Crimson Rising

Chapter 49: Eyes Open

Everybody's waiting
Everybody's watching
Even when you're sleeping
Keep your ey-eyes open

The tricky thing
Is yesterday we were just children
Playing soldiers
Just pretending
Dreaming dreams with happy endings
In backyards, winning battles with our wooden swords
But now we've stepped into a cruel world
Where everybody stands and keeps score

Keep your eyes open

Everybody's waiting for you to breakdown
Everybody's watching to see the fallout
Even when you're sleeping, sleeping
Keep your ey-eyes open
Keep your ey-eyes open
Keep your ey-eyes open

Song: Eyes Open

Artist: Taylor Swift

Downtown Angel Grove

The Megazord shuddered violently, as the Thunderbird Ecto Morphicon clawed at them with his talons.

"He's firing again. We do not want to get hit with that lightning beam again," Cam said, as they evaded him. But the mechanical monstrosity powered up for a blast again.

"He's not going to miss this time!" Tori warned.

"Brace for impact!" Shane warned. The lightning beam barreled toward them, but a stream of fire intercepted its path and quickly overpowered it, blowing Ivan's creation back against a pile of rubble that had once been a tall building. It picked itself up and roared, before firing its cannons at them. Hunter maneuvered the Phoenix wings around to shield the Megazord from the barrage of oncoming blasts from the Ecto powered creature. It roared angrily and flailed madly, swiping at them recklessly.

"You did this to me, crimson ranger...I'll make you pay!" the creature, vaguely sounding like a very warped version of Psycho crimson, screeched.

"Whoa...dude is losing it. What's with these psychos?" Dustin wondered, as he pulled on his controls to keep them steady.

"Pretty sure that's why they're called psycho rangers," Cam quipped dryly.

"Smart ass," Blake commented.

"I saw we put him out of his misery," Tori said.

"I like that idea, but you have something in mind? So far, this bastard has withstood our attacks," Shane said, as he swung the hawk blade to block the creature's flailing tail and clawing talons.

"Any bright ideas?" Shane asked.

"There's a small weak spot where his heart should be," Cam informed.

"Leave it to Ivan Ooze to be poetic," Tori commented.

"There's a plasma sack there that feeds the electrified ooze to that thing's system," Cam explained.

"Then let's burn it up and scrap him," Hunter said, as his chair slid into lead position, while Shane's slid back. Hunter drew the Phoenix saber from the sheath on his back and inserted it into the virtual console. The saber appeared in the Hurricane Megazord's hand. They swung the weapon and attempted to strike the weak spot. But they were blocked.

"Nice try rangers, but I'm not that stupid. Predictable as usual, Phoenix spawn," Psycho crimson hissed.

"Cam, are those new power discs ready?" Tori asked. The green ranger sighed

"Untested, but ready," he replied. The six of them each took the color coordinated discs that appeared on their consoles.

"Locked and dropped," they called simultaneously.

"Predict this asshole," Hunter quipped, as the Megazord fazed into six identical Megazords. The creature growled, as it found itself surrounded.

"Do you really think silly ninja parlor tricks can defeat me?! I know only one of you is real!" it ranted, as it struck Dustin's. The yellow ranger blocked him and fired a blast from his axe cannon, sending the monster tumbling to the ground.

"Bet that felt real!" he joked.

"Still think it's a trick?" Shane taunted, as his hawk blade struck it. Blake spun his thunder blade expertly and Tori strung an arrow, aiming dead on, while Cam gripped his Samurai blizzard saber.

"Wave goodbye beastie," Blake said, as he slashed with a navy lightning attack. Tori fired an arrow, hitting it with a torrent of water. Cam's blizzard attack slammed into him next. He showed serious wounds, but still got up.

"If that's all you've got, then you're in a lot of trouble, rangers!" it roared angrily.

"Let's stop playing and end this poser," Shane said.

"I agree. Power up your energy beams," Hunter added. The six Megazords began to glow with their respective colors. The spectacle attracted the attention of good and evil alike. It was like a beacon of hope for the people of earth and a strike of fear to those who were evil. The six Megazords fazed back into one, creating a multicolored energy beam. The power slammed into the Thunderbird Ecto-Morphicon and Psycho crimson screeched in terror, as the beam came out the creature's back. With it's main source of power incinerated and a gaping hole now in its chest, the monstrosity exploded into a million pieces. The six of them cheered in victory.

"Let's go help the others," Cam suggested.

Sparks spewed violently inside the Jurassic Megazord and Jason winced, as he pulled on the control yokes to keep them from toppling over.

"We're down to eighteen percent power. We can't take another hit like that," Trini warned.

"Dammit...these little bastards just won't die," Tanya cursed, referring to Psycho green and Psycho navy in their monster forms.

"Hayley, we're in trouble. Got any ideas?" Jason asked.

"No unfortunately not, but help is on the way," she replied.

Almost directly after she said that, a metal hand grabbed Psycho green and flung him into the quarry wall. A very familiar roar sounded with an even more familiar flute tune sounded, as Zedd ordered the Dragonzord missiles to fire, hitting Psycho navy directly. Psycho green got to his feet and employed his ice beam, freezing the Dragonzord in place. Laser blasts from the Pterazord pelted him in response. He batted Kira away in annoyance, as Conner's Tyranno zord moved into position and its teeth clamped onto navy's tail. Zedd activated the heat shields inside the Dragonzord and melted the ice, allowing maneuverability again. Ethan and Trent fired their weapons as well, ganging up on the two monsters.

"Conner, it's Triassic time. You take greenie. I've got an idea for navy," Jason said, as they quickly formed the Triassic Megazord. Psycho green was ready and kicked them hard. The occupants in the cockpit of the Triassic Megazord held onto what they could, as they were thrown around from being slammed into the side of a building.

"Damn...this little prick needs to die," Conner growled, as he reached for his control yokes. He recoiled his hand briefly, as they sparked on contact. They managed to pick the Megazord up from the wreckage of the building and the Tyranno drill glowed with their colors.

"Tri-beam!" they called., as the tricolor beam hit Psycho green dead on.

"Let's use the gem power to get rid of him for good," Ethan suggested, as psycho green attempted to pick himself up from the pile of rubble he had crashed into. The three of them started glowing with their respective colors.

"Tyranno!" Conner called.

"Ptera!" Kira shouted.

"Tricera!" Ethan summoned.

"Triassic spirit attack!" they shouted, as their dino spirits sprang forth. Ethan and Kira's hit first, mortally wounding him and Conner's Tyranno was last, swallowing him up. Psycho green exploded violently and his ashy remains floated to the ground.

"Time for a new formation," Jason said, as he initiated the change.

"Meso-Dragon Megazord sequence, initiate!" they called. The Dragonzord's center chest piece and tail detached. The Brachio zord folded into two legs. Trent's winged zord folded around on either side of the chest piece. Kat's zord formed the torso and the spiked Stego spine on the back, while the Dragonzord's tail attached. Trini's Ankylo and Tanya's Para zords formed the arms and the head of the Dragonzord completed the new formation, as Zedd joined them in the cockpit.

"It's been a while since I've done this," he mentioned. Jason maneuvered the arm and blocked navy's punch with the Para hand and used the Ankylo hammer on the other arm to pound him. The Megazord swung around and sparks flew, as the Dragonzord drill tail sliced him up, severing a limb in the process. The psycho ranger in monster form howled in rage.

"Let's put him out of his misery," Zedd suggested.

"Jurassic beam!" they called, as their gem power combined and obliterated psycho navy.

Sparks spewed inside the Ninjetti Megazord, as Psycho yellow clawed angrily at them.

"Dang...this guy is making a mess out of us," Rocky growled.

"We need more power," Adam said.

"Yeah, we need to pummel this psycho before he trashes anymore buildings," Kim agreed. Aisha smashed her emergency button and kneed the monster in the balls, sending him down. They all glanced at her.

"Nobody disgraces my color without answering to mama bear," she said in a sassy tone.

"That buys us a few minutes while ugly recovers," Rocky said, grinning beneath his helmet.

"How about that power, Billy?" Adam asked.

"No good, we're leaking power like a spaghetti strainer.

"Can you fix it?" Rocky asked.

"I'm an engineer, not Harry Potter," Billy snapped back.

"Tommy...where are you?" Kim called.

"Sorry guys, Psycho red is beating the crap out of the Falconzord. I'll get there when I can," Tommy replied.

"Well shit..." Rocky cursed.

"Guys...I may have the answer. A surprise is on the way," Carly called from the comm. Psycho yellow roared angrily, as he charged them again.

"Uh oh, someone's pissed," Adam said, as he braced for impact.

"Well, we did kick him in the balls with a Megazord...and he has a face that not even a mother could love, so all reasons to be pissed," Rocky quipped.

"Carly, where's that surprise?" Billy called. As he said that, five figures glowing with energy surrounded the monster and pelted him with blasts.

"The shogun zords?!" Adam exclaimed, as the zords stopped glowing.

"But I thought they were destroyed!" Aisha said.

"No, just decommissioned during the zeo era and stored deep beneath the power chamber. They were unaffected when Divatox destroyed it," Billy replied.

"And I re-energized them with Alpha's help and added a few new things," Carly added.

"Switching to the Shogun zords," Tommy called, as he and Kim teleported into the white Shogun zord, while the others took to theirs. They found that Carly had added weapon slots and Kim took the helm first, placing her bow into the console. Her bow appeared in the white crane Shogun zords's hands and she fired several arrows, pelting a charging psycho red. Tommy switched with her and placed Saba in the slot, firing spirit orbs at the recovering monster. Adam fired his axe canon on Psycho yellow and Billy used the Wolf Shogun zord's ninja speed to pummel him with strikes from his lance.

"You'll regret that, rangers!" Psycho yellow growled, as he charged.

"Regret this ugly," Rocky said, as he slashed him with the power sword.

"Let's end this guys," Aisha suggested, as they summoned their new Ninjetti spirit attacks. The five zords surrounded Psycho yellow and glowed with their respective colors.

"Ninjetti spirit attack!" they called, as their respective Ninjetti spirits sprang forth in wispy tendrils of energy and slammed into the monster, obliterating him on contact. Psycho red visibly recoiled, but they surrounded him next. Each zord trained an energy beam on him in their respective colors. This lifted him into the sky, as the beams combined and incinerated him to nothing more than ashes.

"Another one bites the dust," Rocky quipped.

Civilians screamed, as Toxa and Syrus terrorized them. The bounty hunter cruelly aimed his blaster at an abandoned tanker full of fuel in the street, intending to blow it up and engulf everything within that radius. But his blaster fire was absorbed by Hunter's armor, as he intercepted the path of it.

"I'll give you one last chance to leave this planet alive. I won't let you continue terrorizing the people of Earth. Your choice," Hunter stated. He snorted derisively.

"A little unfair, don't you think? We all know I can't defeat the mighty Phoenix," he mocked.

"You're right, but I'm not fighting you. I've got bigger fish to fry," Hunter said, as he set his sights on Toxa, who was rampaging through downtown. In his place, the other ninjas stood in ready stance. Syrus chuckled and drew his sword.

"There's about to be four dead ninjas and a Samurai," he hissed.

"A little over confident there dude, don't you think?" Dustin challenged.

"I've crushed adversaries far more formidable than you, yellow ranger, than all of you for that matter," he retorted.

"Challenge accepted," Shane said, as they fazed into ninja streak, striking at him furiously, as he attempted to block them all. He knocked the three male ninjas and one Samurai away charging Tori, eager to finish the duel they had engaged in weeks ago.

"I hear your expecting. It would really be too bad if my blade were to slice your womb in just the right place, ending that spawn inside you," he taunted. Her dolphin blades sparked with crimson thunder, throwing him back.

"I don't think that's going to happen," she said confidently.

"If you think I'll be bested by you, foolish girl, then you have another thing coming," he growled, as he charged again. Tori parried all his strikes with her blades.

"You're out of your league, little girl," he hissed. Tori shoved him back and leapt up, side-kicking him in the head. He was surprised by her strength, as he was thrown back several feet.

Most of her opponents underestimated her. She was used to it and recalled her recent training with Dulcea.

Flashback

"You look uncertain," Dulcea deduced.

"I'm just not sure I can do this attack, at least not with the kind of force you're talking about," Tori responded.

"Water can be a very deadly force. Its power is vastly underestimated," Dulcea replied.

"I know that feeling," Tori said. Dulcea smiled warmly at her and put her hands on her future daughter-in-law's shoulders.

"Being a strong woman is not always easy. You fear that in the eyes of some, by being so strong and such an amazing fighter, that you lose your femininity," she said knowingly.

"The guys don't see me as less of a girl, not anymore and Hunter has always seen and loved me for exactly what and who I am. But some...I mean the minute they find out I can kick their butts, I'm somehow not a real girl anymore. It's so stupid," she vented. Dulcea smirked.

"Not much has changed in those regards over the years. Some less enlightened male beings are often threatened by a strong woman. And they almost always underestimate their female opponents. But you can use that to your advantage. It's partly why your Tsunami attacks can be so deadly," Dulcea said, as they stood up again. She took a deep breath and her water power swirled around her dolphin blades in a spiral motion, before gathering into one large sphere. It shot forth in a destructive beam at her command and pulverized the large boulder in her trajectory, turning it into a million pieces of rock. Shock was evident on Tori's face, as she didn't realize her own power.

"You're amazing and I'd pick you to have my back over anyone, just don't tell the guys," Hunter interjected, as he came beside her.

"Believe in yourself, cause I do," he added, as he kissed her tenderly. Dulcea smiled, as she looked on.

"Besides, you know your strength is one of the things I love most about you. I don't want some delicate flower. I need a woman that can keep me on my toes," he said fondly.

"And can knock you on your ass when you need it," Zedd quipped without missing a beat. Hunter shot him a playful glare.

"You're beautiful and still girly sometimes," he teased.

"I am not girly," she protested. He smirked and threw her over his shoulder. She shrieked in surprise.

"I don't know, that was a pretty girly scream," he teased. She dug her fingers into his sides and started tickling him. He howled in laughter and quickly turned her right side up, before setting her on her feet.

"You play dirty," he pouted. She smirked and her arms snaked around his waist.

"No, I play to win," she corrected, as their lips met.

End Flashback

Willing her power forth, it emanated from her weapons, slowly forming a sphere at her center.

"Your pitiful water tricks won't stop me," Syrus said, as he fired on her. But the water sphere simply absorbed them like they were nothing, as she fired her Tsunami torrent. Shock and disbelief registered on his face, as it slammed into him with a force he wasn't expecting

"No...this can't be happening!" he screamed, before water drowned his agony. The torrent ripped through his chest, leaving a gaping hole in his chest cavity. Tori turned away, as he fell to the ground, already dead before hitting the pavement.

"Oh you owned him!" Dustin cheered.

"Another one bites the dust," Shane quipped.

"Now Hunter just needs to destroy goo girl," Blake said.

"Ooze is going to be pissed if he does. We need to be ready," Cam reasoned, as they remained on standby.

Hunter chased Toxa to the top of one of the tallest buildings in Angel Grove.

"Stop running and face me," he spat, as he drew his saber.

"How many people do you think are in this building?" she retorted, as a crackling orb of energy appeared in her palm.

"One thousand? Two maybe?" she taunted.

"Stop playing games," Hunter snapped. She laughed maniacally and thrust the energy downward, before leaping onto the roof of the neighboring building. Hunter caught the energy, taking the damage of its impact with his hands, but quickly thrust it up into the sky harmlessly. He deployed his wings and landed in front of her escaping form, cutting her off.

"No more games. This ends now," he growled.

"We'll see if the Phoenix can bring you back after I spill every last drop of your blood," Toxa screeched, as she lunged at him, her blade aimed at his jugular. He parried her blade and she brought hers over her head, slamming it down on his in a fit of anger that was quickly clouding her judgment. She pounded her blade against his erratically, her anger blinding her, as she knew she was no challenge for him. Hunter parried her blade for what seemed like the hundredth time, but this time he went on the offense. His blade sizzled to life with Phoenix flames, as he twisted her blade to the side and passed it through her forearms, cutting off both her hands just above the wrists. She howled in agony and her eyes bled purple rage, as she glared up at him.

"Do it already. Finish me off," she hissed, as her cauterized wounds singed. His visor opened and he glared down at her.

"You're finished already. I don't kill unarmed enemies," he retorted.

"You're weak...that is why my father will slay you without a second thought," she growled.

"He'll kill you too. He has no heart, no honor, and no decency. Once he thinks he has no more use for you, he will dispose of you just like he does anyone when he's done with them," Hunter warned.

"You're wrong. I am my father's heir. He will restore what you have taken from me after he destroys everything and everyone you love," Toxa screamed, as she lunged at him. But he simply knocked her away and sent went rolling to the ground.

"Then go crawl back to him and get healed. Then maybe you can come back and give me a decent fight," Hunter spat. A blast of purple energy suddenly threw him off his feet. He recovered quickly and sank into fighting stance, as Ivan Ooze appeared.

"Father...help me..." Toxa pleaded. He watched her crawl to him in disgust. He kicked her away.

"Pathetic," he spat.

"F...father..." she cried, as she got to her feet and stumbled toward him.

"You have disgraced me for the last time, daughter. You are not worthy to be my heir," he spat.

"Father please...I can redeem myself!" she pleaded. He responded by thrusting his hand through her chest until it came out her back. Hunter had to swallow the bile in his throat, as he witnessed Ivan murder his own daughter with torturous glee. He chuckled at the look of surprise on her face.

"Silly sentimental girl, you mean nothing to me. I should have killed you long ago," Ooze hissed, as he dropped her ooze dripping body in a heap. He laughed and pressed his foot on her throat, slowly applying pressure. She was dying a slow, agonizing death and Hunter couldn't stand it any longer.

"Stop it, you sick bastard! At least end it quickly!" he roared.

"Oh, if you think this is torture, crimson ranger, I promise that this is your future at my hand," he growled, as he crushed her windpipe ever so slowly. Leaving her just a tiny bit of her airway open, he kicked her body off the building. Toxa fell to the ground fifty feel below, the impact finally killing her.

"Next," Ooze goaded. Hunter's blade lit with flames and he charged the monster before him, but Ooze met his blade with his own, which crackled with purple energy.

"Even the mighty Phoenix saber can be challenged by a blade forged in the fire pits itself," Ivan taunted, as he parried Hunter's saber and kicked him in the chest, thrusting him to the next building beside them and through a top floor window. Hunter groaned and slowly got up, as people screamed and scattered, seeing Ivan Ooze outside.

"Go...get out of the building!' Hunter screamed to them, before deploying his wings and flying out at Ooze, who hovered in the sky, suspended inside an impressive sphere of crackling energy. Hunter charged again, but Ivan's arm extended to an unnatural length and wrapped his hand around the crimson ranger's throat.

"You are no match for me fledgling," he hissed as he threw him down on top of a building.

"It's time to finish what I started on this pitiful mud ball all those years ago, before your father stopped me," Ivan said, as he fired random blasts in all directions, turning each target into an inferno. The buildings all around them were now torches.

"NOOOO!" Hunter screamed, as flew up to the monster, an aura of fire exploding around him and broke through his sphere of power, hitting him head on. Ivan's head snapped violently to the side and he returned the blow to Hunter, as they engaged in hand to hand combat.

"They were innocent people!" Hunter screamed, referring to the hundreds that just died.

"And with all your powers, you couldn't save them," Ivan goaded.

"But there is a way to prevent further slaughter," he tempted, as they landed on a roof an untouched building. He saw his team's Megazord approach the building and his team joined them on the roof.

"What are you talking about?" he snapped impatiently. He was sick of Ivan's games.

"Surrender to me now and spare you entire planet," Ooze proposed.

"NO!" Tori cried.

"I can kill them all right now, right where they stand," Ivan threatened.

"No..." Hunter spat, as he looked back at them.

"I surrender to you and you leave Earth now and forever?" Hunter asked.

"I'll be a little disappointed in not getting to blow it up, but throwing you in the Fire Pits to suffer for eternity will be a decent trade off," Ivan mused.

"Do we have a deal or not?" Hunter snapped.

"Surrender now and they and everyone else will live to continue their pitiful little lives," Ivan stated.

"Deal," Hunter replied, as he canceled his morph, returning to his ninja form.

"Hunter...no!" Tori cried, as she canceled her morph and ran to him.

"You can't let him do this," she pleaded. He pulled her into his arms and hugged her tightly. He was afraid that when he let go, it would be forever. She felt the same and it scared her to death. She didn't stop or try to hide her tears.

"He'll kill you," she sobbed.

"I have to get him away from the Earth or even more people are going to die," he replied.

"Hunter...he won't keep his promise," she started to say, but he cut her off.

"You have to trust me, Tori," he replied, giving her a meaningful look. A look that she knew meant he had some kind of plan.

"I love you...and I love our baby. That's why I have to do this," he continued, as he put his hand on her stomach where their tiny creation existed.

"Tell Zoe I love her too," he added.

"Hunter...I can't lose you. I can't do this without you," she cried.

"Yes you can. You're stronger than all of us," he replied.

"Clock is ticking on my offer, crimson ranger," Ivan warned. Hunter ignored him and kissed her passionately.

"Bro...she's right, don't do this," Blake pleaded, as Hunter hugged him.

"Everything will be okay," he assured him, as the navy ranger blinked back tears, as he hugged the others. Shane was last, as they shared a brotherly hug and a handshake. Tori watched Hunter nod to him curtly and Shane nodded in return. She didn't miss the unspoken communication between them. They were up to something, something that the rest of them weren't privy to. And of all people, she saw that Dustin noticed too. He moved back to her and placed his morpher in her hands.

"Keep it safe for our little one someday," he said. She could only nod, as despair had taken a hold of her.

"There has to be another way," she choked out the words.

"I wish there was. You're the best thing that ever happened to me," he told her, as he kissed her again.

"I'm done waiting, ranger brat," Ooze growled, as Hunter turned to him.

"Fine, let's go," Hunter replied. Ivan responded by throwing a round device at him. The sphere opened up and an electrified net encased him inside. Hunter cried out in agony, as the electricity ripped through his body and he collapsed.

"NO!" Tori screamed, but Dustin held her back.

"It's been fun rangers," he goaded, as he disappeared with his prisoner. A beam of teleportation swept them up seconds later.

Ranger Ops

The moment they landed in Ranger Ops, they heard the commotion.

"Why did you stop me!" Dulcea cried, yelling at Zedd.

"If you'll calm down, then I'll tell you!" Zedd yelled back.

"That's my son!" Dulcea screamed.

"And he's my nephew! All I have left of my brother!" Zedd roared back.

"I knew it...Hunter has some ridiculous plan. I could see it in his eyes. And you know about it!" she said, glaring at Shane.

"Start talking," she demanded.

"Calm down Tor," Shane pleaded.

"Dude, you better talk or she's gonna kick your ass," Dustin warned.

"Okay...so there's a plan," Shane stated.

"And you knew about this?" Dulcea questioned her brother-in-law.

"It's Hunter's plan," Zedd defended himself.

"So it's reckless and completely insane," Cam deduced. Shane sighed.

"Hunter knew that he couldn't take Ooze in a straight fight here on Earth," Shane said.

"As you saw, Ivan's idea of fighting is blowing up buildings to avoid contact with Hunter's raw power," Zedd continued.

"So letting Ooze throw him in the Fire Pits is his brilliant alternative?!" Blake exclaimed.

"The Fire Pits are a place of unimaginable hell, I agree, but I've had a theory for a while on why Ooze seemingly keeps coming back," Zedd stated.

"Zander had to lock him away. Even colliding with a comet didn't destroy him completely. And I think I know why," Zedd stated.

"Please share then, cause I don't get it," Blake said impatiently.

"Ivan Ooze was created in the Fire Pits and so I think it makes sense that it's the only place he can be destroyed," Zedd concluded. Realization came over nearly everyone. It made perfect sense.

"Hold up...how does he plan to get Ooze into this place with him, let alone keep him there?" Ethan asked.

"Well, he hasn't figured that out yet, but keeping him in there is where we come in," Shane said.

"I'm lost dude," Dustin admitted.

"Not that it's a shock, but me too," Conner chimed in.

"The Fire Pits are literally a massive underground canyon that magma flows through. But the only opening is simply a crevice, just a few feet wide," Zedd informed.

"Once Hunter has him in, we use our elemental powers to seal the opening to keep him in. Hunter destroys him and then we get him out," Shane aid.

"That sounds easier said than done," Cam commented.

"It doesn't matter. We need to take the Phoenix carrier zord and leave for Duronia now," Tori said.

"We cant use the Phoenix zord without Hunter," Blake reminded. Tori put her hand on her belly.

"All we need is a Phoenix and we have one," she retorted.

"I agree that you need to go, but how are you going to keep the Duronians off your backs when you land?" Jason asked.

"We can't leave the Earth unprotected since I'm sure Vile will capitalize on this opportunity but some back up is in order," Zedd replied.

"The Dinos will go," Jason decided.

"My team will stay here," Tommy stated.

"We would really like some payback on those green guys even though we're down two rangers," Carter said. The other Lightspeed rangers agreed.

"The Lightspeed morphers are fully functional again," Billy said.

"We'll go too," Leo decided.

"I'm sure Andros and the others will meet us there too, so Cass and I'll go with you," T.J. decided.

"Then the rest of us will protect Earth," Zack stated.

"Then let's go," Dulcea said, as the group departing for Duronia boarded Hunter's carrier zord immediately.
