Thanks for everyone who's bared with me this far. I haven't forgotten this story or my other two stories, but working at Disney doesn't give you a lot of down time. I managed to get a cold this week though and pushed out a chapter. I hope you all enjoy it and be sure to leave some feed bad! I love hearing what you guys think and what you want to see happen. I do not own anything in this chapter, besides Savannah, everything else belongs to their rightful owner. P. S thank you to Chevy for helping me out with this chapter! You were a big help!

Chapter 41

%^&**()*()*

It had been a few weeks since Juice had started his new job, and he was finally seeing the reward to his hard work. He'd been paid a good sum of cash under the table, and he was finally able to spend it. On what? Savannah, of course. After getting it cleaned by Luka's guy, he was about to surprise Sav with a new fancy dress.

He saw it and knew she'd look amazing in it, and she did. She stood in front of the mirror of their bedroom, putting the last minute details on. The dress was red, a color she looked killer in. It had a layer of lace over it, the cut falling low between her breasts. The skirt ended just above her knees, making it seem classier than some of the other dresses she owned. Her hair was down, she'd straightened it for once.

Biting his lip, he had to restrain himself from acting upon his current thoughts. He wanted her, badly. She'd been off the past few weeks, and he hadn't a clue as to why. She was suddenly always too tired because of classes and work, or he was working late and she was asleep by the time he came home. It'd been hard to see her walking around in his shirt and not just take her in his arms and kiss her.

Guilt kept him from pressing her about pushing him away. Guilt of not telling her what he'd been doing when he 'goes to work'. She still was under the impression he worked at the club, and he wasn't about to tell her other wise. He was just lucky she never came to visit him. He'd found out that she'd only gone those few times to experience it, or to let loose with Sky. It wasn't her scene, and he was grateful for that.

Tonight was the first night they both were free, and he was taking advantage of it. He'd bought the dress for her, he'd made the reservations for them. He even bought himself a nice suit for the occasion. Looking at the jewlery box in his hand, he took a nervous breath. He'd splurged, something he didn't usually do. He wanted her to know how much he loved her though, and he wanted her to see he could take her out to a nice place. Something better than the old chinese place around the corner.

Glancing up, he watched as she seemed to be lost in thought herself. She looked so sad, so conflicted with whatever she was thinking about. He just wanted to see her smile again. She hadn't smiled when he gave her the dress. She was surprised and grateful, sure, but her smile didn't meet her eyes. Clearing his throat, he caught her eyes in the mirror. He tried not to see the worry flash through her eyes when she realized he was there, but he had.

Was she not happy with the dress? Did she not like it? Maybe he should have gone with a different one. As if knowing his thoughts were going a mile a minute, she moved toward him and put her hand on his cheek. "Hey, stop the wheels. Everything's fine. Are you finally going to tell me where we're going?" She asked, her voice calming his nerves almost instantly.

She had the effect on him. She knew just what to say to him to help calm his nerves. The smile found itself naturally spreading across his face. Kissing her hand, he held it tightly in his own. "Not a chance, baby. You almost ready to go?" He asked, knowing they needed to get going soon or else they were going to be late.

Giving him a look, she was trying to see if he would crack. If it was any other thing, he would crack under her curious gaze and spill his soul, but not about this. It was a surprise. Holding the box behind his back, he was almost bouncing on his heels in excitement. He couldn't wait to treat her like a queen. It was how she deserved to be treated. "What are you up to, Ortiz?" She asked, watching him for any hint of what was going on through his mind. Fortunately, for his sake, she wasn't psychic and couldn't read his mind.

Taking her hand, he grinned and bowed, kissing the back of her hand. His eyes lifted from her hand and up to her curious gaze. "I'm just treating my girl like the queen she is." He said, straightening up as he moved behind her. Opening the box, he took out the necklace and held it around her neck so she could see it in the mirror. A gasp left her lips, her finger tips touching the charm that hung around her neck.

"I hope you like it." He whispered in her ear, kissing her neck before closing the clapse and letting the charm drop against her chest.

She was still shock from the beautiful piece. It wasn't like him to buy her meaningless gifts, no matter how beautiful it was. She was thrown by the whole night. The dress, the fancy reservation, the expencive gift, this wasn't something Savannah ever imagine having. She liked things simple. Family dinners, little homemade trickets that held meaning, going to the carnival and buying cotton candy. That was her. She wasn't a city girl like Mel, she couldn't be bought with expensive gifts.

She was a small town girl. She was future queen of Samcro. The princess. Looking in the mirror, the woman looking back at her didn't look like the Savannah Teller she knew. Seeing how excited Juice was though, she couldn't ruin this for him. He was excited to be able to do this, and she didn't have the heart to tell him he didn't need to. She was perfectly content with just curling up on the couch together with him and watching a movie while eating chinese food. She loved those nights.

The fancy dress, expensive jewlery, it made her look like something she wasn't. Yes, it was all so beautiful, but soon she'd go home to her normal life and become the small town girl again. This would have just been a fleeting moment, and she didn't want it to be something she could get use to. It was never going to be her.

But she could see how badly he wanted tonight to go well. He'd worked so hard for this, the least she could do was enjoy her night with him. Of course, she couldn't enjoy it that much, given that she was keeping something from him. The result to her pregnancy test had been thrown out the second she could toss it. She wanted no chance of him finding it. She didn't know what to do about it.

She was still thrown by it. How could she tell him she was . . . pre-pregnant . . . when she couldn't even accept it? This was a nightmare. She wasn't ready, she couldn't be someone's mother. Juice wasn't ready to be a father, he was fucking living out of his car just a few months ago. They would be a disaster as parents and no child deserved that.

Her own mother had fucked up her life. Her dad committed suicide when she was a little kid. She hadn't been old enough to really remember him, or what had happened. Thomas, her baby brother, had died due to the heart condition he shared with their mother. Thankfully she and Jax had been spared the condition, but Thomas hadn't been so lucky. After his death, her parents were a mess. Suddenly her dad was gone more, and Clay was there instead. Then, one day, her dad just didn't come home.

His brakes had malfuntioned and he swerved into the wrong lane, at least that's what her mom and Clay had told her. Not long after, Clay and her mom were officially together, and not much longer after that he was moved in and her dad's stuff was in storage.

Juice cleared his throat, getting her attention back from wherever it had gone. He looked absolutely nervous, and she couldn't help but smile. This was the Juice she loved. The one that got nervous and worried too much. Touching his cheek, she stroked the skin lovingly. "I love the necklace and the dress. Tonight's going to be great, stop worrying." She told him, wishing he would just believe her.

Kissing her hand, he knew her saying it helped a little. He was still nervous about screwing it up, but it helped. Nodding, he took her hand in his and led her out of the room. "Come on, we're gonna be late if we don't leave soon and if we stay any longer I'm gonna say fuck it and just take you to bed cause you in that dress is like if they finally opened a damn comic book store on 25th and 3rd." He said in a rush as he hurried them out of the apartment.

Savannah couldn't help but laugh. Of course he would compare sex to comic books. It was the geek in him that she loved. "You trying to say you'd choose comics over sex, Ortiz?"

She was teasing him, but she was still a little curious about his answer. Juice stopped short, giving her a conflicted expression. She raised a brow at him, was that seriously a question he had to think about? His smile broke out on his face, erasing the tension. "Hell no. I was just saying it'd be cool if they opened a-"

Savannah cut him off with a kiss, her hand cupping his cheek. He immediately pulled her closer, deepening the kiss without a second thought about it. His hand slipped from her waist, squeezing her ass as he thrusted his hip into her to show her how much he wanted her. He was ready to go then and there, that was how long it had been since she'd showed him this much affection.

Before he could move things along, Savannah pulled away first. He leaned forward, already missing the feel of her lips against his. When she leaned back, she couldn't help but giggle hearing him whine. "Easy, big man. We're gonna be late. We can do this later." She said softly, stroking his cheek.

His hand was rubbing circle into her hip, and she had to bite her lip to keep herself from saying 'fuck it' and just continuing what they had started. The guilt of keeping the secret from him stopped her. Pulling away reluntently, she turned and adjusted her dress before finding her jacket and purse. He couldn't help but feel a little rejected. "Can we? Or are you gonna be too tired again?" He didn't mean for it to sound so bitter, but it had come out that way anyway.

Before he could play off her avoiding being intimate with him with being tired from class and work getting in the way, but there was no excuse now. Fuck dinner reservations, he knew that wasn't it. Savannah looked taken back by the comment, not knowing how to respond. Not willing to ruin the mood tonight, Juice cleared his throat and adjusted his jacket. It was a fight for another day, he decided.

"Let's just get going, yeah?" He said.

Avoiding her gaze, he grabbed his jacket and pulled the door open before walking out. Looking after him for a moment longer, she silently followed. This was gonna be an interesting dinner.

! #$#%$^

The two sat across from each other, neither knowing how to start the conversation. It use to be so easy between them. They could talk about cars, movies, hell even comic books, for hours, but tonight was different. There were secrets between them now and the tension was clearly there as well. Sexual tension, regular tension that came with the guilt of keeping a secret, either would apply to their situation and there was no solution to their problems.

Juice was not about to tell Savannah he started working for the fucking mob. She'd castrate him, and then she'd leave him. They barely got past the drama with Mel, this would be the icing on top of the cake. She wouldn't even give him a chance to apologize, she'd kick him out and he'd be back on the streets so fast. He knew it as well as he knew his last name. He'd lose Savannah if she ever found out.

So why was he risking all of this? Her, their future, for a job? Looking across from him, he knew why. Because the woman sitting across from him deserved a lot better than what he could give her without this job. She deserved diamonds and anything the world could offer her. He wanted to prove to her he could support them. She didn't need Charming or the club. She could count on him, she could count on a future with him. They could have a family some day and travel the world, see everything their lives now kept from them.

Savannah wasn't about to tell him about the pregnancy test until she knew what she wanted to do about it. She wasn't gonna dump this on him until she had really wrapped her head around it and figured out what she was going to do. She wasn't even sure she wanted to have baby. She was in no way shape or form ready to be a mom.

So, that left them back at square one.

"So, uh, how's the second half of freshman year treatin' you? You're always studying over at Sky's." He said.

His earlier comment made it seem like he was coming another dig at her avoiding him. Even if she was, he didn't have to make a scene about it. Especially not here and now. Seeming to realize how he must have sounded, he cleared his throat and had the decency to look guilty. "Th-that wasn't a dig, Sav. I was just curious about school." He was quick to say, not wanting to start a fight.

She shifted in her seat awkwardly at first, not knowing what to say. It felt like a dig to her, that was for damn sure. Crossing her arms, her eyes narrowed on him. "School's been fine. Classes have been harder. I shouldn't have to explain that to you. It hasn't been that long since you graduated." She shot back.

Looking away, he knew he deserved that one. He did know the classes got harder the further you got. The pressure was on now that she was at the last few weeks of classes. She'd be having finals soon, which was why she was studying with Sky so much. He wasn't much help, unless it had to do with shop. English, her art shit, he didn't have a clue as to how to help her. He tried once, but he just got on her nerves and she told him to leave so she could focus.

"You're right. Uh, so um, how is Sky? She still seeing that loser from Pop's?" He asked, trying to change the direction of their conversation.

Tonight was suppose to be a good, actual, date night. A start to the new them. To put it lightly, it wasn't going over so well. He felt like they were back to where they started all those months ago and going on their first date. It felt like they hadn't been living together for the past few months and were just meeting all over again.

Brushing her hair back, Savannah knew exactly who he was talking about. Pop's was a barber shop downtown and the hair sweeper had caught Sky's attention when she bumped into him when she came to pick Sav up after her english class. "Surprisingly, he made it passed the first date and scored a second one with her. I think she actually likes him. I know you don't, but she needs this. I think she's sick of hopping around." She said, finally glancing his way.

Juice didn't like the guy much, he was one of the idiots who messed up Savannah's assignment last term, but she didn't need to know that. He had already taken care of it, and there was no need bringing it up now. She still passed, and in the end it worked out for him because that was the night that changed everything between them.

He knew how Sky felt though, he felt the same way when he finally settled with Savannah. He was tired of the one nighters and waking up with nameless girls. It was good for a while, but pretty soon it was just to get a bed for the night. It was a means of survival instead of just having some fun. It was lonely.

Now he had Savannah to come home to. Whether they were fighting or not, he liked to be able to come home to the same bed, wrap his arm around the same girl, every night. He loved waking up to her snuggled into him, her leg alway laid out over him from her moving around during the night. Her hair would be a wild mess, dark curls falling over her face with her mouth slighted open.

Sometimes, when she was having a real good night's sleep, she even drooled a little. He thought it was cute. He knew he snored like a tractor, but she didn't seem to care. They'd gotten use to how the other slept. "What are you thinkin' about, JC?" Her voice snapped him out of his thoughts.

Blinking, he looked up with a confused expression. "About how you drool when you're having a good sleep."

Of course, his mouth did the talking before his brain could do the thinking. She looked surprised, and for a minute he thought she might make another jab at him, but then she did something that surprised him.

She laughed.

After that, the conversation seemed to come easily again and they were laughing together instead of making digs at each other. Their waitor came and got their orders and before they knew it the food came and they ate while continuing their conversation. Their hands had met across the table and at some point her foot had met his leg and suddenly there was a tightness in his pants. He wanted her, and it'd been so long since he'd had her. He could wait though, he'd wait a lifetime for her.

Well . . . . maybe at least until they got home.

$%^&^*(&

After being in a dress and heels all night, Savannah was ready to change and get comfortable. She headed straight for the bedroom as soon as they got home. She kicked off her heels and reached behind her to unzip her dress.

Having some trouble reaching it, she suddenly felt Juice's warm hand on her back as the other slowly unzipped her dress. She relaxed and let him gently peel the red fabric from her body until it slipped to the floor and she was left standing there half naked.

She felt his hand move to her hip as his other moved her hair to one side so he could slowly kiss her neck from behind. That was it. He had her hooked and was reeling her in. She'd had an amazing time with him tonight and now his slow and gentle, yet deliberate touches were making her weak in the knees.

He lightly nipped her ear and she nearly moaned. He reached for the clasp on her bra and let it fall to the floor. She couldn't take it anymore. She needed him. She turned and met his lips with her own, reaching for his zipper.

He matched her enthusiasm and slipped his jacket off before pawing at the buttons on his shirt, managing to get it off as she pushed his pants down over his hips. He flipped her around and had her on her back on the bed before she even realized what had happened and he was out of his boxers and sliding her underwear off a split second later.

As soon as they were both rid of every last piece of clothing, Juice was on top of her, kissing her neck and pressing his hips in hers, letting her know just how badly he wanted her. As he moved down her collarbone toward her chest she grabbed his face in her hands forcing him to look at her.

"JC."

He looked at her, his eyes seemingly darker than usual, if that was possible. "Sav, I swear to god if you tell me to stop I will tie you to this fucking bed until you change your mind." He growled.

She grinned. "Actually, I was gonna say just hurry up and fuck me." She said a little breathless.

He took her mouth in a searing kiss and pushed her knees further apart with his own before easily sliding into her wet heat, both of them moaning at the sensation.

He started by moving out, then back in slowly, but it just made him more hungry for her and his hips sped up almost of their own volition. His forehead had come to rest on her shoulder as he thrust in and out of her and he could hear her short, quick breaths next to his ear. It reminded him that she wanted him just as much as he wanted her in that moment. He missed that and he wanted to make the moment last as long as possible. God, he fucking he loved her.

Savannah bit her lip, as she met each of his thrusts with her own. He felt so good. She missed him. If she wasn't in such a state of ecstasy at the moment, she might be sad about it. She wrapped her legs around his hips and kissed his neck, biting into his shoulder, fueling his fire. He grabbed her wrists and held them above her head as he sped up even more and looked her directly in the eyes.

"Come." He panted.

Something about him telling her to come right then and there was so erotic. She let herself go and her eyes practically rolled back in her head as she felt her climax building.

"Come for me baby." He whispered in her ear. It hit her like a fucking brick. Her whole body shook and white lights flashed behind her eyelids.

Juice let himself follow closely behind her, collapsing on top of her as he kissed her. "I love you." He whispered as he began to drift off.
