AN: Here's chapter 47! Enjoy and let me know what you think! Sorry for the delay in this chapter. I'm moving next month, so packing is taking up a lot of my free time right now. Thanks to all the great reviews too and here's notes to those individuals:

Jokermask18: Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. And no, I do believe Kendrix was resurrected. So did the Duronian King. That's why he commented on it. He's heard of it happening to a ranger and wanted to find a way to resurrect Xinshing. But now that Vile is in control of him, that's moot.

RHatch89: Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. :)

TommyOliverMMPRFan : Yes, we are slowly working toward the end game. Still quite a bit to go, but we're definitely inching toward that. Glad you're enjoying it.

Alex B. Goode : Thanks, glad you like it. :)

Lmv16: Aw, thanks, glad you enjoy my writing so much. Hope you enjoy this chapter just as much. :)

MMPRFansince93: Yep, we're slowly inching toward the finale. And it will be explosive. Still quite a bit of story left to tell though, so glad you're enjoying it. :)

Pinkrangerfan: Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. :)

Harry2: Glad you're enjoying it :)

fallingstar22 : Thanks, so glad you enjoyed it! This chapter gets a bit intense too. :)

garnetred: Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. :)

That-girl-from-outer-space6: Thanks, glad you're enjoying it. :)

Chapter 47: I'd Do Anything

I feel you in me
I'd do anything
To hold you near me, to have you hear me
I feel you in me
I'd do anything
To hold you here with me...

I look up to you
Steal me away with you
'Till one becomes the two
Be my center, it will be much better

Ranger Ops

There were cheers as they entered Ranger Ops. Wes smiled and hugged his father.

"I know we have a long way to go, but tonight was a huge victory," Mr. Collins said.

"Bio-Lab and the Silver Guardians were never Gorbin's to take," Wes replied.

"That snake ninja is something we did not need," Shane mentioned wearily.

"Yeah, I was doing some reading on them and it's not good. As I said earlier, a snake ninja's powers are very hard to learn. But this one has had centuries to practice her dark arts. Just looking at her could turn us into one of her willing pawns," Cam warned.

"Unless you're Tori," Dustin added. The blonde noticed all eyes on her.

"Don't look at me. I don't know how I did it," she replied.

"But you can project your barrier onto the others just as you do when it comes to mental or some magical attacks," Zedd reminded.

"Yeah, but we can't rely on Tori to be everywhere at once," Trini argued.

"That's why I need all the brains down here bright and early. We need to come up with something to cover our eyes under our visors to block out whatever magic she uses and still make it possible to see," Billy stated. Skull raised an eyebrow.

"Is that even possible?" he asked. Billy shrugged.

"It's hard to tell, but if it is, then between me, Hayley, Cam, Carly, Ethan and Justin, have to figure it out," Billy answered.

"Then the rest of us will be hard at training, bright and early too," Jason commanded. Groans sounded throughout the room, as they trudged upstairs to get something to eat. Tommy chuckled, as he and Jason brought up the rear.

"What's so funny?" Jason asked.

"I've been a teacher for several years now, so it's nice that for once, I'm not the buzz killer," he joked. Jason rolled his eyes and playfully shoved him.

Two weeks later

Angel Grove

Zack strolled into the Youth Center, feeling a wave of nostalgia come over him, as he remembered all the good times he had here with his friends when they were teenagers. Ernie had updated the decor a bit, but all in all it was the place he remembered fondly. However, he was anxious and nervous today. Not because he was drawing unwanted attention, though that part was a bit unnerving and not because he technically still could be arrested. Though no officers that had seen him so far made a move to stop him, the order for their arrest had not yet been overturned, though the President had declared he would be lobbying for that. With the controversial order, one obviously not supported by the new President, in question, officers were predictably reluctant to try and arrest any of them.

No the reason Zack was nervous was that he had gotten a call out of the blue last night from Angela and she was asking to see him. He had agreed immediately and requested that she bring their son. She had refused and they had started to fight, but he backed off so she wouldn't change her mind. He was still angry though since she was keeping their son from him.

"Hey Zack, great to see you," Ernie said. The newly minted red zeo ranger genuinely smiled and shook hands with the man.

"Hey Ernie, great to see you too," Zack replied.

"If you're here for Angela, she's waiting at that corner table," he said, pointing to her. Zack nodded.

"Thanks," he replied, as he approached.

"Long time no see," he said, as he approached her. She looked up at him and he was put off by her coldness toward him.

"That's a new color on you," she mentioned. He rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, well, there's about a zillion aliens out there trying to conquer the planet," he replied. She shrugged.

"Didn't take you long to suit up again, though I shouldn't be surprised," she said. He scoffed.

"Do you think I want this? I refused when the guys said they needed me, but I'm doing this for our son...the son you won't let me see," he hissed.

"Do you know what it's like for him to have his father splashed all over the news channels? I had to take him out of school, because the kids won't leave him alone about it!" Angela hissed back. Zack shook his head.

"You knew who I was when we got married, but instead of accepting me, you tried to change me. I was never good enough and I let you do it," Zack spat. Angela frowned.

"What are you saying?" she asked. He shook his head.

"Did you really think I was going to come in here and fall all over you?" he questioned.

"I mean...I guess you would since I've always catered to you and done everything you've ever wanted. And what did I get in return?" he ranted.

"You walking out on me when things got a little tough, because my past was inconvenient for you, embarrassing even. I've always stood by you, but you never really stood by me," Zack accused.

"So...are you saying we're done?" she asked.

"I don't know, that's up to you. I'm not sure if you'll ever accept the real me. But we do have a son and I will demand that you allow me to see him," he said, as he slapped a piece of paper down on the table.

"A custody order?" she asked in disbelief.

"We've been separated for months and I haven't seen my son," he replied.

"Cassie Chan-Johnson is your attorney?" she asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah, she and T.J. heard they were no longer fugitives and returned to Earth. She has a law degree and wasted no time in helping me out. But it doesn't have to go before a judge if we can work out a custody agreement," Zack stated.

"Or you can be stubborn and let her trample all over you in court. I've seen the woman argue and it's scary. I'm sure if we managed to get a sympathetic judge, they might not be too keen on you keeping a boy away from his father, who happens to be helping to save the world. But it's your choice," Zack said, as he walked off, leaving her with many things to think about.

"Hey, are you okay?" Tanya asked, as Zack joined her and Adam at the bar for a smoothie. They had Olivia with them and were babysitting her to give Rocky and Aisha a day to themselves.

"Yeah, maybe I was too mean," he said regrettably.

"No, she deserved every bit of it. From what Kim and Trini have told me, you've always gone out of your way to please her and jump through hoops for her, especially when she doesn't deserve it for the way she's always treated you. Believe me, I've dated a couple of ass hat's like that before and they always make you feel like you're not good enough," Tanya said.

"Yeah, that Shawn guy is an ass hat for sure," Zack agreed. Tanya smiled.

"But you are good enough and you'll find someone else that will love you for who you are, just like I did. The important thing now is that you make sure she allows you to see your son," Tanya added. Zack nodded.

"Thanks T. Don't ever let this one get away, Adam," he said. The black ranger smiled and put his arm around her.

"Don't worry, never again," he promised, as he kissed her cheek.

"Uncle Zack...are you going to teach me how to dance?" Olivia asked. He smiled.

"A promise is a promise," he said, as he plucked her off her chair and put her down.

"Let's liven this place up a bit," Zack said, as he signaled Ernie, who hit the music for him.

Blue Bay Harbor

"Man, what a mess," Dustin complained, as they sorted through the debris of the mangled Ninja Ops. Gorbin and his men hadn't been very careful at all when they ransacked it and damaged everything they touched. Hunter easily lifted one of the fallen support beams off the Ops computer station and gently set it down.

"You know, I'd be really pissed right now if I hadn't backed up my system. This was years of work," Cam said, as he sat down at the dead computer.

"At least Gorbin is going to get what's coming to him. Prison won't be kind to him," Tori replied.

"Where is Blake anyway? Why isn't he helping?" Shane grumbled, as he started sweeping the floor free of debris.

"He's at the track," Hunter answered. Shane quirked an eyebrow.

"Does he think Factory Blue will take him back? Roger was pretty harsh," Dustin said.

"Yeah, somehow I don't see that douche bag changing his opinion," Cam added. Hunter shrugged.

"He probably won't. Blake shredded all his records and I'm sure Roger is intent on playing it up that Blake only broke all his records because he was using some secret ranger tech on his bike. But Factory Blue isn't the only Motocross team out there," Hunter said. Tori nodded.

"Kelly said that if Blake lets several unbiased mechanics inspect his bike and it's determined that it's nothing more than a top condition Factory bike, then the other companies would be stupid not sign him," Tori added.

"Yeah...he can't wait to be rid of us," Hunter commented. Tori squeezed his hand.

"You know that's not it, right? He loves us, but I just don't think he wants to be a ninja, at least not exclusively," Tori reminded.

"I know...I've just gotten used to having him around again," Hunter replied.

"And he still will be. This battle isn't over for one thing and even when it is, we're going to keep in better contact this time," Tori assured him.

"Yeah bro, you're not getting rid of me that easily," Blake said, as he and Carly came down the stairs of Ninja Ops.

"I thought you were at the track impressing all the scouts," Hunter said.

"I did that already. Now let them fight over me, while Roger sulks. I'm not sure I want to sign with any of them," Blake replied, as Carly smiled at him.

"And why's that?" Shane asked.

"Because I think when all this is over, we're going to start our own company and blow Roger Hanna out of the water," Blake announced.

"Really?" Tori asked in surprise. Carly nodded.

"The idea of working for big technology is not for me, at least not after this experience working behind the ranger scene. I guess I'm a little like Hayley that way," Carly replied.

"Kelly and Hayley are totally on board too. We're thinking of expanding on the idea of Hayley's and combining it with a new Storm Chargers, plus run our own Motocross factory right from Reefside," Blake announced.

"That's awesome dude!" Dustin called.

"Only if you'll come back to the freestyle scene," Blake added.

"Dude, I'm so there," Dustin replied, as they high fived each other.

"It's in the early stages, but we decided that since we don't have to hide part of who we are anymore that we're not going to hide. We're going to be out there pissing people like Roger Hanna and all the other haters off," Blake said.

"That's going to be amazing," Hunter replied.

"Speaking of amazing, it would be really amazing if we went and got something to eat. You know, like in a real restaurant," Dustin mentioned.

"I agree, I'm starved," Hunter added.

"That's nothing new," Tori teased.

"Guys...we're supposed to be cleaning up this mess," Cam reminded.

"You're always such a spoil sport, cousin," Marah complained, as she and Kapri hurried down the stairs.

"Oh perfect, what happened to secrecy?" he complained.

"Oh come on, I'm not allowed either?" Hayley pouted, as she followed them down. Cam softened.

"Of course you're allowed and I guess the secrecy of this place is a little moot. I guess when we get to rebuilding, it will need to be somewhere else anyway," Cam replied, as he stood up.

"But I still need to salvage the hardware from the system," he stated.

"Uh...isn't that what you made Cyber Cam for?" Shane asked.

"He's got a point, dude. He's like your bitch," Hunter added, earning him an elbow in the ribs from Tori. Cam sighed.

"You know, if we go parading into town, we're just going to attract a bunch of attention, right?" Cam warned. Blake shrugged.

"So what? When was the last time we blew off some steam and I'm not talking about on the island. That doesn't count. I think we all need to go out and have some fun. Dinner, movie, maybe even that new beach club that is all the rage in Blue Bay right now," Blake suggested. Tori smiled.

"I think that's the best idea I've heard all day," Tori agreed.

"I agree. I've never been properly shown around Blue Bay Harbor," Hayley said, as she looked at her boyfriend in green.

"Guess Cyber Cam is working overtime while real Cam goes out on the town," Cam announced.

"Yes...okay, everyone go change out of the ninja garb and meet back here in an hour," Shane said, as they dispersed.

"After we change, do you think we can stop and check in on my mother?" Tori asked. Hunter smiled.

"Of course," he replied, as she stumbled slightly.

"Whoa, are you okay?" he asked, as he steadied her.

"I'm fine," she replied. But he didn't look convinced.

"Really. I just wasn't very hungry earlier so I didn't eat much breakfast. I'll be fine after dinner," she assured him. He nodded, as they left to change.

Master Vile's Skull spacecraft

Hebina paced before her Master's throne.

"Master, I don't see why we don't attack! We've let those rangers get off easy lately," Hebina huffed.

"Relax Hebina, we'll launch an attack soon enough. Ivan Ooze is tiring of waiting for us to make a move, but it is important that we force his hand," Vile responded, as they heard two guards cry out briefly in pained terror outside the throne, before they were silenced. The doors swung open and Ivan himself waltzed in as if he owned the ship.

"The great Ivan Ooze...to what do I owe this extraordinary pleasure?" Vile said in a goading manner. Ivan chuckled.

"You know, when I learned that the King of Duronia had betrayed me, my first instinct was to order the planet to be blown out of the sky. But then I guess that wouldn't bother you in the slightest, would it Vile?" Ooze replied. The green skinned alien smirked.

"Go ahead and blow it up, but I know you won't. You still need the Fire pits to put that crimson brat in," Vile goaded. Ooze glared.

"You haven't had any better luck in getting rid of him," Ivan spat. Vile chuckled.

"Maybe not, but with Hebina's unique abilities, I will deal with that brat soon enough," Vile said.

"You can ground the others into multicolored powder for all I care, but the son of Zander is mine," Ooze warned.

"We shall see," Vile said, as Ivan disappeared in an angry cloud of purple smoke.

"I daresay you have ruffled his feathers, Master," Hebina laughed. He chuckled.

"Indeed. Now to begin the next phase of our plan," he said mysteriously.

Blue Bay Harbor

After dinner, they all headed to the new beach club, while they talked idly.

"How's your mom?" Shane asked Tori.

"She wasn't there. I'm hoping that means she's at an AA meeting and not buying more vodka," Tori replied.

"What about your mom, Dustin?" Hunter asked.

"She was glad to see us," he said, referring to himself and Marah.

"She was talking ninety miles an hour. She kept trying to feed us even though I told her we were meeting you guys for dinner. I promised we'd come for Sunday dinner," Dustin replied.

"That dinner was great. I've missed going out to eat," Blake said, as they walked along the boardwalk on the way to the new beach club.

"I know and the stares we got were minimal. Maybe this won't be so bad," Cam said, as all eyes turned to the group as they walked into the perimeter of the new beach club.

"Or maybe not," Cam drawled. Tori sighed, but then grabbed Hunter's hand.

"Well, I'm not going to let them ruin my night out. We're people just like them and we deserve to have fun, especially after all we've been through lately," Tori said, as she led Hunter to the bar.

"Nice work, fearless leader," Hunter complimented, as he kissed her cheek. She smiled at him, as the bartender approached.

"What will it be?" he asked, giving them both a smile that told them that he was not at all unhappy to welcome them.

"I'll have a Malibu pineapple," Tori ordered.

"Jack and soda," Hunter ordered. With the ice broken, they all finally relaxed and began to unwind.

Reefside

Conner pinned the flier up on the community bulletin board and stood back.

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Conner asked. Kira sighed, as she took his hand.

"Yes, tons of kids are going to want to sign up for your Soccer camp," Kira replied.

"I don't know, a lot of people still think I won all my games by cheating with my super speed," Conner reminded.

"And there are plenty that don't. That's why Anton hired you an attorney to go through all the recordings of your games to prove to everyone that you never cheated," Kira said.

"Even if he does prove it, I doubt any team will touch me with a ten foot pole. But I think I'm okay with that," Conner replied. She looked at him incredulously, but he just shrugged.

"A few years ago, going pro was really important to me...but it's just not anymore. If it happens, then great, but if it doesn't, I'm already doing the most important job in the world, which doesn't look like it's going to end real soon," he replied. She smiled.

"Conner McKnight...you've grown up," she said proudly.

"I know...you're a really bad influence," he joked, as they shared a smile.

"What about you though? Is Tanya planning any concerts to get you back out there?" he asked. She nodded.

"We're thinking a few small venues to start. Wes bought her business and covered all the losses she suffered when they went public with our identities. So we're working on some new stuff to get out there right away," Kira replied. Conner smiled.

"That sounds like the kind of thing Wes would do," he said.

"Having one big ranger family really has it's benefits. We all take care of each other," she replied.

"The way it should be," he agreed, as they continued along hand in hand, absorbed by each other and paying no mind to the extra attention they attracted along Reefside's streets.

Ivan Ooze's Spaceship

Toxa rolled her purple eyes, as Syrus led her down to the laboratories in the bowels of her father's ship.

"Remind me again, bounty hunter, why I am accompanying you on this little excursion?" she questioned impatiently.

"Relax princess and pipe down. You want to get back on daddy's good side and I have the monster for you," he said.

"You have to be joking. We're not dealing with rookie rangers. Stupid run of the mill monsters won't do anything but embarrass us," she complained.

"This monster ain't run of the mill," he promised, as they entered a particular creepy lab.

"In fact, monsters would be more appropriate," he responded, as six capsules lined the far wall.

"I found this scientist on Onyx a few weeks ago. He said that he had the original blue prints for the psycho rangers," Syrus explained.

"Then he would be lying. The digital cards were destroyed when Trakeena's ship was blown to bits," Toxa refuted.

"The digital copies and all the final draft work. I'm talking about the original rough drafts," he said.

"Anyway, I asked him if he could make me a batch with some serious modifications, of course. He said he could, of course, for a pretty price," he continued.

"And where did you get that kind of money? Something like this would be a hefty investment, even for someone as wealthy as my father," she said skeptically. He shrugged.

"I think the little bugger was desperate. I gave him a down payment and promised the rest when he finished. Then I killed him and took my money back when he was done," Syrus replied.

"So you created your own batch of psycho rangers? I'm impressed...but I still don't think you can match the Phoenix ranger's powers," she stated.

"Not match, but give him a challenge at least. The crimson one has still been programmed to know all his moves, save for his genetic abilities of course," he replied. She smirked.

"Well, they will certainly cause a stir. Those goody goodies have been getting off easy lately," she growled.

"Let's get them warmed up first. Send some foot soldiers down. The vipers and ooze men. Get things messy first," he said. She smirked.

"Excellent idea," he replied.

Angel Grove

"Stay where we can see you!" Kat called, as they watched Aiden and Trina play in the shallow surf of the ocean. They were pleasantly surprised to find that Angel Cove still was deserted most of the time, save for a few sparse couples here and there. They had spent a wonderful day in Angel Grove, first picnicking at the park, then visiting Ernie for smoothies, and now finally the beach.

"They'll be fine," Billy assured her, as he put his arm around her. She smiled.

"I know, but I'm a mother. It's my job to worry," she joked.

"This day has been wonderful, by the way," she mentioned. He nodded and squeezed her hand.

"It has. I didn't think I'd ever be happy again...but I am with you," he told her.

"Me too. I was pretty sure my life was over when I was on the run from Malcolm. I was doubtful I'd survive so making sure Aiden did became all I cared about," she replied.

"He's never going to hurt you or Aiden again," he promised.

"And for the first time since I married him, I actually believe that," she said, as she laid her head on his shoulder. Billy wrapped his arm around her, as they watched their children play together.

"Sorry, we're late," Aisha said, as she and Rocky arrived at the Youth Center.

"Don't be. We loved taking Liv for the day. She's been having a blast," Tanya replied. Adam smiled.

"Yeah, until the fun caught up to her," he added, as they looked to see their little girl sound asleep against her Uncle Adam's chest.

"Guess we didn't have to hurry after all," Rocky said.

"Yeah, you're a little out of breath there, Rock," Adam teased.

"Hey, daddy needs his time with mommy, so stuff it frog boy," Rocky retorted, as he put his arm around Aisha's waist.

"Hey Rocky and Aisha," Ernie greeted. Aisha hugged the portly man.

"It's so good to see you, Ernie," she said.

"How about some eats and smoothies?" he asked.

"You always know what I need, Ernie. I'm starved," Rocky replied.

"And this is different from any other day, how?" Adam teased. Rocky made a face at him, as they sat down.

Blue Bay Harbor

Trent put his drink down and turned his attention back to the sketch pad in front of him.

"So these are just rough drafts. But I was thinking along these lines for your logo and signage for the sports shop portion," Trent explained.

"Trent, these are amazing graphics," Kelly said in awe. She still couldn't get over how talented he was.

"Glad you like them," Trent replied.

"I still can't believe your dad is funding this whole thing," Kelly mentioned.

"He wants to do this. Plus, he knows it's going to be a huge success. Putting Hayley's concept together with yours is unorthodox, but genius. Now kids that enjoy both computers and extreme sports, or even just coffee and smoothies will have one stop. It's going to be a huge success. And that doesn't even include the bike garage we're going to add and your very own motocross factory," Trent replied. Kelly sighed.

"I'm just not sure I'm going to be able to compete with Factory Blue. I mean, having Dustin and Blake is huge, but it still takes more than two riders," Kelly fretted. Trent put his hand on hers.

"Kel, as soon as Blake and Dustin's bikes are examined and cleared, which we both know they will be, there will be riders clamoring to sign with your factory," Trent stated.

"Factory Storm," she said. He smiled.

"Appropriate. Factory Storm will eventually blow Factory Blue out of the water," Trent replied.

"That's the plan anyway," Kelly replied, as she watched the others dance and wind down.

Tori smiled up at him, as they slowed danced and tried to ignore the eyes on them.

"You think they would have better things to do than watch us all night," Tori said, referring to their audience.

"Well, you are beautiful. I know I can't take my eyes off you," Hunter replied. She gave him a look.

"You're sweet, but they can't be just looking at me. They're actually probably more interested in you," she replied.

"Me?" he asked. She shrugged.

"You have amazing powers, even more so than the rest of us and you weren't born on earth," she reasoned. He rolled his eyes.

"Well, they're going to be disappointed, because I'm really not that interesting," he said. She smiled.

"Well, you are to me. You're going to be my husband soon," Tori reminded him.

"I really like the way that sounds," he said.

"Me too, so I don't think there is a reason to wait much longer," she replied. He smiled.

"Me either," he said, as he kissed her passionately.

"Let's go for a walk on the beach where there's not so many eyes," Tori suggested, unnerved by the sudden growing attention on them.

"Yeah, it's starting to weird me out," he agreed, as they started to walk. But a group of people slowly surrounded them and that was when they knew something was seriously off.

"Hey Tori," Dill greeted.

"What do you want, Dill?" she asked.

"It's been a while. I thought we could catch up," he replied. Tori and Hunter took notice of the glazed look on the each person's face.

"I think you said enough about us on TV a few weeks ago, don't you think?" Tori asked, before whispering to Hunter.

"Mind control?" she guessed. He nodded.

"Hebina," he agreed, as he scanned the crowd.

"All right snake breath, stop hiding and come out and face us!" he demanded. They heard a cackle.

"So smart, blue ranger. You should really hang onto that one, Phoenix ranger," the voice said, as their eyes darted around. But then they came to rest on a horrifying sight. Hebina, in a disgusting half snake, half human form was wrapped around the corpse of human girl. Her tail was wrapped around the throat and she was using the girl's vocal cords to speak for her. Tori put her hands over her mouth, appalled by the creature's sadism.

"Attack them my slaves. They are your enemies," she ordered to the humans, who began to attack with kicks and punches, while some proved more deadly by pulling out knives or grabbing metal bars.

"Dude...this is whack," Dustin complained, as he did his best to dodge every attack. They couldn't counter attack at the risk of hurting those that were innocent.

"Cam...any ideas how to break her spell?" Hunter asked, as he ducked a punch from Dill.

"Not a clue," Cam replied, as he flipped away from another attacker.

"Uh guys...we have more problems!" Shane cried, as they saw vipers and ooze men appear.

"Great...everyone needs to clear out of here!" Hunter called, as they went on the offensive with the foot soldiers.

"Ivan Ooze is going to ruin everything," Hebina growled, as she tossed the dead human pawn aside. Out of the corner of her eye, she spotted Tori fighting off several ooze men.

"But perhaps this will be the perfect opportunity to take care of a big problem," she hissed, as she morphed into her serpent form and slithered away.

Tori elbowed her attacker in the face and side-kicked another, but they kept advancing, so she back flipped away, preparing to use a water attack when suddenly the two foot soldiers just wandered away. She looked confused, but then froze, as she felt something slither up her back. Hebina wrapped her tail around Tori's neck and her snake head changed into her human form.

"Without you around, little blue ranger, I can put your boy toy in one of my trance's and then watch this world burn..." she hissed.

"No..." she whispered, as her airway was cut off.

"And once this world is nothing but ashes...once he's killed every single human, including his friends and family, I'll release him from my control and let him see what he has done," she cackled.

"Then I wager he'll beg my Master to put him out of his misery," she growled. A tear slipped down Tori's cheek, as she saw black spots in her vision.

"TORI!" Hunter cried, as he fought his way through the foot soldiers. Hebina cackled.

"He won't make it..." she taunted. Tori's arms went limp and the struggle left her. Just as Hebina was about to declare victory, crimson thunder seared through the snake ninja, throwing her off Tori and writhing in pain on the sand. Tori fell to her knees and took deep breaths of air into her starved lungs. She noticed the crimson thunder shield protecting her and expected to see Hunter there, but saw him still fighting several feet away. She looked around in confusion, wondering how this was possible.

Shane and Hunter fought off the last of the foot soldiers and saw the scene before them.

"Wow dude, I didn't know you could project your thunder shield like that," Shane mentioned, as Hunter stared in awe.

"I'm not doing that," he said.

"What?" Shane asked.

"I'm not doing that," Hunter repeated, as he ran to Tori.

"Thanks. How did you do that?" she asked. He looked into her eyes.

"I didn't," he replied, confusing her more. But they didn't have time to ponder any of that, as more explosions rocked the beach.

"What now?" Cam wondered, as they regrouped. Six silhouettes emerged from the smoke and shocked them all.

"More rangers?" Dustin wondered, as they noticed the colors matched their scheme.

"Something tells me they aren't friendly," Cam stated.

"You would be correct, Cameron Watanabe" the green one stated.

"Who are you?" Shane demanded.

"We're stronger than you," the red one retorted.

"And faster," the yellow one added. Hunter raised an eyebrow.

"Stronger? Really?" he challenged. The crimson one chuckled.

"Maybe not stronger in the traditional sense, but I'm definitely smarter," the crimson one shot back.

"You're looking a little pale, blue ranger," the blue female taunted.

"We're the new Psycho rangers, if you haven't figured it out," the navy one stated. They got to their feet.

"I don't think this is a good idea," Hunter whispered to her.

"I'm fine," she assured him. He didn't look convinced and he frankly wanted to know what had happened. But they didn't have a choice right now.

"Let's do this," Shane said.

"Ninja Storm!"

"Thunder Storm!"

"Samurai Storm!"

"Phoenix Storm!"

"Ranger Form, HA!"
