On another Note I was thinking that I might need an editor for this story. Not sure about it yet but it's a thought let me know what you think.
Chapter 19
In the dining hall Sesshomaru and his guests were discussing the events of tomorrow. While Sesshomaru was indeed present he didn't converse with anyone on the room. Patiently he waited for the moment where his mother would lead Kagome into the room. He noticed that his half-brother Inuyasha was missing did he leave in search of the shards or perhaps to see the dead priestess. Must be the latter he decided on, seeming how the monk and demon slayer were still residing in his home. Thinking back to when he loathed ningen's, he thought them all to be dirty. That is what he was taught, and up until recently with the miko and Rin had him thinking that there might be few humans worthwhile.
He felt dark aura around stronger than Naraku's scent, could this be the unknown male in the competition. Looking for the youkai's presence, Sesshomaru only moved his eyes in the direction of his scent. Who was this man? He wanted to get up and look for him but knew that it would only draw attention to himself. He then sensed that there was an annoying scent coming in his direction. Sayuri.
He wished the female would rid herself of his presence, if he had his way he would have thrown her out of his palace. She sat down next to him, in Kagome's seat. He snarled at the presumptuous bitch. He did not wish to start a war so he said nothing, only another female could lay claim to the seat, he could do nothing. She tried flirting with him; she revolted him in many ways, why must he be tortured?
Just as he was about to remove himself from her touch he smelt his mate enter the room. She looked furious but only he could tell she held an evil smirk that rivaled his own and it made him fully smile to himself, just that look of jealousy aroused him. It took all his will not to throw her over his shoulder and take her. Then curiosity got the better of him and waited to see how the situation would play out.
I walked into the dining hall with Kimi and saw that Sayuri was flirting with her mate. She was furious holding in her anger she thought about what she would do to her if she refused to remove herself from him. It made her smile wickedly. Walking up to Sesshomaru she smiled and bowed to him. Then she turned the female youkai that was in her seat.
"You are in my seat."
"Exscuse me?"
"Don't play dumb, you heard what I said, now move."
"No thank you, I quite content where I am." Sesshomaru growled at this.
"Very well you leave me no choice, if you will not move then I will force you."
"As if such a weakling as yourself could make me."
"Weakling?" Kagome questioned her before she placed her hand on her shoulder, and before Sayuri could protest Kagome let out a surge of reiki purifying her enough for her to scream in terror. Sayuri ran out of the room and into the infirmary. With Kagome's action's she had everyone in the room's attention, but she only looked at Sesshomaru and sat down next to him and smiling smugly. Acting as if nothing had happened she grabbed a pitcher and poured mix tea into Sesshomaru's cup then into her own. Looking up him only to see that he was smiling, truly smiling.
