"So how comes Rachel didn't join us?" Puck asked from his spot pushing the swing his daughter was giggling in.

"She has an English paper to write," Quinn answered as she gently rolled the stroller back and forth, "and Charlie's been fussy the last few nights so I think she's going to take the opportunity to write her paper and nap while me and the girls are out."

"i suppose I can't complain, I've got three out of my four favourite girls," he grinned.

"Always the charmer," she rolled her eyes playfully, "you must want something."

"Now that you mention it, I did kinda want to talk to you about something," Puck admitted sheepishly.

Quinn nodded, "Me too, but you first."

"Ok," he gave the wing another push, eliciting an excited squeal from Beth, "it's about the girls and Rachel, and well, you actually."

"That's worrying," she said, concern tainting her voice.

"Don't even go there, Q," Puck warned before comforting, "it's nothing bad, I promise."

"Then what is it?" she took her eyes off of the stroller and the babe sleeping within it to look at the father of her child with confusion.

"I've been thinking..."

Quinn interrupted with a smirk, "That's always dangerous."

"Funny," he deadpanned. "Seriously, Beth is starting to talk, or at least attempting to talk. Typical that she says Mama first when I've been working on Dada for weeks with her."

"I think that was just a happy accident, Noah," she placated as she recalled the first, and so far only, time she had heard her daughter say Mama.

"I still missed it," the teenager sulked, "but that's not what I wanted to talk to you about, although you best record her next time she decides to talk and I'm not there."

"Puck, the point?" the blonde sighed exasperatedly, she loved the boy dearly but his tendency to go off on a tangent and forget the point was not always helpful.

"Right," he stopped the swing and picked up Beth who had started squirming in the seat, "ok, monkey face, let's go to the slide." After going down the slide with his daughter he walked over and took a seat next to Quinn, hurriedly retrieving Beth's bottle of juice and offering it to her. "The point," he continued, "is what do the girls call you guys? Or what are they going to once they master words? I mean, you can't both be Mom, that'd just be confusing."

"Seriously?" Quinn asked a little disbelievingly, "This is what you you wanted to talk to me about?" she chuckled softly.

"What's so funny?" Puck asked, his brow crumpling in bewilderment.

"This is what I wanted to talk to you about," she admitted. "I wanted to see what you thought about it all, make sure you're ok with Beth calling Rach anything but Rach."

"Of course I'm ok with it, you idiot," it was Puck's turn to roll his eyes, "you're my girls, all of you and we're a family. You and Rachel, you're both their Mom's or whatever you go with."

"Thanks, Noah," she truly was grateful for just how supportive the young man beside her was, it wasn't an easy situation being teen parents as it was but now that she was with Rachel, it just made things that little bit more complicated as far as the rest of the world was concerned. It was something that angered Quinn, none of it should be an issue as far as she was concerned, Beth and Charlie had two Mom's and a Dad, there was nothing complicated about that but to the rest of the world... "We're so lucky to have you."

"I know," he grinned. "Seriously, Quinn, you don't have to worry about this stuff with me. I'm fully on board with you and Rachel, the girls are my daughters, just as much as they're yours and they're hers, which means everyone is someone. I'm Daddy, and you guys are whatever you decide you want to be."

Quinn rest her head against Puck's shoulder, "Thank you."

"No problem," he smiled. "So?"

"So?"

"What are the girls gonna call you?" he asked again. "Cos to be honest, I've kinda gotten used to calling you Mama around Beth and if I need to change that then I need to know."

"No, don't." A soft smile played across her features, "I kinda like that I'm her Mama."

"So what do we call Rachel?"

"I guess we'll find out when I talk to her about it. She doesn't know that this is a conversation just yet," she admitted.

"Q!" Puck said shocked, "You seriously left Rachel out of this conversation?"

"I didn't leave her out," she defended herself, "I just didn't want to get her hopes up in case you weren't as on board as we thought you were, she's been through enough without things like that happening to her as well."

The young father tutted, "And I thought you knew me better than that, Fabray."

"I do know you better," Quinn said pointedly, "just like you know me enough to know that I'll be whatever it takes to ensure Rach doesn't experience any pain, even if it means second guessing things I'm sure of."

"I know." Beth dropped her bottle on the floor and started to wriggle in her fathers lap, "Here," Puck passed Beth to Quinn, "go to Mama."

"Hey baby girl," she made it so that Beth could stand on her thighs, instantly regretting the decision as a small hand entangled itself in her hair, "what is your obsession with hair?" she laughed.

Puck picked up the bottle, dusted it off and put it back in Beth's stroller, quickly taking a moment to peak into Charlie's to check how she was doing, "Do you think we should wake her up so you guys might stand a chance of getting sleep tonight?"

"I wouldn't," Quinn warned, "Charlie's extra grumpy when she gets woken up and isn't being fed straight away. Besides, we'll manage, we always do. We seem to have this thing where we take it in turns to get up in the night and tonight is my night so I don't mind."

"You know if you want a night off, I can take the girls," he offered.

"That's very sweet of you, but we just got back from New York. I think we're going to save our nights off for when we truly need them." She pressed a kiss to Beth's cheek, earning a giggle from the small child, "Besides, as crazy as it sounds, I missed the girls and all their nightly antics. It felt weird to sleep all the way through the night and not get up in the morning. It felt like something was missing."

"I get it," he admitted, "I feel like that sometimes when it's Beth's week with you. It's like the house is too quiet and empty without her."

"Speaking of quiet and empty houses, I wonder how Rach is doing with her paper."

"I'm sure she's finished it already and is napping," Puck said amused, "that girl is too smart, it's not going to take her forever to write the paper, unlike some of us."

"You haven't written your paper yet?" Quinn asked incredulously.

"Duh," he laughed.

"That's it," she stood, balancing her daughter on her hip, "we're going home now," she said firmly, "me and the girls will go see Mom for a little bit so Rach can finish her paper in piece and you are going home to write yours."

"But," he began to protest.

"No buts!" Quinn busied herself with putting Beth in her stroller, "this paper is due day after tomorrow, Noah, and you need to get it done."

Puck sighed in defeat as he got up to take control of Charlie's stroller, "Fine, you win."

"Good," she led them towards the park exit, "it's for your own good and you know it."

"You're such a mom," Puck complained as he and Charlie followed behind her and Beth.

"I heard that," she threw over her shoulder.

"You were meant to," he smirked.
