Thanks for all the reviews! I'm hoping you all like this one, big stuff happens. Unfortunately, my laptop decided to have a moment. I won't know until tomorrow if I lost everything or not. I'm hoping not. I had most of the next chapter done, so I'm hoping it's safeable. Thank god for email. Big thanks to my beta Kupkakes for getting the chapter back to me so quick. I own nothing in this chapter, besides Savannah and Sky, everything else belongs to their rightful owner.
Chapter 31

Savannah was cleaning up the living room, putting Juice's dirty laundry in a basket with her own. He was in the shower, getting ready before his shift at the club. He'd be out all night, so she was having Skylar over for a girls' night. She definitely needed it after the couple weeks she'd been having.
Juice was lying to her. About what? She didn't know, but there was definitely some lying going on. He'd said he stopped seeing Mel, yet she saw him with her outside of the diner.
There was also her brother problem. He was leaving the next morning to go back to Charming, and she'd yet to talk to him again. He'd been calling her non-stop, but she refused to answer him. She was still pissed about him not telling her about Opie sooner.
The knock on the door caught her attention. Putting down the basket, she brushed her hair back and went to answer it. Opening the door, she smiled at the sight of her friend. Skylar held up the bags in her hands. "I've got cheesy movies, ice cream, and face masks."
Closing the door behind her, Savannah turned with a smile. This girls night was definitely what she needed. Now they just had to get Juice out of the apartment. "I'll put the ice cream in the freezer. Juice is in the shower, he should be leaving soon." She explained, taking the ice cream from her.
Skylar looked around, noticing that in the two weeks since the last time she was here, there was even more of Juice's stuff around the apartment. There was a slowly building pile of video games, a stack of comic books now on the book case along with Savannah's books. "Looks like Juice is officially moved in." She said out loud, taking in the sight of the men's clothes on the couch.
Savannah knew Juice had been officially moved in for awhile now. She knew something about that bothered Sky. It wasn't so much that it was Juice, but the fact Savannah had a serious boyfriend living with her. "Yeah, I think its official now. His laundry's all over the room, the bathroom stinks like man after he showers, and he eats all my food." She laughed, coming back over to the couch.
The girls were laughing when Juice came out from the bedroom, pulling his black shirt on over his head as he did. He paused, just watching them laughing about something. He was happy Savannah had a friend. He was glad he and Sky were able to be friends too, their one night together now forgotten.
"Alright, babe, I'm goin'." He said, announcing his presence as he kissed her cheek. "Don't get arrested." He chuckled, glancing between them.
Skylar laughed while Savannah rolled her eyes and nudged him away. She grabbed his jacket and tossed it to him. "Get outta here, jackass."
The girls watched as he chuckled, putting on his jacket before lifting up his gym bag. The one he seemed to bring everywhere, Savannah noticed. Sky noticed the weird expression come over her friend as Juice left the apartment. "Everything okay with you two?"
Savannah stared at the door for a second longer before clearing her throat and looking away. Juice had his secrets, she knew that, and she didn't blame him. She had hers too. She just hoped his didn't include still sleeping with Mel. "Uh, nothing. It's nothing." She lied, giving her friend a forced smile.
Sky didn't buy it, of course she didn't, but she didn't press for the truth.
"So, let's order that Chinese food you promised me and get to watching some Swayze."

Jax Teller walked into the crowded club, taking in the strobe lights and vibrating music. The crowd was something he definitely wasn't use to, and wasn't sure he liked, but this was where he was sent to pick up some product for his Niner pals. Go-Go had mentioned some kid, Juan Carlos, had the best shit he could get his hands on for cheap.
Looking around, he couldn't picture his sister being among this crowd. Savannah liked personal space. She got antsy in crowded places like this. Hell, just going to the local carnival in Charming put her on her last good nerve.
Glancing at the bar, he noticed his sister's boyfriend and didn't like what he saw. What was his name again? Moose? It was something idiotic like that. He was pulling out the big guns while flirting with a small group of college girls. His grin was plastered on his face and Jax never wanted to hit someone so much before. This douche was laying it on thick with those rich girl bitches.
He had had the mind to go over there and teach his ass a lesson. No one two timed his sister and got to breathe again. He was halfway over to him when he saw something off. The kid was passing one of the girls something. She subtly passed him back a wad of cash. If he hadn't been watching, he wouldn't have noticed.
Dread filled him now; there was no way this douche bag was gonna be the dealer he was supposed to meet. Leave it to Savannah to pick herself a dealer. He knew his sister though, there was no way she knew about this. Which meant the fucker was lying to her. "Hey, douche bag, you know where I can find Juan Carlos?" He asked, though he had a feeling he was talking to the man in question.
Juice had his back to him; he was in the middle of pouring the group of college girls their drinks. All the way flashing them that grin of his that had them giggling. It was always the key to getting his big tips, along with the fact he wore shirts that were too small to show off his abs. With that killer combo, he could do no wrong.
Upon hearing his name, he turned to find out who it was. "Yeah, that's m-oh, shit."
And there stood Savannah's brother.
He was definitely not looking forward to going round two with him, especially not at work where it could get him fired. He had to play nice, and he was hoping Jax would respect that. If he was gonna kick his ass again, the least he could do was wait until he wasn't at work. "Listen, Jax, I don't want trouble. If you got a problem with me and Sav, we can hash that out later." He tried to reason.
Jax made a face, the last thing he wanted to talk about with this kid was his little sister. It brought back images he was trying to forget. "Nah, this ain't about Sav, and for the record? We ain't ever talkin' about my sister. Ever." He said, shooting him a look. "I, uh, a friend said you could hook me up with some good shit? Got a couple Niner's I need to keep happy." He said, leaning over the bar so no one over them.
Juice looked nervous. He'd been called by some biker saying he had a big order and someone would be coming to pick it up. He just never thought it'd be Savannah's brother. He was expecting someone like that big scary dude he'd seen leaving Sky's apartment, head tattoo and all.
Clearing his throat, he saw that Jax was waiting for an answer. "Uh, yeah. Your shits in my bag in the back room. I've got a break soon. I'll meet you out back."

The third Patrick Swayze movie was playing and Skylar still couldn't figure out what was wrong with her friend. Something was off about her lately, and the second Juice walked out, she saw that look again. Maybe things weren't so perfect in paradise like she'd thought. It wasn't her business though, if Savannah wanted to tell her, she'd tell her.
Of course, that excuse only lasted the first hour into the third movie before she caved. She debated over doing it, but finally just turned to face her friend. "Okay, enough crap. What is going on between you and Juice? He screw up or something?" She asked, her nosiness getting the best of her.
Savannah looked thrown by the question. She wasn't aware she'd been that obvious of something being off. Juice never noticed, but then again, it was Juice. He wasn't always the quickest guy around. "Fine, fine, I'll tell you." She caved, needing someone to talk to about this. Maybe it was all just in her head? She wished it was. "I, um, I saw Juice with his ex a couple weeks ago. I asked him about it, and he lied to my face. I came back early from class and find him locked in the bedroom. He came up with some dumb ass excuse and now he's bringing that stupid gym bag everywhere he goes."
Savannah thought he was cheating on her, Skylar realized. She'd known that guy for a couple years now and while he was a player, she'd seen him made a complete 180 since being with Savannah. That didn't mean it wasn't strange what he was doing, but she doubted he was cheating on her. "How's everything between you two?" She asked.
The brunette wasn't sure how to answer that. While Juice seemed to be keeping something from her, their romantic life wasn't any different. "Great, good, I mean, it's not different at all. We have sex, a lot. We go out sometimes. He tells me he, uh . . ." She paused, knowing one thing that could be her downfall. "I still haven't told him I love him." She confessed.
Skylar squeezed her hand, knowing this was an easy fix. She knew for a fact Savannah loved the man in question, and it was just the matter of getting her friend to tell him that. "Look, its simple. We'll go shopping this weekend, get you some sexy lingerie, some candles, and you seduce the hell out of him. Then, to top the night off, you tell him you love him." Sky said, smiling in excitement.
Savannah wasn't so excited. Sexy lingerie and seducing were never her strong suits. She wasn't even sure she owned a nice pair of heels. Sky was already off and running about ideas of what she could do though, and Savannah knew there was no backing out.
Operation Seduce Juice was in motion.

Juice was waiting outside smoking a stick while he waited for Jax to find him. His nerves were on a high now. There were too many risks to this deal. For one, anyone could come out and see them. It wouldn't take a genius to figure out what was going down. It was either a hook up or drug dealing and he sure as hell loved pussy too much to consider anything else.
This could get him fired, not to mention arrested. Not only that, but there was a good chance Jax was gonna run back and tell Savannah about this. He didn't know how she'd react to him dealing, and he wasn't looking forward to finding out.
"You got the stuff?"
Juice looked up, coming back from his worried filled thoughts to see Jax coming over to him now. Taking a deep breath, he nodded and lifted up the gym back. What Jax needed this much product for, he wasn't sure he wanted to know. "Yeah, man. It's all there." He said, passing him the bag.
Looking through the bag quickly, everything looked in order. He wasn't use to dealing with drugs, it wasn't something Samcro did, but Clay had made an exception this time to keep the peace with the Niners. Grabbing the envelope from the inner pocket of his kutte, he was about to hand it over when the back door to the club opened. Both Jax and Juice froze, watching as an older man came out.
He was about to light up when he caught sight of them. Confusion crossed his face before he recognized Juice. "Ortiz? What the fuck are you doing?" He called out.
Jax felt conflicted. He knew he should run before the cops were brought into this, but he knew Savannah would have his ass if he left her boyfriend behind. Juice looked like a deer caught in the headlights. "Uh, hey, Jack. I was, uh," He stumbled for some kind of excuse, but he was drawing a blank. "I should get back to the bar." He said, keeping his nose down as he tried to get back inside.
Only Jack blocked him, keeping him from going inside. "Look, Ortiz, I've let you slide with a lot over the years. You've been on thin ice since you came back and I can't look away from this, kid. It looks bad on me. If the others think I'm giving you special treatment, then they'll all start slackin' off. Can't have that, now can I?" He asked, trying to come off as sincere as he could, even if he came off more like an asshole instead.
"No, Jack. You can't." He said, the pain of the realiztion hitting him hard.
This was it, he was done for. Jack was canning his ass.
Letting out a heavy sigh, Jack seemed to think about what he was gonna do, but Juice knew he'd already made up his mind the second he realized it was him. "I won't get the cops involved, kid, but you're outta here. Pack your stuff and scram. I'll send your last check in the mail." He said, motioning for him to beat it.
Juice was crushed; he needed this job to stay afloat. He was finally getting ahead, and then this had to happen. There was nothing he could do though. He'd blown it. With a defeated nod, he went inside to collect his stuff.
He was screwed.
#$%^&^&
Juice couldn't believe he'd been fired. His job, the bigger paying income he had, was gone all in a few minutes. One mistake, one slip up, and he was out of there. He was just lucky no one pressed charges. To make it worse, Savannah's brother had seen the whole thing. What was supposed to keep him from running right to her and tell her what happened? He couldn't tell her he lost the job.
The last thing he needed was to see the disappointment in her eyes. They'd been doing so well, and leave it to him to screw it up. When he got to the door, he wasn't sure what he was gonna say to her. She'd know something's wrong just by his face, she was good like that.
Of course, he didn't expect to hear laughter inside the apartment. He'd forgotten Sky was coming over tonight to hang out with Sav while he was working. Groaning to himself, he knew this was gonna be even worse. He didn't want Savannah knowing he was fired; he definitely didn't want Sky there when she found out.
Opening the door, he wasn't expecting to see two green faced aliens in the living room, laughing their heads off on the couch. Upon hearing the door open, they gasped and looked over to see him coming in. "JC! You-you're supposed to be working!" Savannah said, covering her face as she scrambled up from the couch.
She hasn't planned on him seeing her like this, ever. She was always pretty when he saw her, except in the morning. No one looked pretty in the morning. He'd never seen her in a facial mask before though, when she looked like the Green Monster.
This was Juice's moment to tell her what happened, but he didn't have the guts to tell her. He couldn't get the words out. So, he lied. "Uh, it was a slow night and they had more than enough guys on tonight. Sent me home early." He explained instead.
He couldn't help but laugh seeing her stumble around the couch, trying to block his sight of her face. Seeing her like this didn't turn him off, if anything, it made him love her more. "Don't look at me! I'm not hot!" She said before stubbing her toe on the coffee table and falling.
Juice and Sky shared a look, his head nodding to the door as a silent question of asking her to leave. Rolling her eyes, she grabbed her stuff and left. She did not want front row seats to their sex life.
Once she was gone, he closed the door and jogged over, getting to her before she could get to the safety of their room. Wrapping his arms around her waist, he lifted her up. "You're not getting away that easily, Miss Martian." He chuckled, turning her around in his arms.
Savannah laughed at the nickname, letting her head fall back. He smiled at the sight of her, it was breath taking really. He didn't want to risk losing this, losing her.
"You did not just call me that." She laughed.
He couldn't help but laugh. Her smile was contagious. Even after the bad night he'd had, she could change his mood with just a smile. Looking her over, he took the ponds strip across her nose, lowering down to take in the sight of her perky breasts under her tank top, which didn't cover much. Her toned arms were squished between them, showing off the muscle she had gotten from working on cars. "Nah, you're right. You've definitely got more of a She-Hulk thing goin' on." He teased.
She scoffed, laughter escaping her lips. Leave it to Juice to think calling her She-Hulk was a compliment. Maybe how he meant it, it was. She swiped some of her green facial cream off her cheeks before spreading it over his. "Guess that makes you my Hulk then." She teased, making sure to get it all over his face.
"Oh, you're in for it now!" He chuckled, before tickling her sides.
Her body jerked around, trying to get free of his hold as her laughter rang through the apartment. Pressing her against the closest wall, he trapped her between his arms, pressing his lower half into her. Both of them were breathing hard, just staring at each other with big grins on their faces.
His lips crashed on hers, not caring that he was getting more of that gunk on him. Her fingers closed around his jacket before tugging it off his shoulders. He was quick to take it off pull her closer to him. His lips left her mouth, attaching to her neck instead. Closing her eyes, she let her head fall back to give him better access.
Biting her lip, she knew this was it. This was the moment her and Sky had been talking about. It was perfect. She just needed to get the words out. "I-I love you." She breathed out, her voice so quiet she was scared he might not have heard her.
When he stopped kissing her and pulled his head back enough to look at her, she knew he had, in fact, heard her. Surprise and relief were in his eyes and Savannah wasn't sure which scared her more. "You love me?" He asked, his big grin slowly getting bigger as it sank in.
She'd finally told him she loved him! After months since he'd first said it, she told him she loved him. He knew it was a big thing for her, and he was just happy she was able to say it. She looked beyond nervous, like the world would end just because she said it. "Come on, let's take a shower. I could definitely use one." He chuckled, breaking the tension with a small chuckle as he motioned to the green all over him.
She giggled, nodding as she followed him. Maybe saying she loved him wouldn't be as big a deal as she thought.
She could only hope.
