Author's Note: Blah blah, computer sucks, blah blah duct tape, chopsticks, and Double A batteries.

Alright, enough of that. ON TO THE REVIEWS! Hit it Mew!... Not with a Hyper Beam, my computer doesn't need a hole in it.

Guisniperman: "It won't be easy (on them), because I need to break them out of their Single Type mindset. At least Azula is Fire/Electric, so she is covered with fighting any Air Benders or Water Benders. Earth Benders will be her problem."

Fenrir's Phantom: "That was nothing, you should see what Uxie can do. He could literally be in your mind, and you won't know till he wipes your memories of finding out."

Talkingbirdguy: "So it is changing one's Plus ability to a Minus? Well unless there are some Minun and Plusle, that would be pointless for me to learn."

Thomas Drovin: "Wow, you talk a lot. But you are correct that I am trying to make a more lasting peace, which ironically will only come from having numerous battles."

Chapter 6: Deserts are Dry

Act I

Azula's return to the waking world was not a comfy experience.

Before she had even opened her eyes, she felt that something was off. It didn't feel like she was laying on her bed for one, instead it felt like she was laying on a cold stone floor. And speaking of cold, where ever she was, was not that warm either. The Fire Palace was always warm all year around, due to the constant fires everywhere.

'Did someone put out my fire?' Azula wondered with a frown. 'I will have to teach the servants a lesson about entering my room without my permission.' Turning over to lay on her back she opened her eyes and was two large black eyes staring back at her.

"Woah!" Azula shouted in shock and flipped backwards to standing up, her body naturally slipping in a fighting stance.

In front of her was a huge black and white barn owl. They were standing on a bridge over a long drop, and all around them were rows and rows of books and scrolls. If from what she could just see, this place was massive, possibly bigger then the Fire Palace.

Suddenly, everything came back to Azula; The Avatar, the prison, their agreement. But that still didn't answer where she was and what the thing in front of her.

"You appear to be confused young Fire Princess," The owl spoke in a very refined voice, seeming to have no trouble speak with a beak. "I found it odd when you were brought her by the Intruder, but what happens to humans is no longer my concern."

"Where am I?" Azula demanded, never falling out of her stance.

"You, Azula," When the owl spoke her name, a chill ran down her spine. "Are within my Library, and despite how much I would enjoy having Fire Nation Royalty join my other specimens…"

Azula's body tensed at that. Whatever this thing is, it is twisted in the head.

"…Sadly, the Intruder has already made me a deal," The Owl said in amusement. "And she provided what I desired, and then some. So enjoy your time in my Library, for it will be the last time your kind shall be allowed in here."

Before Azula could ask what he meant by 'Your kind', the Owl spread open its wings and jumped off the bridge, disappearing into the darkness bellow.

Now, all alone, Azula looked around unsure of where to go now.

"A Library, of this size?" Azula wondered as she moved off the bridge and passed some bookshelves. "Why would the Avatar bring me here… wherever here was." Looking passed all the various titles, she realized that many of them were so old, the language some of them were written in was completely foreign to her.

Looking back to where the massive drop was, she realized that with this many books available perhaps she could find the odd Cold Fire Bending that the Avatar used and learn it.

"But this place is massive," Azula frowned, just from walking around on this one floor proved she was right about it being bigger then the Fire Palace, so how could she find a certain book in all of this. "Where are the books on Fire Bending?" She asked herself.

As if the answer her question, she heard something 'Yip' near her.

Turning around and preparing for a possible attack, she found herself facing a fox.

"You're getting paranoid," Azula told herself as she nearly roasted a fox. Said fox then 'Yip'ed again, this time, he used his paw to point further into the library. "Are you trying to show me my way?" She questioned, when the fox 'Yip'ed and nodded his head, he began to move in the direction he was trying to show her.

'It seems to know where it is going,' Azula thought as she began to follow him further into the Library.

As they moved further in further into the Library, Azula noticed how the air around her grew colder and colder. It made no real sense to her, it should be late Spring right now, so it shouldn't be this cold.

'Was I out longer than I thought?' Azula frowned at the thought.

Act II

The fox's yip alerted her that they had arrived.

In front of her was a corridor with a series of dragon statues leading to a large door, and a large banner with the symbol of the Fire Nation written on it. The sight of this made her smirk, she might no longer follow her Traitors Father, but she still had her Fire Nation Pride.

The moment she walked through the doorway, her smirked vanished at the sight that greeted her.

The entire room was filled with nothing by ash and charred remains of what once held all of her Nation's history. Hundreds, perhaps thousands, of Fire Nation history was nothing more than ashes under her feet.

Everything that her people and their forefathers had fought and died for was laid to waste!

"I see you found why you are the last of your kind allowed in here," Azula didn't turn as she heard the Owl's voice behind her, but it did answer one of the questions she wanted to know, who did this.

"Why," Azula growled, her fist clenched in rage. "Why would a Fire Bender destroy their history like this?" She more demanded then asked.

The Owl was silent for a moment before answering her question.

"He felt that only he deserved the information," The Owl stated. "He was delusional, believing it was his destiny, like a chosen messiah for the Fire Nation."

"Who did this?" Azula demanded, turning to face the Owl.

"Zhao," The Owl simply spoke.

"Zhao?!" Azula exclaimed in disbelief. "That narcissistic, arrogance, power-hungry piece of shit? He did this?!" She thundered, but didn't wait for a reply from the owl as she continued to rant. "How dare that egotistical, deep-seated bastard do this to his own Nation! When I find him, I am going to drive Cold Fire right through him!"

While Azula ranted, the Owl found it all to be amusing. After Zhao had torched part of his library, he made it pretty high on The Spirit's Shit List. So seeing someone who could actually go out and make the idiot suffer for his actions put Azula on The List of Mortals He Likes.

Both List could be found on the Twenty-Second Floor.

"You are aware that he is a ranking officer of your father's military, correct?" The Owl felt needed to remind her, despite not caring in the slightest. "I am sure the Fire Lord-"

"Screw my Father, and screw Zhao!" Azula shouted. "I don't care what either of them think, and I would enjoy tearing both of them down for their actions." She finished darkly. "They are both traitors and deserved to be treated as such."

The Owl cocked his head to the side, as if he heard something.

"The Intruder has finished finding the information she has required," The Owl stated as he turned out of the room. "I suggest you return to the bridge or you might never be able to get your revenge." He warned her.

Taking the warning, Azula stomped out of the room. The fox from before was waiting outside the room and began to already lead her to the bridge.

After several moments of stewing in her anger, she reached the bridge to find Mew smiling.

"So nice of you to join us," Mew stated. "I wasn't sure how long you were gonna be knocked out for, but hey, at least you woke up at all." At that comment, Azula just glared at her.

"How do we get out of here?" Azula asked with barley retrained anger.

"Get out of where?" Mew asked playfully.

"I am not in the mood for games Avatar," Azula snarled as she stepped towards Mew. "Where. Is. The. Exit."

"But Azula, we are already outside," Mew stated as she motioned around them.

Azula blinked at that statement, and found that they were indeed out in a desert. The only sign of the building they were even in was a stone pillar sticking out of the sand to their left.

"How did we get here?" Azula wondered aloud, her mind trying to wrap around the impossibility of it all. They were just in the Library, but now they were standing in a desert. Come to think of it, there wasn't any desert near the Fire Nation, so where were they?

"How long was I out?" Azula suddenly demanded, but found Mew was already starting to walk off into the desert.

"About a day," Mew called out over her shoulder. "Now come on, we need to move before that large thing circling us is going to think we are food."

Azula was about to ask what she meant when a large fin stuck out of the sand not too far away before sinking back under.
