"Come on this way to Dean!" Castiel exclaimed walking forward.

They had finally reached the bottom of North Mountain, "So how far do you think he is?" Sam asked slightly out of breath as they carefully began to navigate through the ice spikes.
"As far as he could go up I'm guessing." Charlie said back sliding between two spikes.
"So how do you plan to persuade Dean to get rid of these Snow things?" Gabriel asked.
"I'm just going to talk to my brother. Let him know that he isn't alone and I will help him however possible." Sam replied and jolted to a stop as his too tight pants got caught on a spike.
"Here let me help you." Gabriel said kindly a lopsided smile filling his lips.
"Don't you think that maybe there is no way to help him. I mean your plan is to talk to your brother. Our Ice business is riding on you talking to your brother?" Carlie asked stopping dead as she almost walked into an ice spike.
"Yep." Sam replied as his leg was freed.
"So you're not at all afraid of him?" Gabriel asked tilting his head slightly.
"Why would I be? He hasn't ever done anything to hurt me." Sam replied simply.
"Yea I bet he is the nicest person you have ever met," Castiel said not paying attention he walked straight into an ice spike that went clear though his navel, "Oh look at that, I've been impaled." Castiel giggled slightly then yanked his body away from the ice spike. All three of them stared at the gaping hole now in Castiel's stomach.
"What are you staring at?" Castiel asked.
"How are you not bleeding and how is it doing that?" Charlie exclaimed jumping back slightly from Castiel as his skin began to slowly close back up.
"Oh… I don't know but it doesn't hurt." He shrugged and turned to continue to walk up the mountain his wings tucked close to his back.

They finally reached a ledge almost to the top, an 100 ft drop on one side and the other a steep rock wall.
"Well I only have one rope and you don't know how to climb mountains. So we will have to back track and find another way around." Gabriel said.
"Who says I don't know how to climb?" Sam asked stalking forward and began to try to climb the steep rock.
"What are you doing?" Charlie giggled.
"I'm going to see my brother." Sam said through gritted teeth, "And back tracking will only take longer."
"You're going to kill yourself doing that." Gabriel sighed watching Sam struggle to climb barely two feet above the ground.
"I wouldn't put your foot there." Charlie said as Sam's foot slipped while the rock crumbled beneath his feet.
"Or there," Gabriel chimed in as snow made his foot slip off, "How do you know Dean even wants to see you?"
"Will you please stop talking to me?" Sam exclaimed frustrated not wanting to think about the fact that Dean may not want to see him, "I need to concentrate to be able to climb." He stretched one leg out to a stable ledge.
"You know most people who disappear into the mountains wanna be left alone." Gabriel tried explaining as Sam slowly inched up the mountain wall.
"Nobody wants to be left alone, except maybe you cause all you have is Charlie. No offence Charlie." Sam said gasping for breath.
"I'm not alone I happen to know some love experts." Gabriel retorted, his hands on his hips.
"None taken." Charlie giggled.
"Right love experts," Sam scoffed, "Am I almost there? Please tell me I'm almost there. Does the air seem a bit thin up here to you?" Sam was barely ten feet off the ground.
Rolling his eyes Gabriel walked forward, "Hang on."
"Hey Sphen, I found a path right over here that will take us straight to Dean." Castiel called looking at Gabriel, which made Charlie giggle even harder.
"Great! Catch!" Sam exclaimed and without thinking jumped off the wall into Gabriel's arms. Both men crumpled onto the ground in a heap, Gabriel somehow ended on top of Sam, their legs a tangled mess.
"Yea and I'm sure the love experts would agree that you guys are too damn cute together!" Charlie sighed. Sam merely rolled his eyes, slowly un-tangled their legs and helped Gabriel up.
"Thanks for catching me." Sam said gratefully feeling his face grow warm as he looked down at the man holding his hand.
"Yea no problem." Gabriel replied rubbing his neck, dropping Sam's hand.
"Wow… that looks cozy." Sam said following Castiel around the small ledge. Gabriel, Charlie and sphen close behind. A small cottage sat in the rock of the mountain. Six angels that looked like Castiel stood like statues. There arms and blank faces were pointed to the sky a steady stream of snowflakes falling from the dark sky.
"Can you guys please wait out here? I would like to talk to my brother alone." Sam said looking towards the cabin, his hazel eyes following the smoke slowly drift from the chimney.
"Yeah we got you." Charlie said plopping down into the snow, a soft knowing smile on her lips.
"Is it cool if I go look at those things?" Gabriel asked motioning to the still statues.
"I wouldn't touch them if I were you." Sam replied looking to the man.
"Where are you going Castiel?" Charlie called out. Sam turned to see the angel walking towards the cabin.
"I wanna see Dean too." Castiel called back his wings slightly quivering in what could only be excitement.
"Castiel," Sam said grabbing his wrist and turning him away from the cabin to face him, "Give me three minutes to talk to my brother alone….then you can come see him if you want."
Pouting Castiel dropped to the snow and began to slowly count under his breath staring at the cabin a few feet away, "One Mississippi…two Mississippi…" fighting a smile, Sam turned to face the cabin and made his way up to it.
