Thank you for your continued interest in my story. This chapter is fluffy.
I don't own Bones.
Oooooooooooooooo
After she entered their suite, Brennan held the door open while Booth carried in their luggage. Looking around the room, Booth stopped and stared at the opulence. "Damn Bones, isn't this a little much? We just need a bed and a bathroom."
Used to his snobbery, Brennan walked past him and placed her purse on the coffee table in front of the couch. "No it's not. I wanted a spacious room with a view of the beach. This room also comes with a king size bed and it has a Jacuzzi tub which I know you consider important."
Placing the luggage on the table located under the television and across from the couch, Booth glared at the huge bed and the plush rugs on the floor. "It's nice, but you didn't need to rent the most expensive room in the place. We're only going to be here for a couple of days."
Brennan ignored him, walked over to the far wall and moved the curtain aside. Finding the door leading out to the balcony, Brennan stepped out on to it and placed her hands on the railing, looking out at the ocean.
Following her out on to the balcony, Booth placed his arms around her and placed his lips near her right ear. "Alright, I get it, never mind." Kissing her ear and then her neck, he felt her lean against him. "It's a nice view." Moving his lips to her shoulder, Booth smiled. "A very nice view."
"Good. You need to relax just as much as I do." His chest pressed against her back, she placed her hands on his hands. "I want to help you relax."
Returning his lips to her neck, Booth murmured, "If I was any more relaxed I'd be boneless." Amusd at his unintended joke, Booth shook his head and straightened up. "Come on, let's go get some dinner."
Not really hungry, Brennan turned in his arms and kissed him. "Do you really want to go to dinner?"
Her crystal blue eyes almost devouring him, Booth realized that dinner wasn't necessary after all. "Not if you don't want to."
Her hand trailing across his chest then shoulder, she stepped away from him and then around him back through the doorway. "I think I'd like to have intercourse instead."
Booth followed her back into the room, unbuttoning his shirt. "If you want to make love then who am I to say no, Bones?"
Ooooooooooooooo
The night air warm but not unpleasant, Booth sat on the balcony and watched a boat in the distance pass down the coast.
Brennan, leaning against the doorway leading out to the balcony, smiled at the sight. "It's a very nice night."
His smile reflecting hers, he held his hand out towards her. Placing her hand in his, she felt herself drawn towards him. Sitting on his lap, she placed an arm around his shoulder and felt his arm snake around her hips.
"Booth, I have a question for you." Curious, she stared into his upturned eyes. "Would you like to buy a house or would you like to stay at the apartment?"
Surprised at the question, Booth thought about it. "I'd like a house some day. Would like to start looking for one?"
"I haven't lived in a house since I was a child and my parents abandoned me and I was in Foster Care." Turning to stare at the ocean, she paused to consider her words. "Although an apartment is convenient it isn't a good place to raise children."
Totally surprised at the turn in the conversation, Booth clenched his hand on her hip. "Bones do you want to have children? I thought you gave up on that after I had my brain tumor. You never mentioned it after my surgery."
Cautiously, Brennan returned her gaze back onto Booth. "I think I would like to have a child some day. I just want to know if you want another child. Since you have a son, I wasn't sure and I don't want to pressure you into having another child."
Worried about his future, Booth brought up what he was thinking. "Aren't you worried about my health? I mean what if we have a child and I get another brain tumor or what if I stay the same as I am now? Hell, I may not even have a future. I may . . ."
Interrupting him, Brennan leaned down and kissed him. "We're together now, Booth. I don't care about the future, only the present. I almost lost you and I can't forget that. I used to worry about the future. I used to worry about how unpredictable it is and how we have no control over it, but I've changed Booth. We don't have any control over the future only the present. I won't let myself worry about the future and deprive myself of a life with you now. You belong to me and I want to know if you would like to father a child with me."
Adoration in his eyes, Booth grinned at her. "Of course I'd like to have another child. If you want one then I absolutely want one too. The more the merrier. I've thought about having kids with you, believe me . . . it's just I thought my brain tumor scared you and that's why you never brought it up again."
Pleased, Brennan remarked, "I didn't bring it up again because you went through major surgery and it took you awhile to recover from it. After your surgery you started to act oddly, some things changed in you and I didn't want to add more stress into your life. You were a little forgetful about certain things and I thought you'd forgotten about my desire to have a child with you."
Shrugging his shoulders, Booth answered honestly. "To tell you the truth, I did forget about it for awhile, but Sweets mentioned it and he told me about you wanting a baby and well . . . I just figured you'd changed your mind because of what happened to me. I'd never try to make you do something you don't want to do. I love you and I want you to be happy. If having a child with me would make you happy then I think we should try to have a child. God knows it would make me happy."
A little tearful, Brennan leaned down and kissed her husband. "I love you too, Booth. I want your baby."
Letting the kiss deepen, Booth felt Brennan respond with a growing passion. "I love you so much, Bones."

Walking along the beach, holding hands, Booth smiled at the way Brennan would stop every time she found a sea shell and had to pick it up. His jeans pockets were now stuffed with small shells and his pants were getting a little uncomfortable. "Bones, if you find any more shells you have to carry them or find something to carry them in. My pockets won't hold any more."
Her gaze now on his bulging pants pockets, Brennan laughed. "I'm sorry. I didn't realize that I'd picked up so many."
Pulling her into his arms, Booth kissed her. "The next time I'll bring a plastic bag or something."
After their kiss, Brennan placed her hands under his t-shirt and rubbed his back. "This has been a lot of fun . . . has it been fun for you?"
Her hands on his bare back, Booth shivered. "Oh yeah. Anytime I can get my wife alone and all to myself then yeah, I'm having fun. We'll have to come back here again."
Feeling the waves come in harder, Booth felt the tug of the water trying to pull him back out to sea. Holding Brennan's hand tightly in his, Booth pulled her further up the beach. "We should have worn swimwear. We're both wet."
"I don't mind." Pulling him towards the hotel, Brennan reminded him, "We can take a hot bath now, together."
His eyes sparkling, Booth picked up his pace and was soon pulling his wife steadily towards the hotel. "It's a shame we have to go back to work tomorrow. When we get that house we have to have a Jacuzzi, just so you know."
Amused, Brennan felt Booth pulling her faster towards the hotel. "Yes, Booth, I know."
