Hey everyone, Black Fuego here with some good news and bad news. The bad news is that the ski trip idea is going to be put on hold for a while because I lost some ideas on how to write it. It will come, but it'll be a while before I can't get it working in my head again. The good news is that while I lost the idea for the ski trip, three more ideas took its place. Two of which are based on scenes found in Persona 4 Golden, a game that has been occupying my time along with work and school, and one is an original idea I came up with when walking to work. I'm planning on working on a couple of these then focus on chapter 9 of BLAD of RWBY and JNPR, so I hope you'll enjoy them.

This story is about a campout that Weiss and Baltazar had with Kira, Aiuto, and Chrona the summer before Baltazar left for Vale, so it'll be interesting. This is based on the campout scene found in Persona 4, which is a game that I recommend to anyone who likes a good story and a fan of RPGs. I strongly recommend reading chapters 7 and 8 of BLAD of RWBY and JNPR first before reading this, because the only main character from the series that is shown in this story is Weiss, and that is because of her strong connection to Baltazar in the past. Enjoy the story!

Disclaimer: I don't own the RWBY series or any references that I may make in this story. I might have made a new friend who loves the RWBY series and writes fan fictions as well though, so I'm not complaining.

Forjador Campout

Timeframe: Just after the events of BLAD of RWBY and JNPR chapter 8. Everyone is still in Forjador City for the fieldtrip.

Confirmed couples: JaunexPyrrha, WeissxBaltazar, (Literally became a couple the day before this story takes place)

"I can't believe you made an automatic, dart firing crossbow that shifts into a halberd! That had to have been hard to make."

"Oh it was, but it's not that impressive, not like that monster of a sniper scythe of yours. Seriously, how are you able to use that thing so well?"

It was mid-afternoon in Forjador City's Rosary Park and Teams RWBY, JNPR, BLAD and CRDL were visiting the industrial city for a field trip. The fieldtrip was very eventful; especially during the tour of Azure Armory Inc.'s Main Weapons Factory due to the accidental robot assault RWBY JNPR and BLAD had to deal with. It did however somehow brought the heiress of the Schnee Dust Company, Weiss Schnee of team RWBY and the ninja of the Azul family, Baltazar Azul of team BLAD together, and many were happy about that. Currently Team RWBY was sitting in a park bench and was chatting away with Baltazar and his reunion friends; Kira Maroon, Chrona Geleider and Aiuto Ivory, with Ruby and Aiuto talking about their weapons.

"I'm surprised that there's another weapons fanatic besides Ruby out there," Blake mused.

"Aiuto's not really a weapons fanatic, but he does really like strong and powerful looking weapons like your leader's scythe," Kira explained. "Did she really make that thing herself, though?"

"Yang and I saw her make it," Baltazar nodded, "It was and still is one of the most impressive piece of weaponry I have ever seen, and you know how many weapons I've seen in my life. I know for a fact that there's no weapon like that that has ever been made by our family."

"Her weapon reminds me of one of my old friend's weapon from when I was living in Vacuo," Chrona chimed in quietly.

"That's a surprise to hear," Yang said with slightly wide eyes, "Scythe users are pretty rare because of how hard it is to use one properly. The main reason why Ruby's one is because of our Uncle Qrow. He taught her everything she knows about using Crescent Rose."

"He must be a powerful huntsman then," Weiss said politely.

*grrrr*

All conversations ceased when the sounds of growling was heard, and everyone turned to Baltazar, thinking that he was angry at something.

"…Don't look at me," The cat eyed ninja shook his head, "It was Ruby. That was her stomach growling, not me."

Everyone then turned to Ruby, who was blushing brightly and looking away from everyone.

"You forgot to have breakfast because you wanted to talk to Aiuto about his weapon that badly, didn't you." Yang stated knowingly, receiving a slight nod in reply.

"Honestly, you need to learn when to stop being a weapon fan girl Ruby," Weiss scolded her partner gently as she searched through her bag, "I think I might have some cookies or something with me for you to snack on. Let me check."

"You didn't make them, did you?" Chrona asked suddenly and fearfully, causing Baltazar to pale and stare at his new girlfriend in fright.

"Huh? No, I didn't. Why do you…?" Weiss began to ask before narrowing her eyes at the nervous pair, "Oh for…you two just can't let it go, can you?"

"I-I just don't want a repeat of what happened last time you cooked! I don't think my stomach can deal with that again," Chrona nearly screamed.

"Weiss, I love you and I know how talented you are when it comes to certain things; like academics, fighting and music," Baltazar said calmly, smiling softly at the light blush on Weiss's face when he said he loved her, before looking serious again "But there are certain things that you have a really hard time in. And one of those things is cooking."

"I have you know that I've been getting better, thank you very much!" Weiss argued with an embarrassed blush on her face now, "I can cook all sorts of things now!"

"Cereal and store bought foods don't count, Weiss," Baltazar countered, depressing the white haired girl, "I know the food you made for us a few times back at Beacon were either premade or you paid someone to make it for us."

"W-Well…what about Kira?!" Weiss shouted, pointing at the confused red eyed girl, "Her cooking was as bad as mine is-I mean was!"

"Kira was actually a decent cook when we were young," Aiuto joined in, "But from what I heard, her skill plummets to hell if you're partnered with her. The Forjador Campout was the best example of that if I recall."

"Did you have to bring up the campout?" Kira groaned, hiding her face with her hands

"I thought we agreed that we weren't going to talk about that anymore…" Chrona said sadly.

"Thanks a lot, Aiuto," Weiss glared at the halberd user, "I've been trying not to remember the campout since I got here and now you had to bring it back into my head."

"I lost the ability to eat one of my favorite foods in that campout," Baltazar nearly cried before he shivered, "And the day after was worse…I still feel dirty sometimes because of that."

"Same here," Chrona and Aiuto hugged themselves as Weiss and Kira looked away nervously.

"…What are you guys talking about?" Blake asked curiously.

"Yeah…is there something you guys aren't telling us?" Yang questioned excitedly.

"…" The five friends stared at each other with nervous expressions, silently questioning themselves whether or not to tell the girls of their bad camping experience.

"Please? Can you tell us?" Ruby asked with her big, silver eyes staring right at the former campers, causing all of them to blush slightly at the adorable sight.

"…Are you sure she's not a Puppy Faunus or something?" Aiuto asked Baltazar and Weiss, "'Cause I swear, those puppy eyes of cuteness can only come from someone like that."

"Nah, she's human," Kira spoke up, "She smells one hundred percent human…and similar to the blonde girl next to her. But they're sisters, so that's expected."

"…We're going to tell the story, aren't we?" Chrona asked in a depressed tone.

"Yup," Weiss and Baltazar nodded sadly.

"Yay!" Ruby cheered as Yang hugged her as a job well done.

"This is going to be interesting," Blake smiled mischievously, somewhat excited for the story.

"Just try and make sure you don't tell anyone else about this," Baltazar ordered, his eyes turning blue and sparks emitting from his clothes to show how serious he was, "Because if I find out that any one of you three told the others about this, I'll shock you guys until you get electrified afros that last for a month."

"Meep!" Yang squeaked as she grabbed her hair and held it protectively.

"Is it that bad that you're willing to give us a month of bad hair just to shut us up?" Blake asked incredulously.

"Yes," The five teens nodded, approving Baltazar's threat completely.

"Wow…you guys are serious," Ruby said in an impressed tone.

"Ok, we promise that we won't tell anyone," Blake said seriously, "Now, can you tell us about this bad camping trip of yours?"

"All right," Baltazar sighed, "It happened the summer before I left. Aiuto's family was visiting Grandpapi, getting lessons from him about how to run the Azure Armory Inc. Atlas Factory, effectively. They were staying with Chrona's grandparents at the time and for some reason, Pop decided to sign the five of us up to the two day summer camp out that Salvation Academy was offering."

"Baltazar, Kira, Weiss and I were assigned in the same group while Aiuto was placed another group and we were supposed to cook our own food to in order to show how well we can work by ourselves," Chrona joined in as he paled, "The five of us went to get ingredients for dinner at the local super market that Baltazar's mom worked at the time and that's where things stated to feel wrong for us…"

-Flashback: Amethyst Super Market, grocery section, four years ago-

"Hmm…what do we put in curry again?" A thirteen year old and scarless Weiss asked as she stared at the different food in front of her with a twelve year old Kira.

"I'm not sure. I never made it before," Kira shook her head before turning to thirteen year old Chrona, who was standing in front of a grocery cart with a confused look on his face, "Do you know what we need for the curry?"

"I don't," Chrona shrugged, "Granny never showed me how she made her curry before. Why don't you ask Baltazar if he knows? I think his mom knows how to make it and he saw her cook it before."

"We can't," Weiss frowned, "Aiuto dragged Baltazar away so that he could help him find something and use him to get a discount because Aunt Leti works here."

"We probably won't be seeing them until after we finish shopping," Kira added, "This store is pretty big and you know how much those to like to wander around this place. Odds are they'll show up right after we finish buying our things."

"Oh, I think there's supposed to be carrots and potatoes in it!" Weiss exclaimed, "And onions too!"

"Hmm…I think green peppers and mushrooms go with curry as well," Kira mused, "Radishes too, maybe."

"Hold the mushrooms. I hates those with a passion," Weiss shook her head, before looking at Kira curiously, "Are radishes the same as turnips?"

"No…" Chrona whispered to himself, now afraid of what the girls are going to cook.

"Is curry ok though?" Weiss asked the frightened blonde, not hearing what he just said. "We had a hard time deciding what to make."

"It was a choice between curry and ramen," Kira explained, "But since the only ramen Baltazar ever eats is spicy shrimp for some reason, we figured that curry would be the best option."

"Yeah, I think curry's ok," Chrona nodded before muttering to himself. "As long as you two make it right."

"Ok, now let's see what kind of ingredients Baltazar would like," Weiss said as she turned her attention back to the food in front of her, "You'd be surprise how picky that carnivore is sometimes."

"I wish we could ask him," Kira sighed, "Does he have a phone on him?"

"No, he doesn't," Weiss shook her head, "Closest thing he has to that is the tracker necklace I made for him with his help."

"Hmm…" Kira rubbed her chin in thought before turning to her white haired friend, "We put potato starch in curry, right?"

"Uh…of course you do," Weiss answered unsurely.

"That sounds very like you know what you're doing," Chrona thought to himself, "No wonder Baltazar's always afraid of her cooking."

"The sauce wouldn't thicken otherwise. So we need potato starch and…flour?" Kira finished with a thoughtful look on her face.

"But there's different kinds of flour!" Weiss pointed out, "What are we going to get? All-purpose? Whole wheat?"

"Please don't get the whole wheat," Chrona said softly to himself. He didn't know much about how curry was made, but he knew that whole wheat was not the way to go.

"Hmm…whole wheat sounds healthy. Let's get that one," Kira agreed, not hearing Chrona groan in depression, before she noticed something and grabbed it to show to Weiss "Oh hey! Chili peppers. It's not curry if it's not spicy."

"Good point. Baltazar loves his spicy food," Weiss nodded before shrugging her shoulders, "Oh well. Let's just get everything that seems right."

"This won't end well," Chrona muttered as he watched the girls look around the grocery section some more.

"How about some kimchi, too? Oh and some ground pepper?" Weiss asked curiously.

"What's kimchi again? I always forget that that is," Chrona thought to himself.

"There's two kinds though; black and white," Kira explained as she showed the mentioned pepper to her friends.

"There is? I thought there was only black," Weiss said in surprise, "I remember Baltazar always putting black pepper on his pizza, so let's get that. And the white one too, just in case."

"We're going to need some special ingredients too, to spice things up," Kira suggested.

"I think I remember seeing something like that on one of Aunt Leti's cooking shows," Weiss said, "Let's see…there was yogurt…chocolate…coffee…"

"I'm scared…" Chrona shuttered.

"Oh! How about blueberry yogurt! I love that stuff!" Weiss exclaimed excitedly, "But I don't think coffee would go work all that well. I'm not the biggest fan of it. But I think mocha would work!"

"What about some seafood? That should make the sauce taste better," Kira suggested.

"Let's not forget the meat!" Weiss smiled, "Especially pepperoni and bacon. Baltazar loves that stuff!"

"Oh God they're gonna kill us," Chrona whispered as the girls continued to talk about what to put in the curry, "Baltazar…we're in trouble. I'm not sure if we can deal with what's going to happen to us."

-Present time-

Team RWBY stared at the five friends in shock before turning to their teammate, who had a bright blush on her face.

"What?" Weiss asked irritably.

"Wow…you seriously had no idea what you were doing," Yang whispered in surprise.

"Shut up! I like to see you cook something!" Weiss shouted angrily.

"You did, Weiss. Remember? The tuna fish casserole that Yang made for us a couple weeks ago?" Ruby pointed out, effectively depressing the heiress.

"It was the most delicious dish I have ever eaten," Blake muttered softly in an amazed tone, a little drool dripping from her mouth.

"Think we can stop the story here?" Chrona asked hopefully.

"Not a chance," Yang grinned, depressing the five friends, "Now come on! Tell us about the campout! How was it?"

"It wasn't really much of a campout to be honest," Aiuto shrugged, "We were sent to the park area of Forever Fall and were tasked to clean up the place as part of helping the community."

"We felt like we were screwed over a little because of that, but we were promised some free time the next day as long as we stayed in the park area," Baltazar explained before suddenly gripping his stomach, as if in pain, "The first night was the night the girls cooked. I still feel the pain."

-Flashback: Forever Fall Park Area, sheltered eating area, 4 years ago –

"Oh…picking up that trash was m-murder on my back," A thirteen and glasses-less Baltazar groaned as he sat down in front of Chrona, rubbing his back to ease the pain.

"I know," Chrona sighed, rubbing his own back, "I can't believe that someone threw out an entire bike."

"I could've easily fixed it up and make it better. Why did we have to throw it away?" Baltazar complained and looked at his gold color tracksuit with the letters S and A on it with a picture of a star with an eye on it on the center, "And I wish we didn't have to wear these jumpsuits. My family uses gold for their works, but we don't like wearing it."

"I kinda like it actually," Chrona admitted sheepishly.

"That's because the school was founded by your ancestor and he decided to give it your family's colors. At least that's what Pop and Officer Maroon told us," Baltazar argued before adopting a smile, "Anyways, time for dinner! I'm starving!"

"Wow, you're in a good mood," Chrona said in surprise, "You barely stuttered once since we started talking. In fact, you're usually kinda quiet."

"Look who's talking. You're quieter than I am sometimes," Baltazar joked, "But seriously, I'm excited to see what the girls cooked, mate. I don't really expect much out of Weiss, no offense to her, but Kira's always been a decent cook. I can't wait to see what they made."

"…I'll give you mine if you want," Chrona suggested nervously.

"Eh? Are you sure?" Baltazar asked, "Its fine. No need to be generous. You had to help me carry the bike, so you must be hungry too."

"Ok…don't say I didn't offer," Chrona sighed before a thought ran through his head, "By the way, what were you doing with Aiuto yesterday? He looked pretty excited for some reason after we left the store yesterday. We wanted to talk to you, but he said that you had to help your mom with something and couldn't leave until she was finished."

"…" Baltazar said nothing and turned away with a light blush on his face.

Curious about his friend's action, Chrona tilted his head a little and asked politely, "What's wrong? Are you sick?"

"I…I don't w-want to talk a-about it," Baltazar replied, confusing the thin teen even more.

As the two were talking, Kira and Weiss looked down at their 'food' with unsure expressions on their faces. They couldn't really describe what their dish looked like, and they swear they saw purple smoke coming out of it a moment ago.

"Should we…taste it?" Kira asked hesitantly.

"Huh?" Weiss stared at her friend in surprise, "O-Only if you try it first."

The girls looked at each other for a moment, both thinking the same thing. With a nod to one another, the girls grabbed a couple of plates and placed their 'dish' in them and walked up to their friends.

"Oh here it comes!" Baltazar exclaimed excitedly, his nervousness vanishing completely.

"Wow…you must really be hungry if you're this excited," Weiss said nervously as she set the plate in front of her best friend, "Uh…sorry for the wait."

Both Chrona and Baltazar looked at the girls with curious looks as the girls looked at each other nervously.

"W-We made it with love," Weiss grinned sheepishly, before realizing what she said and who she said it to and blushed furiously.

"Whoa, really? That's awesome Weiss! Thanks a lot!" Baltazar grinned brightly, causing Weiss to stare at him in surprise for a moment before smiling warmly herself.

"When are those to going to get together?" Both Chrona and Kira thought exasperatedly.

Baltazar then grabbed a spoon and grabbed a large chunk of 'curry' and brought it close to his mouth, "Thanks for the food," He then placed the food in his mouth and began eating it, while the others looked at him curious suspense. The Tiger Faunus looked at his friends curiously, food still in his mouth, when he began to pale and started coughing heavily. He spat out the food as fast as he could and suddenly fell to his side and fainted.

"…I think you killed Baltazar," Chrona said plainly.

Weiss's eyes began to water and rushed towards her best friend, "H-Hey?"

"W-What…the heck…d-did I…j-just eat?" Baltazar coughed out, coming out of his fainting spell quickly and attempted to sit back up again with Weiss holding him up.

"What do you mean?" Kira asked.

"I th-thought c-curry was supposed to be r-really spicy or k-kinda mild," Baltazar asked in pain. "It w-was pretty g-gritty, t-too…and s-slimy a-at the same t-time. I think I-I tasted something s-squishy too. I'm s-sorry, b-but I couldn't e-even s-swallow it. W-Was there s-seafood in it?"

"Yeah…it didn't really mix too well. I forgot you didn't like that stuff before we put it in so we tried to fix it up so you wouldn't notice," Weiss admitted sheepishly, "But it did offer a wide variety of textures, hehe."

"I-It's n-nauseating…" Baltazar groaned.

"Oh come on! It's not that bad!" Kira exclaimed, upset that someone insulted her cooking, "It's just your opinion! Weiss told me you're really picky, so I can't take your word!"

The three of them then turned to Chrona, who began to sweat nervously.

"Don't try it, C-Chrona," Baltazar stuttered, whether in pain or not, the three were not so sure, "I wouldn't even r-recommend feeding this to the Grimm. It's just too…inhumane, e-even for them. I think I might need m-my medication."

"Oh for the love of Remnant, Baltazar, we didn't put anything poisonous in it!" Kira shouted.

"I can't take any chances," Baltazar muttered as he pulled out a small canister of pills as Weiss handed him a bottle of water.

Chrona stared at the dish nervously, wondering if whether or not he should eat it. Feeling the stares of the girls pressuring him, he gave up and tried some of the 'curry' himself. Shortly after placing the food in his mouth, the poor boy began coughing violently like his black haired friend and fell to the ground in a dead faint.

"…I'll go get Aiuto," Kira mumbled in a depressed tone as she left to get her medic of a friend.

-Present Time-

"Will you guys stop laughing!" Weiss shouted at the laughing girls in front of them.

"Haha! I'm sorry! But it's just too funny!" Ruby laughed out as she leaned on her sister.

"That must've been the worst meal of your lives! Hahaha!" Yang exclaimed.

"I'm sorry as well, but it is quite hilarious," Blake giggled loudly.

"You wouldn't be laughing if you ate that crap," Baltazar grumbled.

"That's not a nice thing to say, Baltazar," Kira said disapprovingly.

"Can't be nice all the time, especially in our profession," Aiuto shrugged, getting a nod of approval from his cat eyed friend.

"Is story time over yet?" Chrona asked hopefully.

"Not a chance!" Yang grinned, depressing the former campers once more.

"I hate it when she gets stubborn like that," Baltazar sighed, "Ok, but this is the last part. Nothing really happens after this, so don't expect anything else." He then turned to both Aiuto and Kira and glared at them slightly, causing them both to flinch a little, "And just so you two know, you still owe me for what happened back at camp."

-Flashback, Forever Fall Park Area, path to river, four years ago-

"Oh come on guys, stop being in such a bad mood," A fourteen year old Aiuto complained as he and his irritated friends walked down a beaten path.

"We wouldn't be if our tent-mate wouldn't stop snoring all night," Kira grumbled. "Weiss was a hair's trigger away from suffocating that woman with her pillow…with me helping her!"

"You're the one who got us in a bad mood in the first place, Aiuto," Chrona glared at his friend. "You were constantly questioning my gender all night and you ate Baltazar's Grimm Crackers that he was saving."

"I was hoping to find the secret Ursa Major Cracker last night," Baltazar muttered to himself.

"It's not my fault you dress so ambiguously, Chrona," Aiuto argued, "Your voice doesn't help either."

"Can we please stop arguing?!" Weiss shouted before glaring at Aiuto, "Seriously, we're tired and hungry at the moment, and breakfast wasn't all that filling either, so can we just go to the place that you found yesterday and get it over with."

"Ok ok, relax! We're here already," The brunette said as he gestured to the scene behind him.

The four of them had looks of surprise as they saw the clearing. It was a nice, clean place with a small river nearby, complete with a small waterfall. The five teens walked up the hill, close to the top of the mini waterfall, as Aiuto set his bag down and turned to his friends with a big grin.

"Well? What do you think?" The healer asked.

"I like it," Kira smiled, "It even has a rainbow."

"It is quite impressive," Weiss agreed.

"I'll admit, this is making up for what to us since yesterday," Baltazar nodded, "But I still don't like Forever Fall that much."

"Because you and your friend Raiga were nearly mauled by a pack of Beowolves when you were seven?" Chrona asked innocently.

"Didn't you manage to unlock your aura and semblance because of that ordeal? And you got that sword Raiga gave you that you're planning to repair soon," Kira pointed out.

"Considering that Raiga's paralyzed from the waist down because of what happened here, I don't think that's much of a consolation." Weiss frowned as Baltazar nodded solemnly.

"All right, all right! Enough with the doom and gloom!" Aiuto grinned, "We're here to have fun in the river and we're gonna have it now."

"W-What? A-Are you suggesting that we go swimming now?" Weiss asked in embarrassment.

"I-I don't think that's a good idea," Kira stuttered with a blush, "B-Besides, we don't even h-have swimsuits."

"Gotcha covered," Aiuto grinned as he brought out a whitish-blue bikini and a dark maroon bikini, much to the surprise of Chrona and the girls. Baltazar on the hand looked away from his friends with a bright blush on his face.

"You…had those on you…this who time?" Kira asked slowly.

"…That is so wrong," Weiss muttered in disgust.

"Is that why we didn't see you and Baltazar when we went grocery shopping a couple days ago?" Chrona asked curiously.

"Yup! They look good, don't they?" Aiuto winked, "I had Baltazar help pick them out for me. He's pretty good at getting gifts for girls after all. I mean, look at the necklace he made for Weiss."

"A-Aiuto, p-please," Baltazar pleaded to his friend quietly.

"How the heck did you even get our sizes?" Kira asked before she could stop herself, and received looks of surprise from both Chrona and Weiss.

"Oh, I read over your medical profile by accident when I was visiting the hospital last week and managed to memorize your measurements…not that it'll matter in the future," Aiuto shrugged as he turned to his white haired friend, "And Baltazar was the one who handpicked your swimsuit personally, since I told him that we'll need them soon and he remembered that you needed a new one because his dad's cat Charcoal ruined your old one."

"Please don't kill me!" Baltazar screamed as he hid behind Chrona, who was staring at his frightened friend curiously.

The girls simply stared at the boys in disbelief before grabbing the swimsuits from Aiuto's hands and stormed away from them.

"You better not follow us you guys! Or else!" Weiss ordered with a fierce glare, sending shivers down the boys' spines.

A few minutes later, both Aiuto and Baltazar were in their swim trunks, a pale white pair and a dark blue pair respectively, while Chrona stayed in his track suit. When asked, he admitted that he didn't have a swimsuit on him and he didn't want to go swimming in his underwear.

"Sheesh, the girls are taking a long time," Aiuto complained to his friends.

"It's not that surprising, m-mate," Baltazar sighed, "B-But are we seriously going to jump off this hill into the river?"

"Of course we are. Why wouldn't we?" Aiuto questioned.

"Ok! We're back!" An irritated voice called out before Baltazar could say anything.

The three boys turned to see Weiss and Kira walking up to them in their swimsuits with irritated looks and small blushes on their faces.

"Wow…" Baltazar whispered, looking at Weiss.

"…" Chrona gaped at Kira with a light blush on his face.

"Hehe, awesome," Aiuto grinned.

"S-Stop staring at us," Weiss glared as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"H-Hey…" Kira muttered, hiding behind Weiss now.

"Man…this is going better than I expected," Aiuto said excitedly as he turned to both of his male friends, "They look pretty good, huh guys? Kira's developing pretty well for someone her age, eh?"

"Don't say stuff like that, Aiuto! She's twelve, remember?" Chrona glared.

"You sounded kinda like a pedophile right there," Baltazar muttered.

"Oh come on, you have to admit that they look good in those suits," Aiuto laughed, unaware of the growing ire of the two girls. "Sure they're still pretty young, but give it a few years and they'll turn into real beauties," He then slung his shoulder on Baltazar and pointed at Weiss with a big grin on his face, "I bet Weiss is going to look like one hell of a woman once she grows up, eh tiger boy?"

"…" Baltazar said nothing as he began imagining an older Weiss with the bikini he picked out for her, and he was liking what he saw if the dumbstruck look and slight drool on his face was any evidence.

"You guys crossed the line," Weiss growled.

"Definitely," Kira agreed.

With a nod to each other, the girls rushed over to the trunk wearing boys, much to their surprise. Weiss then kicked Aiuto over the edge while Kira simply pushed Baltazar over, causing them both to fall into the water below. A few seconds later Aiuto popped out of the water, shivering like mad.

"W-What the h-heck was th-that for!?" Aiuto shouted at the girls, "Y-You didn't have to push us in! Its f-freezing in h-here!"

"Who cares? You were going in the river anyways," Weiss countered with a shrug.

"Uh…guys?" Chrona spoke up with a worried expression, "Where's Baltazar?"

"He should be in the water with Aiuto. I did push him in there…" Kira trailed off and began to pale considerably, "Oh my God, I pushed him into the water!"

"What!" Weiss screamed as she looked at the river below her frantically, "Kira, why did you push him in! You know he can't swim!"

"Oh crap, that's right!" Aiuto shouted before he turned his head hysterically to find his missing friend.

"I'm sorry! I forgot," Kira apologized as she rushed over to Chrona and grabbed his shoulders, "Chrona! You have to help Baltazar."

"Ok, but how am I supposed to do that fro-WOAH!" Chrona screamed as he was pushed into the river by the frightened Bat Faunus. The young blonde soon surfaced and began shivering violently as well.

"W-What was that for?" The poor blonde cried. "Why didn't you two jumped in? You have swimsuits on!"

"Less talking, more searching!" Kira and Weiss shouted.

"*Achoo!* I feel so loved," An irritated voice growled out.

Hearing the familiar sound of their friend, the four frightened teens turned to see Baltazar floating nearby, holding onto a nearby rock with his eyes shifting from brown to blue, with the pupils not turning to slits.

"Whew…That's a relief," Kira sighed.

"Why are your eyes shifting, Baltazar?" Chrona asked.

"I'm t-trying not to let my anger and annoyance g-go out of control," Baltazar explained, "If I get too annoyed, then I m-might electrocute everything in the river. It's a-also why they a-aren't slits y-yet. I don't want to hurt you C-Chrona, but Aiuto's a different story."

All conversation was put into a halt from the sounds of someone heaving upstream. The boys began to pale considerably while the girls looked at each other in relief.

"Oh…someone must've gotten drunk and found the river," Kira mused.

"And now that someone's puking whatever he ate and drank last night into the river," Weiss continued Kira's thought, "Whew. Glad we weren't in it." She then looked at the guys down at the river with a sorrowful expression, "I wish I could say the same for Baltazar and the others though…"

"Aiuto…" Chrona stared at his friend in contempt. It also looked like he was going to cry.

"Don't…say it." Aiuto sighed as he looked down briefly in depression before quickly looking to his electrically charged friend, "And don't even think of electrocuting me here. If you do that, you'll get Chrona to."

"I think I prefer being shocked over swimming in someone else's vomit," Chrona admitted.

"…I hate you so much right now, mate," Baltazar sighed, glaring at his friend with his full blue cat eyes, complete with slit pupils. "Both you and Kira owe me so much after this."

-Present-

"Wow. You guys went through a lot, huh Sparky?" Yang whistled as the story ended.

"You have no idea…" Baltazar groaned as he hit his head on the table with a satisfying thunk.

"Please promise us that you won't say any of this to the others," Chrona pleaded. "It was a very bad experience for us and none of us want anyone to know about it. Not even our family."

"I'm actually curious about how Aiuto managed to read Kira's medical profile without much issue. Isn't that kind of information kind of off limits?" Blake questioned.

"I'm a certified medic despite the fact that I'm not a full huntsman yet and the descendant of the hospital founder and a founder of Forjador: Casper Ivory. I was allowed to see more restrictive stuff because of my training and heritage," Aiuto shrugged.

"You were a certified medic at fourteen?" Ruby had to ask.

"Youngest certified medic in his family was only eight. It's not all that surprising to us honestly," Kira explained simply, surprising the sisters and shadow ninja.

"Make sure you guys don't tell the others about this, ok?" Weiss pleaded this time, "I don't even want to think of all the teasing that the others might give us if this went out."

"Does anyone else know about this, or is it just you four?" Yang asked.

"The only other people who know about this are Levy and Cody, and that's because Aiuto let it slip like this time," Weiss explained as she sent a glare to the male medic.

"I said I was sorry…" The older teen muttered.

"Let's just hope they remembered to keep their mouths shut," Baltazar sighed, "Weiss was the one to threaten them that time and while my threats are scary, hers are terrifying."

-Two hours later-

"…I'll be honest, I was not expecting this as your threat for telling the others about the campout," Baltazar commented with a raised eyebrow.

"I was watching a lot of Lucky Star at the time thanks to you, and I liked the opening and the dance for it on the last episode," Weiss shrugged, "But I'm surprised that you managed to get Kira and Aiuto to do this too."

"Like I said, they owed me, and I think this is the best way to do it," Baltazar said with a smirk.

The couple was standing in front of their friends, who had expressions of disbelief on their faces, while in front of the couple were Cody, Levy, Kira and Aiuto in cheerleading outfits and pompoms and were about to dance to the song 'Motteke! Sailor Fuku', which was being performed by Team BLAD, with Blake and Weiss playing along to replace Levy and singing the lyrics. What made it more embarrassing was that the boys were wearing female outfits instead of male ones, much to the couple's amusement.

"Big Sis…do we have to go through with this?" Cody groaned as he held his pompoms over his skirt so no one could see it.

"This is so embarrassing," Kira muttered behind her pompoms with a bright red blush on her face.

"We're so sorry that we told everyone about the campout, but can you not make us do this please?" Levy cried.

"…Is it odd that I feel comfortable in this skirt?" Aiuto asked uneasily, making his cheerleading buddies look at him in shock.

"We'll get Levy to make you a kilt when we're done," Baltazar grinned as he brought out his flute. "Ok team, ready to play?"

"This is our first live performance and we're having it at a park, playing an anime opening song, with two hot girls and a couple of cross-dresses as cheerleaders…" Ash summarized with an amused expression on his face as he got his drum set ready. "This is going to be our weirdest concert ever…of all time."

"I'm more surprised by the fact that Blake and Weiss know Japanese actually," Dia questioned as she tuned her new electric guitar, a present from Ruby a while back. "Weiss is the heiress of a big business that has to talk to all sorts of different people, so learning multiple languages is kinda expected for her, but for Blake…I got nothing."

"I learned the language from my grandmother when I was younger. She thought it would be a good idea to learn a few extra languages just in case," Blake shrugged as she held her bass guitar. "The only language she hasn't taught me before she passed away was Spanish, and I never had enough time to learn it myself."

"I'm pretty grateful that you know the language, Blake," Weiss smiled as went to stand behind a keyboard. "But I'm pretty surprised by how familiar you are with anime, though. Enough to memorize this song with ease."

"Look who's talking, Nievita," Yang laughed as she, Ruby, Chrona and team JNPR were sitting down on the grass, waiting for the impromptu performance to start. There were even some other people waiting for it to start as well, including Sarah, Raiga and even team CRDL and the Beacon instructors.

"I see your point," Weiss nodded before she began glaring at her friends, "Now make sure none of you say anything about what Cody and Levy told you earlier, or else we will put you all in sailor uniforms and make you dance 'Hare Hare Yukai' in front of the entire student body, got it!"

"Got it!" Every agreed quickly in fear, even the instructors.

"Wow Chief, you're new girlfriend can be pretty scary sometimes," Dia teased her leader, making him blush a little.

"I can't argue with that," Baltazar shrugged before smiling softly, "But I wouldn't have it any other way."

"Glad to know, dude," Ash smiled as well before an excited gleam appeared in his eyes, "Alright, now let's get playing! It's time to embarrass the hell out of your family and friends, Balto!"

"Let's do it!" Baltazar nodded as he and his friends prepared to play.

"Let's get this over with…" Cody grumbled as he walked to his position.

"I just hope we don't get teased too much after this," Kira whimpered.

"At least you don't have to deal with the backlash once we leave," Levy sighed sadly, reminding the others that she was going to be teased the most because the majority of the audience were living at Beacon, where she currently lives.

"…Any chance that you can make me a kilt before you leave, Levy?" Aiuto asked politely.

Levy stared at the medic darkly and spoke in an annoyed tone that was rarely heard from her, "Shut up and dance, you cross-dresser."

Author's note: I had fun writing this. I really did. I decided on a new way to write flashbacks with this story and I'm pretty satisfied with it. Again, this story was based on the campout scene from Persona 4 with some twists added. Some of the parts that I really liked writing was the 'Mystery Food X' scene and the river scene. My favorite has to be the ending though. It was something that popped into my head as I was writing and I couldn't help but put it in. This story also revealed some interesting facts about some of the characters in my main story; Weiss can't cook to save her life, Baltazar use to like curry but now can't eat it anymore because of Weiss and Kira and he can't swim all that well, and both Weiss and Blake are polyglots; people who speak and write in multiple languages. Ironically the one language Blake doesn't know is the language that the rest of her team knows easily because of how often they spent time with Baltazar's parents, who speak Spanish much more often than he does.

The next story is the one that I'm looking forward to writing the most; Baltazar and Weiss's first date. It'll be an eventful one for them, since their teams will be spying on them the whole time. It's going to be fun to write and it's an original story too, so it'll be a bit of a challenge. I hope you all enjoyed this story and I'll see you all next time for Life at Beacon.

P.S. Almost forgot. Can anyone tell me exactly how tall Sun Wukong is? He's going to be in a future story after chapter nine is up and I want to know exactly how tall the monkey man of awesome is compared to Team RWBY. I need to know if he's taller than Yang and Blake or not, since out of the four main male characters in my story, Baltazar is the shortest of the bunch, being barely taller than Yang…and shorter than Pyrrha too if I remember her height right, and I want to know Sun is shorter than him or not.

Fun fact: Baltazar's family is full of short people; almost none of them ever reach 6 feet. Baltazar himself is 5 and a half feet tall and the tallest among his immediate family, meaning that his father, Bo, is shorter than him…and just as tall as Yang and Blake. Just figured I point that out.

*Edit* Changed the flashback style to how I do it normally along with making a few changes.
