When tomorrow comes,

I'll be on my own,

Feeling frightened of,

"I don't know," He answered. "But this is the first Christmas I'm spending with you and our kids."

"I know," She replied, as he wrapped his arms around her.

"Mum," A voice called.

"Yes, sweetie?" She answered.

"How comes we left Forks?" She asked.

"It was to protect you two," She told her. "And your father has to protect me."

"Oh," She said. "And what of Edward?"

"He had to stay in Forks," She sighed. "But me and your father are to never return there."

"Why?" She asked.

"Because of my parents," She sighed. "And also, because of Jacob."

"And?" She prompted.

"And also because of my two loving children," She added, as her daughter hugged her.

"Izzie," Carlisle said, calmly. "Where's Justin?"

"In his bedroom," She told him, in reply. "reading a book."

"What book exactly?" Gabriella asked, curiously.

"He's reading 'The Hunger Games," She answered.

"Okay," She said, Izzie went back upstairs to her bedroom.

"So," Auntie Esme said, softly before closing and opening her eyes again.

"So," He sighed. "Do you want to go out with me?"

The things that I don't know,

When tomorrow comes

Tomorrow comes

And the road is long

I look up to sky,

"Yes," she smiled. "I will go on date with you."

"Okay," he smiled back at her, leaving the room together.

"Finally," Alice said. "He's got a girlfriend."

"I never thought he'd get one," Rosalie replied. "Especially after the loss of his first girlfriend and all."

"So, your happy for him?" Jasper questioned.

"Yes," she sighed. "I guess I am."

"It was like, they were meant be a couple," Carlisle said, wrapping his arm around Gabriella's waist.

"We guess you could say that," Alice said. "Because you thought Rosalie and Edward were meant to be a couple, but surely, Gabriella is a part of this family now, and forever more, my mother in-law to be."

"Good point, Ali," Emmett laughed. "She's to be married to him in two years from now."

"Why does this not surprise you, Edward?" She asked.

"Because she's all human," she answered. "And she was dating Tommy, before he died in front of her, and now, she's got his head turned."

"We all have to disagree with you on that dear," Carlisle softly said. "Tommy did infact die on that faithful day,"

"I know," she replied. "But I do agree with all that your saying. Her boyfriend did die on that day,"

"And you never known why he died?" He asked.

"No," Esme replied. "It was to protect her from Troy Bolton, before he even bought her to us."

"Yes," he yelled, from the top of his lungs, when Izzie came up to him

In the dark I found

The stuff, I won't fly,

And I sing along,

And I sing along,

And I sing along,

Now I've got you and I,

I look around me seeing sweet life

I'm stuck in the dark, but your my flashlight,

"Where's my my auntie?" She asked.

"She's gone out with Edward," Jasper told her. "She should be back soon."

"Okay," she sighed, going back to her bedroom.

"Does she know?" Gabriella asked.

"Know what?" Jasper fired back at her.

"Know that her new dad will be Carlisle?" She asked.

"Yes," Alice replied. "She will know soon enough, when her mother tells her."

"Aright,"

"But how will she know if her mother is going to die," Emmett questioned. "And give birth to a new son or daughter? She needs to know all the secrets of this family, that we're *whispers* vampires."

"She'll know," she said, clearing her throat. "As soon as her mother gets told what we are too."

"So," Edward started. "She doesn't know, and neither does her daughter that she's raising on her own, without a father? I think Izzie needs to have father to help raise her as well."

"I think Carlisle's already trying to do that," he answered. "Even Gabby wouldn't be left alone to defend for her self out there. She's never been more afraid of what's happening out there."

"What about the Volturi?" She asked. "Surely, they must know about Gabriella by now? They would kill her."

"We know," Rosalie sighed. "Plus, she's a liability to us now."

"Your saying that she can't ever leave this family now?" Jacob asked, walking into the room to join them all.

"Yes," she answered. "Because her husband died and she knows that she can't raise her on her own.

Your getting me, getting me through the night,

Can't stop my heart, when you shinin' my heart,

I'm stuck in dark, but your my flashlight,

Cause, your my flashlight (flashlight)

You're my flashlight, (flashlight)

You're my flashlight

"I heard Billy say something about that," he told her in reply. "We know what happened. Gabriella never wrote a letter to him. On saying where she was going and how long was she going to stay in angel grove."

"So she went missing for a while?" Alice questioned him.

"Yes,"

"But why?" She asked.

"Because she was unable to write a letter to him," he answered. "And she couldn't walk for days. Tommy had to help her gain her strength back, a few weeks later, she could finally walk again."

"Aww," she cooed. "It must've been hard for her."

"Believe me," he said. "It was hard for her not to be able to write when she was bleeding out to death."

"I know," she repeated, as Carlisle came into the house holding Gabriella iin his arms, as they noticed blood coming out of her.

"What happened?" Edward asked, angered.

"I left her alone for a few minutes," he explained. "When I saw a couple of people hitting her with a knife."

"How could you let this happen again, Carlisle?" He asked.

"I'll get the first aid box," Alice said, leaving with Jasper and Emmett.

"Do you want me to stay?" He asked.

"Yes, Carlisle," he shouted. "I, Esme, Rosalie and Jacob will stay with her as well. While you bandage her cuts."

"Is she okay?" Izzy asked. "Mum, mummy!?"

She struggled to reach for her daughter, as they had her arms down by her sides, when she cringed in pain.

"We'll make it go away," he told her. "You'll be alright. I won't let you die on me. Just like Tommy did."

Jacob took Gabriella by the hand, as Sam came to join them, when he saw Carlisle holding Gabriella's hand, and took the opposite hand that was laying by her side.

"I'll help you," he said, leaning down by Gabriella's side. "Okay?"

"Okay," she whimpered.

"Good girl," Jacob said, quietly.

"Izzie," Gabriella asked, as she tried to sit up, but they pulled her back down as she winced in pain.

"Rest," Carlisle ordered her. "I wouldn't move as much."

"Okay," she said, when they lifted her up, and carried her out towards the car, when she fell into a coma.

"Edward," Sam called. "You need to change her before she does die."

"I can't," he yelled. "Carlisle needs to tell her what we are first. I just can't tell what we are she might run off. Or worse, she might go back to Albuquerque. Besides, I'm not her husband."

"She would never do that," he told him. "Besides, what matters is that she is getting closer to dying now more than ever, so I suggest you change her life forever, rather than letting her suffer iin pain. Don't foreget she could die tonight."

"I guess your right," He agreed. "I can't let her die on my watch tonight. Cause, I need her, our daughter, Izzie needs her, our son, Justin needs her. She can't leave this world of hers behind her and just give up on herself by saying 'that's it I'm dying right now.' She needs to keep holding on. And make it through the day without a fuss."

"Well said," Jacob congratulated. "I just hope she gets through the years of living life as a vampire with you all."

"I hope so," he whispered. "Plus, me, Edward, Alice, Esme, Jasper, Rosalie and Emmett are her family now. Our children, included."

"I know,"

"She just needs me to complete her life," he told him. "Esme completed Edwards life"

"I see," he said, as a hospital bed was waiting for them.

"How old is she?" A nurse asked, checking the dressed wounds.

"18 years old," Esme replied. "She was born on July 12th 1992."

I see the shadows long,

Beneath the mountain tops,

I'm not afraid,

When the rain won't stop,

Cause, you let the way,

You will light the way,

"What's her parents name?" She asked.

"Mrs Montez," Jacob answered. "She has no father."

"Okay," she sighed, as they rolled her down the hall and into room 4009.

Then she woke up from her coma.

"Gabriella," Carlisle said leaning over her. "Are you alright?"

"I think so," she replied. "Where am I?"

"Your in a hospital," Carlisle answered, stepping into the room to check her heart rate.

"Are you feeling any better?" Jacob asked. "You were out for 2 hours. We thought you had died or something."

"Thanks, Jake," she sighed, as she she began notice that her heart wasn't beating anymore. "What's happening to me?"

"Jacob, give us a moment," Esme said, as a nurse came, but she was as told the same thing, when she closed the door.

"Gabby," Esme started. "You died this afternoon."

"What?" She asked, shocked.

"You died," she repeated. "And we had to put venom into your system."

"Why?" She asked.

"Because we saw that your heart was failing to beat," Carlisle told her, holding her hand. "And decided to give a new life of becoming one of us forever. I mean, that way you would never have to die on us ever again."

"So I'm one of you now?" She asked.

"Yes,"

I got all i need, when i got you and I,

I look around me seeing sweet life

I'm stuck in the dark, but your my flashlight

Your getting me, getting me through the night,

"So how long was I in a coma for?" She asked him.

"You were in it for hours," he replied. "You weren't going to live a long life. Izzie was asking for you yesterday, when passed out."

"Can I see her?" She asked.

"Yes," he replied. "After your first hunt with Carlisle yesterday."

"Alright," she sighed, and got out of bed at vampire speed. "But who are the Volturi you were all speaking of yesterday evening?"

"Oh," he replied. "You heard about that."

"Yes," she answered. "I did. I heard you say something about a Volturi."

"Okay," he said, as Carlisle entered the room with Izzie.

"Edward," He called. "Can I speak with my future wife-to-be alone, please? I need to tell her a few things that I did wrong yesterday morning."

"Okay," he said, leaving with his wife.

"What is it?" She asked.

"I left you alone yesterday," he replied. "I almost got you killed because of me."

"I know, darling," she sighed, taking a deep breath. "It wasn't your fault. Everybody's mad at me, because I should've stayed with Tommy."

"Why?" He asked.

"Cause, you know that no-one wants me around," she shouted. "Me and my daughter are going to have to leave you, Carlisle."

"But why?" He asked. "I don't want you to leave me alone here."

"I'm sorry," she apologized. "I have to leave you. It's what's best for everyone."

"But where would you stay?" He asked.

"In New York," she replied. "I have a family member that I can stay with."

"Will you come back? He asked.

"Of course I will," she answered. "I will come back."

Can't stop my heart, when you shining' in my eyes

Can't lie, it's a sweet life,

I'm stuck iin the dark, but you're my flashlight

You're my flashlight, (Flashlight)

You're my flashlight, (flashlight)

You're my flashlight.

"But promise that you'll come back?" He told her. "And I plan on marrying you, Gabby. Even tough I let you down."

She changed her mind and said. "I'll stay for yours, mine and my daughter's sake."

"You will?" He asked, surprised.

"In fact, I will stay," she sighed. "Because I wouldn't leave you behind. Plus, we can have a house in the woods."

"That sounds amazing," he nodded. "We could do that together."

"Of course we can," she replied. "Izzie needs you, Carlisle. She can't grow up with out knowing who her real father is. She needs you."

"Good point," He smiled. "She has taken a like in me."

"I think she has," she smiled. "And I'm glad she did, because you never left my side, apart from me, leaving yours."

"And you will never have to do that again, Gabby," he smiled back at her. "Because you and her are both apart of my life now."

"I believe we are," she replied, as he took her into his arms.

"So," Jacob said, clearing his throat. "Your going to be a family now?"

"I believe we are," she said, looking for her daughter. "Where's Izzie?"

"She's with Blondie," Jacob told her. "It seems like your already part of this family, since Isabella died."

"Wait, what?" She asked. "Your telling me that I lost a sister to this family?"

"No," his voice shakes. "Isabella was hidden from them, but when you came, their world lit up again."

"Why was she hidden?" She asked.

"It was because she had to be hidden from you," he said, watching a tear form from her eyes, as they slid !down.

"Your blaming me?" She asked, feeling accused.

"Yes," he replied. "But not really."

You're my flashlight

Light, light

Light, light, light, light, light, oh

(Light, light, light, you're my flashlight, light light)

You're my flash, oh,

"Why that's?" She asked him, directly.

"Because I get that you lived a though life," he replied. "And that your didn't really know that you were being put in harms way."

"I was," she answered. "But it never felt normal."

"Oh," he simply said. "And were you being looked after?"

"Yes," she answered. "I was, until I got a job at the age of sixteen years old."

"And how did that go?" He asked.

"It went well," she responded. "But then it didn't go so well."

"Why?" He asked.

"Cause, I had a lot of trouble with Troy, including Sharpay," she said, coming to tears.

"I guess you really did get hurt," Carlisle pulled her in for a hug. "But let me tell you something. I won't let anybody hurt you."

"I know," she sighed. "I just wished that everything was different."

"So do I," he agreed, stroking her up her arm.

"Jacob," Carlisle calmly said. "Where's my daughter-to-be?"

"Sleeping with Sam," he replied. "I told him to an eye on, whilst Gabriella was being turned into a vampire."

"Okay," he said in reply. "Because her mother asked for her."

"Alright," he replied, leaving the room. "I'll get her,"

"Okay," he said, as he kissed her lips. "Your mine forever."

"I know," she replied. "And your mine."

I got all I need, when I got you and I,

I look around me seeing sweet life,

I'm stuck in the dark, but your my flashlight

"I believe you are," he whispered into her ears. "mine forever"

"I know." She said, kissing him, as Izzie came into the room with Jacob.

"Mummy," she called. "Is true that I might have a father?"

"Yes," she answered. "It is true."

"Okay," she whispered. "Because I really need a possible father."

"We know," she sighed. "Tommy never was your possible father and I told him the truth, Homey."

"So who could my possible father be?" She asked, as Carlisle shushed her mother.

"I'll tell you when you are older," she told her, softly.

"Okay, mummy." She said, joining the others in waiting room.

"Do you think she'll know?" Gabriella asked. "That it's you, Carlisle."

"She will know now," he replied. "It's just the matter of time before she finds out that it wass always been me to begin with. Because I know for a fact, that you were pregnant with my child and that also meant that i will have to take care of you four with my life, depended on it. I would never do that in my billion years after the death of your last boyfriend, Tommy Oliver died. And now, I know why, you needed me to be there for you 24/7 and I was. Because i was your flashlight getting you through the night."

"Aww," she awwed at him. "You are so adorable."

"I know," he replied, leaning forwards to kiss her sweet soft lips. "I am, baby."

"So," she asked. "When am I free off the hospital?"

"Today," he replied. "You're to come to live me at our new place. Alice and Jasper have been planning on it. Since you've arrived."

"That's sweet," she answered. "And what of our daughter?"

"She's to stay with us too," he answered. "But not until your first vampire hunt with me."

"Okay," she said, chuckling.

"I love you," he whispered into her ears.

"I love you more," she said, as he lifted a lock of hair from her neck.

"Are you ready for your first hunt?" He whispered, wrapping his arms around.

"Yes," she answered. "But Izzie will need to know that, I'm a vampire, she will have to be changed into one as well."

"After you died," he sighed. "I decided to change her, but firstly, I need your approval, for changing her into immortal."

"Yes," she said. "You have my approval."

You're getting me through the night,

Can't lie, it's a sweet life

You're getting, getting me through the night,

You're my flashlight (You're my flashlight)

You're my flashlight, (you're my flashlight)

"I do?" Carlisle asked.

"Yes," she answered, reassuring him. "You do have my approval. Since, she's near enough 5 years old."

"Okay," he agreed.

"And what about the Volturi?" She asked, as she remembered. "They'll think she's immortal. I remember reading about that."

"Oh," he sighed. "But, Gabby, she is immortal."

"What?!" She asked. "You mean to tell me, that I carried her, while I was still human?"

"Yes," he replied, seething her. "She was born have immortalized, when you had, so much blood coming out of you, Sweetie."

"So," she said. "You mean, whilst I was human, I carried her in my womb, for who knows how long?"

"Yes," he replied. "It was long after you and Tommy got together.'

"You actually got me pregnant?' She shouted.

"Yes," he shouted back. "I needed someone to carry my child, so I chosed you, but it seems like that you wanted to leave me already, and even so, our daughter wants us to be together."

"Why me, Carlisle?" She asked.

"Because I knew that you could be with me," he replied. "And don't get me wrong, I didn't want you with another man. Or seeing you go the other way, also, I didn't want to let you out of my sights. Ever again. I needed to know that you were okay. Without the stress, being raised over the bar."

"What bar?" She asked.

"The bar that nearly, almost took you away from me." He merely said. "And I never wanted to see you get hurt, by the people that didn't love you."

"Are you having me on?" She asked him.

"No," he replied. "I'm not. I'm just saying that you should've left Albuquerque sooner rather than later."

"You really mean it?" She asked.

"Yes," he sighed. "I really do. But you're my flashlight."

"And why's that?" She asked.

You're my flashlight

You're my flashlight

You're my flashlight, oh,

You're my flashlight.

"Because you are," he answered. "And I want us to be together forever and always, my love. I don't ever want to live without you."

"Aww," she cooed. "I feel the same way. I can't live without you."

"I know," he sighed. "Anyways, I know that now, because you would've gotten married to someone who wasn't the baby's father. I mean you did tell Edward right before you left him?"

"I did," she cried. "But he probably would not believe me, but eventually, the baby's father stepped toward, and it was you. It was always you, and it always will be, Darling."

"You said it," he said, laying her head onto his shoulder.

"I know," she answered. "Do you think Izzie, Justin and Vanessa will ever find boyfriends in the vampire world?"

"Yes," he replied. "They will someday, and it'll be for all eternity."

"Okay,"

"But I must say," he gulped. "Edward didn't realise that I was the baby's father, in which is why, I had to step forward, and save from the fool, who you almost married, then I knew, it was time to act on my be half. Otherwise, it would've been too late for us both to get married and build a better future."

"So what your saying is that I almost married the wrong person and that is why we're moving to Australia to live there in peace?" She asked, suddenly, when he leaned forward to kiss her.

"Yes," he grunted in between kisses. "Because we can't live here anymore."

"Oh," she sighed. "But what happened with my sister when she died?"

"I can't tell you exactly what happened to her," he explained. "Edward was meant to save her life, but she died telling us about you."

"What about me?" She asked.

"She told us to protect you from all kinds of dangers that have been lurking about," he said, putting his arm around her back. "And also, she wanted me to watch over you, but by the time, Edward wanted to help watch over you too, but I told him not too. Because she told to get him involved."

"With what?" She asked

A/N

I'd had to up grade this chapter. Because Gabriella was suppose to be married to Carlisle, and I think I sorted the problem out.
