As Finn prepares the kitchen to make Everything Burritos, Snow stays at the table making small ice balls explode into snow and ice particles. Then Snow thought of pulling a prank on Finn as he is starting the stove with all the ingredients. I wonder if I can lower the fire's temperature Snow thought. She then used her powers to partially freeze the fire, and succeeded. The fire didn't freeze over but the temperature dropped too low for it to sustain.

"The hell? Why isn't this thing working?" Finn got on his knees and started looking behind and under the stove to try and find the solution, but then he saw some snow, and then he heard Snow giggle. Oh it's like that huh? Ok let's see what I can whip out. Finn thought and figured something out.

"Hey Snow Come over here for a sec, the fire isn't starting mind if you help me?" Finn smirked at her and Snow froze momentarily. Did he find out? I hope he doesn't get me back. Snow thought. Finn stepped back to the stove and with his back to the counter picked up some mustard.

"Um Finn I don't know much about cooking or stoves for that matter."

"It's okay just say mustard." Finn smiled and Snow made a confused look on her face.

"Must-"Finn squirted the mustard bottle in her face as revenge for the prank she pulled.

"I deserved that" Snow wiped off the mustard with her hand and started looking for a paper towel.

"Just take a shower go up the stairs and it's the room with a bathroom sign on it you can't miss it" Snow went up the stairs trying to get the stuff off of her and Finn went back to the stove.

"She is too much." Right as Finn began to get the food and the stove ready he hear a knock on the downstairs door and a bird squawking.

"It's her isn't it?" Finn said out loud as he pretty much knows who is at the door. Finn put the food down and heard the shower go on. I hope nothing out of hand happens Finn thought. He made it downstairs and found Princess Bubblegum in her pink regal attire, as always.

"Hey Finn I was wondering if you wanted to help me with an experiment?" Princess Bubblegum said with a smile, almost ignoring the fact that Finn was dirty and somewhat beat up. She probably thought this was normal from his adventures and didn't bother with it.

"Um not right now I'm kind of busy PB but if you want you can come inside I'm making lunch right now, so maybe when I'm done k?" Princess Bubblegum shook her head and went inside and Finn sighed Between these two I'm not gonna get a break today am I? He thought. Finn walked back upstairs and found Princess Bubblegum sitting at the table waiting for him, probably to talk about the adventure.

"Alright PB lay it on me. What mission you got for me today?" Finn said with a smile sitting down getting comfortable.

"Well Finn there has been some weird activity in the Ice Kingdom it seems like there has been some weird releases of energy which has been causing some fissures and small seismic activity." Finn was confused as he never really felt much when he went there, well except for today.

"Really? Felt fine to me I even went their today. Some crazy stuff went down too." Princess Bubblegum was curious as to what happened so she obviously asked.

"Really now? Do tell." Princess Bubblegum came closer and so Finn took a deep breath in to get ready for the story of the adventure filled morning.

"Ok well I decided to go over there and prank the Ice King since Jake was having a family picnic, so I was bored. When I got over there it was storming and for some reason I saw the Ice King just floating there shooting snow into the sky. So before I could even sneak up on him and do something he starts attacking me. I lost my bag good thing I didn't bring any of my favorite swords with me. So I kept on running till I managed to fight back but I fell into a chasm and knocked my head on something." As Princess Bubblegum was listening she began to have a distraught look on her face as if she just realized something.

"So when I came to there was this girl who was pranking me by hiding and laughing, she said her name was Princess Snowflake and that she was the daughter of the Ice King." At that Princess Bubblegum stood up knocking some stuff off the table with a horrified look on her face.

"Finn you didn't let her out of the chasm right? She is still there right?" PB grabbed Finn's face and Finn didn't know what to do, he didn't understand why Princess Bubblegum was reacting this way so he just looked at her with eyes of confusion and slight fear.

"Um no actually she isn't some stuff happened and well she is up stairs taking a shower cuz I squirted mustard in her face." Almost on cue Snow came down with a more homily ice dress with a towel around her head.

"Thanks for the shower Finn, but I'm hungry is the food ready?" When she came in the kitchen she saw view of a confused Finn and a distraught Princess Bubblegum, whom she has never seen before in her life.

"Um Finn…who is she?" Snow, not fully understanding the situation started to slowly back away to the bathroom again.

"Wait are you really the daughter of the Ice King?" Princess Bubblegum yelled almost ordering her to stop, Snow was more disrespected than anything else.

"Yes I am, so what? Why does it matter?" Snow began to walk up to her almost ready to fight.

"You need to go back to the Ice Kingdom otherwise bad things will happen please just trust me." PB grabbed Snow but she just pulled away getting more aggravated.

"Listen I don't know who you are but you can't just grab someone like that, it's not cool."

"Ya, PB what gives, why are you going bananas on Snow? She didn't hurt you." Finn finally entered the confrontation trying to defend Snow and trying to understand what Princess Bubblegum was hiding.

"Look we don't have time to talk about this we need to take her back to the Ice Kingdom Finn, she can't be away from the Ice King. If she is there will be dire consequences for everyone." Finn became aggravated at this even more than Snow is.

"You seem to say that about a lot of girls huh, PB?" Finn stepped closer to the Princess and closed the gap.

"What do you mean by that Finn, we don't have time for this!" PB yelled.

"You said the same thing when I was with FP, that if she got too emotional the world would explode. And now I'm here chilling with a new radical dame" at this Snow blush slightly" and you say that she is dangerous too? What gives PB? We want answers now" Finn decided to yell above Princess Bubblegum and even grabbed her, it was obvious he was getting tired of her and he didn't feel like he was being treated fairly.

"Finn I can't really say anything right now, ok? All I can say is that you shouldn't had let her leave the Ice Kingdom!" Princess Bubblegum stomped on the ground in frustration and anger but it was obvious that Finn wasn't going to back down and Snow wasn't going to go back home just yet either.

"PB for once can you not be in total control over everything? She isn't hurting anyone and as a matter a fact, Ice King was being an asshole by keeping her locked up underground! And guess what, Princess! She isn't gonna go back just because you want her to!" Finn went off on Princess Bubblegum and she couldn't even respond, she has never seen Finn get this angry at her.

"You can't just barge into my home and start ordering us around because I will not allow it, I'm not a kid anymore PB I'm 16. So how about you tell me why you want her to go back to the Ice Kingdom so badly instead of being a control freak?" Princess Bubblegum was still lost for words as she never had to deal with an angry Finn, except that one incident when Jake misunderstood her and told Finn she was jealous of FP. She stood silent and stepped back a little and just looked at Finn trying to find the right words.

"Finn, I can't tell you why she has to go back, but you guys need to just believe me and trust me when I say Princess Snowflake needs to go back home, for everyone's sake" Princess Bubblegum just stared at the floor and stood silent; Finn began to say something but then Snow came in between them.

"If it has something to do with me, I want to know. This is my first time being let out, well going out, on my own, and I don't want to go back yet. I'm having too much fun, and I'm sure no one is going to get hurt, I'm not even hurt so my father should be fine." PB looked like she wanted to say something but held back, she was still hiding something.

"Princess Snowflake was it? I need you to go back home I have nothing against you but it's for the best of all us if you do before something bad happens. Snow looked at Princess Bubblegum and sighed, she then turned to Finn.

"I guess I'll have to go back home, sorry Finn." Finn's face dropped, he didn't want her to go just yet, and he wanted to hang out with her a little more.

"What do you mean? We just got here, you don't have to listen to PB if you don't want to." Finn was trying to persuade her to stay so maybe they can have some more time together, but she just shook her head.

"I can't Finn, not if it means people might get hurt because of me, I can't let that happen. Nothing is worth that." Finn looked at the ground and knew she was right, he was a hero after all.

"Ok, I understand. So I guess I'll go with you to go back home?

"Ya, I'd like that" Princess Bubblegum clapped her hands once as if to say let's go.

"Wonderful, let's go now, the sooner we leave the better it is." Finn and Snow both shook their heads and followed Princess Bubblegum to the door. But as they open and leave the door they run into a squad of Banana guars panting, it looks like they ran from the Candy Kingdom.

"Guards, what is going on? Why are you not at your posts!?" Bubblegum was slightly furious but then something connected in her head and said damn under her breath.

"It's the Ice King Ma'am he appeared out of nowhere and started to attack the kingdom. He defeated the golem and started to freeze everything, in and around the Kingdom. He was rambling about finding someone, my queen." The soldier told their story as they were all trying to catch their breath after the long run to the treehouse.

"Dammit, I thought we had a little more time than this! Now what?" Finn looked at Snow then back at Princess Bubblegum. He had made up his mind.

"Isn't it obvious? I'll do what I always do and that's kicking his ass hahaha. Let me get some gear and we will head out. I am the hero after all, what good am I if I don't protect a kingdom or two?"

"Finn be prepared if you are actually gonna go, the Ice King isn't like his usual self, He might actually kill you today Finn." Princess Bubblegum warned Finn, but he already knew something was wrong with him from the get go.

"Ya well he won't be going alone, I'll fight with him, maybe I can make dad stop. Plus, I can use Ice powers too, whatever dad can do, I'll have something for it." Snow said with complete confidence, she didn't really want to hurt her father, she just wanted to make him stop him from hurting others.

"Are you sure snow? It'll be dangerous, IK was always crazy but he might actually hurt you before he even realizes who you are." Finn put his hand on her shoulder as if to say you don't have to go. She nodded saying yes and Finn went back up stairs and back into his room. There were a few planks loose in the floor and Finn pulled them out. Underneath the floor were three swords. One was a remade Demon Blood Sword that Finn managed to forge after he broke his old one to save Jake from the Demon. The other two was a sword call Ethereal Darkness, a sword he found in the Nightosphere with Marceline, the sword allows Finn to control darkness at will, he can even dive into darkness and shadows, it's his best stealth sword. The other sword is a sword that he got as a gift last time he had hung out with FQ. It was a fire sword that was called Dyrnwyn. He never used it because FQ told him that the legends say that if a worthy man unsheathes it, the flame it creates will help him, but should the man not be worthy, he will be burnt to a crisp. He decided to take Dyrnwyn and Ethereal Darkness with him. Hopefully I don't burn alive with this thing Finn thought. Dyrnwyn was a rapier with a double edged blade, its hilt was red and the hand guard was made of gold, on the front was an engraving of a fire. Through the middle of the blade was a thin decorative line of gold. The blade itself glistened with a metallic red and orange tint. Ethereal Darkness however was less intricate. It was a single sided curved blade with its hilt and hand guard made of ivory with decorative swirls and curves in it. The blade itself was a black tint with inscriptions in the middle that meant "All returns to Darkness".

Finn grabbed both sword, attaching Dyrnwyn to his back and Ethereal Darkness to his belt. He then looked around for some more suitable pants and boots. His military like cargo pants were, obviously, blue and his durable, yet lightweight and movable, boots were black. Finn ran back downstairs and was ready.

"That didn't take long. That you would had taken longer for a big fight Finn." Snow had commented referring to how little gear Finn has.

"This is all I need, hopefully I won't need to use all of it" Finn said grabbing onto the hilt of Dyrnwyn.

"Ok then let's go before he leaves the Kingdom, which he probably already did. Finn, you should had never took her out of the Ice Kingdom." At this Finn became slightly frustrated he retorted.

"And you should had never came to my house, maybe your Kingdom wouldn't need my saving if you did." Princess Bubblegum became just as infuriated and grabbed Finn.

"Finn what was that?"

"You heard me, maybe if you didn't always send me on stupid selfish missions, you Kingdom would be safe right now. And if you wanted Snow to stay in the Ice Kingdom so badly why didn't you just put her in a lamp like you did to FQ?!" They had a small face off but then Snow came in between them and stopped them.

"Look guys I don't know who FQ is or anything about a lamp, or even about why you two are getting so hostile with each other, but I do know if we don't go as soon as possible, Princess you Kingdom will become another ice Kingdom and my dad might attack another one. So let's all just calm down and go before things go even more out of hand. They stepped back and continued on the way to the Kingdom and Snow just sighed. What happened between them? I'm sure they weren't always at each other's throats though Snow. She picked up her pace and caught up with them.

"Um guys I can just fly us there you know that right?" Finn smacked his head in remembering this, and the Princess has Marrow. Both Finn and Princess Bubblegum blushed out of embarrassment.

"Princess ill fly you and Finn to the Kingdom, it shouldn't take me too long if you give me directions."

"You will probably be faster than Marrow and it'll be more convenient. Can you carry both of us?"

"Ya I got an idea. You guys get together." Finn and Princess Bubblegum got closer together but confused as to why. Snow stepped back and shot ice at them. They had flinched but when they opened their eyes they were both incased in ice.

"Um Snow….what's with the ice?" Finn asked slightly nervously.

"I'll just control the ice and fly and when we land I'll melt it.

"Alright then let's go. We need to stop Ice King before he does any more damage." Prince Bubblegum exclaimed. Both Finn and snow nodded their heads. With that Snow lifted the ice with her powers and started flying with them to the Candy Kingdom to face the Ice King. Dad I really hope it's not you. I really hope you still at home playing with the penguins. I never wanted this to happen because of me thought Snow. She was scared more of what her father was doing than anything else.
