Summary.
16 year old Rachel Barbra Berry was looking forwards to spending the summer with her cousins in California after dealing the the slushie facials and losing Regionals. This was her break before Junior Year. Boy was she wrong. Instead her Dads surprised her by sending her to stay with her childhood friends in The Hamptons. There she helps her best friends out with watching the younger siblings while Mr. and Mrs. Montgomery are busy with work. All the girls will get paid for their work.
On the first day she meets the Montgomery's in house pool boy/Landscaper Noah Puckerman who changes her mind about having a crappy summer, She couldn't help but be attracted to this guy on her first night.
This summer will change her life forever. Enjoy. Oh the OC are Rachel's childhood friends and Rachel's older sister. Also I'm giving Rachel a older sibling. She'll be joining Rachel in two days at the Montgomery house. Her sister also goes to McKinley but she's on the cheerios. She's not in Glee club and she gives Santana and Quinn hell whenever they slushie her. Her sister is going to be a Senior while Rachel is going to be a Junior. They are best friends not just sister.
Sorry for the mistake about Rachel being an only child in the last chapter. She's not only child and I meant to put that in the story.Alright enjoy.
5. The Game. I'm Sorry.
After their first date last night. Rachel couldn't keep the smile off her face. She's really starting to like him. She looked at the time and didn't realize she slept later then she mostly did. It was summer after all. She gets out of the bed and went into her bathroom to take a shower. Today she was going to be on Noah's Vollyball team and she needed to dress for the day. She also couldn't want to spend more time with him.
Talia was finishing up her breakfast. She had to say sorry to Rachel. She knows it was wrong to say those things to her and spraying both of them with the hose was wrong.
She can help it when it comes to jealousy. Her sisters always told her that she gets evil when it comes to jealousy. She was starting to believe them.
Talia heard footsteps and saw Rachel walking into the kitchen not even glancing her way. She frowns.
"How was your date?" Rachel just ignored her figuring out what to have for breakfast that's vegan friendly.
"Joelle called while you were out last night. She's coming next week." She just got her breakfast then sat down still ignoring Talia.
Talia sighs sadly and walked out the kitchen and went to her room. Rachel watched her leave and sighs sadly before going back to making her breakfast.
At The Game.
Rachel stood with Sofia, Samara, Larissa and Libby watching Noah play with his friends. She was wearing jean shorts with her bikini bottoms on. On the top she a light blue tank top with her bikini top under it. Her brunette hair was up in a messy pony tail. She normally wouldn't have it up during the school year but it was hot.
"So you never told us how your date was last night with Puck. How did it go?" All four asked wanting to know everything.
"He took me to his aunt's restaurant. I got to meet her and she was so nice. They have vegan options which was a plus." They nodded telling her keep going.
"We talked about different things. He said that he normally doesn't do relationships but he said that he hasn't found the right girl yet." Sofia gasped.
"Oh my god you could totally be that girl Rae. We see the way he looks at you. It's like he's sprung." Samara quickly covered her younger sister's mouth.
"Don't even think about singing that wack ass song by T pain." Sofia pouts pushing Samara's hand away from her mouth.
Rachel told them about the rest of her date and they hugged her. Talia was else where probably trying to get a real drink.
They saw that they were taking a break. Puck walked over to them. He waved at the girls before wrapping his arm around Rachel's shoulder.
"Hey ladies do you mind if I give this fine girl a kiss on the lips?" They giggled and Rachel stared up at him surprised.
"That depends are you two offically a couple?" Samara asked him. He shook his head no.
"Then the answer is yes we do mind. You need to have more dates with her before you can random kiss her." He sighs.
"Why you got to ruin my fun. Anyways I'll just kiss your cheek. He kisses her cheek. The sisters smiled at the two seeing how cute they are.
Talia stared at them as she took a sip of her drink. She has never seen Puck this way with a girl. It shocked her to see him like this. He was all about hooking up with a girl one night and then move onto another.
Now he was all about being with one girl? what the hell does Rachel got that herself doesn't?
"Hey Noah you looked good out there." He grins grabbing ahold of her hand.
"I'm so glad you could make it. You ready to join the game?" Rachel shook her head no.
"Oh come on it's going to be fun." She groans as he pulls her towards his friends.
"Gang this is Rachel Berry. She's going to be on our team. Don't get mad at her if she messes up. It's for fun." They all nodded saying hi to her.
Rachel waved nicely and looked up at Noah unsure and he whispered in her ear that it's going to be okay.
In the middle of the game Rachel was doing pretty bad and wanted to quit but Puck wouldn't let her.
"Noah I suck please don't make me play anymore." She whined. He stood behind her and helps her.
"Let it go." She sighs letting the ball go and it goes over hitting one of the people in the head. She turned to him feeling bad.
"That was pretty funny." She frowns. She didn't mean to hit the person. She told him that she wasn't good at sports. That's why she hated gym class.
"Okay I want you to try again." She sighs wanting this to end. She tries again and it just doesn't work out for her.
"No I'm done. I'll just be your cheerleader from sidelines." She told him. He grabbed her hand but she just pulled away and walks back to the girls.
Puck looks at her for a second then went back to playing. He had to stay focus on the game then he could spend time with Rachel.
Puck goes up to serve the last point and he grins so happy because his team won the game. Rachel squeals jumping up and down so happy for him.
He rushed over to her and picked her up smiling. She wrapped her legs around his waist so happy for him. She giggled. He spins her around.
"You helped me so much today, thank you." She whispered your welcome even if she sucked.
Talia frowns seeing how happy her ex was with her childhood best friend who was hardly speaking to her because she did a bitchy thing. She needed to talk to Rachel but not when there were people around. Rachel needed to be alone for them to talk.
"Rachel when are we going to hear you sing?" Libby asked her bestie. Rachel shrugged. As much as she loves singing. She wanted a break from it this summer.
"Yeah I want to hear you sing Rach. Break out of your shell." She stared at them and sighs before opening her mouth to sing without the music.

Samara stops the music just staring at her. They all stared at her. Puck was the first one to speak.
"Oh my god that was badass. Damn your voice is amazing." She smiled brightlt. Her girls hugged her.
"He's right girl. Your so meant for Broadway. I would see your show." Libby said hugging her. Rachel was glad to have her best friends back.
"Alright who's hungry because I am." Larissa said letting go of her best friend. They all agreed that they were hungry.
They went to back to the house and had lunch. Talia was already there texting on her phone.
Rachel walked over to her and whispered in her ear. She nodded then went back to texting on her phone. They were going to talk later.
Puck walked back over to Rachel and wrapped his arms around her waist holding her as she talked to her friends. Rachel smiled up at him then went back to talking to Sofia not minding that she was in a really good looking guy's embrace. Oh yeah she was enjoying this summer everyday.
Later That Night.
Rachel walked towards the pool ready to get this talk over it. She didn't come here to give Talia the silent treatment. She was just very hurt when she said that. She's here to enjoy her summer and rekindle her friendship with the girls.
She walked over to the lounge chair and sat down. Talia looked at her unsure how to start this conversation. Both girls couldn't speak and just looked up at the sky.
"Rachel?" Talia whispered. Rachel looked at her.
"I'm sorry for spraying you and Puck with the hose. I let jealousy get the best of me." Rachel just stays quiet.
"Please don't hate me. We're supposed to spending the whole summer together and I made one mistake. I hope our friendship isn't over forever."
"It's not over Talia. I was just hurt by what you said yesterday." Talia frowns remebering what she said.
"I shouldn't have said those things. I don't want you to deal with bullying and here I am doing it. Can you forgive me?" She asked hopefully.
"I don't know Talia, your not going to spray the hose on me again are you?" She shook her head no.
"No I promise that I'm not going to do that anymore. Your my best friend almost like sisters. Please give me a chance to prove it to you." Rachel thought about for a few minutes before taking a deep breath.
"Fine I let you prove it to me but that doesn't mean I'm forgiving you easily." Talia understood that.
"You won't regret it Rachie. I promise." They talked more for the rest of the night enjoying the fresh air.
