Gemma entered the hospital room with four year old Rylan. She'd watched him for the last day and a half while Lana was in the hospital and had brought him to finally meet his new baby sister. It was the first time she'd get to meet the baby girl as well.

As with all the children, she'd eagerly taken on the role of grandma and she was thrilled to finally have a little girl to spoil.

Seeing Lana asleep in the bed, she found Happy sitting in the chair holding the tiny bundle wrapped in a pink blanket, blonde fluff visible on one end. She could tell the killer was already enamored with the little girl as he looked down at her.

"Hap?" She gently announced her presence as she moved closer, Rylan standing next to her, holding her hand and remaining quiet as she had instructed before entering the room.

Happy looked up, just then noticing the queen. He cleared his throat, trying to hide his fascination with the baby in his arms. It was clear to everyone that the baby was Kozik's, but that didn't matter, they were all still a family and this baby would grow up calling them both daddy. That didn't mean Happy was any more comfortable showing emotion then he'd been before.

"Hey Gem." They both looked toward the door at the sound of Kozik's voice.

Gemma smiled at Kozik and wrapped one arm around him for a hug as he came over. Letting go, she looked back at the baby girl in Happy's arms. "Jesus, baby. She's beautiful." She said to Kozik. "You did good."

"What? I don't get any credit?" Lana asked, her voice hoarse.

Gemma laughed. "You both did good."

"Mama?" Rylan's little voice asked.

"Hey baby." Lana smiled. "You wanna see your baby sister?"

The little boy nodded eagerly. He was never shy about anything and he was excited to be a big brother. He already felt very protective of the little girl. No one was ever going to mess with her or he would kick their butt just like his dad had taught him.

Kozik lifted Rylan up to sit on the edge of the bed next to Lana as Happy handed her the baby.
