"Hey wake up, please wake up" Rory shook the girl next to her, the girl began to stir, Rory held her hand over the girls mouth when she opened her eyes, "Don't scream please, they are asleep, can you reach your purse that's there" Rory pointed, the girl looked where she was pointing and nodded, Rory let go of her and the girl got up quietly and grabbed her bag,
"Do you have a cellphone?" Rory whispered and the girl nodded, she reached into the bag and passed it to Rory, Rory quickly sent a text to the number she had memorised since she was old enough to count.
Rory put the cellphone back when she saw the message had sent and instructed the girl to put the bag back, Rory hoped that someone would come get them soon.
Gilmore Estate
Lorelai was sat in the armchair in her father's office, the portrait of Rory in front of her, staring at it and willing her baby to come home, the large oak door flew open as Emily came rushing in with her cell phone,
"Lorelai you have a message, i think it's from Rory" Emily was crying at the only sign of life they had had from Rory in some days, Lorelai jumped up and snatched the phone, reading the message she collapsed to her knees and began to sob, Emily sat on the floor next to her daughter both of them sobbing and hugging, that's how Richard found them 5 minutes later.
"I'm okay, I love you all, make sure Rose knows"
Richard read the message carefully and moved to his desk, he called Monetti and told him of the new development and Monetti promised he would make sure that he knew everything about the message before he reported back.
Back at the Cabin
Rory sat up and faced the girl that had found herself in the same predicament she was in,
"What's your name" Rory asked quietly,
"Sapphire, and you" the girl asked,
"Rory" the two girls continued chatting about their lives Sapphire admitted that she didn't know how she got there and she became upset, Rory tried to calm her down but she struggled and inevitably the men woke up, Rory dreaded what they were going to do,
"Shut your whore mouth" the older man yelled when Sapphire struggled to contain her sobs, he slammed his way out of the cabin, his bad mood probably being caused by a hangover being made worse by his captive, the younger man sat up and shook his head, following his brother outside Rory could hear them talking but couldn't make out what they were saying. The younger man came back inside and walked up to the bed,
"You girls need to keep quiet when my brother is here, if he gets agitated by you, I wont be able to stop him when he decides you need to be punished, please just behave" he turned to walk away and as he did he noticed the purse that was on the small table near the couch, he reached for the bag and shook his head at his brother's stupidity, he pulled out the cellphone and threw it against the wall, Rory prayed that it had not broken.
Collecting some things and packing them up, he moved towards them both and hoisted them up, cutting the ropes keeping them in place he pulled them towards the front door, peeking his head out of the door he saw no-one in sight so he moved towards the truck, sitting the girls in the back, he tied the girls wrists and moved to the front.
It was going to be dangerous moving during the day, but if they didn't, they would get caught.
Police Station
Detective Monetti almost ran to Joey's computer lab when he got off of the phone to Richard Gilmore, he instructed the wizkid to trace the number and before long they had a location, Monetti called it into the forest rangers who began the search of the few cabins on the land. Monetti informed his captain and after commandeering some men began the half hour drive to where the number last pinged a cell tower hoping Rory Gilmore would still be there and still alive.
