, turning around to kiss him.
"So, what do think of the triplets room?" He asked her.
"It's lovely," she replied to her. "And it's beautiful, just like our room."
"I know," he told her, kissing her on the lips . "We both better head back."
"Okay," She said, softly, as he wrapped his arm around her waist.
"So," he sighed, when they both riched the house, and went inside to see Emmett, Rosalie, Alice and Jasper, sitting down at the table.
"Done already?" Emmett asked.
"Done with what?" Carlisle asked, feeling confused.
"Nevermind," he said, calmly.
"Alrighty then," he said, hearing a phone ring.
"Is that my mother?" She asked.
"Yes," he answered. "She's been phoning for days."
"What did you tell her?" She asked.
"I told her," he explained. "That she needs to mourn your death."
"Why?" She asked.
"Because she needs to," he told her, kissing her forehead. "So, please don't be mad at me."
"Carlisle, honey," she said, gently. "I'm not mad at you, because you know whats best for me."
"I know," he said, kissing her once more on the lips.
"Are you leaving?" Jacob asked.
